Works well when it actually works. I really like it but half the time it says “Unknown error occurred” which is frustrating. Works great when you can actually download something. I’ll be looking for a new app to use though.

Stop working randomly. This app is great, it really is. But it lacks development. It crashes randomly. Like, you paste a link and an error will pop up, for that day and maybe next one the app won’t work.

BEST APP ON THE APPLE STORE. Don't waste your time downloading anything else. This one is it. Fast immediate upload from link. The other apps make you sit through minutes of ads add then if you delete the app and add it again the apps no longer work. This app trumps all the other apps.

Limited. The app will say video saved but video never shows up on page!

Why did I even pay for this?. I never had issues with the app once I purchased it at the beginning but haven’t really been able to use it ever since without getting an error.

Inconsistent at best. Typically says the link has been copied from the clipboard but then doesn’t load the media.

Best IG Dl app I tried n it’s FREE!. I tried a few IG download apps and this one is my favorite 100%! Other apps you have to download it to your phone then upload it but this one uploads directly from the app. N the others have soo much ads n this one doesn’t n you DONT have to pay for it. I love it n recommended it. N I rarely write Reviews but that’s how much I like this app.

Love it…when it works!. I’ve lost count how many times I get “unknown error…try again later.” I’ve uninstalled, re-installed. It works periodically, on a whim when you least expect it.

App Not Working. I paid for this app and it keeps saying it is having an unknown error. I go to Instagram and I find a reel. I copy the link and I come back to the app. Open it. And it says we’re sorry “unknown error occurred. please try again” over and over again.

Problem occured. Can download few pictures and got a « unknowed problem occured, please try again » message . Need to restart my phone every Time if I want to use it again. Could be a good app if it wasn’t of that.
