5stars. Keeps me on track. Always forget to do pull-ups.

Simple, effective. By doing pull-ups 3 times a week and adding reps ever so gradually, you can make real progress. It's amazing that by simply being told by your phone that "it's time to do pull-ups" that you actually do them. The app makes for a very consistent workout. Some negatives: 1. The use of this app messes up the volume on my iPhone. Need to restart. 2. The synthetic voice commands are annoying harsh and distorted, not at all like Siri 3. There is a place to leave notes for each workout, but no indication that a note exists for a given workout. So you have to check each workout and go to another screen just to see if you did make an entry. 4. You are asked to complete a certain number of reps for each workout, it is assumed that you did them, and you are congratulated. But what if you cannot complete them? It would be better to record what you actually did. Then maybe the app could adjust to your own progress. Example: I could not complete 12 pull-ups on the last set, but I'll be asked to do even more in the next workout.

It works for me. I'm happy the I got this app is high quality love it

Why so many updates?. Not bad but I've only had the app for a week and already two updates. Now I have those annoying notifications that my OCD goes crazy about. Why the incessant updates?

Awesome. I love this app. It's free, it's a helpful workout tool, and it helps you do more pull ups. Keep up the good work! Maybe you could add some exercises in during warmup and cool down to make it easier for some.

Works. The app works. So far so good. Gets me doing the pull-ups. Nothing fancy but functional.

Time. I think this app works well and definitely gets the jobs done but, the one thing that stopped me from rating this a 5 star was the inability to adjust the rest and work time intervals in the settings.

An honest app. This app provides the user with a professionally-developed workout routine which replaces the workouts, advice, and tools found in many other more costly books and other venues. This app gives any user the complete assurance and subsequently the complete confidence that they will achieve the end-goal the very moment that the work is accomplished.

Four for now. Just do what the aps tells you to do. I will find out later, and let you know if it's been working or not.

Really exciting. I finished push up coach and tested at 125 push-ups. I have been looking for a pull up program and can't wait to finish this. I will update when I finish the program.

Very well done. Came to the app thinking it would be like another, imagine my surprise! It gives daily workouts+notifications and even though your supposed to do 3 a week, I did one every day and managed to do 20 on 1/2 the time. Also allows you to play music while exercising.

I've noticed a lot of improvement. This really works! The first several weeks I could notice my strength and muscles growing. Then I plateaued and couldn't finish the tougher days. Turns out I had gained over 10 pounds of muscle! That extra weight made the workouts harder, but was proof I am stronger.

A Beast In Progress. If I actually used this app everyday I would be unstoppable.

High quality pullup app. This app is great because it does exactly what it's supposed to do and does it well--help you keep track of your pullups and improve your max reps. Easily the best pullup app because it's completely customizable--number of reps, seconds of rest, days of the week. Has an initial test and everything can be reset if you want. Honestly, don't waste your time trying the other apps, this will do everything u want with no bs.

Way too difficult. I'm not exactly in the worst shape, but I'm also not in the best shape. I used to be very active, I've gained 10 lbs or so, and I'm looking to get back into shape. I could probably do 1-3 solid pull ups right now. Open this app... And the first day is FIVE sets with the last set of 9 pull ups. The LAST set. Like really? No way I will be able to do that, and if that's day 1, then what else does this app have in store? Deleted.

Worth a try!. The app is simple to use, easy to whip out, and does a nice job of keeping track of your progress in an effectively motivating way. It's a great way to break down your effort toward impressive guns and ultimately achieve the set number of reps you are striving for.

Good. It's a good app easy to follow and the routine is perfectly formulated however if u accidentally press on one of the boxes with numbers in the push ups section youcant get out of it with put shutting off the app an restarting it which is ery annoying because fr me I have to restart my phone other than that I love it I use it everyother day and my pull ups get stronger everytime

Not so good !. To be honest, this app is not that good since you have to have the iPhone in your pocket or attached to you somehow. You should be able to enter the number of push-ups you so manually.

Get this!. Personally, it's one of the best pull-ups app! I was only able to get around 7 pull-ups before and now, after completing the workouts, I'm able to do 20 pull-ups with no problem! Not to mention my back and shoulders are looking fantastic!

So far so good. I started the app being able to do 15 pull ups now on week 3 day 3. Hopefully can get over 20 before marine corps boot camp.

Hahaha what?. I did my initial test and recorded 7 pull-ups as my max. The app preceded to set my first workout of 5 sets that included sets of 7 and 9 for the final two. 9? Exsqueeze me, didn't you see I just said the most I can do is 7, let alone after 4 other sets? "Great job downloading the app, we're going to start you off by setting an impossible goal you can't hit." You can guess how many times I used the app after the first time.

Great app.. Routine is well defined and challenging. Easy to use. Tracks history graphically and numerically (total pull-ups per workout, as well as how many per set).

Outstanding. I love this app. I Have always struggled with pull-ups. Still do TBH. But I am up to 16 straight after 6 weeks

Very helpful with staying disciplined. Helps me stay on top of it. I really like to use the timer for the "cool down" to add other exercises into the interval. So the timer could help push you do even more with the time. You get a much better all around workout ;)

Works ok. A few flaws.. Works ok. Biggest complaint is that if you fail on a set you can't edit your reps afterward which makes the journal very inaccurate. It also seems weird that having put in an initial test of three reps it generated a program with a set of five reps on the very first day. I'm going back to pen and paper tracking.

Feeling stronger every workout. Fun app to stay on track with pullup goals. Only thing that was odd: when in cool down mode between sets I'd lock my iPhone but timer in app stalled when it was supposed to go to next set. This made break times longer unless keeping an eye on app, set would start as soon as lock was unlocked. Very easy to use otherwise.

.. Pretty good but is somewhat useless. It gives you 5 minutes to do 4 pull ups.

Pull ups coach. This app is awesome, it helps you record all your pull ups and even tells you when to do them and you can always change the rest and reps to whatever suits you.
