Great app. Clean interface. Lags a tiny bit between sets but not big enough a problem to interrupt the workout. Adam Frater’s body alchemy videos are clear, accessible, and loops right along with the workout so you don’t have to go to another page to view them.

Seeing ads after paying a subscription. Love your app due to its simplicity and minimalism. However, one of your updates introduced ads and promotional offers that pop up DURING a workout session! I would understand if I was using the app for free but I am paying for a yearly subscription. Considering 90% of other apps’ paid features include an ad-free experience, this is plain unacceptable user experience. Please, let us continue enjoying your content without any interruptions mid-session.

Good workout but interface needs work. It was a good workout, but I didn’t like the fact I had to switch it manually to the tutorial to learn the moves before doing the routine. It would have been more beneficial if the entire circuit was recorded as one long video with explanation of the move before going into the move - like most other workout videos like Beachbody programs. Other than that, I got a good workout regardless.

Great Routines but App Needs Improvements. I started with the 7 days trial with the basic Calisthenics program. The routines are fantastic, but the app needs some more improvements when tracking progress of the workout. In the For Time Workout, the app does not allow to tap and record your sets as soon as you finish a set. When you change screens to another app, it does not stay where you left it in the videos and need to re-start the video again. This is why I did not give 5 stars, but the routines are great!

It’s fine except for one very annoying thing. This app will play the Audio from any video in the background under my music. There is no way to stop it from playing the same audio recording for the same video each time. This needs an AUTO-MUTE video function such as social media apps have done with their posts with videos. Other wise it’s fine. It gets me my content, so there food. But this background playing of the same audio over and over along side my music playing in my headphones is just a bit too much. So until a fix is implemented, I rate This a 3. It does the basics with no options or settings, to it’s detriment. Also Health kit integration has never worked.

Lots of bugs, not intuitive. This app has some of the exercises mis-labeled. When you go to watch a tutorial of an exercise while doing it, sometimes it leaves the clock counting, and then there’s no option to go back! So you have to start the workout all over again. It’s weird there’s no way to go back and pick a single exercise once the workout has started. I really like the content of my course ( 30 days to handstand) but the UX of this app is disappointing. I’ve had it for 3-4 months.

Latest update totally broke the app. Something happened recently and now the app doesn’t work at all. It won’t connect to their servers which apparently prevents it from working at all. I can’t even see the videos I’ve already downloaded- and paid for - and I can’t even log out to try and log back in. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my phone, restarted my internet... it’s clearly a problem on their end. If I had known the app could be rendered useless from a problem on their end I would have never wasted my money on it.

Some technical revisions needed. I really like this way of setting out programs and this app is truly UNIQUE. The app is very user friendly with the exception of minor bugs. For example, the intro videos sometimes have issue loading resulting in stop and go connection. Also in some of the more complicated exercises it would be great if there were an option to watch the demos slowly to deconstruct the more involved movements thereby making it easier to practice with proper form. All things considered I am really enjoying this app so far and would definitely consider pursuing more programs on this platform.

Buggy - terrible UI. 1) any positive ratings about the way it’s laid out or helps you through workouts is fake. Read all the 3 star and under reviews. 2) YES the content IS great. Meaning the coaches and what they are teaching is phenomenal!!! 3) BUT it’s near impossible to actually do them because the videos, timer, progress, etc is all really really buggy. Videos don’t play. It skips on you. Sometimes won’t progress. Changes from workout mode to tutorial mode. 4) there is absolutely no way to favorite the workouts you are doing. No way to search. ONLY scroll through all of them every time to fin the one you’re after 5) the workout versus tutorial mode is a-stupid and b-needs to default to tutorial mode. Fix! I will not be renewing my membership. Contact me when fixed.

52 year old skier. Not going to lie, week 2 was really tough. My hamstrings are still tight 2 days after workout 10. But I feel the results and look forward to completing all 8 weeks as soon as I can, then doing them again starting Oct 1 for next ski season FYI the number of rounds in workout 12 is missing

Low Quality App. I got the app for Simon Ata’s program, which is on there, but while I can buy it through Simon’s site, I had to subscribe with no free trial for FIT! So, I subbed. No way to pin a program to the top to easily find it, every time I launch the app I have to scroll to find the only program I am doing. No search functionality either, and a lot of times the menu options feel clunky. Switching from tutorialsand trying to search through the videos makes it pretty hard to use. Probably using for this month and I subbing due to the app itself and not the lessons.

Usability of app can be a lot better. This app workflow feels clunky and is sloppy. For example, there doesn’t seem to be a way to bookmark a program to have it in a shortlist. This is an issue with All Access, which requires a full library of programs to wade through. I also have issue updating my profile. The ‘Save’ and the gear icon are right on top of each other, and i’m not able to actually save. Recommend usability testing for this app to move it beyond a haphazard collection of exercise videos. Videos are great, this app not so much.

Lots of minor annoyances. It needs to understand being landscape the whole time, switching is very annoying. I like the idea of having each exercise being broken down into individual parts, but having to interact with the device between every step is very annoying. There should be the ability to go back to the start of an exercise but it should force you to interact with the device it slows the workout down by a LOT.

Got me from no pull up to 10. Fantastic app and I am still working to my goal of a planche but it is a great program and paying for the membership makes sure that any situation I can have a new workout.

Cheap app and workout. Came in with high expectations of a quality workout app and plan. What I found was a set of short videos. Each video simply jumps right into exercise, no pause between them which leaves you w confused trying to follow. Also, videos aren’t consistent. I finished the day’s plan and had two excel uses and stretches where the other side of body was never done. Overall, not worth $20/mo.

