Love it when it lasted!. So, I bought this game after watching a video on it ( I of course tried the lite edition first ) and I was totally blown away. I had a lot of fun with this game…while it lasted. The game if very fun for about a year that’s when I deleted the game. I just ran out of things to do, I beat the campaign on the highest difficulty and I downloaded all the cities I liked. Overall, great game had a great time, just ran out of things to do.

A game that is the best. I’m so happy that I watch jelly he plays this game😁 but my mom says that 3$is so much money she says she’s poor but I keep finding 100$ around the house and I would give her 5$ and she has to give me 2$ back I’m a kid writing this so yeah this game is really fun and I keep completing the game from 1st grader Dylan plus why my mom lie to me😭😭😭this game the best thank you for the great game that my mom lies about lol😂

Kept my money. Bought 911 operator lite then decided to buy it in the expansion part of the game said I bought it but didn’t realize it installed a full version because it still said 911 operator lite. Went to the App Store and bought 911 operator. The full game. It charged me twice for the same game. When I bought it in the App Store and in the lite game where it says buy 911 operator full game. Now wasted 10 bucks on the same game. Devs fix this please

911 Operator. This is a very realistic and strangely entertaining game! The game does a good job at making you actually feel like you’re helping people’s lives and making a difference in your city. The gameplay can sometimes become repetitive, but the dialogue-choice based 911 calls add some much-needed variety and engagement to the game. I think the shop UI needs to be improved, because when I purchase items or units, there is no visual indicator of the purchase being made other than the amount of total money decreasing on the bottom. I would definitely want an ad-supported version of the full game, however, for those of us who don’t want to spend money on mobile games. Just let us have the full game with ads, and charge the same price to remove them! Overall 9.5/10 Great game!

911 Operator. This is a great game! The only issue I have is the game keeps closing in the middle of game play! I have purchased the full version and I’m not able to get the full game without the game closing. This is very frustrating as I have to continue starting over where I almost beat the level in career!

Great concept but executed poorly.... I want to enjoy the game but it seems like units always glitch out and stay too long at incident scenes. They’ll stay there for an entire shift and then I’m short on units and then I get bombarded with more incidents and then the game penalizes me because I can’t keep up with the incidents. But if those units were glitching out and staying forever at incidents, then I would be able to keep up with everything.

Best game ever. I love this game so much I play this game everyday it’s so entertaining an I love how everything works but the radio sounds in the background need to be changed overall it’s a good game I recommend it to everyone 10 and up

Good game. Downloaded this lite version then liked it so much I upgraded in the app. Seems to have some glitches. Right now I'm stuck in career mode trying to load the D.C. map. No matter how long I let it sit it never loads. And I've deleted then reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. Nothing works

Love it but glitches. I got this game as a trial, loved it and decided why not and pay for a game. I never do unless it’s worth it. I finish the trial levels and 2 more cities, when I come to the next city for my career and the screen and graphics do not load, making the game inoperative and I’m out the 5.15 charged ( cause nothing is ever really 4.99). I’m leaving super disappointed in the game.

Doesn’t fit on the iPhone 12 Pro Max screen. It would be 5 stars however the game doesn’t fit my screen it is all jammed together and you can’t read everything

Awesome. I really enjoyed the gameplay and physics of the game. The only downside that I have with it, is that it’s not completely free. I would be more than appreciative of the entire career mode being free and you having to actually purchase certain content.

Great sim/game. I’ve been looking for a good 911 operator simulator. This is by far the greatest!!! But however there is one minor problem is the audio of the police scanner repeats the same stuff over and over. If this could either be extended with more dialogues then it will be 10/10 game so far 8/10.

