Fix issue ⚠️. Hi, Have two card of rbl but they show the amount different can you fix that?

Doesn’t recognize eSIM. I have eSIM on my phone and the app keeps asking me to insert the registered physical SIM !!! How silly are the developers of this app? I have the registered numbers eSIM but it’s if no use. Now I cannot manage my card, what a headache.

Get serious. The Android app works well enough but the iOS app does not get past the login screen. It’s hard to take a business seriously if it does not serve the customer base more likely to have discretionary money to spend via credit cards. The card design is snazzy but useful. Wish the same could be said of the app.

Not able to register. Not able to register on ipad as they ask to insert sim on iPad

Aap is good now but payment options. Aap is better now but only concern is we don’t have options to pay our rbl credit card payment through other debit cards like their is only few banks registered but no options to select axis bank cards how to proceed and make payments????

App non functional. App was working fine till last couple of weeks but from last 3 weeks I am getting “Service temporarily unavailable “ after successful login faceid/mpin . This is really sad issue didn’t fix even in 3 weeks. Steps - Latest app version from App Store, then login by mpin or faceid after successful login ( no error) it goes to main page ( dashboard) and shows “we apologize, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try later and app becomes unresponsive.

Is the customer support outsourced?. Severely lacking training. Even after sharing screenshots and explaining the UI issue of the keyboard being stuck during registration, this is the response from support: We would request you to clear your browser history, cookies, cache and re-try to login RBL MyCard App with latest version 3.121 for Android and IOS 4.111 for Apple.

Very primitive app. Your app is extremely slow and primitive in design. Sometimes unresponsive. In today's time when all banks are focusing on service through technology, this kind of app from one of the fastest growing back like you shows your technological inferiority. You need to update the app from scratch and make it instantly fast, responsive and appealing.

Update e sim for iPhone. There is no option from registration with e sim asking physical sim options but there is no physical sim in my iPhone am using e sim from last 3 years how can i update or replace with e sim

Touch ID is not working. I am using iPhone 6plus. Also I have registered my credit card and I am able to login using mPin, but when I try to login using Touch ID it's giving error, please register your credit card. Please fix this error. The other features for switching off/on credit card very good feature. If you fix this above bug I will give you 5 rating.

App not working from 2 days. Im trying to open this app but I couldn’t, it been showing something went wrong for the past 2 days, I have to pay bills immediately, any more delay could cause me penality. Immediate resolution is what I seek.

couldn't get past the registration screen. i am really disappointed in the app interface that it doesn't allow to navigate on the message verifying screen as the keyboard doesn't go away, thus i am unable to use the application so far, i urge the developers to fix this issue as soon as possible. it will be appreciated.

No.of errors. Can't switch off the card, tried many no.of times for instant cash booking. Got failed all the time but now the offer xpired. Worst app nd update

Not logging. poor app

App Issue. The App does not login after first attempt it take 4 to 5 attempts even more to login and after logging in it throws an error message and logs me out.. App needs more enchancents.