Crappy product and customer support - I lost $350 !!. I have purchased the pull up bar set and was extremely disappointed. It’s like it’s made for kids. I’m only 5’5” and I have to bend my knees and it’s just not what I expected. My husband who’s taller and bigger can’t use it at all. It’s also unstable. It wobbles and there was nothing in the box that would allow us to secure the pull up bar into the shallow holes inside the board. The worse thing? I sent several emails to support that I want to return it and they did acknowledge me at first to ask me why I don’t like the product. When I responded they started ignoring me. Looks like I’m gonna lose $350.

Needs so much work. This app would be great but there are just so many flaws were it makes it unbearable to use. The layout is great you can find everything and train week by week with ease. But then... app continuously wont load. Takes minutes to load between each exercise completely ruining any type of quick workout or flow. Oh and god forbid you want to quickly change music and switch out of the app. The app will reset to the main page and any timer or tracking you had is gone. Painful to say the least

Skier Fit!. Really loving the pre-season ski fit workouts with John Collinson. The app experience is clear and intuitive — the only gripe I have with it is that you can’t exit the app (to change my music for instance) without it acting up/starting over/freezing. I often have to restart the app to keep things moving, then the timing of the workouts are thrown off. It’d also be cool if we can store our post-workout/progress photos through the app without posting it on IG.

Utterly disappointing. I purchased the app thinking it would contain logically organized workout programs designed around their home gym equipment. Instead, it’s a highly disorganized collection of videos that you would have to spend a month piecing together into a sensible program. It appears that most of the programs they do have designed are not related to their home gym at all. Attempting to access the workouts through a web browser on a computer is an error-ridden center of chaos. Poor UX design. Underwhelming pairing to their otherwise great equipment. So disappointed.

Lazy. This is more a review of this company as a whole rather than just the app. The app itself has very little functionality if you don’t subscribe to their all access pass for $119 a year, and it will remind you of that with every action you take. “Want to use the workout log or macro calculator? Nope! Pay us first” “Want to explore purchasing other programs without paying a yearly, three figure price? Sorry! Go hunting the internet for links” But that brings me to what really pisses me off about this company. “Did you buy one of our products like the home gym or p-bars? Well thanks for the free money, we’ll be sure to send that out to you when we feel like it!” I ordered their parallettes in March and never received a confirmation or shipping notice. I emailed them and got a reply….in May. They said they would have it out by the end of next week at the latest, meaning first Friday in April. Here we are in July. I’ve never heard from them again. Absolutely terrible customer service, terribly formatted app, terribly structured programs, just terrible

Loading issues switching between sets. This app was great for the first 2 weeks I used it. Now everyone I’m in the middle of a workout it constantly shows the loading circle when it switches from set 1 to set 2. I spent more time waiting on it to load the next page sometimes than the entire 3 set takes to do. I’ve already uninstalled and redos loaded once. I know it’s specifically this app and not my internet as other apps I have work without losing issues. This occurs on WiFi and cellar on workout programs I’ve purchased. Annoying. If this losing issue gets fixed easy 5 star app.

Great program, poorly designed app. This is a great work out program but it takes some prep work. No way a beginner could do these work outs with out some assistance. I bought some resistance bands to help pull some weight off so that I could make it through. I really enjoy Adams descriptions and approach. Unfortunately the app is portly designer and so buggy that it interferes with workouts. It's not something that's complicated so I'm not sure what all the buggies is about. Currently I can't do a work out because the routine won't load. I've been getting a spinning wheel of death for hours. This happens often but never for so long. The last thing you need when getting into a work out is technology delaying you or giving you an excuse not be able to do it.

Good for a month. I was using the app for Project Calisthenics and it was great for the first 4 wks. Went to do my workout this morning and it had logged me out...not a big deal until it told me there was no account with my email address. I then thought that maybe that’s it’s way of saying the password didn’t match (seemed odd but whatever) so I click on forgot password and nothing. It’s as if I never signed up and paid for the program that I’ve been using for 4 wks. And I can’t find any support to email to get this rectified. I’ve spend a couple hours trying to figure this out today to no avail. This is incredibly frustrating.

Great app…except. I do like the app, I have purchased three of Adam’s programs and they are great in every aspect. It’s annoying I can’t download them without a subscription to the app though. They get hung up when I have little to no network and I don’t always have network when I’m working out. I shouldn’t have to pay for a subscription as well. You’re just being greedy at that point.

Missing order - It’s been 10 weeks. I’m pretty confident no one at MarcoFit / Joinfitapp will ever read this review. Order the Fit! home gym over 2 months ago and it’s never arrived. I got a “hang in there” email from Adam Rich CSR but no response for weeks. The site says it will take 3-4 weeks for delivery. I paid in full and I really regret even reading about this company in the first place. No support phone number, no customer services, no product. Save yourself the trouble and invest in something, anything else.

Excellent content, app is still a bit buggy. There is a plethora of workout program in the app, which gives me the option to alternate my training from calisthenics to CrossFit every other day. There seems to be a program for almost anyone. The app is still a it buggy as sometimes the videos don’t start immediately when the timer starts, but nothing that keeps you from moving on and continue your routine.

Good content, buggy app. The content is good but it is soooo cumbersome to play through it. There is no skip back to the previous exercise or controls to skip back or forward ten 10 seconds if you miss something. The switch between workout and tutorial mode is not tappable enough. If you switch it while in a rest it just starts playing the audio from I think the next lesson and that then keeps playing if you move forward. This is all relatively simple stuff that would make things so much easier to navigate. My message to the authors, use the app. If you find it awkward to do something that is probably amplified 10x by unfamiliar users. Update the app so that the UI gets out of the way and let’s users resume and get through things as fast and possible, that means being able to take steps back sometimes. Keep it up though, the concept and content is cool.

