No way to sample. Amazon , almost all music selling platforms, etc. allow you to hear the song 20-30 seconds. I heard 1 song. When I wanted to try out others on the app to see what was out there, I had to pay full price for song. This doesn’t work for me. I need to know what kind of music is available with a sample before purchasing. I didn’t purchase anything. Thank you!

Hard to use. I am trying to play from a list after purchasing the app and it plays for a few seconds and then freezes. I will try again later but I may ask for my money back.

I love this app so much. I have been using this app for over a year now and it has been the most helpful app I have ever downloaded. I struggle with PTSD which makes it almost impossible for me to fall asleep at night. I used to lie in bed awake for hours before falling asleep, if I slept at all but with this app, I listen to “The Night Watchman” audio and fall asleep almost instantaneously. I have listened to the audio hundreds of times and I have never made it to the end without falling asleep. This app is so so so amazing and I can not recommend it enough.

Not good for people with PTSD. As I was floating off to sleep, to the sound of his voice, I was startled awake by the sound effect of birds taking flight. Not good for people with PTSD or easily startled. Also large difference in volume between instructional sections, which is quite jarring, especially when trying to fall asleep.

Huge help. I am new to this app. But I am not new to insomnia and sleeplessness and anxiety. This app was introduced to me by a friend. It has been so helpful so far. What a beautiful combination to put gentle music to the BLS. Thank you.

Good app, but several options just don’t work. Several of the playlist options have load errors, so even if you pay for premium, you’re not getting that many of the recordings.

Not Just a Sleep App. I hugely recommend this APP as a coping resource for anyone suffering with the following: ADD/ADHD, anxiety, panic, insomnia, trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, nightmares, night terrors, OCD, trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, regulation, stress, trouble being mindful, trouble relaxing, so much more. Fell asleep. Chronic pain sufferer with bad insomnia - Fell asleep while listening to this on the lounge - it relaxed and took me away from the pain enough for me to go to sleep thanks!!

Excellent Sleep App. I found this App to be extremely helpful with switching off my mind, relaxing, getting to sleep & back to sleep. I have been using this app for the past month & have seen some great results, highly recommended.

So relaxing. This app is really calming when I feel stressed - I like the wave sounds and marks voice - it’s very very relaxing

Worth it. I bought this app to help get me to sleep and good rest durning a stressful emotional time recently. Using the app I was able to get the much needed sleep and brain rest to be able to functionally work my way through a tough situation. It reduced anxiety by just knowing I could use the app to get back to sleep or just to take time out to reset and have some peace. Easy to use and I highly recommend.

I can finally get to sleep or back to sleep. I’m doing EMDR for PTSD and my psychologist recommended this app for my insomnia and sleep difficulties. It’s been amazing. Helpful. Took a couple of nights to get used to but I'm finding it very helpful. The Nightwatchman is also very helpful for falling back asleep if you wake up in the night.
