Amazing!. This app allows you to track pretty much everything you would want to when it comes to your diamond paintings. So invaluable! One small tweak that would be great to see in a future update would be the ability to track gifting an unfinished kit. Just in case you forgot and are looking for it, as an example. Our you simply want to know all of the kits you've ever owned.

Love this app!. Helps me keep my projects organized and up to date! Would love to see an option to rearrange how the projects are listed; move the ordered, received, started, completed etc around in different orders. I’d rather have my current work in progress at the top instead of the ones I haven’t received yet, it would make putting hours in easier.

Love the app but... I love the app and layout. It’s easy to input my paintings and such. Love the different option of drills and other options like wish list and on hold. However, please make it that you can move the categories around. I want my started (or change to working on) paintings at the top since they are the ones I am currently working on. That category is buried underneath all my received but not started category.

Awesome app. I just downloaded this and painstakingly moved all my projects from the Diamond Painting app. So far I love it, but do have a few suggestions. 1) The ability to add colors under the (Set Project Colors) by typing in the number. (Ex. 153,154,225,311) and have them entered instead of searching or going down the list. 2) The ability to select under (Drill Type) “special” or “rhinestones” from the drop down menu. 3) To add under (Project Status) another option - “Purchased - Gifted”

Needs help. You don’t have any drills in stock. No square pictures. You also need a search area to find exactly what is needed. I don’t mean to criticize it’s just that that’s what I look for when I download an app. Is this a new store. I’ll keep the app for a while in case there are any new changes

Not a happy camper turned very happy.. My previous negative review must now be changed. I was unhappy because all my info disappeared from my GemsFlow app. I emailed the developer and the response was phenomenal. Not only did they respond immediately but they were able to retrieve and restore all my info. Great customer service and consideration. Thank you. I have used this app for about a year and had all my projects entered (with lots of history), and a complete list of my colors and today when I went in to register my latest project’s completion ALL info is gone. It states I have never entered anything and does not recognize my login in info.

Nice way to stay organized. Nice app for what it is. You have to manually enter everything, but it’s not bad if you just do a few at a time. I like that there are different ways to display the main layout (a list with size visible, or bigger tiles). I wish they would add a field for artist and also brand/company (in addition to or replacing where it was purchased from).

Love it. I absolutely love being able to keep track if the paintings that I have and the time I have spent on each one with ease. Being able to check which drills I have extras of is incredibly helpful as well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the app really needs an update. It no longer moves In progress projects out of not started and no longer moves anything to completed once they are completed.

Amazing App!!. I have been using this app for a while now but there is one thing that I think should be added then when u complete a project and u have sold it or gift it or r keeping it for you there should just be a complete button like when u should it is shows complete-sold.

Decent, one big problem. Decent app but has one big problem.. the printed photos when uploaded are terrible quality, super pixelated and look nothing like got they look in my camera roll.

Problems. This app is not consistent with the information it allows you to put in. Have not been able to add colors, have not been able to change info. in the “edit” field. Have reloaded the app twice. I’m disappointed.

Keeps paintings and progress organized. This is a really nice app to keep diamond painting projects organized. I like the ability to add a photo but would be great to add more than one photo. One of the canvas and another one - a closeup of the color key. Would be really helpful! Update: thanks for the quick response from the developer who let me know that there is an option called More Product Images on each project. This works perfectly. I add a photo of the painting and a photo of the image that shows the key to the numbers and symbols

Suggestion. Love the app but it would be great to add a screen that would summarize all your drills not just in individual paintings. So you’d see DMC #, how many in stock, and what kit/painting they are in. It would be great for us users that store our drills by painting. You already have the info on the app; it would just add an Inventory list. Again, I love the app.

For tracking diamond Art.... ...it is the best. I love seeing all my kits and completed art in one place. I would like to see us be able to add categories of our own, like For Sale or Destash/Destashed. Otherwise, the app is close to perfect. Thank you.

