Süper Bir Uygulama. Köln ve Berlin de kullandık. Özellikle 5 kişi veya fazla bagaj ile seyahat ederken taxi ye ulaşmak çok kolay oluyor. Taxi sürücüleri bazen güvenmeyip telefon açabiliyorlar.

Scam. This app is scam. They always charge more from your card than the price they show. Don’t use this application!!

Rechnungsadresse. ...das einzige das fehlt ist die Möglichkeit mehrere Rechnungsadressen eingeben zu können und zwischen den Adressen wählen zu können. So muss man je nach Kunden immer Sie Rechnungsadresse manuell ändern

Scam and worst app. Drivers are not coming and cancellation fee is 5 Euro . Always you should pay that money. When you write that situation they give discount code . I try 6 times and wait 52 minutes and 30 euro paid because of the not coming drivers. Scam application

Poor App. If I had another option, I would have definitely used that. Always gives you the wrong time so you end up waiting longer for the taxi. The mandatory fields cover all the screen so you cannot see the map, it’s almost impossible to write a review because the keyboard covers the review pane. I guess freenow only wants the people who have to use the app but not the ones who have alternatives. I have to use it because I am with crutches going to physiotherapia every day. If not, I would walk the streets amd find my taxi, definitley easier than using this. Edit: I’ve provided them the feedback they have asked for. They blamed the driver. It’s one thing not to be capable of building a good product but another to not accept your faults and blame workers for that. Shame on you free now. I have screenshots of how poor your ETA functionality is.

Useless. It’s a useless app. Think about a taxi app which you cannot call a taxi. Declines all the payment methods when you pick it. AWFUL!

Finding ride is almost impossible. You should work on increasing your riders in Berlin. It almost never finds

Not working. I thought it is bad only in my city until I read the comments here. The worst taxi app, literally fake. They offer a good price and waiting time to fake you at the beginning. When you order a car, the program starts saying lies such as “your destination is on high demand”, “all our drivers seem busy”, “please be patient”, bla bla bla. When you want to leave the app, they offer you a %30 discount to convince you to keep waiting. Since they have no proper service, they, at the end, suggest you to order taxi for a double price at least. Even one star is too much for this app. There must be a complaining mechanism for this kind of fake apps.

Güzel bir uygulama. Öncelikle başta tereddütle kullandım. Gelir mi gelmez mi derken Taxi’nin geldiğini görünce hoşuma gitti. Tek sıkıntısı SMS gönderemediğidir. Ödemeyi kredi kartımdan yapmak istedim ama onay kodu alamadığımdan peşin ödeme yapmak durumunda kaldım. Büyük bir olasılıkla +90 yönüne SMS kapalı. Düzeltilirse daha çok kullanırım. Teşekkür ederim.

Gereksiz!. Uygulama iyi düşünülmüş ama sistem iyi işlemiyor. 23 zloti gösterdiği yere 34 zloti hesap ödedim. Normal şartlarda telefonla taksi çağırdığımda aynı mesafeye 16-17 zloti ödüyorum. Eğer Lehçe bilmiyorsanız bir arkadaşınızdan sizin için bir taksi çağırmasını rica edin. Bu dolandırıcılara para kazandırmayın.

Berlin. After entering cc, no taxis. App crashed when switching to 3G and my iphone paused for a while. No option to delete cc and ccv code cant be stored according to pci.

Beyond Rubbish.... In the same day with a sequence of 2 hours I called a taxi and two time the disgusting way drivers cancelled the trip and would not show up. Don't use this app as it is a failure.

When I realize that situation, immediattelly no place to cancel in the app, the driver replected all amount even if I made the driver changed the direction. Moreover the driver took another amount without my knowledge. Whenever I checked my payments after I entered the airport. I reliazed the situation. I checked to place to complaint the driver and application. No place at all. I cost me at least 350 zl more. I want my money back. Thank in advance. Gozde

No taxi. There are literally no taxi when you need most. Especially in the bad weather so if youre in hurry dont use this app.

Book if you can find a taxi. Taking so long to book. You can try 4 times, you can wait for 20 minutes and it still does’t work.