Garbage app, great content. All the offerings that fit! has is pretty amazing. Whatever workout I could in theory do, unfortunately the app is so buggy it's painfully frustrating to use. Downloading offline content doesn't work. Buffering issues. So many buffering issues even if I'm on wifi. Exercise tracking rarely works unless you just go through EXACTLY the way the workout is setup. Clicking on a tutorial for an exercise will confuse the app and tracking breaks. So many things broken it's a shame.

Average but has the potential to be great. I love the concept of the app, but it’s a bit awkward in how it handles the progressions through the workout routine (inability to go back and reset a specific set, app restarting everytime I exit, etc). It also lacks the ability to track reps, weights, ability. Honestly don’t think I will renew after my trial period

Completed days for program not updating. I have completed my first day of the program and I like it so far. However the list that shows which days were completed will not update and show that I completed Day 1 in the week even though all the circuits show complete. Hopefully this doesn’t continue through the whole program. Please fix.

Recent changes deleted my program. Help!. I’m giving a 5-star review because I like the program so far (Week 1 complete), though when I was going to start Week 2, I found that my program was deleted for some reason. Looks like while the update for “bug fixes” was clearing out the locked programs so I only had my programs, it deleted the one that I paid for. Please resolve!

Great concept. App is really glitchy. I love the concept of a daily skill based progression. I think it has great applications for other movements too, and I’d like to see more (assuming that I will in fact improve my handstand at the end of the 30 days). But the app is a bit glitchy and freezes up a lot. And there is no preview of the movements. Since a lot of the movements are new, you have no idea what the exercise is until it’s already 5+ seconds into the round. I recommend briefly covering each exercise in the daily intro video along with the warm up.

Fit!. I think the best thing I ever did in my calisthenics training is buying the Fit! App. I’ve tried other apps thinking that I would get somewhere, but I would finally achieve all the prerequisites for a calisthenic & that’s it!! I would wonder “ why am I still not able to do this”? The other apps never showed how to do it!! I’m actually getting somewhere!!! Step by step instructions. Perfect!! & I’m 68 years old! It’s amazing! I LOVE this!!

Great Programs !!! App needs a little work .. I originally downloaded the app for the Alex Puccio climbing training program. Since then have tried the backflip the calisthenics and handstand program I am now currently working on the jujitsu training program. The workouts are great the app is a little sketchy need some work but it’s constantly being updated. I also like the customer service the application has they were friendly and were able to help me set up after the app kept crashing.

App connectivity issues. When I first paired the watch to to my iPhone 13 the watch would say it wasn’t connected to my Bluetooth when I was trying the weather feature on the watch. Also half the features wouldn’t work well at all. I rebooted my phone with no positive results. Upon deleting the app and reinstalling it proved to be the problem solving solution.

Missing a place for the tutorials. The tutorials are showed in a tan DURING the exercise. This ends up in a bunch of wasted time and missing timers as the tutorials can only be seen if you start an exercise. Really wish that tutorials where all in one place before “starting” the exercise. Only project calisthenics had that feature and it helps so much as I don’t have to be scrambling and resetting the whole workout for a tutorial. Seems a little inconsiderate to not have a place where you can LEARN THE EXERCISE! I’ve done project calisthenics 1-2 and now a little frustrated with shredded academy and 30 day handstand. Not having the tutorials separate makes the progress slower!

Great app!. I’ve tried other fitness programs-weight lifting, yoga, etc., but I a REALLY like the way this app is designed. It is set up in a way to really encourage you to push the little extra bit to see if you can fit in one more amrap before the clock runs out and the trainings aren’t so long and arduous that I lose interest. The programs build from day to day in a really well organized fashion that has me doing push ups and pull ups even though I couldn’t do either one when I started. I really like the emphasis on mind AND body. It’s motivational without being over the top, the exercises are super effective and fun, the trainers are knowledgeable, and I’m really getting strong for the first time! It’s a little glitchy here and there, but problems are fixed almost immediately and I expect this will clear up as the app ages. 100% recommend.

Scam. Apps fine. Company not so much. Be careful when buying a program / using a free trial / subscribing. There’s no way to know what subscriptions you have on the app or the website. The only way you find out you’re getting charged is if you go through your bank statements, and you have to email them for them to cancel. They can conveniently bombard you to buy their stuff, but intentionally hide what you’ve bought. I just refuse to use apps/companies that deceive or use scammy behavior as their business model to get money from their customers.

Thoughtless design. I got this app so I could follow the Skierfit program that Jon Collinson wrote. Whether his fault or the app developers', this program is so frustrating I quit. The exercises are fine, but the format keeps you from focusing on them and focuses you on scrolling on the app. Does it tell you what items you will need for the day or what you will be focusing on? No, you have to check every exercise beforehand to know what to expect. Bot easy when they take 15 seconds each to load and you can't read the entire title from the first page. The AMRAP routine of doing multiple exercises in fast succession has a timer at the top, but you can either look at that or scroll down to see what you are supposed to be doing. Sometimes you can't read the writing at all. Some things have timers and move you forwards without telling you, while others have no timer and you have to let it know you are done. Lots of things like this. They seem super minor, and they are. But it's pretty apparent that the developers have never done a workout before, because there is ZERO flow to this app. It does a really good job of recommending a lot of other workout plans I could buy though.

Screen display and instructions. Countdown clock and instruction caption blocks part of the instructor’s exercises. So you can’t fully see what she’s doing. Would be great if the exercise could be paused and then retaken at will. The tutorials are not descriptive enough and the videos are too short to get into the sequence of the movements. If the exercises were more extensively explained with words (precise leg and arm movement description) it would be easier to get into the flow of the moves.

