It’s All AI. It’s true that this app offers short videos about true crime. However, the videos have very little actual footage and mostly contain AI generated images and short videos. Although the information may be true, the visuals are not. Very disappointing.

I’m new. I have not started watching anything yet. But I can’t wait to get started.

Settings. There is no way to set settings or preferences within the app. It asks you a series of questions in the beginning when you first open the app to get started but then there is no way within to change those setting unless I am missing it

Changed phones can’t login. This app was great on my old phone switched to a new phone forgot my password I’ve tried resetting it to no avail, I have left message upon message that I need assistance and yet not one call/text/email to offer support. I want my money back

Not sure about the app. The app has very interesting stories but I find that they charge even though I was offered a free trail. That’s false advertisement at best. I’m not happy about this and I would like my refund which I have requested and have not received!

Tap tap tap. Too many taps, so many taps, they want so much data. I don’t care how good of a service you offer if your business model is being annoying until someone pays you for it to stop.

Could have gave 5. Got a new phone downloaded the app and there is no place to log back in ABSOLUTELY NO “LOG IN”. Just a button to force you to sign up again I pay yearly love it but NOT enough to pay again … waiting for a response. I got an email response that said sorry no reimbursement or we were in the process of fixing. Nothing just an apology.

AI?. First , they don’t have a free version of this app so it’s kind of a turn off that you are forced into a subscription right away. And by reading these reviews I learned it’s all AI generated. There is just something very unappealing about that. It’s probably not accurate and AI always sounds very generic. It’s a hard pass.