Having issues!!!. Good Morning! I’m a big fan of this game, for starters!!! However, I’m having a problem with getting past the earthquake sim in Miami...... If I fail at it, I go back to the personnel and resources screen(to essentially play the sim over again). But, if I succeed, I’ll get a “Please Wait” message and the spinning download wheel. I’ve actually shut off my iPad for the day(keeping the game opened), came back, turned it on and have seen the same download screen. Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch? Please reply with advice so I can continue to enjoy this game! Thank you!!! Mike

Fun while it lasted. This game is really addictive and unexpected! It has no ads and it can be really interesting because of all the different stories. The game only lasted for an hour maybe i’m not sure (time flies when you play this game) but after playing for a while i wasn’t able to play anymore because i had to buy the game, oh well, it was fun while it lasted!! 5/5

Awesome. No game is going to be like a real 911 operator; however, this game makes a solid effort. I really enjoy it. However, what is the difference between the full version and “lite”? I downloaded “lite” and then purchased a package in the game. Now I see for $5 there is a full version. And the descriptions look the same. Thanks

It’s all right. I’m not gonna lie the game is really fun and I enjoy it except I am stuck with the free version which I am not really happy about because I have been hearing a lot of good things about the campaign but right when I download it to play the campaign I said I was unavailable to I wish that The whole game was free so lots of other people who cannot spend money on games came, but other than that one little thing this game is great and I would recommend it three stars almost 5 stars by field, letting the campaign be free it would be easily be a five star for me

Love it!!!!. Not only is it a great game but it also brings back the old App Store where instead of having you watch an ad every 30 seconds until you pay a monstrously inflated amount to get rid of them, it gives you a demo of the game to see if you like it before buying it

Game is great but…. Alright so I downloaded the free version because I just couldn’t afford the priced one and I thought that only specific things I wouldn’t be able to access which was fine. But the way the developers designed was that you had to buy the paid access one to continue kinda seems like a cash grab . Still the ability to answer calls and send police firemen, paramedics etc… is amazing but please at least make it so we can still play it and only have certain things that we have to pay for.

This game is really fun and so realistic. Man the first time I started to play this game I was like man this game is so cool! I have been loving this game ever since I got it. I love the 911 calls and how you can send units where ever you want them to go. Overall I just really like this game and 100% recommend to everybody. 5 stars

Pretty good. I like the new updates and I like how it has like a response teams and Rick and I Chi something real quick and stuff it’s pretty cool wrong with it no glitches I’m so far when I’ve been playing it there’s been no glitches or like you’re like taking super long to load so I think it’s good i’m like that you can make answer calls and stuff

4 stars Why ?. This game is amazing really good and detailed definitely gives you the in the moment feeling and everything however I think there should be more “adventure”/missions added in the free version for those who can’t afford or don’t have access to the money to buy the other version but overall this game is the bomb:)And I would give it a four point five that .5 missing because I think more missions should be added to the free version ps. I love the safety tips given in the game ☺️

Crash. This game crashes more often than not. Sadly because it’s a fun game. 99%of the crashes happen once you finished the mission and you’re getting paid. Which means progress for that game is lost and you have too restart it. Next game will run fine then after that game it crashes. Repeated that same cycle for a while which tells me it’s an intentional bug placed by devs if hopes you stay longer to play it over. Sleazy

Entertaining!. I love this game it’s so perfect very detailed and spectacular! I wish I could get the one that costs money but my mom doesn’t like to spend money on apps so I can’t get the even more perfect version. So I was hoping you guys (the creators) read this and hear me out. I love the game but I wish you had created more adventures in the lite version. I’m great full than there aren’t any ads. I have never played a game I lived that never had ads. I just want you guys to add some more things that were in the better version I would go on every gaming website suggesting this app to many people. Shouldn’t have to buy the full version for something I can just do on other free games. So I get your trying to make money but you shouldn’t end the free version just to get people to buy the full version. You do realize that most of the people (9 out of 10) would just delete the game cause it’s dead weight. Other than that it’s a fun game

Great game however. The game is great and I say play it but I found a bug where I can’t delete empty teams which means I can’t play because I don’t have the money to buy a car for it so apart from that fix great game

Awesome! Though there is a problem.. I love this game a lot because it has to do with first responders but there is problems with the audio. I was unable to answer some calls because I didn’t here the audio. Also I think you should add random calls like the amputated limb and the daughter gone mad more because I like dealing with new and different calls!