Good programs, bad app. Logged me out after 1 month of paid subscription and won’t even give me the option to renew. Emailed Fit! and haven’t received a response. Also, downloading the workouts for offline use may or may not work. And even when connected to WiFi/ a cell network the app is glitchy and occasionally won’t let you back track excercise sets after you view the tutorial during a workout. Good workout programs, but the ease of use with the app just isn’t there.

PLEASE MAKE THE VIDEOS LOAD. I have paid 70$ for a workout program that uses this app as a platform but i cannot even perform ANYTHING without having to wait a LONG period of time for the video to load (often more than a minute). It is very frustrating i wish i could get my money back but there is no support whatsoever in the app that i can reach out to. If i were you, i would not spend a dime on this, its only gonna stress you out and make you mad because you cannot even do a full workout

Tech Support is missing. I have purchased a program on the app and enjoyed it so much I bought a monthly subscription. The program I doing has a glitch. After trying basic troubleshooting, I looked for tech support to get the glitch resolved and continue my program. On the app itself, there is not a place for support only “feedback”. i left “feedback” on a google form 2 times with no response or follow up email. Now it’s been a week, and still no response to the app glitch and google form. I researched and found a support email on Instagram. I direct messaged Fit! on Instagram and sent a detailed email to tech support. My issue is not resolved, I have paid and started the program but am unable to access it. At this time, I have sent 2 google forms to feedback, a direct message and 2 emails- and my issue is not resolved or acknowledged. My suggestion is to have the support email very obvious in the app for ease of customers. And to have a sense of urgency in resolving tech issues.

Timer. I love the intro these two guys give for this 30 days to handstand but I’m confused by the lack of directions and seemingly incoherent timer that skips around so easily. It could be better if there was some verbal cues with each exercise instead of just jumping into each one. The warm up was great and gave a great explanation of what was to be accomplished and the program would be better if they continued the verbal cues. Also unless you write down each exercise in a notebook, you have to start each of the 3 sessions over again in order to train more than 3 days a week. I think it seems like they want us to do each of the days exercises at least 2x per week before progressing to the next “days” workout? I could be wrong but they don’t address this very clearly in the instructions. Overall I like the “idea” of the program, but it’s not well laid out or explained in a consistent manner. The exercises are pretty tough when you get past day 1 so I would not expect that it’s a beginners guide!! I do love seeing the strength and flexibility of Andrew Sealy and I guess I can only hope to achieve a fraction of what he makes seem so easy!! It’s worth getting and I think It’s best to watch each days exercises and write them down to put to my own 30 second timer and rotation.

Great programs but really horrible app. I purchased the project calisthenics program which is a great program that I have been enjoying but it’s so unfortunate that this is the platform it is on. This app has a lot of bugs, crashes, has a difficult to navigate interface, and sometimes the whole app stops working altogether. Even if I delete and redownload, it doesn’t work. So often have to go days without the program until they fix whatever is going on. It’s really unfortunate because it does have nice programs. Honestly, it is not worth it though. Why spend money on programs when you might be without them for days or weeks on end. It also doesn’t allow you to just simply view programs through a web browser like most other apps allow, this one forces you to use the app. What a shame.

Love the programs...app is getting better. Update: The programmers seemed to have fixed some of the software. Starts where I left off most of the time. Hasn’t crashed as often recently. Would love for it not to close the workout if I have to back out of the app for something else. But overall good improvement. Moving to 4 stars First, I will say that Project Calisthenics has been one of my favorite workouts and yes I think it works. This review is specifically for the app itself. The positive, I like the fact the developers have a feedback option in the app and are trying to get better. I did send a message there as well. The negative, the app is very glitchy. It is super frustrating when I have time to do my workout and the workout section refuses to load. On WiFi or even 5G. It’s disheartening when you are motivated to workout and can’t get the app to load or you start it and halfway you lose your spot. Or it doesn’t continue to load the next section. I shouldn’t have to print out each day so I know what’s next. The store seems to work fine, it’s happens much more often in the workout section of the app. Overall great program bad programming. If it’s not fixed I’ll end up finding another calisthenics instructor that has proper software.

Not impressed. Honestly I was really excited but this is very much DIY and left me frustrated and unimpressed. Aside from the tutorial, which is brief and not excellent, you are left to count out your reps yourself. You also need to count the time (4 seconds, etc) you need to hold each exercise. While you’re doing this he is doing the exercises on the screen with no sound, comments, music etc and while it would be nice to follow along, the screen is just a loop and doesn’t correlate to actual reps or timing. Ugh, I’m going to stick with it but this has left a lot to be desired. Oh and if you want to download the workouts to take with you while away from cell or internet… you’ll need to cough up another $150…. Make this better!!

Clunky!. Started the 30 day handstand series. Good tutorials/instruction but the app itself is really clunky. The timer is usually slow/off. Doesn’t run smoothly from one exercise to the next. Lots of starting and stopping, wondering if the app is frozen. Definitely needs some updating/servicing. No complaints about the instructors more an issue with the functionality of the app itself. Also would be great to use it on a laptop not just a phone or iPad (which seems to have more additional issues like not being able to watch it in horizontal mode! Also seems more lag time when issuing an iPad).

Not as good as I thought. Though the demonstrations and timer provided is great, This app does not allow the user to go back and edit a workout once a workout is completed so the use is not able to edit possible mistakes or reputations. Also the user can not go back and edit repetitions or sets or notes during the workout without having to renter all previous information. The app does not save information. It should save past and previous info and allow the user to go back and make edits without erasing previous information.