Like the idea. I like this idea. It helps keep track of the diamond paintings that are in my stash. Just wish there was a timer instead of a clock. There times that I need to stop for a few minutes. So my work around is a timer on my phone an then

Great app already, room for inprovement!. I love all the small details this app lets you keep track of, however a feature where kits are kept in “inventory”, so to speak, where the users can add and edit entries as needed for main details (colors, shape, size, etc.) and then the entry be aaved in the system so everyone didn’t have to enter the same details, would be much appreciated!

Awesome, but I wish the started out in process was at the top and seen first.. Thankfully I have just started diamond Art, so set up and catch up of inventory was easy!

Love, love,love this app. I found this by a comment on my DP Facebook group. Now I’m hooked on uploading all my Diamond Art. I am going to add my drill colors. Thank you for creating this app. Now I can see all my art in one place.

Pictures. I love the idea of this app. But it just won’t upload pictures

Diamond painting best app around!. I can track my canvases and sort by name, date received, company that sells it, size, etc. so wonderful. You can even add multiple photos, so you can see your finished result and the website photos. They are pre-sorted into categories like not received, received not started, started, on hold, completed- kept sold gifted. I have asked for a space for # of drills, which is not available. However customer service got right back to me.

So Disappointed!. I was really looking forward to trying out this app, but, as I was trying to enter all of the data about my first diamond painting, it crashed -- TWICE! Each time, when I got back in, all of the data I had already entered about my project were gone. The first time, I was willing to try again, but the second time it crashed and I found I'd have to stay over for a third time, I decided to give up. Sad, though... I'd heard such good things about this app!

Finally a Digital Log Book. I have been searching and searching for a digital log book and finally found this gem It’s super easy to use and gives you a log for those AB drills, DMC and Diamond Dot So far I am really loving this tool!!!

Love it. Finally a place to keep track of my paintings. The one thing I would love to see added, is a field for the artist.

Love This!. I just started Diamond Painting and already have a huge stash. I was starting to write everything down in a notebook but then I found out about this app. Everything works great so far. I would like to be able to enter just the hours spent without having to enter the the actual times. I use a stopwatch to time myself and may work on a project for only 15 minutes, then come back to it for another 30, etc. At the end of the day I have a total that I would like to be able to enter. However, I have found a work-around. At the end of the day I just pick a time and enter the total hours I spent. Anyway, thank you for this app!!

Need more AB choices. I have a Craftibly diamond painting but am unable to put the ABs in the app cause they aren’t in your AB list. Also I am also unable to access my photos to use in the app

OMG! This app is amazing!. I ❤️❤️❤️ this app. Not only am I able to inventory all my cards and canvases, but I also created an inventory sheet that keeps track of all my stock DMC and Diamond Dotz drills from my shop. It’s simple to use and keeps all your information close at hand. Thank you for this great tool!

Can't add pictures already takes. I love the app it's great for keeping track of my diamond paintings but if I tap the option to add an already taken photo to any of the projects nothing happens, I can only take pictures while in the app and add them. If you could fix this then there would be nothing wrong with the app:)

Love seeing all my diamond paintings. This app is great for me to see what diamond paintings I have in my stash! The only option it does not have is type of glue (poured vs double adhesive). I have to put that in the notes section so I know which stores carry which type of glue for future ordering. Other than that, I LOVE THIS APP!!!

Easy way to keep track of everything!. I started using this program at suggestion of diamond art groups. It seemed a bit of overkill at the beginning but as my “stash” has continued to grow it’s been a tremendous helpful tool. Even being able to search for a short supply of drills to find them in a prior painting. I do recommend this site! AND it’s very user friendly!

Great App but needs one more thing. I totally love this app but the one thing that I always track that it does not is drill count. That would make it perfect! But other than that it allows me to see what I have without actually having to dig through the pile.

