Обновление. С последним обновлением программы и ПО браслета синхронизация происходит удачно лишь каждый второй/третий раз и очень долго. Будильники тоже срабатывают через раз и не повторяются через каждые 10 мин. При очередной установке метки поведения часто выдает ошибку и невозможность занести данные. Уведомления программ так же стали появляться далеко не всегда.

Будильник. Очень не хватает умного будильника

Проблема с синхронизацией решается просто. Зайти в настройки ➡️ Bluetooth ➡️ нажать на значок i, на против Mi band ➡️ забыть это устроство ➡️ зайти в приложение Mi Fit, после чего произойдет синхронизация ➡️ вкладка профиль в приложении Mi Fit, в всплывающем окошке нажать создать пару!

Смс и звонки оповещения. Добрый день перестали Смс и звонки оповещения приходить на браслет телефон iPhone 7

Разочарован. Нахерачился и капсула выпала из ремешка. Разрабы не при чем. Но осадок остался...

Авторизация. Программа не даёт авторизироваться и не удаётся отправить вам обратную связь. Что с программой. Какая-то ошибка.

Баги, баги, сплошные баги. Приложение новое, а баги остались старые. Долго синхронизируется браслет с приложением, не показывает сколько дней подряд достигнута цель. В новом приложении нельзя посмотреть сколько шагов было сделано за месяц и год. Просто сырой и кривой софт, впрочем, ничего нового 🤬

Крайнее обновление сломало. Сломалась статистика сна, и активности, количество сожженых калорий. Хотя количество шагов синхронизируется. Брасллет Mi Band 3

Ужас!. Вы что наделали???!! После обновления телефон стал садится быстро. Заряда на браслете хватило на 6 дней. Раньше хватало на 18-25. Проверка обновления в приложении теперь не работает и циферблаты из сети не грузятся - пишет ошибка сети. Устраните скорее..

Где синхронизация?. После обновления приложения, на браслет установилась какая-то прошивка, после чего браслет перестал синхронизироваться!

Невозможно пользоваться. До такой степени зависает, что из 10 раз как в него зайдешь, 1 раз сможешь что-то сделать. Остальные разы просто зависает на начальной картинке и все. Как можно это исправить? Добавляю ~ по прошествии пары месяцев стало еще хуже. В течение часа постоянных попыток не работало ни разу 🤦🏼 г..но, а не приложение

Не работает!!!!. Скачала приложение зарегистрировалась а войти не могу пробовала через фейсбук тоже не заходит, и через не которое время заново нельзя зарегистрироваться пишет ошибка сети!!! Исправте пожалуйста!!!

22:00. Безумно бесит «Вы легли спать слишком поздно, старайтесь ложиться до 22». Я в принципе не ложусь спать раньше двенадцати и не собираюсь, так что информации типа «вы легли спать на три часа позже, чем вчера», было бы более чем достаточно. Ну или дали бы выбрать пользователю, сова он или жаворонок.

Отстой. Никакой стабильности работы. С каждым обновлением хуже и хуже. Очень часто после обновлений все ломается, пропадают данные, нарушается синхронизация. И это происходит регулярно. Вот и сейчас. Какое-то время все работало нормально. Так нет, надо было запилить обновление, после которого пропали данные о сне! И, судя по отзывам, не только у меня. Через несколько дней «исправили», теперь вообще не синхронизируется! Хочется спросить, доколе у разработчиков будет оставаться такое наплевательское отношение к своей работе?

Потеряны данные!. Обновила приложение, автоматически обновился и браслет при открытии свежего обновления, и потерялись данные за прошлый день, как будто он вообще не работал! Восстановите мне данные за этот день, у меня слетела серия побед 😭😭😭

Всё хуже и хуже. Много лет пользовалась браслетами и вся статистика слетела после обновления. Часы не подключаются, программа показывает декабрьские данные в июле. Откатить версию назад, чтоб работала, тоже невозможно. Обновлять браслет сяоми в очередной раз не буду, выберу другую фирму. Телефон сяоми уже сменила на айфон, потому что невозможно лагает, теперь и часы менять. Испортилась фирма, к сожалению.

Разработчики вы что-то делать будете ???. Почему никто не исправляет приложение ??? Почему оно виснет ?? Не возможно дотронуться до экрана и всё, зависает на айфонах последних, в чем проблема ??? Всё работает! Amazfit Bip с iPhone 7 plus. Может, кому-то поможет мой отзыв. Долгое время после обновления на ios 13 часы не отображали уведомления. Совсем! Методом тыка поняла, в чем проблема. В настройках/уведомлениях/показ миниатюр был отключён. Нужно включить.

