Me ha funcionado genial, antes perdia muchas ventas por no poder responder mensajes a tiempo, ahora tengo todo centralizado en la app asi que puedo contestar super rapido los mensajes entrantes. Lo malo es que desde el celular solo se puede cargar una foto a la vez, deberian mejorar eso para poder cargar varias, es tedioso el proceso.

I really, really wanted to write a positive review of this app, but it's doing something strange where it basically continuously says I have 20 unread messages despite all of the FB and IG messages we've been sent being read. That's more an annoyance than anything else, but I also super dislike that I can't redirect the email account the inbox notifications are sent to without setting up a new user in the system and assigning those messages to that person. It would be much easier and less time consuming to just be able to tell the app where to send notifications, and manage everything from there. All that said, the only reason it's still installed on my store is that it DOES help us not miss any messages on our FB and IG pages. Our page gets a high number of PMs / DMs, so this certainly helps us be sure that no one gets missed - hence the 3-stars.

I added the Messenger Channel to my apps and it crashed all of the Facebook and Instagram integrations. Now FB & Insta are no longer integrated with Shopify and I can not reconnect. I reach out to Shopify customer support who promised to work with the developer and get back to me in 24 hours...that was over a week ago with no response or solution. Facebook is our largest customer referral source and we are losing money every day this integration is broken!
