Before you start
We’ll send a One Time Passcode to the mobile number that’s registered to your account.
Once that’s done, it takes just a few minutes to get started with Mobile Banking.
1. Open the app and enter your Online Banking log on details
2. We’ll send you a One Time Passcode (OTP) by text message
3. Enter the code into the app to register your device
4. We’ll ask if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on
And that’s it, you’re in. Be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to get messages from us straight to your phone’s home screen.
Remember …
Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee.
Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or devices remotely following or during a cold call.
Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.

Transferimos más de 4.000 millones de euros cada mes. Notifications. I'd love to use Santander more for payments, etc., however, I'm using other accounts/cards because Santander app does not notify me when a payment has been done with my Santander card.
I like it. Makes my life easier.
Review. Been with Santander bank now for a lot of years and they have been very helpful with all my needs
Poor at resolving problems.. Good app unless you get locked out. If that happens it may take weeks to get back on line. Of all my banks this is the poorest at resolving getting one back on line.
Review of Santander.. We are very pleased with service we receive from Santander bank, We have been the bank for many years now,we have had a few issues with our accounts at times when transferring money,large amounts,but always get it sorted in the end,on the whole we get Exelent service from the branch members at the Poole branch,in Dorset.
Need higher interest rate. Great app but Santander need to pay its current ac customers more interest. Would have been 5 star only for that

Really good, but Widget not working. The app is really good (perhaps too much security at times...). However, the widget displays an error message saying that my balance is not available and to try later (the option of displaying the balance is on in the app). When this gets fixed, I’ll give 5 stars.
Muy buena. Es muy buena. Se abre muy bien y hace todo lo que debe hacer. El problema con Santander es exceso de seguridad para todo. Por ejemplo, para fijar un payment hay que hacerlo en la web, y allí todo es muy complicado. Deberían ser más sencillos.

Missing the international transactions. The app does not allow to save the data for the SEPA transactions, only for UK accounts

Needs some improvement. A very good app but lacks some functionality compared to website option. Need to download other Santander apps to view pin and still having issues with quick balance widget.

La app no me funciona. Hace un mes la app no abre y no funciona
Stop putting ads. I am very tired of seeing ads. I have to use the app to check my accounts and it is very irritating to see ads in the main page for Santander’s products. Furthermore, these ads are taking me outside the app. Please do a CLEAN app where we are not polluted by horrible banners trying to sell products we don’t want.
