Banned for no reason. I had been using my acc for about a week and then received a perma ban. What drives me mad is that they didn’t indicate a reason for the account suspending. Trouble with updating the feed after enter the app. I don't like the fact that when you go to the app you start reading a tweet that interests you, but then you get a surprise - the feed is updated even though you've already started reading the tweet. This is very annoying. None of the other apps that have feeds have such problems

Moderated by russians!. There is no equality in this service. If you have a verified account, you can post calls for genocide and massacre for hundreds of thousands followers (See profile of Rogozin or the other russian propagandists). Mass complains don’t change anything, nobody cares. But ordinary users with profile for a dozen subscribers cannot post even facts or photos about the crimes of russians in Ukraine - they are banned. And there are lot of bots here. They use special soft and can upvote fake news. I understand that Twitter wants to make money by advertising to millions of people and not interesting about people lives. But that’s not for me. Enough. I create profile here in 2010, but I don’t like more digital fascism.

Removed Ukraininan phone numbers. Users from Ukraine can no longer use their country's mobile numbers. Nice, all you need to know about which terrorist country Mask sympathizes with and supports. Unable to Verify Phone Number. I'm having trouble verifying my phone number on X. I’ve tried both the Chrome browser on macOS and the mobile app on my iPhone 11 Pro. The verification process asks me to send an SMS to your number, which I have done multiple times, but my attempts are being rejected by your system. Initially, I thought it might be an issue with my telecom provider (Vodafone), but after contacting them, they confirmed that the SMS messages are being successfully sent and received. If needed, I can provide screenshots or even record a video demonstrating the issue. Is there an alternative way to verify my phone number?

I do not recommend wasting your time on this.. I created an account (the first one in my life), linked my phone and email, and everything was fine. I followed several people, didn't write a single comment, didn't make a single post or retweet. A few days later, the account was blocked without explanation. I tried to find out from the support what was going on, but they only answered one thing: "Your account has been blocked for numerous violations of the rules. It cannot be restored. Subsequent accounts created will be deleted. The request is closed." and that was it. I re-read the rules and didn't find anything that I could even accidentally violate. Of course, I could have tried to create another account. But what for? Where is the probability that it will not be blocked again? Elon Musk's wonderful social network. He's a handsome guy.

Disappointment over Platform Handling. The Twitter app itself has historically provided a decent social media experience, with its easy-to-use interface and real-time feed updates. However, my recent usage has been dampened by the controversial decisions made by Elon Musk, now a key figure at Twitter. The platform seems to have shifted its focus from the voices of the everyday user to perpetuating the views of select personalities. I miss the days when Twitter was a democratized platform and didn't feel swayed by the agenda of influential individuals. The company needs to reconsider its direction if it wants to retain users seeking unbiased, balanced social media interaction.

Twitter was good.. Twitter was a really good app. This is not a default “ewww elon ewww” review but an actual opinion. I don’t lik the community of this platform now, nor the decisions Twitter (or should I say X?) makes. Getting rid of checkmarks and paywalling basic features users wanted for a long time is not a good option, now verification means nothing, and some companies have to pay 1000 USD just for a golden checkmark? Really? And the rebranding, Twitter literally owned a word in a dictionary, maybe it is not just “tweets” anymore because there’s videos, music, etc., but after all that’s all Twitter and everybody and recognises it as Twitter, not X. I highly doubt anyone other than Elon fanboys really want an american version of WeChat especially knowing how awful this platform is managed. But the community? What’s wrong with the community? I saw so many good people actually just quit Twitter because of those updates, so not only community was already toxic before, now it’s even worse because actual people that loved the platform started to quit too. I am so disappointed really the only thing I can do on twitter is either read news i can find elsewhere or just agree with everyone or i’ll get cancelled. Twitter is still really good for finding new information, news, don’t get me wrong, but the way that it’s heading really shows that it won’t last long. Fleet UX. Please collapse fleet activity when it’s empty. I mean a have like 20% of my screen just blank with no way to do something about it. Also I saw another review about fleets not collapsing when scrolling from top to bottom. What did you with the app?. Twitter was my prime example for nicely accessible app, that works well on iPhone, iPad AND Mac. It supported keyboard and mouse, had image descriptions and was easy to use on various platforms. Now, on my iPad I constantly see Trends panel that’s absolutely useless for me and complicates app’s use with one right hand in landscape and on my Mac the app won’t even start, it crashes on launch. Just what in the world did you do with it?