Проблема после последнего обновления. После предпочледнего обновления стал некорректно показывать положение и маршруты на карте. Через короткое время перестает считать пульс. В последнем обновлении это не поправили.

Автономная синхронизация. Приложение работает , датчики пишут и все бы ничего , го синхронизация в автономном режиме не происходит. Иными словами каждый раз приходиться ждать ,когда входишь в приложение , синхронизацию. +ко всему уведомления о подбадриваение друзьями не приходит при погашённом экране телефона. А так все гуд) Исправте, пожалуйста.

Постоянные ошибки в режиме тренировка. Мне вот интересно, вообще приложение когда нибудь будет нормально работать или все таки нет? В режиме тренировок то высоту не измеряет, то пульс, то вообще сбой во время тренировки и тренировка сохраняется не полностью. Куча обновлений, толку никакого

Ужасное обновление политик. Вышло сообщение о необходимости обновить аккаунт и принять новые политики. Казалось чего такого? Указано подождите 30 минут и все ок. Да? Нет! Все поломалось, сначала невозможно было зайти со старым паролем, пришлось поменять, потом не заходил в приложение, на оф сайте все ок. И проблемы продолжаются, теперь выкинул снова не заходит. Куда катимся, ребятки?

Вызывает только негатив. Что за ошибка обновления браслета? 6s. Не могу избавиться от этой проблемы. Купила браслет сегодня и он уже бесит! И почему не поддерживается у ребенка на 4s? Это что не телефон уже? Купила ему на окончание учебного года, прочитав, что подходит для ios 9.0 и выше. У него 9.3, а приложение не поддерживается. Если бы не стороннее платное приложение, то браслет был бы бесполезными часами

Обновление ПО. Обновил 06.08.20 приложение и miband 2 не соединяется по Bluetooth. Не находит устройство и не коннектится.

Браслет перестал показывать уведомления!. После последнего обновления мой браслет (MiBand 4) перестал показывать уведомления. Установка bluetooth «делиться системными данными» включена, в самом приложении все уведомления включены, но фактически ни одно уведомление не отправляется на браслет. Пожалуйста, исправьте!

Алена. Вопрос к разработчикам!!!! В последнее время стала замечать что приложение или сам браслет даёт сбой, например до 23:55 я находила 15тысяч шагов, а утром захожу в приложение и обращаю внимание на то что серия закончила, смотрю причину, вместо 15000 там 91 шаг, как это понимать?!

Ошибка входа. Установила приложение, создала аккаунт, а зайти не могу!!! Крутит колесико, пишет «Секунду», а потом «Не удалось выполнить вход». Объясните, ПОЧЕМУУУУ???!!!

Обновление на zepp life. Доработайте приложение. При попытке войти в профиль браслета просто выкидывает из приложения.

Don't update!. НЕ ОБНОВЛЯЙТЕСЬ! После обновления все данные удаляются - статистика за несколько лет, данные о сне, все настройки. Переустановка приложения не помогла. Все данные утеряны.

Mi band. Куда Дели статистику сна? За день показывает, а за неделю и месяц статистики нет. Только из за статистики сна и пользуются браслетом и данным приложением

Не работает оповещение. После обновления на версию 13.1.3 Os, Перестали приходить оповещения ватсап и телеграмм, сброс настроек не помогает. Без оповещений это просто часы и кривой шагомер. Исправьте пожалуйста. iPhone 6s

Наконец-то!. Чтобы заработал mi band 4 (может и другие тоже), обновляем Zepp life и заходим во вкладку профиль. Далее заходим в строку с названием вашего устройства и почти в самом низу ОБНОВЛЯЕМ САМ БРАСЛЕТ нажав на проверку обновления. Далее синхронизация и все заработало. Почему после такого количества негативных отзывов на протяжении нескольких месяцев разработчики не пишут как устранить проблему, я не понимаю. ПС никакие сбросы и создание новой пары, как писали некоторые, не помогают. Только обновление самого устройства.

One times sleep. The band can not detect the second and third sleep per one night, and shows only first sleep range... Often bluetooth problem, the phone can not detect the band, by similar switching bluetooth button connection can be established. Please, add the function, when the band was out if range of bluetooth connection with phone - and if somebody calls or write a message on your phone, when the band will be in the bluetooth range , it will vibrate-notificate about missed call or missed notification!

