App Does not work. Easy fax is not easy. It crashes and fails to send. Every time. Have not been able to get it to work at all.

Does not work as promised, no support. Purchased about $13 in credits in order to send a fax. Attempted fax from multiple locations at different times and would not process, not only this my request for refund was denied. Now I have approximately 300 credits I will never use and I had to go into a store to do the fax anyways and pay for it there. Do not waste your money.

Brian. This app only works once in while. I’ve tried 2 different fax numbers and all got is (failed) after about 4 tries I gave up on trying send my documents I wouldn’t recommend this app to any of my friends

Customer support refund please. So I guess I’m asking for a refund from you guys because the all the five pages didn’t go through and the ones I did go through my partner who is in Denver no answer he’s an is an Tampa Bay and I’m in Orlando Florida he said that they were very grainy and very difficult to read through the pages he received I think was three out of five so but now I have to find another alternate route to get in the information I needed to have to have today and I guess I will I’m asking for the refund my $3.89 that I paid for that because they’re useless to us so please refund my money thank you and call me 720-791-1778 my name is Andy

Simple changes would make all the difference. Love the app, and the ease of sending faxes on the go. But I work for a company, and have a company card I’d like to put these credits on. There’s no option for manually entering a card number. Only Apple Pay.

Free fax.. I highly recommend this product. It can send free fax.

Not worth it. It’s not free, and keep asking for more and more money. I just rather go to Fedex or Kinkos and pay for the fax.

Not working; no refunds. I just uploaded this and have used it 3 times now to send same 3 page fax. The first time, only one of three pages transmitted. The second time, although I got a message from the app indicating that the fax has been sent, no one in the other end received it. There doesn’t seem to be any option for receiving refunds when the app misfires. We will have to see if the third time‘s the charm, but so far quite dissatisfied with this app.

Trusted, fair and last but not least reliable. Most certainly the best faxing app ever! Simple and free for the first page, definitely helps build loyalty. I will be using this app more often. Other apps either don’t work or charge you for hoping they work. This one is guaranteed. THANKS!

ACTUALLY A FREE E-FAX. The programmer/ developer purposely gives you like 5 pages of free fax the first use! 10/10 no gimmicks. Then you can watch ads to avoid paying excellent app

Only free 1st fax. This app is really only free your first fax you send. You’re supposed to have the ability to watch short clip videos for credits to your account for sending more faxes. Well, that only works once. It costs 10 credits for each page of a fax you send. You also have ability to attach a “cover letter” to your outgoing fax, which is pretty nice. The biggest complaint is the statement about this being “free” it really only is the first time like I stated. I’ve tried emailing about the issue. With 0 response. I did notice that if you open the app about a month later you MIGHT be able to watch maybe a couple video clips for 4 credits.. LOL.

All faxes fail to send. My first two faxes sent successfully every fax after that has failed to send

Best fax app ever!!. I was looking for an app to fax papers and such and this app works amazing!! I never have problem faxing. Very quick and easy to use! It’s also good to use when you need to fax right away and for traveling as well. Not really intuitive. I attempted to send an image to my husband's phone but when he answered it it just beeped. He didn't know what it meant so he hung up. This app is confusing at best. No real instructions are included with this app. I'll pass and stick to email.

Handy app for faxing. This app has been very useful when I need to send a quick fax of a few pages. I have never had a problem and it has been very easy to use.

No faxes went through. It’ll say successful but in reality won’t go through. Meanwhile it’ll still charge you.

Easy fax. It is awesome….I thought my fax machine was broken and ready to buy another one and some wonderful women told me about sending a fax from your cell phone….I thought she was crazy… unbelievably she told me what to do and I’ll be darn it worked!!! Yahoo yahoo!!!!! This will work at home, in your car…. just anywhere that you have your cell phone?

Easy to use but. I don’t get it why everyone seems to still want to charge for a dumb technology like fax charge for the program and then that’s it if you need to make money

It works!. This app helped me send a quick fax for FREE with the credits you have when you first create your account. It took less than 2 minutes to be notified if the fax was successful. THANK YOU

Does not fax. I have tried to fax a few things and the receiver never got a thing. Every. Single. Time. Do not download. Plus I had to buy credits to help send things and it was a waste of money.

Only Photo / Camera images. Didn't see a way to fax a stored document such as pdf in file manager. Only option is to send a previously saved photo image, or allow access to device camera for the fax software to capture a photo to send. Odd, what if 20 pages to send, must take 20 photos?

Works fine and free. Just watch ads occasionally to get credits , I only use once or twice a week , you will still use credits on failed send , so make sure the fax you send to is available. I think they refund used credits on failed send . You do have an option to buy credits . Which is nice incase you are short . Just watch ads gets you 2 credits per ad you watch. . Honestly I love this feature it works for me .

Love the app & features. This app saved my behind when I had no access to a fax machine & was in a critical time crunch on a job.