Hello from Ukraine!. Here’s an interesting thing. I’ve tried setting up a two-factor authentication on my account. I’m from Ukraine. When I tried to do that, I was told that phone number was already associated with another account. What do you know. I tried logging in from a browser saying I forgot my password. Upon entering my number, the system politely informed me it couldn’t recognize it. I don’t know what kind of scheme you’re pulling off here, and who exactly is doing that, but these puny pathetic actions will not change that fact that ru*ni p*zda and we’re fighting for the right cause and will win. What you’re fighting for remains unclear.

Twitter support ???. I love this app. It is absolutely amazing, it helped me relax and communicate with my friends but fun did not last long since soon enough all of my accounts got suspended for no reason whatsoever. Your support told me it was spam but my account weren’t even close to spam. After filing twenty 20+ appeals I got no responses to this day and my accounts — all of them — are still suspended. Please, Twitter, do something with your support, get real humans to help us. Bots aren’t helping at all! It’s always that one automated response. It’s never a response from a real human being, clearly a lot of people are getting suspended mistakenly. Please, do something about it. They reported that my account was not violating X rules. I received a message that my account has been reviewed and was not found to contain spam or be engaging in other types of platform manipulation. As a result, the temporary label has been removed. Twitter is a pro-Russian company!!!. Twitter kindly blocks Ukrainian (and not only) accounts that highlight the actions of the aggressor country. Twitter openly supports the complaints of russians when anyone else in the world (and especially Ukrainians) calls them rapists, murderers, or thieves... Despite the fact that the entire civilized world recognizes russia as an aggressor, a terrorist... Fix notification badges. It’s annoying when you open notification tab - there is nothing, but badge that you got new one is still there.

my opinion about the new update. I really don’t like the new update to full screen, it’s harder for me to read tweets. It would be really cool if you could add an option to change it back, like for example we have option to change theme to different colours, y’all could do the same with this. So people who like the previous design more could switch to it and the ones that like the new one better could stay with this one, so it’s kind of win win for both parties. Constant error. After the “rebranding” the stupid app now constantly shows error, I can’t open my own page, nor can I see the posts by anybody else. Though I’m still getting notifications that people are tweeting… what the .. is going on?

Suspending account and not replying. My account is suspended for absolutely nothing (maybe for following people, no other ideas). I was told to contact support, then to reply the email they sent me. I have been waiting for like 2 months now, and neither my account was unblocked, nor my inquiries were replied. Having said that, I clearly do not understand why this social network is so popular. They don’t even have normal support. Please, unblock my account! I am not a former US President. Thanks.

Please fix bookmarks.. Option to bookmark tweets disappeared after I reactivated my account. I can still access my bookmarks from before, but I can’t make new ones on the app. Web version works fine, though.

I was banned for nothing. A couple of weeks ago I decided to add my date of birth to my profile in oder just to see the balloons, because it was my birthday, but as soon as I accepted the terms I was banned! I didn’t even see the balloons! And you what the reason of banning is? I created my account 7!!! years ago!!! when I was under 13 and there was no rules that adolescences under 13 cannot use Twitter. There’ve been my whole life in that Twitter, I’m 19 now and I’m banned for being under 13 SEVEN YEARS AGO!! The worst network without any support team, which I could contact.

Disappointed. This platform became much worse in every possible way. It wasn't ideal, but it was nice to have an easy and proven connection with communities. After it was sold, Twitter became very unreliable and it's constantly getting shady “features” which look like created to limit sharing of information for you and your followers. For me, it seems very far from declared freedom of speech

re-tweet and quotation. I hate that after latest update there is no more opportunity to just re-tweet! I don’t need to quote every tweet I want to re-tweet and have it opened on a new page every single time. Please give us back the chance to choose, like it was before. It was much more convenient.

My account is restricted. They restricted my account and asked me to verify my phone number. That process has failed several times & i have sent emails to your support team. It has been five days since my account has been restricted. I can’t still verify my phone number . Please fix this problem.

