Garbage app. Useless ! You can’t even scroll correctly , not like it matters they don’t have all the facilities listed anyhow ! Waste of time !

Can’t even use it!!. Can’t even use the app. It’s asking for an access code. Well I don’t have an access code. Probably should of explained that in the email sent enticing me to download in the first place.

SCAM!!!. IT TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING ME A TRANSACTION NUMBER OR ANYTHING…THEIRS TOO MANY APPS AND WEBSITES FOR EACH PRISON RATHER ITS COUNTY JAILS OR STATE OR FEDERAL PRISONS…

Do not use!!!. Put all of inmates info in correctly- once it was confirmed I checked back and it stated another inmate received the money. Even researched the inmate, they’re in another state with a BOP# nothing CLOSE to what I put in for my inmate. Also, said the total was 18.95 at checkout (15+3.95 fee) and then charged my card 28.95. Please trust the reviews. So now an inmate I do not know is seeing that I’ve sent him money and IDK him, and the app needs your precise location to use it? Safety concern, extra charges- do not use.

So frustrating!!!! Hate this app/company!. I don’t usually vent or write anything … but this one has me angry. So I first download this app and works slick! Until it didnt! It allowed me to send money a hatful of times… but THEN all of a sudden I would get error message to try again later. I have tried EVERYTHING! I’ve deleted the app and re uploaded it, no go. Then I Tried to download the app for sending money to inmates… but when u go to put my info… I can’t! It ties my information to my old acct and makes me log in under my initial i have talked to the ppl at WU, they apparently gave me a ticket number for a complaint….not once, but twice I did this…to which I was supposed to hear back. I haven’t! Smh… now I gotta call and be on the phone with them while they pass me around to all the areas just to send my son money!! So annoying!!!!!

Worst App and customer service. They have a rewards program and it took them over a year to revamp it and now, customers are not allowed to use rewards points and redeem them on the send to inmate . It is illegal and unethical.

I HATE DID APP. The money is being deducted from my bank account and I’m receiving MTCN but when I call western union the MTCN isn’t valid I’m having to wait three days for the pending transaction to fall of my account to get my money back ….

Worst app ever. This is literally the worst app ever. I can’t even login, it says it’s going to send a code to my phone and it never does. I literally have to get on a computer every time I need to send money because this app is trash.

Problematic. I used app to send to inmate. Followed all directions. It required payment in person, went to Walmart. Showed them MTCN with email and phone number I used with WU. Walmart said they could not find the order. Called WU stayed on hold they could not resolve. No money sent to inmate. Useless app. Deleted it.

Works great. If you are having trouble sending and the app is not loading , take it off WiFi and try again. It has to work on a closed network

Worst app. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not use this app. It doesn’t work. And apparently nothing is going to be done about it

Terrible and very frustrating app!. Locks up and very frustrating. Have tried on different phones, load and reloading app, nothing works! I used Money Gram and it was a breeze! Very easy to use and well designed!

No Bueno. I’m sure it works and it’s legit but my success rate is zero. Set up seemed easy enough though I received a prompt after providing my information directing me to call them. The representatives are not very clear on the next steps and ask for more information without reasoning. I was put on hold multiple times before ending the conversation. Again, I was unsuccessful. Best to you.

Rand and round. The app needs some bugs fixed asap! It takes your card info yet no option to use the card. It wouldn’t accept my password and when I changed it with the “forgot Password” option, it continued not accepting the password. And also the app is unclear showing no transparency on what any charges are per transaction or any prices on any feature.