Fun, but needs improvements. I decided to try out the free game first before buying the real one. It’s a fun game, but definitely needs some UI improvements. Also, sometimes when I try to move my units, they either can’t go there because they’re too close to the location, or because the icon of the unit is blocking the icon of the place. Lastly, when I click on an event/place to see its info, I feel like the menu that opens that displays this information is too obstructive. Nevertheless, great game, and I will definitely buy the premium version once these issues are fixed.

Awesome but needs fixed. This is an awesome app! It lets you answer calls acting like a 911 operator. It is a very fun game you get to send police somewhere! Sometimes you get prank calls. That is my favorite part of playing the game. A lot of my friends love this game and play this a lot. Whoever downloads this game is awesome! The problem I have with it is that when you get further into the game and I am so addicted and it stops making calls. Please can you fix this?

Good game but.... So this game is a great game. Very realistic it’s just there is some stuff they aren’t clear about. When you Finnish the free version they tell you to buy an expansion pack I bought one and around 7 plays later it wants me to buy more and I don’t fell I should spend money without a disclaimer saying I need to buy all the packs to keep playing.

Just need a couple more called added. This game is just fun no other words can’t describe it except fun amazing wait did I already say fun but they need to add a little bit more worlds for half of the version so you don’t have to pay full into dollars is not that bad but some people or some peoples parents don’t let them or they just don’t believe in buying virtual things

Fun.... but.... The game itself is fun. Challenging. I’ve purchased all the expansion packs to be able to fully play the game, and run into an issue where on EVERY Map, the earthquake level, it just gets stuck at “please wait” after I complete it. The love is hard enough to keep up, just to find out the game doesn’t save your progress because it’s corrupt and you have to keep playing it over and over. Support just says to “delete the map and redownload it”. That doesn’t work...

Great but please fix these problems. So first I really love this game I do the blinking light indicating an emergency is on but maybe have free mode on the deme version I mean don’t but all the cities on the free version bu like have cities like New York, Berlin or any other city you want then you can keep some of it locked also there is this if you enter the wrong answer on a call you can’t get any calls every so please fix that and thank you

Why. Why do you have to buy the full version just to play more? In free version you can only play a certain amount of free game but other then that this game is really fun to play.

I’m a fire dispatcher. Knowing this world all too well I was surprised to get fired on the first try!!! I love this game. The tutorial is very insightful. Why I would want to play this game, when I do this everyday, I don’t know. But it’s got my attention. Realistic responses and situations. Job well done.

Love this game BUT. I love this game it’s very addictive! It’s fun to download new cities. I don’t like to answer the calls they really seem time consuming and new situations build up in the background so I turn them off. However after playing through a few rounds it turns it back on? Even though it’s still mark off. It’s realllly annoying! I don’t know if it’s a glitch or part of the game play but I wish it wouldn’t happen. That’s the only thing that made me not give it a full 5 stars.

VERY ENTERTAINING. No ads, this game is awesome. Once you’re in the game you get two free trials, and then one small payment of five dollars to have unlimited gain access. I was very skeptical about purchasing it at first but I am actually very proud of my purchase now. 10 out of 10, would recommend

Why do you have to buy it to continue playing…. The game was good and very entertaining however eventually you have to either buy it to continue playing or you just can’t play at all which is a complete bummer, therefore I’ll be deleting the game due to I’m not buying it

Game of the Year. This is one of the best mobile games I have ever played and it is quite realistic. One problem I had was the dialogue not coming up on a call and I couldn’t do anything, so if you could fix the bugs that would be nice. Overall, a great game that I would recommend to anyone. Fun game, but I can’t play due to a bug.. I really enjoy this game, I purchased the full game and then 3 expansion packs and I’ve spent hours with it. The only problem is the game is bugged so that in single city run, I can’t get past the earthquake during episode 4. Even with high enough efficiency it just gets stuck on the please wait screen. Free mode is boring to me and I have completed everything else, I don’t enjoy the repeating calls single city run is really the only game mode i would continue playing. I hope this is fixed because I feel like the play time I am able to get is not worth the money I paid for the game and DLC content

