Сервис ужасный. Бали.Такси более менее,еда это ужасно. Водители не хотят ехать,просят сверху чаевые чуть ли не в размер заказа. По итогу не сделать заказ,потому что после отказа от их щедрого предложения они отменяют заказ и далее по кругу.

Списывают деньги и не возвращают.. Заказали доставку, ордер не создался, 25$ списано. В след раз отменили такси, 15$ списано, в грабе стоит что все вернули, по факту нет. До поддержки не допишешься.

A lot of issues. I used it when I was on vacation in Bali. I sometimes ordered food and taxi and usually drivers cancelled my orders. In that situations I spent a lot of time to find support chat. In one situation I found it, in other situation I didn’t find it. I wait more than hour for food and then I get message “driver cancelled your order”. And grab didn’t give me another driver, I just waste a lot of time and also I haven’t get refund yet. The worst app ever.

Нет ни русского языка, ни службы поддержки.. Английский постоянно слетает и переходит на вьетнамские иероглифы, что страшно неудобно, когда нужно срочно вызвать такси. Служба поддержки ОТСУТСТВУЕТ, так что если у вас что-то случится, всем на вас наср@ть, вас переведут на робота, который просто будет закрывать диалог. Нет половины адресов, периодически привозит не туда. Лучше старый добрый Убер.

Неуспешное пополнение с touch n go. В последней версии, при пополнении grabpay с touch n go, постоянно происходит ошибка транзакции, при этом деньги списываются с аккаунта. Приходится ждать до 20 минут, чтобы деньги вернулись обратно на карту, почините этот момент пожалуйста

Нет машин. Обман при заказе.. Во Вьетнаме в Хошимине, Дананге, Ханое при создании заказа показывает что машины есть вокруг, как делаешь заказ, все пропадают, ждёшь по 20-50 минут чтобы кто-то откликнулся. It doesn't work when you need it. Sometimes it's just stop working : you can't grab a taxi , it simply doesn't allow you to do it. Paying by cash is always more than by card, many issues when you wanted to connect the card

Grab doesn’t care about customers. They will cancell your orders after 30 min of waiting because “drivers are busy”. They will charge you for cancelled orders. They will tell you about promotions and promo but also ttell that it is already used. They WON’T deliver food to you in time! Thailand and Malaysia expirience

Worst experience. Worst app. Can’t even register. Asked to send code - wasn’t received. Then asked for another one. After 5 minutes 2 codes came, but I couldn’t use any of them because they expired in 2 minutes. After that I couldn’t send another code because it says you used too many times. Waited for at least half and hour - still can’t receive code.

Dear Grabb support team, I found out that you do not support cards, issued by Ukrainian banks, referring to the fact that Ukraine is a part of FATF. This is not true and never was! Ukraine is not on the FATF List of Countries that have been identified as having strategic AML deficiencies. Could you please double check this information with your lawyers and add back Ukrainian cards to the list? Ukraine is a country in Europe, that never had AML deficiencies, unlike Russia or Somali for example. Thank you

Impossible to order. During 4 hours tried to order food from different restaurants, in 40 minutes after each ordering app was saying that delivery drivers wasn’t discovered around restaurant.

Subscription issues. I can’t cancel my subscription GrabUnlimited because I don’t have an access to my account. Now I have to block my card just because of your subscription. No other ways to cancel it. Support doesn’t work

Drivers. How the application works: You can wait for more than hour searching driver. After they found a driver 80% of drivers would say that they would ride to you only if you would get them tips. It’s not problem for me to give it, but not if somebody ask for tip half of my order. They don’t moderate chats. The only way you can quit your order is to call their tech support, bcz of status. I can understand when my order is already preparing in kitchen, but you can’t cancel if they search for driver, and it would automatically close in 2(!) hours. Looks like scam, better use different delivery service

Самое ужасное приложение. Я не знаю как вы ведете бизнес в сторону клиентов. Вы не заботитесь о безопасности. Ваши наглые водители, могут позволить себе писать клиенту и допрашивать денег. Почему вы не увольняете за подобное поведение? Почему я должна доплачивать, если я уже оплатила поездку, доставку. Мне пишет несколько доставщиков «доплатите, потому что это ночной заказ» почему ваше приложение автоматически не регулирует цены. Не знаете как сделать отличную систему, вот вам референс «Яндекс доставка» посмотрите что это за приложение и как оно работает, и вы поймете, что ваш бизнес можно вести намного выгоднее и качественнее, пока что я наблюдаю помойных людей, которые требуют, а не работают, половина штата водителей нужно уволить!!!

Плохо. Водители часто отменяют заказ, водитель вызванный к определенному времени сегодня не приехал. Чуть не опоздали в аэропорт. Цена может повыситься во время поездки

Indifferent customer support. The app itself is ok. Most drivers are good and kind (Malaysia); But you have no support from “help centre” at all in case of emergency (the driver can stop whatever he wants (definitely not the pick up place) and you will be charged for his “waiting”. Help centre doesn’t respond for a month.

Got banned for virtual card. App doesn’t support Apple Pay. I’ve tried to add virtual card which accepted by all other Thai apps and services and then I got banned for adding any other cards. Very sad for Russian foreigners

Оценка времени плохая. Пишут что через 2 мин такси прибудет. В итоге жду 20 мин, так как таксист оказывается отвозит предыдущих клиентов и далее ему нужна подзаправка. То есть таксист явно не готов к следующему заказу но приложение предлагает ему новый заказ

Got SCAMMED!!. We got scammed! I was using this app for two years, but this happened for the first time. After the ride driver showed calculator and asked 400 instead of 230 our ride cost in application! We showed application and paid 230 in cash, he took it. But after a while we noticed that the same amount 230 was charged from the card! I contacted support and they said, driver reported we didn’t pay! How we supposed to be protected in this situation? What proof should we provide to prove that we actually paid in cash? This driver is a scammer, and grab did nothing about it!

3% charge for foreign banks’ credit cards without notification. From the twentieth of December the app decided to charge 3% if you use foreign banks credit cards (not issued in Thailand) and they didn’t even notice the users about these new extra fees !! It’s impossible to believe that in 2023 a company can treat customers so unfairly … not to mention that 3% is a very high rate (0,5-1% would be acceptable)

A brilliant example of disappointing usability. The app though is pretty highly rated here in Appstore. Something fishy, ain't it? ;) Ah, and now they added a distraction showing how to type in search, we actually didn't know what that search was for, sure. What a stupidity driven development…

Dangerous and unreliable thing. If your app routes through the tolls why don’t you show toll prices before the ride? I can’t predict the final price just looking at the map because I don’t know where the tolls are located. Add on. You call taxi, driver doesn’t go and doesn’t answer, you cancel. Then another driver goes opposite direction and app lies about arrival time, shown time is impossible, too long to wait, you cancel. Then same problem again. Then your account is locked, you can’t call taxi anymore. You are stuck in foreign city without a transport. And all of this happens in Kuala Lumpur center with tons of drivers around and “plus” rate.
