No wave height info. Was looking for wave height information. This app doesn’t provide anything that a free weather app can’t provide. Disappointed.

Don't by the widget. Paid the $1 to get the iPhone widget but it's useless because it doesn't update unless you open the app. Kind of defeats the purpose of widgets. I reached out to them but never heard back.

Auto play ads get you 1 star. Look, we all know apps embed ads to make money. But most are just placed around the perimeter, in an information feed, or play on demand. This app plays video ads without notice in the middle of using it. Very intrusive. I can’t rank any app higher than 1 star that uses this philosophy.

Must have. This tool is the best I have. The graphics are great and allow me the ability to be successfully sail after a 2 hour drive..

Great app for surfers. As a surfer it's always good to know the tide data. This app does a great job of displaying the buoy data in a really easy to read way. Kudos!

Potentially a very handy app!. It is hard to navigate. Earlier I couldn’t figure out how to find wave prediction. Now I cannot figure out how to change locations. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or if I just can’t find the right icon to tap.

Simple. Effective.. A simple app to give me what I need when I need it. I wish everybody could do something so straightforward.

Can’t close pop up game screen on iPhone 11. The app looks like it provides a tremendous amount of information on the buoys that it covers. However the basic app allows pop-up game advertisements that cannot be canceled or closed out. You have to close the whole app and then re-opened it to get back to the information for a few seconds before another game app advertisement pops up which can’t be closed. There is a small X close button located on the very edge of the screen in the upper corner but you cannot activate it. Very disappointed and will probably delete the app.

Can’t utilize app. Advertisements render app useless.

Great App. This app stays up to date and has all the info a boater needs.

Use it weekly. Good tool for determining ocean water temperature.

Faulty User Agreement. I can’t agree to illegible terms in a user agreement contract. The app wanted agreement to a page of writing which had serious formatting issues—I may agree, once there’s something to read. But two separate paragraphs have been superimposed onto each other, and I can’t read the user agreement. The App Crashed after I didn’t agree.

Up sell constantly. Don’t bother unless you want to be up sold.

Better app. Would be one of the best app if y’all had more bouys! Different and more locations

Great product but can’t close ads. I love this app especially during storms like Eta coming through today. The sad part is the full screen ads come up with a timer on how long you have to watch before you can close the ad. But even after the time expires, the X to close the ad doesn’t work. So then I’m forced to quit the app and start over. If that annoying problem gets fixed I’ll update my review, if it doesn’t I will find a different app.

Worthless. A waste of $1.99. No information that is not on the free app. It is truly a scam. No wave height info. No marine weather just usual weather forecast. And no one from the developer responds to anything. A SCAM BUSINESS

Crashes immediately when accessing profile. Standard marine forecast app, nothing special, but no complaints, except from latest update. App immediately crashes when accessing profile. iPhone 12 Pro ver 15.5.

Ads Pop Up Constantly, No Wave Heights. So many ads I will be deleting and finding a different app. So annoying. Cant imagine these ads popping up while on the water with cold hands!

Wind & Wave only in premium. As a sailor, the first interest from a nearby buoy is wind and wave information. This app requires an upgrade to premium to get this information. Imagine my disgust when I discovered this. It’s bad enough putting up with the ads, but not even supplying the data of primary interest is deceiving.

Not a great great deal. Very limited for the price.

Not helpful. No tide readings. Information is inaccurate.

Ad city. App is constantly interrupted with very annoying ads to download juvenile games. You can’t exit the screen because a very tiny “x” is placed on very edge of screen that doesn’t work. You have to close and refresh app. When the app does run it’s good.

Best app out there!. Very interactive and love how you can make your own favorite spots to check the forecast with! Found my kayak fishing weather app! Top notch!

Useful App. Data accuracy and user friendly design

Wave Height Sporadic.. Sometimes the wave height is shown but most times it is not. Why have an app on bouy data without the most important info...

Update issues. I was feeling like this app might actually be a functional tool. With the latest update there have been performance issues for me. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persisted. The main issue is with the widget. Now I can’t edit the location and have only the option for a location in Florida and I am in California. I gave 3 stars because the bugginess. The other issue is it keeps telling me to upgrade to premium which I have. When I select it it then says I am already subscribed. But the weather wind and wave data seems pretty accurate.

Lcdr USN. All in metric units

Didn’t work beyond first day. Worked when I paid for it yesterday. Today it gives an error saying the system data isn’t in the right format and it doesn’t display any marine data, which is why I bought it and why I needed it.

Waste of time. I was excited to see what this app had to offer since it’s a NOAHH weather app but it makes it very hard to change location which is on another country by default. Going to delete it now

Not enough detail.. Very basic. No real forecast, wave height predictions, water temp, etc. if it’s there, I can’t find it.

Update. I have several locations that are showing multiple times with no way to delete

Update make getting ‘actual’ weather difficult. The main reason I used this app was to get actual readings from the buoys. I don’t need a weather forecast, there are 1000s if apps for that. Very disappointed in the update, as it is more focused on forecast vs Actual.

Buoys weather. App keeps telling me to turn on location services. It has never been turned off. App is therefore unusable.

Add takes over the screen for 5 seconds WAY too often.. There are too many apps out there to put up with having my whole screen taken over for 5 seconds at a time.

Lack of wave height. I installed this app for the wave height records, and suddenly that portion of the app is no longer showing. 🤔 otherwise a great app.

Nothing like the preview. No map no graphs no use

They took water temperature out.. I first downloaded this app to get quick access to ocean water temps. With the latest update, they removed this feature.

I would pay not to have ads linked. Good data. More than I use.

Don’t waste your time.. I downloaded this app for marine weather but every time I open it a stupid ad locks up the app and I’m unable to exit out of the ad. I am deleting the app and finding something else for marine weather.

Totally spectacular!. I was turned on this application by a friend of mine who is a professional surfer. He relies on it to find the best conditions. I have used it for the same purpose to great success. I love the intuitive interface.

No bouy wave height. Useless without wave data, deleted app bet you do the same

No Good. The app has little to nothing to offer. It gives you the high and low temps for that particular buoy. I initially got the app to use for offshore fishing. The app is worthless for offshore fishing because it hardly has any info for buoys. The reviews I have read were totally misleading. Do not purchase! Complete waste of money and time.

Fantastic app!!. I use this app for sailing. It’s so useful to get real time updates of the wind speed, true direction also wave height.

Great wind observation. Was using the app for a year long and it provides all data that I need related to wind and I like the Marine Weather app simplicity.

Really Useful - But wind arrows are backwards!. I really like picking a weather station/buoy from the map and getting immediate data. My one complaint is that whoever did the little wind arrow graphics got the arrows backwards. A SW wind should have an arrow showing the direction of flow, so a SW wind would show a NE pointing arrow. Unless I'm missing something? Update 9/12/21 - Thank you for fixing the directional issue. We're up to 5 stars now!