Unhappy with latest custom attempt. I’ve been happy with most functions of this app. Until yesterday…… I tried to order a custom painting and not use Apple Pay. I tried several times without success. I kept getting locked into a gray screen. Then it seemed to go through….the “billing” said paid. But I was uneasy so I checked my credit card status and nothing was there. I never got an email noting the transaction. I contacted the company but was essentially told they have no record of it and I should deal with it. Contacted them again today with no change. I don’t know what changed but it isn’t for the positive. I will not use their Custom nor Shop again!

Innovative and easy. Great app! It is so easy to track my diamond paintings, and see where I am at. I almost lost one of my diamond paintings, purple girl, but I found it because of this app! Thanks for this blessing of an app🙏will keep using!

Absolutely love it.. but. I am so pleased I found this app. It’s severely helping me organize all my overflows, and projects. I wish you guys had a button for inventory on the projects, over Christmas I got a ton of projects and I have doubles of some. Wish I could add that to the project area. As well as it could show up on the project list. Instead of having to hit it and check my notes. I also wish there was a better way to keep track of my overflows. I have a system and I wish I could add the container number to it to locate where I put the others then searching through all my boxes. Also I had added custom colors for my off shades and I made a mistake with a few and would like to delete them but there is no button to delete it. Again love this app!! I use it all the time.

Really Really Like This App. I like this app a lot. The only thing that I would LOVE to see is an option to check for poured glue vs double sided adhesive. Otherwise, it does everything I need it to do!

Worked great, until it didn’t. This app was able to keep all my diamond paintings organized until yesterday when I opened it. The first diamond painting I was logging hours into completely VANISHED. Not just my hours worked but everything else about the painting as well. If I can’t trust the app then I guess I’m back to paper logs.

Gems flow. I love this app I like that you can take a picture of your project and you can put what time you started and what time you quit and you can add the colors in it the only thing I don’t like is I have had this app for a couple of years and all of my projects that I was working on have disappeared that made me mad

Must have app. I love this app. I have many kits in my stash. This is great to see how many I have, ones I’ve completed and currently working on. The only change I would like to see is as someone else suggested is adding a timer. I also get up frequently when working on painting and starting and stopping timer would be easier. Otherwise this is a must have app if your a diamond painter.

I don’t know... I was really liking this app but for some reason some square drill numbers are not there. The canvas is from Diamond Art Club and is a square one but 4 out of the 14 colors are not there. I was trying to put them in manually, just for my record, but it doesn’t have that option😕

Quick and Easy. I love this log book for the quick and easy entry pages. All the info needed for logging your diamond paintings. Even though I still keep my stickers I still need this app as a back up. Highly recommend

Fantastic for organizing my large stash!. I am loving this app! I have a large amount of diamond painting after the stay at home order and I needed a way to see the details of each painting. This app is easy to use and I love being able to add start and end dates. Only one suggestion, add AB listing for all DMC colors.

So easy…. I’ve been diamond painting for several months and finally made a list of everything that I had in my stash. Found this app, wow, made it much easier, along with taking pictures of completed projects, projects that I have gifted and current and projects not yet started. Thank you!!!

Great mobile app, but a couple suggestions!. I love this app. There are just a few things I wish could be added/customized. Here’s a little suggestion list: -spot for artist name (we like to support them too) -moveable project statuses (I would prefer my “In Progress” ones at the top) -add a project status for de-stashed, sold incomplete or custom project statuses -spot for drill counts -ability to download to spreadsheets/printable My only real complaint about this app, is every time I have to switch to another app to gather the Diamond Painting information, GemsFlow will refresh and kick me out of what I was editing.

Love this app!!!. I absolutely love this app, I use it to track my stash and how long it takes to finish a project. There’s only one thing that perhaps would be useful to all of us… can we get a stopwatch feature rather than manually enter our time?

Excellent resource. This App is an excellent resource for us diamond painter’s who often have huge stashes. The only thing I use to stay organized. You can simplify it or make it as complex as you want.

Love this. This app is perfect for diamond painters who has many diamond paintings waiting to be painted. It is very simple to use and I’m in love with this!

