Great for accessing your files!. I use this to copy photos and audiobooks to my phone. The only thing I would add is a playback speed option. I’d love to listen at 1.5x or 2x speed.

3 years later.. I realize that for 3+ years how I totally rely on this app for all my Bible mp3s. So pleased to have purchased this and not had to repay every year. One thing is I would like to not have to restore purchase every other week. But as for that I have no problems wit mp3s or movies no matter what the size. Thanks again.

Where is Chromecast function. When the app was first released (version 1), it supported Chromecast, but it was gone in version 2. What a disappointment. Also, what is the difference between this and the Pro? Is Pro a paid app and this is not?

Good, keep on improving. My only two complaints would be that the documentation is weak, and I don’t think the randomizer takes into consideration what has already been played. I would prefer no repeats until the entire playlist is exhausted. Maybe make a tick box available for this option? I wanted a simple player to play tunes from internal storage and this fits the bill.

Good m3u player. Cannot play .jpg lists in m3u format.

Compact in app design and concise in functionality. Feasible tag pice but it first gave me an impression of extravagant indulgence when its alternative rivals are giving a free version in debut. It didn’t take me so long that not even a penny of my budget spent over this app goes wasted. Money talks…it did and it will. After all, in my bucket list of budget fit collection, it became one of well worth spending apps.

Long Ago Paid. This app has worked well for years. In the last few years IT forgets that I paid for this. It flashes ads in my face ... killing transfers. I “restore the purchase” and it forgets this after closing. Becoming an unhappy customer :( ...

Hands down the best file manager and audio/video on iOS. Utterly perfect. The free version will allow you to explore every aspect of its functionality. While the pro will offer unlimited connectivity if you need it. File manager is flawless Video and audio playback is seamless And even offers airplay/chromecast!! I cannot recommend it enough 👍 Well done !!!

Works great, plays almost everything!. I’m really amazed by how well it handles being both a file manager and a file player. Thanks for making this app! One small thing though, it doesn’t remember the SMB login/PW, so you have to re-enter it every time. This was not an issue on v1.9.6. v2.0.5 on iOS 12.1.3

Best file explorer for iPad. access a NAS and does a great job for me. I don’t use Cloud storage I have my own.

Used to be good. This used to work well but does not any longer since they added restrictions to try to push you to the paid version. When I try to access a single SMB share it keeps telling me that the free version only allows one storage location (I have 0 at this point), then displays an unlabeled dialog with two fields (maybe username and password?) but then fails to connect. I gave up after wasting 15 minutes of my life.

The best network storage app. It is the best app I found to play media from my network hard drive which is connected to my router.

Lost all my data from previous version. I’m really upset that when I updated the iOS on my iPad, I could no longer use the previous version of this app. It deleted all my data and saved favorites! Then, it took me forever to find this app that’s basically the same as the old one, but now it has a new name and I have to redo all my favorites again. Otherwise, this is a good app. But I would like to be able to go up a level after I use a favorite (shortcut). I would like to be able to upload a file to a favorite or recently used folder, and then go up a level or two.

Way better than default files app!. My default files app kept having issues connecting with my NAS and playing files. Thus app has zero issues with both !

Very solid application. I never write reviews, but I think it is about time to start. This is a very solid app and exceeded my expectations. The only thing that prevented me from purchasing the upgrade is there another app with similar functionality that doesn’t need any permissions, not even diagnostics. It costs a bit more, however. If you need a simple to set up and use file explorer for your home and remote file needs I recommend this app. Definitely worth the few dollars for the pro version and absolutely worth it for the free version. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option, but there is room for improvement. Best wishes to the dev.

Great product. I use it for offline storage and retrieval from my nas. Would like webp support as well as capability to send images back to photo roll on iPhone. All folders in photos are also not visible.

Great App. Remote EPG support?. If only this app has EPG support alongside m3u support it would be perfect.

Feature request. 1. Please add the File Menu in full screen player and Apple Watch Now Playing interface. I would like to have an ability to delete currently playing song if I don’t like it anymore or add it to Favorites or move it to certain folder during playback. It will help to keep my music library always updated. 2. Please add an ability to add a bookmark in big mp3 file (audiobook) in order to come back to this moment later.

Pro Version. Why do I have to hit restore purchases EVERY time I go into the app? Update: the Dev responded with email outlining the fix; now very satisfied. Thank you.

