Easy to set up to interact with your customers to answer all those common questions, promote products with a customer quiz or hand off to a human operator via email, messenger or live chat. Support is great too. Look no further than Maisie - best value for the best price.

I was looking for an app that could have combined both live chat and chat bot. Maisie offered a great solution. So far satisfied with this app.

Tried several chatbots but found Maisie the easiest to set up. It has lots of pre-built conversation templates that you can quickly customize to your store. It also automatically pulls in my store's product catalog so I can quickly add products to any conversation. Also I found their chatbot builder really easy to use - other apps use a canvas that I found too difficult and confusing for building conversation flows. The Maisie team has been really quick and helpful with providing support.

Within 24hrs I have noticed few products I highlighted via the app have been sold. I am now very much excited to update it further to see the further engagement of visitors. It's a value-for-money app and the support is great.

Outstanding customer support and onboarding experience. Great app which allows either premade templates or you can build your own. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a customizable chatbot app that can also defer to live support when needed.

The set up of Maisie is really easy to get going. The automation is great and saves on staff time having to respond. The only downside at present is no mobile app for the live chat to be attended to remotely.

If you like HIGHER conversion rates and LOWER customer service email inquiries, then you will LOVE Maisie. I signed up to Maisie as I wanted to automate a lot of my customer service. I was getting lots of the same questions from customers and it was taking too much time to write emails back to them all. Now Maisie answers a lot of these questions automatically for me. The real-time order tracking saves me a lot of time as customers can get shipping updates via the Maisie order status bot so I don't have to deal with it.

Maisie AI is an excellent app for both customer support and sales conversion. As soon as I implemented in my store, I was able to convert visitors who were about to exit to paying customers. The integration with Facebook Messenger is slick and seamless, and the admin support from the app team is superb. I highly recommend!

Poor business ethics, I asked for assistance with setting up the app and the response was sure if you pay us $99 U.S, I have requested assistance in setting up other apps when on the free trial and have never been charged. They say reason they charge is because it takes a few hours to set up and people delete the app after the 30 day free trail!! Clearly told me everything I needed to know, Don't waist your time these guys just want your money!!

Hallelujah. Maisie has been a breeze to install and straight away we could see website visitors interacting. No website owner can rest while the majority of your website visitors leave your site. This has the potential to really increase conversion rates.
