doesn't work. can't sync products from Shopify with meta. help pages on both platforms just don's exist or give errors. e-mail links do not get send. It's all a big fat mess and there is no customer service that seems to be active. Have wasted a lot of valuable hours on this

Facebooks never worked correctly and now I can't even use for Shopify and Facebook because " for security reasons logging into to Facebook using an embedded browser is not allowed" but that's clearly The only way to connect my Facebook to Shopify I'm down Trying with Facebook and just using other platforms that's work

I clicked and installed, but I can't find how to link to the existing Instagram account. There are no instruction, just a blank page?

I have been restricted multiple times before, whenever I appeal, they give me no particular reason why I got restricted and now it seems my store has been restricted permanently from Facebook. No one is willing to help your store up and running again, very bad service from facebook.

This app is organized and hard use. There is no way to contact support directly and their review process takes about 2-3 weeks.

I can't get any help, unfortunately. My account keeps getting temporarily disabled every week or so, and I cannot reach out to anybody. Reviews last for days and I never get an actual reason for the disabling. I comply with every policy, yet I still encounter issues and have nobody to ask for help from to at least find out if I am doing something wrong and what that is. On top of that, this app keeps showing me errors. Been trying to reconnect my store for the past hour and I keep getting different errors and time-outs. Really frustrating.

Over a month later and Instagram still won’t allow setup of my shop. What a nightmare. No feedback, no support. Meta appears to be concerned with elitist accounts only

Après 1 an d'utilisation avec mon compte FACEBOOK ma boutique a été rejetée sans raison ,vos conseillés ont clairement une langue en bois impossible d'expliquer les choses ,grand mystère surtout que j'ai utilisée l'application de la même manière depuis le début . Le pire c'est d'avoir payée pour trouver 130 abonnés et les perdre par la suite parce que vous bloquez mon compte ,argent perdu ,nouveau compte FACEBOOK re créé et bloqué à nouveau sans raisons et explications .

I think I have the same error as other people here, The Pixel profile cannot be selected because after I select it, it displays the same error: You've chosen a data sharing preference, but need to select a pixel to complete setup. Facebook pixel is not connecting the sale channel properly set up but still facebook pixel helper couldn't find it. Even the test event is not showing any data and if we go to preferences facebook setup it constantly shows errors.
