Crashes when open app. Since the last update and last iOS 13 update that app crashes every time is opened and my band is not connected with the app.

Shuts down right after opening it. Worked for awhile now I can’t get it to open up

App won’t stay open in iOS 13. App in no good if you can’t use it. It won’t stay open. As soon as it opens, 2 seconds later it shuts down. Can’t even get it to sync with watchitude activity tracker. Pls fix. Says it’s compatible with iOS 8 and above. Not the case.

Terrible set up instructions. I’ve been trying to follow the set up instructions on the app and the manual for 30 minutes now and I’m still not able to connect the band to the app. It’s going back if I don’t figure out something really soon. The instructions on the app about “pull down” the screen make no sense. Nothing happens.

Not syncing. Not connecting to Bluetooth so time is off. Waste of money!

Malfunction. Lately every time I open the app it kicks me out after about 10 seconds. Won’t connect to Bluetooth anymore either. Please fix this problem!

App quit tracking. After working fine few weeks app not tracking any data except manual measurements. Raise the hand to light the screen isn’t working too after few weeks.

Won’t find device. I have tried everything to pair the device and it can’t find it. It just continues to give me the message “connect device”

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Ever since the new IOS 13.1.3 update on my IPhone 6 Plus my app continuously crashes and I can’t get my watch to work. Please fix the issues ASAP.

Trouble. I’m having trouble with the watch’s features like checking blood pressure.

I like it!. I’m satisfied with the app. I haven’t had any issues with it. I do wish it had a weight tracker tho.

Help!. I love my band. So much that when I lost my first one, I bought 2 more. Unfortunately, the app has stopped working & I can’t figure out what to do!!

Xr iPhone. I can’t get my watch to connect/pair with my iPhone XR phone.

Stopped working. I had it a couple of days and it worked well.. then it stopped working.. it flashes “wear band properly on wrist”..I tried everything..I made sure my wrist was clean.. that the device was clean.. that it is placed properly on my wrist.. but it starts to record then stops.

Crashes. Every time you open up the app it takes you back to your home screen. Please please fix it quick!

crashes immediately. As soon as the app opens and tries to connect to the watch it crashe. It is not worth the time unless it is fixed.

Have to get new app??. Based on app update history of this developer, it’ll be months before they fix the crashing issue reported by so many after latest update. That wouldn’t be very professional now, would it?!?!?!

Not the best.... A few things they need to change or update. 1) They need a way to contact them with on the app or the App Store. Currently I can’t figure out how to report an issue. 2) They need to have better definitions of what each setting does on the app. 3) They need to have the manual on the app since the print is too small to read. Lastly and most important ( and this was the reason why I purchased the device)... 4) When I’m walking and go to check my heart rate it never displays I have to either wait for the watch to tell me OR I have to go into the app and request it. I hope someone can help me on this last issue or j may just return it.

App quit connecting to my device!. After working fine for a few weeks, the app now cannot find my device and won’t connect. Never did track my sleep like it was supposed to. Love the tracker, don’t like the app!

Sleep track. I work third shift an this does not track my sleep during the week well sleeping during the day

Eh. After finically getting it to turn back in after it seemed like it was dead for like 4 days it won’t connect to the app but I’m still getting notifications on it...

Worst app ever. It will not sync. I followed all the directions and troubleshoot info on the site. The watch is a total waste of money. You shouldn’t be selling an app-based watch if the app doesn’t work.

A perfect balance of features.. They fixed all the bugs and it improved the app a great deal. Its exactly what I needed. Not too much stuff, very easy to navigate around. You don't get lost in over complicated stuff you don't need. Watchitude Move is a cool watch and a great value. I contacted watchitude directly and they where very accommodating and fixed all the issues.

So easy to use!. Love this app!

Not working. App not working with iPhone

Can’t Get It To Connect To The App. Tried for 30 mins to get the phone to connect to the app. Sending it back

Crashes. The second my tracker pairs, the app crashes. This makes the app crash within a few seconds of opening each time unless my Bluetooth is off, and my tracker isn’t tracking anything because it won’t finish pairing. Complete waste of money unless it gets fixed very soon.

No English documentation. My husband bought me the Aractive wrist monitor from Amazon for my birthday, and it only works with software from this developer. I haven't yet been able to get the sleep monitor to work. It's reasonably user-friendly in English, though it sometimes has confusing descriptions. Unfortunately, there is no help file at all, and the developer website is in Chinese (definitely not Korean nor Japanese) and so I couldn't find help there.

App crash. As i was trying to connect my device the app would crash . I only get past the profile screens and then crash upon crash

Does NOT connect!. Deserves a 0 star rating. I purchased the watch two days so but it’s not much help as the app and device will never connect. I’m selling the watch and deleting app.

Where did it go????. App was working till the last app update now I can’t get it to open.

Crashes without pairing. So disappointed! Can’t pair the watch with the app. App crashes as soon as it opens before the watch can pair. If the Bluetooth is off the app works just fine but it’s unable to pair with the watch! Waste of money unless the app is fixed.

Does not track sleep. I love everything about this except the fact that it doesn’t track my sleep and doesn’t monitor the heart rate. Just steps, distance and calories.

Stopped working with update to 2.0. Worked fine, straightforward app. I let it update, and now it crashes as soon as it gets a signal from the wristband.

Does not sync with iOS 13. Crashes every time when attempt to sync with BT connection. Does not work.

Great for the price!. The app and fitness tracker are great for the price. That it can check blood pressure is awesome and the main reason I got it. It works pretty well! I would have given it 5 stars but for the syncing of data. You have to go into each individual feature, sport, static, sleep, blood pressure, and pull down to sync the data for that individual feature. I have another fitness tracker with AI coach that syncs all data at once. That is what this needs. I would easily give a 5 star rate for that! Maybe in an update😉 Also it vibrates for unknown reasons...but still great for the price!!

really good. the app works great with the band however there should be more setting for measuring sleep time as it's not as accurate as it could be