Very good, but a couple of glitches.. I have had an issue with trying to add images to my logs. It will not accept them straight off my camera, but if I up.pad them to messenger, and then renown load them, it will accept them. I’ve tried updating, rebooting, deleting and resinatalling. No thing works, so I have to do it the long way. I would also love it if a facility was available to be able to print up the log of hours done, especially if giving the diamond painting away as a present. I also can’t sync it to both my iPad and iPhone, can only use it on my iPad.

Fanatic App. This app is the best thing by far! Can keep up to date with all diamond art ordered, and received in great detail.

Keeps me organised. I love this App. I don't use all of the features available but it is handy to keep a list of my work so I don't double up, and so I can see dates and lengths of time I spent on each one.

Best app for Dp. It not only lets you collate the DP’s you have but where you got them, how much they cost and even how long it took for delivery. The ability to add the colours for every DP is incredible. LOVE THIS APP

Brilliant App. This is such a must have app for Diamond Painting fans! It helps keep track of all your projects, photos can be added, where and when they were purchased, cost of painting and postage. When ordered and received, when project started and completed and hours spent completing. You can add a list of DMC colours and ABs used and also whether you’ve kept or gifted your paintings. A real game changer 🤩

Missing bits!!!. It used to have the dmc colours but now only has diamond dotz and ab drills was useful now not so much...disappointing!!!!!!

Sucks. Sucks. Had started a list of dp’s I own, started, not started etc… now there’s nothing there. They erased them all

Nice decent app but can improve a lot. I like app and it’s easy to do inventory. Tracking orders and WIP project is easy with this app when you have a huge stash. Some thing to consider: it’s missing some DMC numbers specially ABs. There should be an option to add special shaped drills, number of AB colours etc.

Love this app.. Best diamond painting logbook. No annoying ads or pop ups. Works, is well constructed and easy to use. Recommend it to any diamond painter to log WIPs, stashes and even keep track or your wishlist and drills. I feel like the spare drill log is a bit confusing but besides that. Customer service responds fast and has great communication. Awaiting to try their custom DP that is in transit.

Love it. This is a great app to keep organized Definitely helps I now know who I have and what I am waiting to receive I put the colours in on from each canvas when I receive it and if I am short a colour can look and see if any other canvases use that colour or if I have it I only wish I could add the number,letter or shape to the colour list legend print it off not all Diamond paintings come with a printed legend to use

Amazing. Amazing app, but needs an update. Is missing some DMC colour codes, such as 127 and 130. Yes there is the option to add your own colours, but it would be much neater and more convenient if they were already included in the app.

Love it. What a great app to keep everything Diamond Painting at the touch of a finger. Keeps WIP Photos as well as Completed Work Photos, Drill Colours and Types and an Accurate Log of time spent on each project. Haven’t even looked at DPs Available For Purchase or Ordering Customs yet.

Symbols. Love the app!! The only thing missing is the possibility of logging the symbols associated with DMC Colors in each projects. Would be a great asset in case drills fall out over time. Thanks!

Saddened. I had numerous projects loaded and one finished. Opened the app one day and everything was gone.

Love this app.. The app was recommended on a diamond painting FB group. Im addicted and have a drawerful of new canvases. I hate disorganization and this app was the key to organizing my projects.

Price. How much does this app cost?

Never buy. Never buy a diamond painting from this company half the time the diamonds pop. I one time messaged costumer service to get a missing bag of diamonds to be sent they said they would send it but it never came and they fold the painting canvas to ship them when they all should be rolled up. The cataloging projects is great but other then that that’s all this app should be used for.

AliExpress. You can buy the same diamond paintings from AliExpress you can buy a 40x50 painting for nine dollars

Great app, syncs between devices well. I’m very happy with the app, however, I would love to have the option to indicate that it is kitted up.

Custom painting. I’m try to do a custom painting and I won’t let me pay saying I need to pick a region. I go to pick and it says no options other wise it would be a 5