Some issues. The amount of advertisements on this app has been overwhelming lately. I get that making ads = making money, but when there’s that much if it on your feed, it significantly worsens the experience. Also, very poor moderation work. The Twitter support doesn’t react to people spreading Russian propaganda and never cares to take some action over the accounts responsible for that. Nevertheless, despite your newest “freedom of speech” policy, accounts which show how spreading of Russian propaganda is bad are banned instead. Either come to the conclusion of what you’re supporting or stop tolerating Russian propaganda, so that we could make our decision over the usage of your app.

Cheating. I think Twitter cheats on a user. It asked me to confirm me that I’m not a bot as I followed a lot of accounts. During confirmation it asked me a phone number. What!??? Really?! Is it a trick to let you know my number??? Shame on you! I don’t trust you anymore.

Annoying scroll up in feed. I guess last update added one annoying thing. When you refresh the feed with pull-to-refresh action, the feed scrolls up to the upper tweet. Previously last viewed tweet stayed at the same place and you need to scroll up manually to the newest one.

Terrible customer support. Had my account banned (well, okay). Coz of this, I cannot edit/delete my details or profile, so I addressed this to the support team. Instead, I’m getting same template answers that they can’t verify or similar. My numerous questions of what I should do to proceed, resolve this, lead to nothing but again same templates 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just simply want to delete my data from the app. Is it a case I should complain to Apple or what? As the app itself doesn’t want support. Shame

I can’t tolerate it anymore. Elon Musk’s purchase of twitter is the worst ever thing that happened to it. Another “I shall build a beautiful future” influencer, who only made the situation with bots only worse, implemented absolutely useless subscription, rebranded without any users’ feelings in mind(ps: everyone who are not Elon’s fan hate it), made it almost impossible for artists to exist, ruined timelines and sooo much more. I hate the X. I hate Elon Musk. Why not make a new app and try to gather people around yourself in proper way? Ah yes the money, because Elon is soooo poor yeah yeah. Instead he took over a community which lived for a decade without any problems.

Notification open. When opening a tweet by tapping on system notification, it still shows the notification on bell button.

Denied access for Ukrainian accounts. This is just ridiculous, at times when we need to be connected to each other and the rest of the world the most and also need as much coverage of current events as possible, Twitter denies access to the app for people with Ukrainian phone numbers linked to accounts. Cannot log in to the app for the second day, thanks very much. This is straight up supporting genocide and the fact that you reading this are just a developer, support or marketing specialist doesn’t mean that you aren’t an accomplice 😉😉

No bookmarks?. Bookmarks disappeared after last update. Maybe it is hidden somewhere but I can’t find it. It is one of the most useful feature: you don’t have time to read or watch something - you bookmark it till better time.

App. After the last update, the graphic elements of the pop-up menu were no longer displayed: save the photo, copy the photo, publish the photo. Also incorrect display of graphic elements when the video pop-up menu is displayed.

The program looks good, the interface looks new, I wanted to register, but as soon as I created an account and wanted to subscribe to one of the bloggers, I was immediately banned, I can't do anything, the support service didn't know how, I want to write a letter of objection, but it knocks me out of it, and I'm not the only one like this Many of my friends also had their profiles blocked immediately after registration, and what's the point of a program where you get blocked for nothing and to appeal it you don't understand what to do, it feels like the admins of this program don't need new users

App for propagandists of kremlin. I deleted this app: 1. Support is absolutely useless, they aren’t able to read emails, they respond absolute nonsense having nothing common with actual questions. For example, I can’t access my acc because of 2-step verification, I contacted them regarding ways of fixing this problem, but instead I got a reply from their support about account’s suspension and their behaviour “rules“. 2. They disabled 2-step verification for users from Ukraine. So if your account was registered with Ukrainian number you won’t get any access-code to log in. 3. They don’t block pro-russian accounts spreading misinformation and justifying g3nocid3. Users from russia don’t have any issues with 2-step verification. Basically, this shows true values of this platform: blocking victims and giving voice to criminals, very democratic, right? I’m not interested in returning to this platform. Of course I still could use my email for registration of another account, but that won’t make any sense. Twitter became a “black mirror“.