Unable to Process Some Videos. After maneuvering to the Videos Folder, I have noticed that some files do not have their Thumbnail resolved to a frame from the video. Instead, the Thumbnail continues to display Filmstrip icon. When this happens, that file is NOT PLAYABLE, but no msg is given as to why it does not play. In testing, I just populated my Video Folder with only MP4 files. Those with resolved Thumbnails play, but those with the Filmstrip Thumbnail do not play - the play screen just opens, stays blank, then immediately closes. I wish there was something available to let me know why! The MP4 file is playable with other PC based software, but not with your IOS APP. Thanx. Updated 11/11/2020 After much research and testing, I have determined the source of my problem IS NOT THE RMANAGER APP! My apologies for initially thinking I was having a problem from your app; instead, your app was successfully handling the errors it was being presented with, and doing so without crashing itself. The true source of my problem is a NAS Host that is running an OLD version of Linux that only supports a max filesize of 2GB under the FAT32 filesystem and not the 4GB that FAT32 actually supports. By copying videos with a greater than 2GB size, to a FAT32 Flash Drive, from a Windows 8.1 PC, which does support the 4GB maximum, and then moving the Flash Drive to the NAS Host, I created the problem, as the NAS Host could not read the GT 2GB videos. When the RManager APP successfully connected to the NAS Host and I selected one of the GT 2GB videos I just loaded to play, the NAS Host could not read that video and in turn could not provide RManager with any data, so RManager could only flash the player screen on then off -AND- handle the error and not crash itself, which it successfully did! My CUDOS for that programming quality! SILNARF

Me to The app. I haven’t used it much. So far the system setup with the preferred tv isn’t ideal with My phone. It lacks the hub password.🤔😩😳

Where is the update for the Pro version?. I have paid for the pro version !!!! Pro version not available on APP store. I have to restore purchases every time I open the free version app. Please fix this !

Restore purchase problem. Every time I open app and restore my purchase and after using app I close app , next time that I will open app it’s need to restore purchase again !

Very good app for m3u files. Excellent application for what ever extension. Some more improvements to be done such as play a slideshow from a m3u or mp4 files.

Why doesn’t the app update?. I really like the app and thought maybe there was an update. I have v 2.0.1 installed and saw that v 2.0.7 is in the App Store. The only option is to ‘get’. I sent a note to the app developers via their website. There’s been no response. So, I went ahead and got the new version. It doesn’t update the installed version! The result is both versions on one device; and none of the storage configurations in the previous version get copied to the new version. All of version changes only say ‘bug fixes’. What’s up?

Dark theme. I’d love a dark theme for this app. Other than that this app a very good media player and a file manager. There are so many functions with little to no bugs.

Just works. Built-in explorer for SMB share is totally broken. Sooo many bugs. It's refreshing to have a free app that just works straight away

RManager is fantastic. Simple and easy to use makes file management easy for iPad and iPhone.

Impossible to upgrade beyond V2.01, due to developer name change! :(. This would have received five stars, rather than one, had it not been for a _very_ nasty little catch! :( Until V2.01, this was listed as being developed by Evolution Games LLP. Then, suddenly, the app vanished, only to reappear as V2.02, with the developer name changed to Macsoftex. Needless to say, attempting to restore the Pro Upgrade In-App purchase for versions 2.02 and above does not work. One can assume only that one is expected to pay again for something for which one has paid already! :( Not exactly what I would call ideal business practice, And not, I might add, something I intend to do! :(

Dark mode?. Would be nice to be able to have dark mode. Also, there seems to be a bug. I have never purchased the pro version or upgraded, but when I tap restore purchases, it automatically upgrades without having to pay. Is this a bug?

Great App. The only feature I feel it is missing is skip ahead or back 15 seconds otherwise it makes accessing media from my PC seamless!

Great app. Works great. It plays most video/audio formats, handles samba and other network shares, and is excellent as a general file manager as well. I especially love that I can use a passcode for more secure storing of items should the need arise. Thanks you guys for the recent fix of a big that caused a white screen on opening when having previously used a passcode.

Great for both playing and transferring. I’ve used this several years. Works well for playing music/video on a windows share, using iOS devices. And, transferring pics/videos shot on iOS, onto windows machines using WiFi.

Best media file explorer and player. It does exactly what the name says but is a bit hard to find the app in the Apple Store. It’s easy to use, easy to connect to SMB drive and plays everything I throw at it. Coming from the PC world, I’ve found that Mac apps are not as useful as PC apps. There are a few exceptions - this app is one of rare ones and in spades.

Good for a free App. It does what it says and is better than other free apps I have used. I use it for playing videos off my network share. It’s a simple set up and this app does the job just fine. It can also cast to chrome cast or airplay to an Apple TV. My biggest issue is that you can’t seek/fast forward when casting a video. Pretty important feature that just seems to be either faulty or intentionally disabled for some reason.

SMB2. It is not working

It is a very good application. I used this application in my iPhone for a few months. It worked very well with my two NAS. It is stable and has many features which I need: It can open almost every types of my files in NAS: word document , PDF document , pictures, movies, music. It even can open a protected word document with a password on it. It is surprising. Also it can remember NAS user name and password. You don’t need to type every times.