I’m confused. I like this game and had the one thing where you can play on your own city which for me was Sarasota Florida and when I was playing my screen started shaking and I was confused and I guess it was an earth quake, we don’t have earth quakes in Florida, thought that was funny. Hi me again now there’s a blizzard in Florida😂

Great game, but something that would make it bette cloudless be if we could bring playing on our PC at home and then continue the game on mobile, with like an account system or something, it would also be cool if since we had signed in with our account we could play the full version without extra cost since we had already payed for the full pc version for like 20 dollars or something, and still have the dlcs we have gotten on our steam account, other than that it is a fabulous game

Highly Addictive!. The first time I played this game I was amazed on how realistic it was and then I was even more amazed when my first 911 call went through! I never expected you could actually choose what to say! I feel like that makes you feel more responsible for whatever happens. I am really addicted to this game and play it during all of my free time and I think you should too!

Surprisingly good. This is a surprisingly good game, although some mechanics of the game are confusing. There are no ads and I’m used to playing really crappy mobile games, so this was a pleasant surprise. I wish that the real version was free but there’s only so much developers can give away. Purchasing. When you purchase the game which was no issues it doesn’t tell you that it’s a weekly thing. I’ve been charged 2 in the week I’ve had it paid for. Once on the 29th of June and then took today again. It doesn’t say it’s a reoccurring payment. It should be a fortnightly payment as well. As most don’t get paid weekly

Best 911 simulation out there!. I know this is lite but still a great game and there is a problem about the game. When you choose where you want a service to go somewhere it’s not pin point because when I told a officer to go to a emergency. I drag one of the police to the place but it didn’t resolve it. Can the creators make it so it’s pin point.

Great and realistic game!. This is an awesome game that has real calls and it’s a lot of fun! There are a bit of glitches here and there but it’s still a great game. I haven’t got the full version yet but I can’t wait to! And to all of the people who think the game doesn’t have much content: it’s a demo. It’s not free because these people worked hard to make an ACTUAL game, and making it free would be like hiring someone to work for 1$ an hour; they would be working for nothing. Plus, it’s only 7$. And if you start to get bored you can buy a DLC. By the way, somebody in the reviews asked for them to change the age rating. First of all, some situations are violent and not appropriate for people under the age of 12. Second, pretty sure they can’t control that lol. TLDR: Great game, a bit of glitches, only a demo though. ⭐️5/5⭐️

Love it. A few suggestions.. Great, well thought out game. Started with Lite and subsequently bought all DLCs. Would love to see a ‘distance to incident’ column in the unit tab and possibly an addition to the unit tab of more info in unit status. More specifically, ‘on way-incident’ without tapping the unit icon. Just my two cents.

It’s a epic game and in the beginning I thought I was on a actual app for the police but the only thing is, I get that you put a lot of work with the voices and everything but why do you have to pay for it? In case of a emergency!. I LOVE this game it’s fun, and helps people if they want to be a doctor, or a operator!, also people who don’t know where the places are (Police fire etc) Just press the “I” button, it shows it all!

Awesome game but need iPhone 11 Pro Max support. The notch on the iPhone 11 Pro Max makes a lot of the options in the top unusable. Once this is fixed I’ll be buying the full version! Other than that it’s such a fun game!

Fix chapter 4 in city run. Great game but huge bug after chapter 4 in the city run. After you finish the round the summary page doesn’t load and stays in a loop in “Please wait”. Fix the bug!!

Free to play players. Some people want to play free games and this is a game that a lot of people like so if the game is free it will attract a lot more people then you can have in app purchases for money or extra items but the lite app is just messing up the game for free to play players

Fun, but needs improvement. Really fun interesting game, but my units won’t deploy sometimes. The UI for the incident covers over the UI for service vehicles making it impossible to send help.