I can’t sign up for a long time. Good Afternoon! I am from Ukraine, and I need Twitter account for texting military chronicles of my life. But I can’t to make an account for more then one week. Twitter don’t send me an SMS on the phone. Please do something to signing up without telephone number 🙏🏻 p.s. so the war will end soon. twitter suspended me for no reason.. The other day i tried creating a twitter account. I am over the age of 18 and obviously typed in my correct age. For some reason it didn’t let me log in and i got kicked from the account making. After trying to log in again i realised, that twitter permanently banned my account, because i was apparently under the age of 13, which i am not. No matter how many times i tried, it wouldn’t let me into my account, even though i am over the age 18.

Poor update. Last update doesn’t work correctly. Tweets with pictures are not shown fully, if there are 2 pictures in 1 tweet, the sizing is wrong. Even some tweets with no pictures are shown incorrectly. Please do something about it.

Constant blocks.. I have a positive attitude toward Twitter and Elon Musk, I support free speech, and I welcome Elon’s purchase of Twitter. BUT! Despite having a verified, prepaid account, I constantly face my account being blocked, forcing me to go through verification! This leaves an extremely negative impression. My question is, is my account in a shadow ban? 😡 I’ve lost the desire to pay and renew my paid subscription. 🤮 Added: After reading other comments, I see this is a systemic issue. So, the question arises: is this social network worth spending time on if dumb bots can block you at any moment for no reason?

elon mask turned Twitter into the dumpster. Use Bluesky!. It’s funny how ugly and impossible to use Twitter had become once elon bought it. It immediately filled with maga, bots, conspiracy supporters and all kind of crazy and disrespectful people. Also, ai is a separate problem - changing people’s artwork and faces with just a click is a quick way to amplify cyberbullying to new horizons in a spam of few seconds. I hope you happy, elon :)

Every new update makes it worse. I personaly liked this app a lot, I used it to follow some artists that I like and it was pretty good actually. But when Elon bought it it started to become a lot worse with every big update. Crimge rebranding, adding useless AI, using work of users to train AI, and now removind dim theme. There are zero features that Mask added which made app better, I feel bad for my old beloved Twitter.

The app has some issues. 1. The app constantly loses position of the feed for pinned lists and loads list’s feed from the latest tweet. 2. If I tap “See more tweets” button, new tweets appear not above of the latest tweet I read, but below and to continue reading chronologically I need to scroll down and find the position I stopped. 3. In-app browser intercepts deeplinks to external apps, it’s very annoying

Terrible attitude towards users from Ukraine. I can’t connect with support, because it doesn’t work for user from Ukraine. The same situation with Twitter Blue, I can’t buy it, because I need firstly verify my phone number but when I trying to do this I got an error "we cannot send a text message to this phone number because its operator is not supported". + I have a problem with my profile visibility. My followers that communicate with me frequently told me they didn’t see my tweets in their Twitter feed. It started about 2 week ago and I don’t understand why, and I have no idea how solve this problem, because support doesn’t work for Ukraine

Please respect choice of your users. As a iOS dev i am 100% sure that you could save latest opened tab in app, but you decided that you know better and show what i do not want to see (main page with strange algo tweets) Please revert latest changes and return ability to see tweets in chronological order if user decided to use twitter in that way There are much better ways of improving tweet discovery by providing more easy accessible filters on main page, instead of using generic algo based on topics that user is interested in, e.g. i will be more happy if instead of main algo tab there will be option for showing not only tweets/retweets but OPTIONAL switch to add to chronological timeline tweets that is liked by predefined by me(end user) list of users that i am following

Только при Илоне маске в вашей ленте за про-российской пропагандой может следовать про-украинская, може дублироваться один и тот же контент подряд. Приложение Лицемеров. Если у тебя нет платной подписки и галочки, то вероятность что тебя забанят очень велика. Но с премиумом ты можешь постить всякую дичь и все норм, вплоть до видео и фото порнографии!!! Топят за свободу слова, а отключили целую страну. Куча проблем. Куда дели поиск по тэгам на странице пользователя? Почему так мало постов показывает? Ровно 20 постов в каждом профиле, старые не загружаются. Что за дурацкие круги и блю фича? Зачем автоматом переводите японский и английский, я об этом не просила! К тому же перевод всегда неверный. Мне это вообще не нужно, верните утерянные функции.
