Muy mala aplicación, no se pueden modificar las plantillas y algunas solo están disponibles en ingles. no se puede personalizar nada.

Is someone still maintaining this app? I've been sending emails for almost two weeks with no response :(

WORST APP and THE WORST customer service. No one cares in this company and does not even bother replying or acknowledging an email. I would like to unsubscribe and please HELP me for the same and at least take an initiate now to reply.

Not a perfect solution but a great competitor to everything else that exists in the ecfosystem. Developers are very responsive and helpful.

Usé esta aplicación para poder tener el botón en mi página principal, sin embargo, creo que hubo unos pequeños Bugs, que hizo que tenga que desinstalarlo y volver a instalarlo nuevamente... La verdad es que no sé porqué ocurrió eso... Por lo demás es una gran aplicación

The app is good, but the support is VERY BAD! We've been writing to support@superlemon.xyz for more then a week for multiple times and we never hear back from them. We wonder, what kind of a service is this. You sell your product and you never reply when your product throws an error?

Worst Customer Service EVER! The app is good, but some things aren't working and the support isn't helpful. Only e-mail and they can take days to reply us (with no solution). Too bad... because the idea is really good.

We have collected Whatsapp database for years and didn't know how to utilize it, with this app we got tons of strategy and ideas!

Amazing app, would love to see a few more updates. Like country code search in opt-in using name or code and designing the opt-in pop-up image to match the store look and feel. if that gets implemented, then for sure 5-stars!

We have been using it for a while, but the problem persists, and no one can help. Simple stating if someone is ordering a CASH ON DELIVERY -- why should ve request to make the payment saying the payment is pending? When someone places a COD order, they get a message to reconfirm, and once they do, they do not get any message saying the order is confirmed. Because of this, customers just get annoyed and cancel orders. Just looking for a different alternative. Abandoned Cart Template: Hi {{customer_name}}, the payment for your order of {{currency}} {{total}} from {{shop_name}} is still pending. Click on the link to complete the payment and confirm your order {{checkout_url}}. "JUST ASKING FOR "PAYMENT" makes possible COD order to ZERO" COD Confirmation Template: Hi {{customer_name}}, thank you for placing an order of {{currency}} {{total}} from {{shop_name}}. Since you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD) option, we need a confirmation from you before we process your order and ship it. Click on this link to confirm your order {{cod_confirmation_page_url}}. " BTW, the buyer never gets any acknowledgment or Thank You for confirmation message once they click on the link." They then try to get help and finally cancel the order. This APP ONLY increased our ABANDONED RATE. We had to stop the ABANDONED CART Automation. The only good thing with this app is that it gives WhatsApp Optin numbers We had written may email and the concern was always transferred to the tech team with NO SOLUTIONS AT ALL so have to write this review.
