terrible app and help center. they stole my money and a month later they did not return anything and did not even apologize for the fact that a lot of money was deducted from my card

Одни баги и верификации.. Какое мерзкое приложение. 1. На Бали заказывал такси до аэропорта, завезли не туда (ошибка приложения), содрали за изменение маршрута. 2. Заказывал такси на почту и обратно, понадобилось изменить маршрут, сделать этого нельзя было. Водитель закрыл поездку, домой я не вернулся, а содрали за весь путь. 3. ДВАЖДЫ мне заблокировали оплату картой, в первый раз «в целях предотвращения мошенничества», затребовали кучу документов из банка, чтоб убедится что карта моя, второй раз, тупо выдавали ошибку «невозможно оплатить». 4. Решил вызвать машину в Куала Лумпуре, это мерзопакостное приложение потребовало селфи, потом зависло. Я никуда не могу дальше поехать. Никогда не связывайтесь!!! Ищите лучше другие варианты, если цените свои нервы.

Класс. Отличная возможность для русских, у которых карты заблокированы и можно платить наличными. При этом есть все необходимые функции

Impossible to order. During 4 hours tried to order food from different restaurants, in 40 minutes after each ordering app was saying that delivery drivers wasn’t discovered around restaurant.

3% charge for foreign banks’ credit cards without notification. From the twentieth of December the app decided to charge 3% if you use foreign banks credit cards (not issued in Thailand) and they didn’t even notice the users about these new extra fees !! It’s impossible to believe that in 2023 a company can treat customers so unfairly … not to mention that 3% is a very high rate (0,5-1% would be acceptable)

Bad!. Why i can’t order taxi in another city for my parents???? Why i get error??? Spent a lot of time and nerves to fix this! If you don’t allow ordering from another city, at least write the reason!

Doesn’t work after purchasing subscription. I purchased their subscription with the promise of free delivery. But guess what? After that, card payments for delivery started malfunctioning! Every time I try to place an order, I either get an “unknown error” or a “do not use promotions” message. I want to emphasize: I’m NOT using any promotions! Only this subscription, which I can’t even cancel. I reached out to customer support, but it seems they don’t really listen to their clients. Their only response was “do not use promotions”. Order is stuck. My food order is stuck since 28.06. Nothing happens, I can’t cancel it. My money are frozen. Can’t find how to connect tech support.

Subscription issues. I can’t cancel my subscription GrabUnlimited because I don’t have an access to my account. Now I have to block my card just because of your subscription. No other ways to cancel it. Support doesn’t work

Dangerous and unreliable thing. If your app routes through the tolls why don’t you show toll prices before the ride? I can’t predict the final price just looking at the map because I don’t know where the tolls are located. Add on. You call taxi, driver doesn’t go and doesn’t answer, you cancel. Then another driver goes opposite direction and app lies about arrival time, shown time is impossible, too long to wait, you cancel. Then same problem again. Then your account is locked, you can’t call taxi anymore. You are stuck in foreign city without a transport. And all of this happens in Kuala Lumpur center with tons of drivers around and “plus” rate.

Scammers!. I tried to pay for food delivery, as a result, when I tried to pay with a card, I received a notification that the payment was unsuccessful, but the money was debited from the card.Support said that everything is fine and there will be no refund.

Got banned for virtual card. App doesn’t support Apple Pay. I’ve tried to add virtual card which accepted by all other Thai apps and services and then I got banned for adding any other cards. Very sad for Russian foreigners

Bad translation, No photos and weight. There is some problems with translation for English, it translates only a part of text so I need to use other phone for it. And you need to add some option of adding photos in review, especially in restaurants. People need to see the photos of restaurants’s food. And a lot of restaurants doesn’t write food’s weight. So, I can see no photos no weight of food which I am going to order! It is useless and doesn’t help to make choice ….