Promising but video playback is still buggy.. I went to the developer link in the app but it just goes for a homepage selling pre-packaged food and hardly mentions this app at all, so reaching out this way instead. I purchased a training program that uses your app for distribution and all seems to work fine, except for movement tutorials. I have reliable high speed internet but the video playback for tutorials is painfully slow. Takes 2-3 minutes to buffer 2-3 seconds of video. Makes the tutorial feature useless. Looks like you just released an update a few days ago related to video playback so hoping you’re still working on this! I will update review as soon as the issue is resolved.

Need a mini gym for this app. The app works fine and has good tutorials, however... even for the first lesson it appears you need a whole mini gym in order to do most of exercises. The sales spiel was misleading saying you need minimum equipment. The only exercise that doesn’t require any equipment is a push-up. I cannot improvise. I do not have bar stools, pool up bars and rings accidentally purchased for no reason waiting for me. There is no way to get in touch with the owner. It offers a Feedback form with 2 questions on how to make the app better and no other fields to get a refund or troubleshoot. So unless you have all the equipment like a pool up bar, rings and some other bar (could not fine the name) or if you go to the gym (say hi to COVID) then this app may not be for you. Lessons learnt do not buy an app unless you do a research.

Clunky app. The program content from the trainers is great. However the app itself is clunky. The videos go back to the beginning after being paused while I do the exercise. I would also like to be able to save programs to favorites so I do t have to scroll to find them every time.

Poor execution and user experience. This app is extremely frustrating to use. When navigating workouts videos force play and I can't control it without starting the entire workout over again. The. Entire. Workout. So if I'm not ready or I want to view the tutorial first, the actual timed exercise had already started. This is only one issue. Please add controls for individual exercises so I can pause, start, stop and reset them. There's no account options aside from password changes. Given the statement made by the program seller about not to complain to him about the app, I'd say I'm not the only one with UI issues.

It’s GREAT!. It’s a great app with lots of great fitness programs and easy to navigate in.

👍. Excellent! Harder than I expected

Timed Exercises. This is a great app! Love it. Just a quick suggestion...when there are timed exercises, I like how the phone buzzes a few seconds before starting, but are you able to make it buzz 3 seconds before finishing as a lot of these timed exercises you are in a position where you can’t look at your phone and knowing when it is stopping helps. Thanks

Not bad. Pretty good app. Main weak point: a bit slow! The automatic completion of the workout is not clear. We should be able to do it manually as well.

Content is good, app is mediocre. So far I like the content and instructors. The app is a let down. It has various usability issues such as poor/non existent video controls, videos that do not remember the last play point, button leaving you unsure if it registered your tap, no count down between shifting stretch from left to right, no pause. Generally not smooth to use when I should be focusing on my workout. Hopefully the developers can do better in future versions. Edit: Promotional messages and up sell DURING a workout. Unforgivable

App loading issue. I am in Australia and the app will not load onto my iPhone 11. This is a continual issue that the app developers have not resolved. It’s frustrating because I’ve paid the money.

Disappointing and stressful. I was so excited about this program but the app experience is so clunky. It honestly increased my stress levels the amount of time I wasted turning on each video. It would have been so much better if each class was just one long video that you do in time with the instructor youtube style. Paid a lot for the program and feel very let down and ripped off. I’m sure the content is great but the app experience is rough that I need to spare myself the stress and just move on. Never usually post negative reviews...

Fit app. Do not waste your money on a work out unless you have unlimited data. It’s using 10gb per week and there is no way to stop it. You need to just write your workout on paper or get a different app

Terribly run. I don’t doubt that the content is good but the app is always freezing and NEVER correctly tracks my workouts. Serious tech issues to be resolved

Frustrating. The app does not contain the training videos from Simon’s Calisthenics project I have purchased. I have already paid and I can’t access them. This is frustrating. And support does not reply emails.

Workout videos are way too slow to load for a workout. Makes it just about unusable as a workout trainer

Sound. Would be great if had sound to tell you when time is up ect

Very bad. The screen is black

Great structured exercise programs. Great concept and I like the way the app is put together. It took me a little while to find my way around the app, but once I got the hang of it, I’ve found it to be a great way to motivate myself towards my fitness goals.

Useless on Apple TV. I have purchased individual programs on the app but can’t access them from my Apple TV as you apparently need the subscription to use the TV app. A bit of a stupid limitation really.

No support for landscape on iPad. Seriously… all cases, stands and keyboard holders are in landscape. Videos can play in landscape but if you want to navigate or do anything else in the app you have to rotate your iPad into a portrait orientation.

José Paim. I can’t work out this app I have attempted to start the app and create an account but it doesn’t let me. The link to create account doesn’t work Can someone help????????

A few improvements needed. Don’t be fooled by the “no equipment needed” you will need some equipment to get to the advertised skill level. There’s no way to rewind tutorial videos which is a pain. The content provided is very much worth the money in my opinion. A few minor bugs to sort out and I’d give it a 5 star.

Good exercises but confusing to follow. Good sequence of exercises. However, the instructor should hold positions for 30 seconds instead of writing it on screen. Then I had to wait to see the instructor to go back to the exercise I was to see the next one. I was losing flow.

Not for the faint hearted. I’m a mid 40’s male who rides 300-400km per week. I wanted to do something for my upper body. This workout program smashes me. I’m feeling stronger already. Be prepared to work.It will hurt. But I have a feeling this thing is legit. Loving it

Trial. First of all there is some great content and programming. Unfortunately, there are a few issues that I hope are remedied in future patches and updates given the yearly fee attached is on par with higher performing apps. First, it only shares data with apple health which is okay though it would be great if it shared with popular third party apps such as Strava and smart watches such as Garmin and Polar as well. Secondly the activity tracking is not great and has entirely skipped programmed exercises in a sequence and it exhibits some lag as well. Thirdly, it would be great if you could save programs of interest to a favourites folder. Lastly, while some of the content is great some programs are similar to other offerings within the app which is a bit disappointing as there are not too many offerings overall. Hopefully future content and features can keep me interested beyond the completion of the programs of interest. Otherwise there are many other options available.

