Fake ratings above. This application recruits very bad drivers and they all offer more prices than needed
Не проверяют водителей !. Водители неадекватные, никаких проверок или обучений по транспортировки персон видать не делается. Пользовался Яндексом и ИнДрайвером чтоб было с чем сравнить. Дал реально достаточно возможностей переубедить меня, но каждая дальнейшая поездка убеждала утром что лучше не пользоваться. Водители выражаться не умеют, хамят при малейших вопросах. Водят машины как на каких то городских гонках, резко тормозят, входят в повороты что рад тому что пристегнут. Мат перемат если кто то подрезал итд. Машины убитые. Постоянно не могу дать сдачи и выпрашивают себе оставить хоть что то. Короче лучше заплатить чуть больше и приехать спокойно на Яндексе чем с каким то неспособным чудаком на букву М. Само приложение если честно так себе тоже. Кому совсем жалко копейку, то удачи.

Pick up points are not correct. App suggests incorrect pic up points
Change Request. This App Is really great but you can not use it with a mobilephone number from a country where this App Is not available. Exempel: I am now in Colombia for a longer time but I can not Register my mobile number because I am from Germany. Now, I have to buy a Prepaid Card. App notifications telling me to use the app.. Not acceptable
No option for German numbers. As a tourist I‘d like to use my German number in order to hire a ride. Being in Kazakhstan I can‘t do that, since Germany is not available to pick up as area code (+49) at registration.
Leider momentan nicht zu benutzen. Gerade App runter geladen, und beim starten wird angezeigt das es ein Update geben soll, aber im AppSore ist kein Update verfügbar. Somit lässt sich die App nicht benutzen.

Change request phone Number. I saw a review that’s a year old and had the same issue. German numbers can’t be entered, Germany is not available in the Dropdown and the country code can’t be entered either. That makes the app completely useless for me.

Reliable and Easy to Use. very reliable and intuitive to use. However, wanted to book/schedule in advance a ride to the airport on another day….seems not possible (does not accept airport as „city“). Tried live chat assistance which is a useless bot app. Unfortunately that’s a downside.

Great alternate for Careem in Pakistan. It gives the power of decision making to the passenger and driver. There is clarity in the process of making the ride more feasible for both. Also generally, cheaper in prices than Careem in Pakistan. I only wish there was option to connect card to the payments. Would help to make it cash free for passengers.
