What is soundstorm for nanoleaf app? Get your party started using your Nanoleaf panels. Watch your panels pulse and flash to your favorite songs.
MODES
• Music Visualizer — Panels change colors to the music (device microphone required)
• Strobe — Panels change colors in a flash randomly
• Color Loop — Panels change colors simultaneously
• Color Flow — Panels change colors sequentially
• Playlist — Each mode plays for a random duration
THEMES
Choose from one of the predefined themes or create your own on the Themes tab. Each mode uses the colors in your theme. To edit a theme in the list, swipe the item to the left and tap the pencil icon. You can reorder colors for the Color Loop mode.

• Set the volume trigger for the light effects
• Change brightness of the light effects
• Change inactive state of the panels (on, off)
• Target number of panels for the light effects
• Change transition effects (random, pulse, fade quickly, fade slowly)

• Toggle detect frequencies (Bass, Mid, Treble)

DEVICES
Add one or more of your Nanoleaf devices on the Devices tab. Toggle-on the devices you want to use for your light show. To edit a device in the list, swipe the item to the left and tap the pencil icon.

Excellent. Excellent Light DJ alternative now that they use a pricy subscription model. Does all the basics, just wish I could change the fade/transition speed and maybe some more options for how the lights react to the music would be nice. Well worth the price.
Scott Dodson for President. Purchased the Lightstorm Bundle for Nanoleaf. Very well-designed and lots of fun. Highly recommended for Nanoleaf Aurora lovers.
Not much functionality. I was hoping this would allow me to really play around with how the lights change based on theistic but it is very limited in options. You can customize the settings based on frequency of the sound which is cool but you can’t really change much about how the lights move. Pretty limited options when it comes to the music visualizer. I was hoping to be able to use effects similar to the actual Nanoleaf app but when using the music visualizer you really only have three different options for how the lights change and move. Also, after using the app for about ten minutes I was told there was a connection issue and I haven’t been able to resolve this issue yet so I spent $3 on an app that has been rendered useless to me. If I were you I’d just stick to the free Nanoleaf controller app. It offers so many more modes when it comes to music visualization. Of course if you don’t have the music controller attachment for the lights this app is a great alternative since it uses the mic on your phone rather than the one you can get with the Nanoleaf lights themselves. I hope people have found this useful. I wouldn’t recommend spending money on this app unless you don’t have the music controller attachment
