Lifetime access purchase does not work with Family Sharing. I purchased lifetime access to the app and found out after purchasing that this does not work with family sharing. Since I purchased this on my phone, my daughter can’t use it on her iPad. So I spent $70 for nothing. I requested a refund and was referred to apple for refund and apple wouldn’t refund me the money. Very disappointed because now I’m out $70 and my daughter still doesn’t have access to the app that I paid for unless she uses my phone.

Pretty good. Great learning tool.... however, a bit pricy for a kids app.

Started good. My son loves the games. Several months ago, the sound stopped. I contacted the company and followed their generic advice of redownloading the app. It didn’t work. I’ve been paying this entire time and I’m disappointed that the service isn’t working for us. I emailed again… hopefully we can get this rectified.

Enjoyable. Nice learning experience for my 4 year old

Where is this cost coming from?. Signed up for monthly fee of $6.99, yet $9.62 is charged each month. Whose sales tax am I paying?

Taking my money. Only a few of the letters work. The app is not intuitive or user friendly for a 5 year old. I signed up for the $29 subscription . Most of the icons require you to download another app and sign up for another subscription. i will be deleting this app and canceling my subscription.

Took my money. I downloaded the app for my son and subscribed to the free trial. That same day I was charged $65 for a year subscription. That is not what I wanted and I do not have $65 to spend on a subscription. I honestly feel violated because they had no permission to do that. I emailed support for a refund. Hopefully I hear something soon because this is ridiculous. I will update on the outcome.

App forces you into a review. After paying for the app, it still proceeds to demand parent intervention every few minutes just to decline leaving a review. Hopefully now that ive left this is will stop. I paid my money already I dont owe you a review.

Why so many ads and expensive.. Expensive. Ads are annoying

Games seem great but too many games need downloads…. It seemed like every other game my toddler tried to play needed to be downloaded separately from the App Store and as I use guided access to help moderate her screen time and access, it was a pain! Deleted app after 15 minutes. I rarely leave poor reviews, but wanted to save some parents some time and frustration…

5 star. Really great phonics learning game for my 1 year old we love to play

My two year old LOVES this game. We have only been playing for 15 minutes and my two year old learned how to draw the letter A and navigate the app! I’m very surprised about the quality of the game.

CONSTANTLY ASKING TO PURCHASE SOMETHING. Stay away from this app! I paid for this app, yet it still contains an unbelievable number Inapp purchases. So much so that there are way too many places for the toddler to push buttons that takes him to an ad page on a screen from which he cannot exit, it’s even difficult for me to exit. Deleted!

Purchased by accident. Thought I was signing up for a free trial and purchased on accident. Can't get ahold of anyone or find out how reverse this. $65 for an app is way too steep when I can work with my kid in person. Especially for how repetitive everything is. Someone please feel free to reach out and help me

Incomplete. Not all features on this app are readily available to you upon purchase. I was unaware of this and am having difficulty getting a refund. I would be more apt to keep this app if all features were included at this price point.

Never works. This app is awful. I bought a year subscription and it barely ever works. What a waste of money! We get kicked out if the app 80 percent of the time.

Keeps freezing. Paid for entire year and the app does not load 80% of the time. Kid gets frustrated and now never wants to open the app.

Free version is fun for my 2 yo. Not sure yet if we’re going to keep or not. Only been playing for 5 minutes when it asked to rate the app

Ads. They put ads for their other games all over this app, which are also expensive. If I’m paying $60 a year, there should be absolutely no ads. Also, there’s no family sharing so I can’t put it on my phone or another one of my children’s devices, it’s Imply not a good value.

Never signed up for a subscription and can’t cancel it. My kid downloaded this app and started a subscription and now I can’t find any way to cancel it. This app is not worth the 64 dollars even if I wanted it.

Stay away - stole $30. 7 day trial manage subscription button doesn't work. I emailed support several times for help. they replied that they don't help through support link and offered no help or suggestions to fix problem. I continued to emailed asking not to charge my credit card. After 7 day trial they replied with if you wanna cancel your subscription I needed to do so 24 hours before seven day trial end. This app took $30 for me and I still can't manage subscription.

All in one!. Thank you for such a tool! I use it to teach my kid all the letters and basic words. Perfect!

Short a sound. The app is good; however using the word airplane is confusing to learn the short sound of a. especially the way it pronounced in the program. The a sound in apple is much more appropriate for this age level. Thank you

This is awesome. My daughter is 5 years old she is home schooled and this is the perfect app for her.

Very difficult to navigate. The game always start from level A and doesn’t track the last level where user left of and it also doesn’t give you the freedom to visit level in random order. Terrible design super user Unfriendly

Vee. The content is great but for whatever reason there is no sound . It’s not her iPad either because all other apps are working properly. She lost interest so quick due to lack of sound.

Expensive but interactive. I’m on trial subscription right now and my toddler (3.5) is enjoying it but the price seems quite expensive. We’ll see if we continue

No sound/ charged me even though I canceled trial. The app said I had until the 7th to cancel. Today I canceled and it still charged me. Constant nickels and dimes.... This app is so much like many toddler educational apps, constantly charging and no easy way to unsubscribe. Don’t get caught up in it the apps are all too much alike, hard to find a good one at a reasonable cost

Limited Languages. The description says it has over 11 languages. I need the Spanish version but in the app, the only options are English, and two others. Do I need the full version to unlock Spanish?

Wonderful. I’m admittedly one of those parents that prefers to limit my toddler’s “screen time.” This has been a nice compromise as it is teaching my 3 year old so much, he is having so much fun with it, and yet he is occupied without having to play video games or watch TV. Win win for this Mama.

Good app for my four year old but problems with its purchases.. Unfortunately i was over charged. $65 dollars was withdrawn from my account after agreeing to the one week trial, so i was actually charged for a years subscription.

Rip-off. Charged me as soon as I opened the app. Also using capital letters instead of lower case so impedes reading. Naming letter instead of sounding out the letter as it is read.

Only 3 languages. App is amazing. But very disappointed to have been mislead by list of available languages which included French. Once you download you learn there are not 11 languages available but only 3. English Russian and Dansk. Hope French version comes out soon!!

Free Trial Scam. I signed up for a 7 day free trial to allow my child to use the app to see if he would like it. He did not. Therefore I cancelled the free trial prior to the 7 days being completed. However I was charged $59.99 even though I cancelled the subscription prior to the 7 day trial being over. Apple has refused my refund request and I have been effectively scammed out of $59.99. Update: The “developer” clearly did not read my review. I did in fact cancel the “free trial” prior to the “free trial” being over but I was still charged or should I say scammed!

Wrong advertisement, kind of a scam.. We paid 49.99$ for “buy all”, and most apps still demand to pay. It’s a wrong advertisement. We demand refund in apple store and they need to review it. Can we decide it between us, not in the court. Do you like to fullfiled your promise and “sell all”, according our “buy all” purchase, or do you prefer to refund a money we paid?
