Easy to Use. I find this app much easier than all other send money to prisoner apps. I’ve used them all! This one is the best!

Frustrated. I was able to send money 3 times until I started receiving error codes all of a sudden they can’t find the number they say it’s the detention center I call the detention center and they give me all the correct numbers and I try again and still not working super sketched out by this .

The whole app. It’s unfortunate that the maximum sendable limit is $300, that gets the good ole 10$ charge for ‘passing go’, but on top of that…I have yet to successfully send the max amount twice in a 24hr span. I understand and can appreciate safety mechanisms being utilized so that we aren’t being scammed and all. But not at the expense of the intended user.

Fast and convenient. Less hassle. I no longer have to stand and wait in line at the store to pay a bill or to send money for a payment. I now do it in the comfort of my home at my convenience. I love the online and app version.

A little confusing. A little confusing and tested my patience some but after I figured it out it went pretty smoothly! It’s nice and convenient to send my loved one so money!

Complicated for no reason. This app is unnecessarily complicated and hard to use at different times . I’ve had more trouble them success using this . I will never understand why they didn’t just keep the old western union app

Time. The site is very convenient to send money to a person who has been incarcerated, but where it says they will have the money in minutes is not the case. It takes way way longer than minutes, it takes days for the monies to transfer.

Fees are Terrible. It’s hard enough that our loved ones are locked away Miles from home and everything in these prisons cost so much money in in order to send them money. We have to pay more money so if all we have to send them is $25 they will only get maybe $20 of the 25. These fees are ridiculous.

Timing. The app is ok although I kind of prefer the old version of it because it was more transparent and easier to use in my opinion but the only complaint I really have is that it sometimes takes HOURS for the money to actually reach the inmates account with western union and with every other prison/jail monetary system it always seemed to be immediate. Definitely feel like they should work on the speed.

Works great. If you are having trouble sending and the app is not loading , take it off WiFi and try again. It has to work on a closed network

Very easy. This is the easiest and fastest money transfer I’ve used to send my brother money. It takes less than 5 minutes.

Annoyed User. This app worked great when I initially used it. I was able to send money no issue until there was an issue. I keep getting an error message ever time I try to send money to my family member. I’ve signed out and back in, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it, I’ve reset my phone and nothing. So I know it’s no on my end. WU please get it together!

No Bueno. I’m sure it works and it’s legit but my success rate is zero. Set up seemed easy enough though I received a prompt after providing my information directing me to call them. The representatives are not very clear on the next steps and ask for more information without reasoning. I was put on hold multiple times before ending the conversation. Again, I was unsuccessful. Best to you.

Works well. I remember having some trouble with setting this up and using it the first couple times. No problems lately. Wish your fees were less.

Update ruined app. This app has always been glitchy and unnecessarily difficult to use. But the new “updates” have made this app completely unusable. All my information is the same, but it claims the card info is incorrect. Try to change the card and it stalls. Expects a hefty fee to send money, but can’t even do that.

Great service. Quick and simple

So frustrating!!!! Hate this app/company!. I don’t usually vent or write anything … but this one has me angry. So I first download this app and works slick! Until it didnt! It allowed me to send money a hatful of times… but THEN all of a sudden I would get error message to try again later. I have tried EVERYTHING! I’ve deleted the app and re uploaded it, no go. Then I Tried to download the app for sending money to inmates… but when u go to put my info… I can’t! It ties my information to my old acct and makes me log in under my initial i have talked to the ppl at WU, they apparently gave me a ticket number for a complaint….not once, but twice I did this…to which I was supposed to hear back. I haven’t! Smh… now I gotta call and be on the phone with them while they pass me around to all the areas just to send my son money!! So annoying!!!!!

Convenient…. A quick and simple transaction. However I do believe you should receive a free transfer fee after so many transactions. Just saying…🧐

Always get error message. Every time I try to send money, I get an email saying I have to contact you to make the transfer go through. But I go back and check in my transfer has been made. In this time I had to re-enter my debit card information like it was a new card. There is always some type of error message every time I make a transfer. Ugh!

Very glitchy. Since the update was done this app does not work properly at all. Trying over and over to send money and it's saying the card info I am entering is i correct but it is the same card I used a couple weeks ago last time I sent money. The info is correct but it isn't going thru. Had to pay a transfer fee and try to use a different payment method. Now when trying to select the inmate the app closes as soon as I click the name. It has been doing that over and over for no reason.

Easy to use. They raise the price to send to inmates. It’s like kicking someone while they’re down. App is great though

Money hoarding experience. Keep it simple, remember your password and know you’re not crazy when WU randomly will make you change it. Wait till you have time to navigate the glitches that may occur in the app. When I am in a hurry all hell breaks loss. Fee’s are over the top BUT if they drop it in the books quick it’s worth it, it seems to those inside

Rand and round. The app needs some bugs fixed asap! It takes your card info yet no option to use the card. It wouldn’t accept my password and when I changed it with the “forgot Password” option, it continued not accepting the password. And also the app is unclear showing no transparency on what any charges are per transaction or any prices on any feature.

So much easier. Love the ease of using this app so much better than the other systems used by State and local facilities. Much easier and shorter steps to get things done even for an old boomer like me. Beats the heck out of all those other scams that the lower facilities use that literally rob the families of the inmates. Feels like we’re being punished for the actions of the ones we love right beside them only in my wallet which is never very full living on social security disability.

So I sent money well tried to anyway to a federal inmate everything went through then my card was charged for it and all long story short this is a scam app because I called them and they like they don’t see my transaction but of course I do because the money was clearly taken out my account from Western Union so had to call an dispute the charges on my card mad is an understatement

Terrible and very frustrating app!. Locks up and very frustrating. Have tried on different phones, load and reloading app, nothing works! I used Money Gram and it was a breeze! Very easy to use and well designed!

Problematic. I used app to send to inmate. Followed all directions. It required payment in person, went to Walmart. Showed them MTCN with email and phone number I used with WU. Walmart said they could not find the order. Called WU stayed on hold they could not resolve. No money sent to inmate. Useless app. Deleted it.

Expensive FEE. UGH on the fee - almost 10 dollars to transfer money is a rip off

I HATE DID APP. The money is being deducted from my bank account and I’m receiving MTCN but when I call western union the MTCN isn’t valid I’m having to wait three days for the pending transaction to fall of my account to get my money back ….

App and site don’t work. They recently updated the app and now I can’t make a payment with any card. It keeps saying to verify cvc, but then won’t let me. When I put a new card in, it gets to the end of entering the card and nothing happens.

Doesn’t work. I created this yesterday. I got to the part where I add my address and such. And it kept saying error. On top of that there was no button to continue. This app needs to be deleted. It doesn’t work and that not beneficial to anyone.

Usually quick and easy but currently buggy. App is causing payments to decline due to an address mismatch, as my profile address is not the correct address for every card i have on file, and app will not ask me if that is the billing address i want to use. App is also inputting wrong numbers on cards and not allowing me to fix them in my stored cards. Just general information mishandling currently, and kept giving me "technical error" instead of a useful reason or code for why payments were failing.

Quick send not working. The quick send or resend funds did not work and failed 4 times. I had to go in and and do it the long way to send funds