Ouch. I guess it’s going somewhere, but it is the first day. No my rt shoulder already is complaining.. Got to start sometime or die 😂

Freezes. It freezes every time that I’m trying to move to next step and I can’t see what I’m supposed to do, however the clock runs!

Is exactly what I want but won’t work.. Paid up for a few of the calisthenics modules, but now the app won’t even load. Have deleted and reinstalled and still just freezing. Hope I haven’t wasted my money. Not good if you are in the middle of a training program and you suddenly can’t access the content for days on end. Motivation killer.

Great idea and content but the app.... The idea and content is great, unfortunately the app is very poorly built. I’ve been using it for a few months in Australia, it often won’t load videos, just a black screen, timers are unreliable as the app is so slow that a 5 seconds timer may take 15 seconds. The co tent is awesome, but the app is underwhelming at this stage.

Crashes. Application is crashes when you try to open some exercises. For example: SkierFit program -> Week 2 -> Day 9 or Week 1 -> Day 5. Pleases fix them

App doesnt work. Cant sign in with apple id or create an account via app, constant errors

Great App. I started using the Fit! App when I purchased the Simon Ata Project Calisthenics program. Great way to stay on top of your workouts and keep track of your progress. New content is being added to help you look towards your next goals.

Good workouts, terrible app. First, I payed $64 for the app with my workout program - I expect a premium app experience and zero ads. I still receive ads to sign up for other workouts - not cool. Very happy with my workout program, but absolutely would not purchase this app again, nor recommend the app to anyone else. - latest update crashes when I try to run video tutorials The interface is glitchy and frustrating: - No horizontal mode on the iPad - irritating if using my iPad to follow the workouts. - When finishing a video tutorial of a workout it frequently serves up the wrong exercise when I click next - When I sign in it clearly tells me what workout I should do. I should be able to click on this to start the day’s workout. Nope. I click on it and it takes me to the opening page of my workout program and I have to manually navigate to the correct day. - No option to manually start/stop/reset workout timers - can be frustrating if I’m not able to begin exercise in the 5 second countdown - closing and reopening the app is very slow and frustrating to do mid workout

Holeee. I’m in pretty good shape and I work out often. The names I was calling Adam during today’s workout showed me this is real. Can’t wait to keep crankin Thanks!

Great tutorials. App is a little buggy with the videos failing to load at times.

Good products, lagging app. They seem to have good program but the app laggs more than acceptable

Need some fix. The content is really interesting However, the app could be better: videos are stops several times, Count down stop is not smooth....

Having a good time. It’s challenging and fun! Short and sweet. A yogi looking for a complement to my yoga practice and I think I’ve found it!

App keeps crashing and can’t access my stuff. I just purchased the 30 day handstand guide and no matter what I try I am unable to access my guide/program! I’ve tried to log out, re download etc and still ain’t working!

Review. Ok content, app is poor quality, videos cut out as oppose to being a consistent video. Have no clue on how to prep for the next exercise during the timer/break, which makes it very hard to follow. So far of using the app not worth the money

Subscription change?. Hey- I just subscribed for a month but would like to change it to a year, but can’t find it with my other subscriptions. Can you help please :)

Started Project Calisthenics 👍. I found the level 2 Calisthenics workout challenging and tutorials interesting and useful. I’m looking forward to improving the moves in the program.

Really, you need internet for this to work?. I can’t believe this app won’t work without internet. Their are hundreds of exercise apps, that are not only free, but open and are accessible without internet. Even when this app does work it’s glitchy at best and has pretty bad lag time.

I lost money to this app. I decided to trust fit, and bought a few courses, then it logged me out and told me my account didn’t exist.... thanks guys.

Buggy w/Potential. The app has a lot of potential but is very buggy. When you are doing a workout, if you minimize the app, to check a message for instance, it will reset you back to set 1 (even if you were on set 3). The app will also crash if your phone auto locks while you are doing an exercise. This is super frustrating because you can’t even jump back to set 3, you have to skip through ALL the exercises and rest timers just to get back to where you were. The workout tracking could also be improved too, right now you either enter a duration or rep amount (depending on the exercise) with a big note field. You can’t easily access the note field, so if you used weights or something it makes it hard to see what you actually did last time. I do like the tutorials, just to keep my form in check, and the UI is generally pretty sleek. The app gives you that simple feel without overwhelming you. — Project Calisthenics

I see improvement. The weakest part of the app - video playback. I had to skip a workout one day because the video wasn’t loading. I understand, that it was a server issue. A nice safeguard for that would be to be able to store videos locally in the app. Good job on quality workouts though!

Great program. Not too much and not too little. Exactly what o was looking for. Feeling great and looking great thanks to this app. Love the tutorials also and the clock that helps with rest time and the 15 mins etc.

Awesome. Best app i ever use 💪🏻

app is broken. app is still very glitchy

Musique. Manque de musique pendant les entraînements

Music. Having a great pump up playlist would be awesome too, make it optional that you can use it or your ow

Never even started. Since there’s no other way to contact whoever runs this app, I paid $50 for a program that never showed up once I downloaded the app. Any tips? Also since I’m pretty sure this is not a real app I’ve gone on and contacted the person who’s face you’re using for your ads (Simon). I’m hoping this is all on the up and up but if not it’s not the smartest way to go about it. Either way it’s not the smartest way.

