HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE .!!!!. I have traveled with many budget alines before. Yes, expectation can not be compared with normal airline companies. Issues can be faced, but I have never experienced this bad airline company before. 1- When we bought the ticket, they have made a mistake on booking but charged us..! The stuff was not helpful and literally cheated us. 2- We waited the plane to take off for nearly 1 hour 40 minutes IN the plane.! 3- They added passengers even after normal take off time . I will never buy ticket from this company

Sakın Ucuz diye aldanmayın!. Her şeyleri fiyasko. Ota b.ka para istiyorlar. 2 kişi yanyana bile oturtamıyorsunuz kasıtlı olarak alakasız yerler veriyor. Havaalanında check-in yapmaya kalksanız 50 avro. El bagajına bile para alıyorlar ve merkeze en uzak havaalanlarına gidiyor (daha az para ödemek için)siz de şehir merkezine gidene kadar yine bir ton para harcıyorsunuz ve ucuz diye aldığınız biletin bir bakmışsınız 5 katı cebinizden çıkmış. Daha uygun saatlerde iniş kalkış yapan, merkeze yakın havaalanına inen, el bagajından para almayan normal bir firmadan bilet alın hiç bunlarla uğraşmayın.

Türkçe dil desteği. Aplikasyonda niçin Türkçe dil desteği yok. Bildiğim kadarıyla wizzair Türkiyeden ve Türk yolculardan büyük ilgi görüyor. Türkçe seçenek olmaması büyük noksanlık

Worst airline. The worst airline I have ever experienced in my life, i wasted my money ,they are exploiting people and lie all the people in the counter were fighting with them they took extra money for nothing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Check-in. Check-in kısmında gerilmeyin. Vizeniz varsa zaten çok rahat direkt vize no yazıp devam edebilirsiniz. Ama yeşil pasaportunuz varsa vize no yerine pasaport no yazınca kabul ediyor. İlk yazdığımda kabul etmedi benim ama ikinci yazdığımda kabul etti🧿

Check in çok zor. Hayatımda yaptığım en zor checkin işlemiydi. Pasaportumu tarayıp yükledim ama zorunlu vize ya da oturum bilgisi istiyor sistem. Yeşil pasaportla seyahat edeceğim için her ikisine de ihtiyaç duymadım ve zorunlu olan yere ne yazacağımı bilemedim. Pasaport numaramı yeniden girdim bir şekilde check in işlemi oldu. Sistemin kolaylaştırılması gerekiyor.

Limited Online Check-In. I downloaded the app for online check-in but the system closes 3 hour prior to departure. It forces you to use service desk in airport. There is no use and no need to download.

Languae. Türkish language please

Perfect. It is wonderful.

App Sometimes Crashes. When I tried to scan my travel document, the app crashed. It eventually did let me scan the document but I tried a few times to get it done.

Flight delay. Our flight was cancelled at least ten times from IST to LON, they didnt explain it why, after 5 hours we travelled finally. They even didnt give any meal to us at the air port. After 3 hours they got us in the plane and we waited in plane two more hours. The cabin crew was sick suddenly they said. So almost 300 people waited the other staff was coming. It was a joke. In the plane they gave us chocaclate it was funny. We have right, 5 hours cancellation gives a lot of rights to us. Be careful about them

Check in lie. I had a terrible experience with this company. I was at the check in gate and they said you have to pay more 42 euros for check in. Even though there was not even a warn about paying for check in. I already use the app cause it gets me fly cheaper but thank you that you made me pay over a thousand euros

Most important part is unclickable. Main page leaving from/going to is unclickable. Cant type anything.

Not recommended at all. It’s the worst experience in my life when I decided to book through Wizz, I really regret it as my trip cancelled and I was trying to get my money back but I didn’t get any answer as their prices aren’t even reasonable, I advise to not use this company for any reason.

All plans wasted and I lost one business connection... If you want a good and comfortable travel do not use this airlines. Honestly: Stay Away from them!

Very bad. If the flight is delayed, this airline constantly has the issue where the boarding pass in the app becomes unavailable after the originally scheduled departure time. It’s absurd

Bitik Hava yolu şirketi tavsiye etmiyorum.. Arkadaşlar ilk etapta hava yolu şirketinin bilet fiyatları uygun görünebilir fakat sonrasında sizden alacakları 60 Euro sırt çantası bedelini de unutmayın. Kesinlikle online check in yaptıramıyorsunuz uygulaması çok kötü. Bir bileti iptal etmek istediğinizde para iadesi hiç bir şekilde yapmıyorlar. Biletimin tamamlanmasına daha 4 ay var fakat para iadesi yapılmadı. Kesinlikle uzak durun.

Check-in problem. I am Turkish citizen. I fly Wizzair often. I am an official passport holder and do not need a visa for europe. however, when checking-in in the app, in section 5 it asks me for visa/residence permit information. I can't continue check-in. Check-in at the airport is chargeable. find a solution to it.

Very reliable carrier!. Wizzair never let me down for the past 2 years. And it has the most user friendly app!

Destination bars not working. Ive been trying to search for flights for weeks, but leaving from and going to bars cant be tapped on, so that i cant enter my search query. It works for hotels and car hires tabs tho. I updated the app twice already, still not working.

I purchased the ticket with one of the companies Wizz Air works with, and since 3 months now Wizz Air is not giving the refund to them, so they can refund me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Wizz Air to no one, is a very bad company when it comes to flights and very irresponsabile. I am very disappointed.

Приложение работает отвратительно! Компания ориентирована на обман своих клиентов!. Не возможно было зарегистрироваться онлайн, так как приложение все время зависало. На стойке регистрации потребовали дополнительно заплатить за регистрацию на рейс стоимость билета, картой платить нельзя, так как у них зависает терминал, платье только наличными. Считаю это мошенничеством: сначала делают невозможным регистрацию онлайн, потом вымогают наличные деньги в размере стоимости билета!

Had to fill all data twice. After filling all passport and visa detail I pressed Next and loading sign appeared, but nithing happened next. I tried multiple time to press Next, but it was the same. Then I switched to another app, and when switched back, the wizz app started from the beginning, so I had to fill all data for 4 person from the beginning.

Scam!. Never use this app and never use services of Wizz Air! At the airport, they don't accept the ticket which we show in this app.

You are a bit alert. Either it says I am offline or says that I am a bot and wont let me to book or to do anything. Application is tottally useless. Can only book from website. Every time it pops a message saying that i am a bot.

Seat selection. Why it is not possible to make selection without payment ????

Bad experience. Be careful with hidden charges with this flight. They will charge you for offline checkin in last moment where you will have no chance to take action. No mangers available to help in some airports. Read all terms and conditions before traveling We had bad experience when flighting back to our city. Also, they are not properly cleaning the flight before boarding, we are happened to see previous passengers waste tissues on our seat pockets

Worst ever. Wizzair has the worst support ever. Declined my ticket 1 month earlier, when other tickets became 6 times more expensive. I used my wizz credits when purchased and they didn't refund them to my account, so i lost 70€ credits. I will never use this airlines again. Do not recommend everyone, they like cancelling flights. Online chat is with robot, you never chat with the real person. People, think about your money. Highly recommend any other airlines.