Fun Game but couple bad things.. So they give you like 6 calls at a time, and they are al really important. The thing is you have 2 cops and Like 2 fire and ems. Very hard to play and understand.

Don’t know who to contact. My app screen is somehow zoomed in and making this great game hard to play. I do really enjoy this game, so it’s frustrating to try and play like that.

In app purchase doesn’t work. Bought some of the add ons (basic game, and two others that added more calls, vehicles, etc.) and never get any of the calls and things except the very next time I played after getting the add ons. Was a waste of money. Basically get all the same calls.

911 operator. This is a very fun game very nice to play it is strategy taking it’s not difficult you can learn a lot to this game is very fun game to play when you’re down

Issues.... Great game! But I can no longer use it due to owning an iPhone X. The games zooms in on everything and won’t allow me to see the entire game. Audio no longer works either. Disappointed because this was my favorite game

Needs improvement. I’ve played this game for a long time. However I wish it was more realistic and needed SWAT situations. The game has a glitch for IOS which isn’t cool you can delete units or add reinforcements

Cant get rid of squads?. I’ve been stuck trying to get rid of squads because I don’t have enough people to continue. You can only add squads. Any help??

Not worth the money. Units and incidents stack up on top of each other and you have no control over what you are selecting. Equipping units with items is very difficult as you have to switch between pages and the boxes are so tiny. And it’s not even clear what kind of boost the item gives to the unit. Great concept, but needs lots of refinement before it’s worth $5.

This is awesome. I just started playing this game and I love it I honestly don’t play many games but this game is too addicting and hard to resist. 5 stars!!!

Controls. 9/10 times the location of a call that I send a responder to doesn’t start the count down of taking care of the issue. Even if I lead them directly on the location. Make it IMPOSSIBLE to play. Really disappointed. Please fix quickly!!

Fun and informational at the same time!. This game deals with strategy, knowledge and know how it teaches you in dealing with emergencies, and it feels like your on CSI sometimes. The 911 calls are based off of real calls and are all meaningful encounters. It’s really fun!

Not going to buy full version. Great game, but is restricted because of the information you have to take in on such a small screen. I’m going to buy the pc full version instead.

Excited but still unhappy. Ok I have tried and tested all games from mincraft to call of duty but this has got to be the most thrilling and inspiring game of them all. Only one thing bothers me. You have to pay to continue to play

One thing. The only reason this game gets 4 stars is because when you assign a unit to a problem, sometimes they don’t go directly to that problem and then your unit is sitting there and you waste time. That’s all.

Good Test!. If you don't know if you want to spend money on the game this is perfect for testing. I now know that this is the best mobile police game that I have ever seen!

Challenging. Let me just say, I purchased all the DLC and it’s all active at the same time. It can get challenging. I’ve yet to finish with over 30 rep in a city because my units are always busy when calls come up. It’s definitely challenging but a lot of fun.

Bugs on iPhone 12. The game is fun BUT there are several bugs in game on iPhone 12 that you cant play after level 1 anymore

Problems restore purchase. I download the app on my iPhone 8 and buy all the expansions packs. I really like the game. Well my iPhone stopped working. So I bought an iPad and downloaded the game. I try to restore my purchase on my iPad and it didn’t restore. It the same account I use on my iPhone. So my question is why I can’t restore the purchase on my iPad?

WTH happened?. Before even I want to say I love this game or used to when the latest update hit for what ever reason I can’t play the free trial it used to let me play as long as I want but with very Limited Conversations but not I played 3 game and now it’s say I have to buy full vision? Don’t listen to the fake reviews. I can say those positive reviews are fake This game is a bait and switch game, it says free play and then every single thing you click on says not available in free play please upgrade to full version. It only Gives first aid common sense tips. Waste of time !

This game pulls you in. There is so much management in this game and it always keeps you on your toes. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to kill some time and test their multitask skills
