Horrible app. Can't get fastpasses, unknown error

Broken app. This app is completely broken. I can’t even load the login page.

Better than bad, it’s good!. It’s better all the time! Since people don’t usually leave a review unless it’s negative, I thought I’d do an up to date assessment. The app has steadily improved over the years. Most recently it’s been great and it’s really handy to have a map, schedules and wait times displayed in real time. I like that you can search by category within the map and find certain events, restaurants or rides. Although it usually takes some getting used to each time there are changes, the UI has improved with each update. Keep up the good work! Now, if we could just get in the park…

有时整个APP FROZEN. Just tried to browse ticket, unfortunately it’s showing “Magic is happening” you just can’t go anywhere or do anything I have to delete the app, not sure whether I can do anything after download again

Update has no wait times. Usually works wonderfully. The last update resulted in no wait times. Everything is just a star despite the Park still being open. A friend checked her non updated app and there are wait times available. Please fix!

Good app. It is a good app with this updated version we can link the tickets with fastpass! No need to run in the park to get fastpass any more, really excited!

The arrow of the current location point in map doens't indicate my orientation. It makes no sense. Hard to find out which direction should I go.

Useless. I downloaded this on my iPhone and my iPad for my upcoming trip to the resort, and it works on neither. It keeps telling me I have no internet connection and it cannot update. I have tried it on wifi and using LTE data. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Nothing works. Completely useless.

Bad if you have a large party. One of the main draws is the ability to get fast passes for your group. The app only lets you link 5 tickets on one account. We have a party of 6 and I was the only one that got a Shanghai Disney account before going to the park. I also had a lot of difficulty signing up for an account in the first place. There are also other issues with the app, such as loosing connection, difficulty logging in and crashing occasionally. All those are would be minor if they just let me link more tickets to the account. We went to Disney World with extended family and I could link my party of 12 all onto my account so I can set up fast passes.

非常糟糕的烟花投影秀体验. 本来和对象一起来迪士尼庆生很愉快的，晚上准备看烟花，结果临时封路，绕了一大圈才能到达位于正门观赏点，但是此时该区域已经完全封闭，工作人员不停驱赶游客，言语粗暴，动作蛮横，如果提前给到观赏提示，就不至于观赏体验如此糟糕。我是来过迪士尼两三次了，第一次碰到这种现象，关机存在重大问题，以后不会带朋友来玩了。

Can not connect to internet. Doesn’t work. Can not connect to internet with Chinese phone number on Apple iOS. USA App Store.

Worst Disney ever. Too crowded, too expensive, too poor services

Great app!!. This is a great app but I wish there was a way you could save attractions to a list.

It's AWESOME. I can plan and choose before we go to Disney and we can know how long this game take．

Young app. I understand, that app is new, but so many bugs and its weight is really too big. I suppose, you should do something with it

Garbage. Disney has the hospitality angle nailed, but technology is a hot mess. This apps main function is to manage fast pass reservations in the park. This is horribly broken. Passes fall off the list. Every stage has unidentified errors. Some reservations you didn't confirm are made anyways. I don't understand how the Florida and HK apps could be so good and this one such a miserable fail. Terrible, awful, no good app. Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolute garbage. The app is a garbage in the dirtiest trash can.

Can’t Use It. I can’t even create an account on the app! I get an error every time telling my I have entered an invalid term. I triple checked everything on the form. The error doesn’t tell which field is incorrect. What a waste!

系统烂and乱. app做的是真的烂啊，问题如下 1. 菜单很乱，例如，events放在第二个tab为了什么 2.买票和关联票反而藏的很深，不好找 3. 用户忘记密码，找回密码没必要需要生日 4. 系统显示要升级，但是到app 已显示最新，回来还是显示升级app 5. 没有修改app语言的地方，只能根据系统语言决定 总之，business脑子有坑，可以炒掉了。多花些钱找些好qa测测app吧

Doesn’t work properly. Works slow, doesn’t work properly

Easy, Simple!. I bought tickets probably a month ago and was skeptical that it would work with this app-- but I just signed in and they are there, easy as that!!

International payment is awesome!. I can use my US visa to purchase the DPA! Awesome!

👌🏽💯 Walt.. I've used the Disney app for America and Paris. Shanghai opening cannot come soon enough. Favourite feature is the waiting time - plans will change depending on wait time. Disney is the best!!! Xxoo.

Bad app support for non-china resident. Wait times are not loading, can’t sign up for an account with a USA number in website or app. Can’t create account in app. Tried contacting support, no solution and tried the suggested steps.

On line map is bad idea. The app suffers from a nearly fatal flaw. Why not have the maps off line?

One of the worst apps. This is seriously one of the worst apps I've ever used. Trying to register with a foreign account is near impossible and constantly cycles through the sign in with phone number screen. Disney needs to fix this app to be on par with their other parks

Tokyo app. Please make a Disneyland Tokyo app. All the others are great!

Functional... Just!. Firstly, if you're experiencing issues using the app (Logging in, wait times, park hours... Basically everything) change your region to United States, the app then functions correctly! Once you've got around this the app works as expected, the same as other Disney Parks! Be good if could get FP returns like the Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) app, it's a big park and a lot of walking when the info should be in your hand. Great start. Fix the above bug and I'll update my star rating.

Broken and login doesn’t work. New app during Xmas release is so broken. Cannot even login and buttons doesn’t work. Total thrash app compared to the previous version

It’s ok. Too many things that make it painful to use. You can’t select the language, you can have more than one criteria on the map so if you’re near a ride you can’t see the nearest restaurant and on a smartphone screen it’s just too hard get an idea of directions because the park is huge. You don’t stay logged in so you’re constantly entering a password. Designed by someone who hasn’t been to a theme park.

不要来！！！. 体验非常差！非常差！非常差！重要的事说三遍！就人多的不像话，一家五口就算你买一千多一个人的优先票也得等晚八点之后才能用，加上门票钱都一万了，游戏玩不到三个！娱乐设施少得可怜，我去那么多游乐园从没听过我孩子说闷的。不要来！千万不要来！坑钱坑时间。

Very useful and efficient. During my visit to Shanghai Disneyland, I relied on this app so much! The live feedback of wait times at each attraction was accurate and frequent, making choosing our next attraction an easy choice. The app itself is very easy to use, and navigation was very helpful with it. My visit to Shanghai Disneyland probably wouldn't be as smooth without this app!