Got SCAMMED!!. We got scammed! I was using this app for two years, but this happened for the first time. After the ride driver showed calculator and asked 400 instead of 230 our ride cost in application! We showed application and paid 230 in cash, he took it. But after a while we noticed that the same amount 230 was charged from the card! I contacted support and they said, driver reported we didn’t pay! How we supposed to be protected in this situation? What proof should we provide to prove that we actually paid in cash? This driver is a scammer, and grab did nothing about it!

Very bad. You can’t cancel your order, even if it’s been three hours, since you placed it. The courier was found, the kitchen is supposedly preparing the order, but, you can’t contact the kitchen, can’t cancel the order. Fix that, please

Please, add Apple Pay as a payment method. It’s extremely annoying that you have to add your card or top up Grab pay. For first scenario the sms to verify the card was never received (I tried 30 times), second scenario is not applicable for non-Singaporean banks. Basically if you’re foreigner you can pay only in cash, which is uncomfortable and not applicable for food delivery.

Suddenly cashless doesn’t work. After that last update all my bank cards stopped working. And most I like is the message that they I owe them but cashless payments are disabled until I pay with cashless obviously. Completely locked out all of a sudden. Platinum member! It doesn't work when you need it. Sometimes it's just stop working : you can't grab a taxi , it simply doesn't allow you to do it. Paying by cash is always more than by card, many issues when you wanted to connect the card

Worst help center ever. A lot of problems with card payment method , and they can’t help normally .

Worst experience. Worst app. Can’t even register. Asked to send code - wasn’t received. Then asked for another one. After 5 minutes 2 codes came, but I couldn’t use any of them because they expired in 2 minutes. After that I couldn’t send another code because it says you used too many times. Waited for at least half and hour - still can’t receive code.

irresponsible service. drivers of this service are of very low quality. they can take the order and not come to the client at the specified time, not answer calls and messages. and the worst thing is that the service does not punish them for such work. No support. Quite often I have different problems with the app - river gone without me, charging money when driver was late for 20 mins etc… and it very difficult / unreal to contact the support.

Best taxi app. We used Grab during our trips in Malaysia and Indonesia, so helpful anytime.

Could be better. Food delivery in Thailand is on Thai language, even tho my profile is foreign - it does not switch to English. Ride cost are really overpriced, sometimes 3 times more than a taxi on the street, even so it’s not include price for hight way. No promo codes to existing users never! I really miss Uber in Asia.

Grab doesn’t care about customers. They will cancell your orders after 30 min of waiting because “drivers are busy”. They will charge you for cancelled orders. They will tell you about promotions and promo but also ttell that it is already used. They WON’T deliver food to you in time! Thailand and Malaysia expirience

Ukrainian cards not supported, wrong FATF reference!. Dear Grabb support team, I found out that you do not support cards, issued by Ukrainian banks, referring to the fact that Ukraine is a part of FATF. This is not true and never was! Ukraine is not on the FATF List of Countries that have been identified as having strategic AML deficiencies. Could you please double check this information with your lawyers and add back Ukrainian cards to the list? Ukraine is a country in Europe, that never had AML deficiencies, unlike Russia or Somali for example. Thank you

Drivers are canceling the trip in half of cases, waiting time is unpredictable, find the destination by address is impossible - only if the place is truly popular you have chance. Poor experience. 1) “Superapps” are terrible. Lots of content get in the way, I end up ignoring most of these annoying banners and buttons 2) My orders constantly get cancelled because there are no drivers (competitors deliver just fine) 3) Can’t cancel an order I placed to choose a different payment method (I paid with another person’s card by mistake) 4) The app seems to be not native, slow and weird animations

Freeze money for 1 month. Grab didn't release 2 payments after 1 month!

Worst delivery experience. I usually never leave reviews, but this app is so bad that I felt morally obligated to say: please use any other delivery app in Thailand. There are always 0 drivers and the orders are cancelled 90% of the time. There is no live support and support articles are worthless. You have to spin a 10-20% roulette if you’ll ever get your food every time you use the app. And the worst part is - you can’t even cancel the order yourself if it’s unable to find a driver! You have to wait the whole 20-30 mins before the order cancels itself, otherwise you’re at risk of having to pay for multiple orders. And I’m not even mentioning screws in the UI/UX and all the other inconveniences I had while using Grab.