Can’t subscribe. I’m only giving it a one star because every time it hit “All Access Pass” it says “Subscription Type Not Selected” but it doesn’t give me the option to subscribe. That kind of frustration and inconvenience can be the difference between me signing up and using this app for years vs uninstalling and forgetting it’s there. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Love the workouts, but.... I love the programs (I use Simon’s calisthenics program regularly) but the app gives me a lot of trouble. Even though I’ve pre-downloaded all the exercises, it still constantly gets stuck on a loading spinner, and I’m either unable to progress or unable to load the workout in the first place.

Old school buggy app. Although I like the content the app’s interface is outdated by about 20 years. Navigation is difficult and finding the workout you want is a chore, why not have a favorites section? Why no intros for some workouts? Why not seemless transitions? It seems like they were trying to save money.

Game changer !. I travel for work and can’t find time to hit the gym - Fit! is the perfect solution. I love the short fitness challenges. Makes an early morning workout in my hotel room easy and fulfilling. Great product.

Obsessed with this App!. So happy with the app! I’ve been able to really push myself and finally get motivated to workout. What I love most is that I learn new things and never feel like I’m getting bored.

Excellent for beginners or fitness freaks alike. This app is an amazing platform that allows fitness enthusiasts to pick up a new skill or take their training I a new direction. The Shredded program and the 30 day programs are an excellent start to an app that can help anyone achieve all of their fitness goals

Fit (30 day prep for Backflip). Lucas Ball. Simple to follow along exercises and warm up tutorials that prepare you for doing a backflip. I am really enjoying the workouts with this app. Its better than trying to completely guide myself.

New goals. This is a great, easy-to-follow program, with guided tutorials to reach my goals. I’m excited about my (slow) progress in over-due strength and flexibility goals. Woo. And I’m glad it’s affordable! I have time, not money. ..

Great start, but.... I love the way it’s organized overall, but when my phone goes to lock screen, I have to reopen the whole app and the timer pauses. If the timer could keep going so I don’t have to tap my phone every thirty seconds it would be way more useful

Purchased workouts locked behind paywall. So I actually purchased a workout from their website and the app was my way to access it. Now that they have gone to a subscription service, they won’t give me access to the one I have already purchased! There should be a way to access what I have already licensed. If I click restore purchases, it just tells me I have no subscription.

Perfect !. This app makes workouts simple and entertaining and the fact that you can challenge and interact with your friends is amazing! Definitely a MUST if you want REAL results.

Flexibility. I thought initially I would be more advanced than level 1. Well, I have the strength, but not the flexibility! This is helping so much after only a few days. Looking forward to seeing the progress. Great program.

Nice app, but SLOW. The API is often down so it takes forever for workouts to load, if they load at all. Really puts a damper on your workout when it won’t load. A simple question would be, why is the workout not local to the device? Hope that’s on the roadmap because it would be an easy win....and something most apps do when they launch...

Was good, terrible now. I purchased Level 1 & 2 outright in 2021. That was when you could buy and didn’t have to subscribe. Used it for about 1 1/2 years, it was a little buggy but generally pretty good. Now it’s saying my “token” is expired. When I purchased the app there was no end time, and there is zero support. It looks like the developers have abandoned it. Wouldn’t recommend any more.

Ripoff. Paid for a class through an instructor that has classes through this app. Was told to log in via the email address I used to pay. Despite repeated back and forth with support, still can’t log in or even access the class I paid for. Support seems to have no idea how to fix the issue. If the app is not ready then you shouldn’t take people’s money!!

Adam is a beast—very inspiring!. Was using this program back before there was an app, using printout material and a website. Was great then, now the app brings this amazing workout onto your phone! My workout routine for life. 👍🏼

Hard to follow. The doctor is great and the tutorials are informative but the workouts themselves would be easier if there was a voice or a clock countdown. It’s a little hard for a beginner to keep track of the exercise when you need to keep looking at the screen to know when to change sides or when the reps are complete. With some improvements I think this good be very good.

Showing Up. I've been a teacher of trainers for 7-years and personal trainer for 12+, I can without a doubt say this app is one of the most complete fitness apps around. I love the challenges, design and ease of navigation.

Bugs/problems with app. Hi, love the routine and exercises but I am having quite a few problems with the app. You can’t mark as undone an exercise and it is hard to understand on some sets, how many reps or for how long I should do the exercises. Sometimes it starts in the second set when I am only doi g the first, etc

This company shares your personal information. I’m extremely disappointed in this company’s business ethics. After I signed up for this program I noticed that I not only receive junk emails on “fitness” and “weight loss” but also junk text messages from all different sorts of numbers. The text messages range from weight loss ads to sexual products for men, both of which I’m definitely not interested in.

Download please. I work on ship and when I’m out to sea the internet is sluggish to nonexistent. I’d like to view the exercises while I’m onboard, and the only way I can is if I have the option to download the videos. Please help me out.

Very slow app. The app is very slow to load. I’ve tested it with high speed WiFi and regular cellular data plan but there are glitches within the app. I encountered slow buffering or tutorial videos that wouldn’t even play . Hopefully the app can be improved to enhance the user experience. The coaches are great but the app is not up to their level. Hope this helps!

App closes out when screen times out. I know I can change the settings in my screen but that is too much of a hassle. During the 15 min circuit when my screen times out, sometimes the app closes out and I have to start over.

App stopped working. I’ve been using it for the last 2 weeks ans it’s been working fine until today - the interface stuck at loading and it takes forever. I tried on different devices and it all has the same issue. It seems their service stopped working. This is very frustrating especially after paying 72 dollars for the lessons, but the app doesn’t even work!

Needs work. Several annoying issues - Can’t go back and see a video unless I reset. No playback controls when watching a video, unless I press the full screen which overlays another video, but original video keeps playing while the other one is playing, making it unusable. Videos take FOREVER to load (not my internet), should implement a download feature.

