Not Useful. I downloaded this app only to find out that the home screen popped up completely empty. So the first tab that opens up is completely blank and doesn't provide any mortgage rate info for that current day. The app is constantly slow and glitching. I couldn't even generate an estimate for mortgage lenders near me like it offers. It was a waste of space on my phone, so I just deleted it.

Doesn’t work. I can see trends. Never can see rates. Alerts and calculator tabs don’t work. None of the news tabs open up

Don’t be fooled by fools. I have no idea why people are giving us negative reviews. This app does exactly what supposed to it keeps you updated. It gives you news on mortgages and rates. It’s a great app. If you wanna keep track of what mortgages would be mortgage rates anything to do with mortgages

Disappointed. I installed this app to follow daily mortgage rates and information to write on my whiteboard in the morning. However this app takes to long to update with the daily rates, sometimes all day. Three stars and that is generous, update in the morning and I’ll give you a second chance.

Extremely useful. Just downloaded and so far very useful and informative. Hoping local bank interest rates will show up.

Focus on the Facts. The commentator needs to focus on the facts in the summary section. Way to emotional. Also, fairly inconsistent with daily rate updates. I am having to check multiple times a day.

Liberal Media App. I used the app. Liked it. Luckily before sharing they decided to add to an article something about elections and 34 count felon 🙄. Someone smart deleted it. Nevertheless. This is who owns it so I won’t be keeping it

App should be removed from store. Completely useless…..nothing more need adding.

Stopped being informative. App update changed homescreen with useless information. Half the screen is blank now. Simply want to know the daily mortgage rate in the nation. Deleted.

Widget. Please create a widget so I don’t have to open the app

Useful, no bloat app - Suggestion. Really nice for keeping track of mortgage rates and doing mortgage calculations without some website trying to grab your personal info. Devs if you see this, consider adding a stock ticker style widget to keep track of mortgage rates. I’ve been wishing for one of those to put next to my watchlist and it doesn’t exist in the stocks app.

It doesn’t work anymore. Lately, this app just shows blank screens. I deleted it.

No more MBS and Treasury prices???. Why are the MBS and Treasury prices temporarily not showing? Bring them back please.

Very Easy to Use. This app is very easy to use and very useful, I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Most comprehensive Mortgage information!. Great app, clean and extremely useful to understand the latest for mortgage rates.

This app deserves more attention. Very informative app. Apart from basic mortgage calculation, it shows your amortization, early payoff and it does very good and detailed analysis on how the rates have changed. On the Rates page, it also tells you how the market today will potentially affect the rates in whichever directions and by how much. It would be supper helpful, if the app can show the 30yr or 15yr rates chart by state.

Needs improvement. The news feed does not update correctly and all the data seems to be off or delayed by months. Great website but the app works poorly. Hope they improve this I would use if functional!

Great resource. I love the app - can we request a URL scheme to run a widget on IOS?

Loan Officer. This App used to be great but not anymore. It’s not updated daily and it doesn’t show anymore the MBS movement. I have IPhone 12. I don’t know if because of IOS or that’s another greed from the app and Apple . Called the number and messaged about the issue. No one has returned my call or message me back.

Underrated. This app is amazing. It updates daily mortgage rates, provides trend lines with explanations and expectations of why it is at the rate it is. It has a ton of mortgage calculators, shows news for rates, and even can pull local lenders in the area. This app has literally so much included and it’s free… there’s no excuse for not having this app

Surprisingly One of My Favorite Apps!. I originally got this app to get a glimpse of the rate movements. It shows that and much more in fact. Whoever updates the news writes an extremely useful synopsis of the daily rate shifts. They explain why it went down or up and where it may go. It’s like Mortgage Rates for Dummies and it’s become the app I didn’t know I needed. I highly recommend it.