Unreliable service. Scheduled a ride to airport 2,5 hours in advance. The taxi never arrived. The app sets rates that taxi drivers probably find unattractive and don't accept. The app needs to find a balance between interests of drivers and passengers.

Невозможно сделать заказ. Какой толк от доставки, которую невозможно заказать? Размещаешь заказ, через 10 минут приходит уведомление о том, что нет свободных курьеров. Размещаешь ещё несколько раз и вуаля: ты потратил час на ничего, разозлился и пошел искать другие варианты.

not really good app. never use your credit card in this app. they withdraw money twice when the drivers cancel orders and it’s very difficult to contact the support and get your money back. same happened with grab health

spamming promotions. a lot of spam push notifications. And you can turn them off only by disabling the whole app and because of that you miss important notifications about your orders/rides.

All drivers are cheating. But service will charge you And no friendly feedback even you can claim the issue after bad drivers behavior And they limit the usage their own app up to 24hours Xo xo Please choose another one instead

Can’t reach the courier after his delivery to the wrong address. The courier delivered my order to the wrong address. I can’t reach him, because the order is closed. Chat is not available. I also can’t find his phone number. It’s very disappointing and unhandy.

terrible application. especially the taxi (car): - the total time of the trip is not displayed on the map; - the navigation automatically shows the wrong position all the time; - small font; - much more.

Terrible cancellation system and even worse support. I’m so annoyed with this app and actively looking for substitution. Everything here is made for you to pick priority delivery (~9$) otherwise the chances to get your food are very slim. But that’s not the worst part. Imagine you ordered food with a standard delivery, which is also pretty expensive, and you’re waiting for your order to be sent to kitchen. You are waiting for 20, 30, 40 mins. But it’s still NOT placed, meaning the restaurant not only hasn't started cooking but also can cancel your order any time without any penalties. But you can’t:) you can’t cancel it, you can’t order sth else from another place, because there’s still a chance that they prepare your initial order. You can only wait while starving, isn’t it nice? The cancellation option only appears ~an hour after waiting, before that there’s almost a mocking system “check if you can cancel” which ALWAYS says you can’t since the second you place the order because it’s programmed that way. And the best part, you can’t reach out to a real person, the support is only a bot and you have several answer options. I love it when the only option is “okay”. Still have something to ask, is there still an issue? Sorry, you don’t have a right to even voice it, choose “okay” and go away. There’s literally no way of reaching out to a normal support regarding staff like that and it freaks me out. Overall it’s extremely unpleasant and every time I use the app I experience negative emotions. To developers: if you think that it can’t be done in other ways, check out other countries analogies. For example, “delivery” and “yandex food”. They somehow manage not to have these absurd problems even though they operate both in much bigger and smaller places than Singapore.

Financial fraud. Guys, don’t even think to use this app for ordering something. They will charge you thousands times for nothing, never admit their fault and will be abusing you sending stupid explanations, having no sense with the situation. If cancelling order - they charge you and not paying the difference in the next order. If driver is stupid and doesn’t deliver your order in time - they charge you twice. Keep your moneys away from this scam.

Awful Grab Experience. Really as it is. They can charge u if driver can't wait less than 5 minutes or they can cancel ur food order after hour of waiting (and it's written that the order is in the kitchen, but finally they wrote that "sorry we can't find the driver"). The helpdesk support is absolutely nothing. There are scripts and usual answers, but it can't help to solve ur problem! I was asking to connect to specialist, but the answer was sorry, they are unavailable and the chat was closed! I misunderstand how this app has so high rating as overall experience can be rated only as 1..

Лучше не связываться. Целый день не могу сделать заказ. Рестораны сами по себе их отменяют, либо сидишь ждёшь по несколько часов просто так. Отвратительно