Not worth it at all. This app doesn’t provide anything that you can’t get for free or in other apps and a lot of their workouts require their gym equipment. Plus they don’t allow you to cancel your subscription online or in the app, which is actually illegal. So many better fitness apps out there, don’t waste time on this one!

Amazing app but. When i exist the app for further reason change song or read my whats app and enter the app ahain it will exit my workout . Thanks guys for this app its so amazing connect instructors and students with best waaaay

Great content. Great content, but switching between tutorial and exercises and in between exercises is a bit non-intuitive and it tracking of the progress percentages are often inaccurate.

Hmm…. I’ve only been using this app for a day and it is quite annoying that every time I go out of the app and go back in the whole app as the reload. I recommend taking a look at the AloMoves app and checking out how organized that is. Much easier to get into your saved workouts get out of the app to check text messages, etc. and go right back to where you were.

I’ll change my rating when you make this app work. I recently bought a program from Simon Ata which required that I download this app. I’ve followed the instructions to create my account, yet the program is not available within the app. I see this app is a monthly subscription, yet what I purchased was a one-time payment. I will await a response.

Great!...But. The app is terrific! Great and simple to use to keep track of yourself. But it still has some bugs. Whether I force it or my iPhone goes to sleep mode, it boots me out completely and thus restarting my timer. So it makes it harder to keep track. Either than that. No complaints.

Loading. I love the app and the program! On the other hand, from the second I downloaded the app, it has been the one and only app on my phone that refuses to load for extensive amounts of time.

Buggy and Slow. As an app developer, I’m incredibly confused by how something so unperformant and buggy could be released. Maybe the servers need to be upgraded. However, I find I’m constantly waiting on content, then a playing video will all of a sudden return back to the main screen. Not sure what’s happening, but it’s obvious that there’s quite a bit of technical debt with this app and its supporting infrastructure.

App crashing. I just started a program on this app yesterday. I go back for day 2 today and now the app isn’t showing the program anymore, deleted the whole app then went to redownload but it wouldn’t download, app finally downloaded but now won’t let me sign in. Went to the app support button in the App Store and it brought me to some macrofit page talking about food with nowhere to submit a big report. WHAT IS GOING ON?!

App Does Not Work Anymore. After the recent update I am no longer able to load up my workouts. It should not take a minute or two to just load up the home page, plus another minute or two to open a workout program, plus the 50/50 chance of a workout either opening or you getting the “error in loading workout” message after another 1-2 minutes of loading. Please fix or give me my money back ASAP.

Lags. It’s been lagging a lot in between workouts and just today, my program didn’t even load up. Tried to close app several times but still doesn’t work. Please fix. Thanks.

New user. Just got the app, I like the interface so far. I wish I could there was an option to mark programs you would like to use though. Like “favorite” or “heart”, or a concept similar to that.

Great way to work out!. I usually hate working out but this app makes it easy! I can use the work out videos anywhere I go. So much variety!

Masterfully designed. With the in workout tutorials during rest periods, It’s The perfect workout app to just jump right in to.

Can’t pause videos. If I pause a video and switch to another app - like FaceTime or the phone - I have to quit Fit! before it will play again. Very frustrating. I would have sent this as feedback but there is no feedback form! And there seems to be no ability to watch the videos on my web browser, just a lot of lorem ipsum and saying that I have a subscription that I don’t have.

Terrible. Was having trouble using the app when I first downloaded it and reached out for customer support, multiple times, and never got any response (via email as no phone number is provided on their app or website). I could t figure out how the train if programs were set up and the guidance was unclear. This was a lousy use of money and I would not recommend this app.

Program is good but room for improvement. I find the app to be ok. I find it annoying I can’t fast forward or rewind through the tutorials. 5 minutes of talking before you show me the exercise is fine the first time but I have to sit through it each time I watch a tutorial.

Excellent programs and interface!. The programs are quality and top notch, and the interface is smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Buggie. So it’s been working until the update three days ago! Now it just stalls for minutes at a time going from rests to next sets. Then it just froze altogether and isn’t logging my progress for this workout. Not an internet issue since all other internet based apps are doing fine. Already uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted my phone. Has to be software issue within app. Beware!

Worst workout videos I’ve ever seen. The skier fit program is a joke. The videos have no sound. They are just a guy doing exercises for about 10 seconds and then the video loops. It’s not a clean ending either. They just loop the videos until the time is up. Some videos end mid workout, because the time expired. Really bad purchase. 👎🏼

Easy to use for on the go. I travel constantly and this is a perfect way to keep me going on my workouts. Just click on what you want to do that day and away you go. No excuses it’s right there! Fantastic evolution of the workout concept.

Content is great, app needs serious work. -The content loads super slow. -App doesn't log program progress consistently. -App doesn't always log sets correctly -App frequently gets hung up and won't load the next set. -App content disappears all together at times and has been unavailable for days. -There are adds for equipment that pop up from occasionally (why am I paying to be advertised too, I don't like that at all). Is there not a way for this content to be kept on the device? Im assuming this is not the case? I use the app regularly and like content very much but at the same time find the above issues extremely frustrating which is why Im here. Thank you.

Best fitness app. App got me to try different different exercises and routines I never would have tried. The design and feel of the app is very well payed out and it is not complicated to use.

Would like my money back. I read the FAQ and the program description before getting it. It said some workout needed a pull up bar but they’re not necessarily, and the level description said only bands needed. Turns out level one requires a pull up bar, something to do dips on, and other things found in the gym, not at home during self isolation. What’s worse, I couldn’t find a help email to resolve this issue