Logged out automatically. Pretty well app, but there are a lot GUI issues on small screens like iPhone 5. Also, the main problem for me, every time I update my app, I am logged out automatically.

Battery drainer. During 24 hours period using more battery power with background activity than Safari with 45 minutes on screen time with high brightness

Application can’t register me. I have passed creating account snd account is working by web. But application says that my account is not existing. While trying registration again application says that email is existing snd i need to try another email.

I can’t use my scales with app. The app is in lags every time when I open it and interface dose not load. I can’t scroll, click, there aren’t any data. What is the reason?

Disappointed. Had a streak for 94 days. For some reason the data from past 2 days can’t be read from my Mi Band and my streak ended in 93 days. Now I need to start all again, streaks motivated me to walk every day very much but now I’m very disappointed.

Best product. Great battery! But please add smart alarm (according to deep and light sleep) and find phone (3 taps on the band activate ringtone on phone) features. Also why I can't setup notifications for Slack?

Mi Fit application. Yesterday I updated the application from AppStore. Right after update I lost the history of my sleep time entirely. Also now I cannot synchronize amount of steps with the phone: application tells that the internet is not available. Something wrong with the last update...

Bugs in counting distance/sleeping with MI band 2. Using MI band 2 as a user I have bugs described below: 1) 3.6.0 doesn’t save distance in case user doesn’t open app this day. Moreover it can lose even existed day history for distance. 2) Sleeping status is displayed after user opens/refresh app several times. I guess 3.6.0 the most buggy version ever. Update: 4.3.0 doesn’t show sleep history on 5s iphone

Got my data deleted. I bought mi band in the beginning of August and after a month bought Mi Composition Body Scale 2. Right after turning the scale on, I went into app where I found a login page. After logging in, I saw that all my data for the past month got deleted for an unknown reason… and now when I try to set a reminder, the app simply won’t let me do that with its infinite load of the reminder loading circle…

PAI not working on mi band 4. PAI option is present in the app. But it is not increasing after the training with required heart rate with mi band 4. It is just zero all the time although required heart rate was accomplished :(

Can not activate my mi band 6. After last update I can not activate my band. It froze at step of recovering reminders and both buttons, skip and restore do not work. Imposible to use device

New update crashed the app. I cant “accept” the new license, it just does not give me the option to accept it, no matter how many times i press the button. And without accepting i cant use the app. Please fix!

Notifications. Please, fix bugs with getting notifications from Instagram and telegram on iPhone 11 - all settings are enable but notifications only from these two apps don’t come on my mi band. But from other apps all is good.

Upgrade broken everything. After upgrade loose access to my account and all information insights. I have tried to create new account but application not allow to connect to bracelet: suggest to ask support, but support couldn’t provide me answer how I can restore my previous avoid to for 2 weeks…. Don’t understand how soft/ support/ upgrades could be so bad… it is the smoke test: check that account/ access works after upgrade, check that user is able to write to support and receive help…. Please fix bugs because now application is blocked.

Bug after Walking. Once the Walking tab opens and then I close the app, the sensor on the Miband2 is lighting. Only after opening the app once again and swiping to the main screen and close the app, the light switches off.

App bug. I tried to create a female user, but after creation the gender automatically changed to male and so on again and again

App crashes starting from previous update. The app started to crash during launch after I updated it in late December. iOS 12.1.2 (iPhone 6). The latest update didn’t solve the problem. Please look into it.

It loses my steps.... Sometimes app loses my steps. I saw steps on the main screen, but then they disappeared from history :(. It was the record in this year. Very disappointing. Improve sleep tracker. I went to bed at 2, fell asleep at 3, woke up at 6 to drink some water, delayed like 10 alarms between 8.30 and 9.30 - none if this was tracked, according to the app I slept well whole night and had longest deep sleep in my life. There was third party app Bind Mi Band for Windows Phones which could do this stuff perfectly, could Xiaomi find the developer of this app to help to improve their official app?.. UPD: last three days in a row it stops recording my sleep after ~5am even if I don’t wake up during the night

Heart rate monitoring is not working. Heart rate monitoring option stopped working properly on the third day of usage. Battery is full, tried to reboot both devices but it still switches to “turn off” after some time of switching it to any other mode

Good but too many bugs. This buggy software makes me cry. The idea is good and industrial design of the band is great, but the software is EXTREMELY unstable and has a lot of bugs. And even more, developer adds new ones with every update. The most annoying three are: 1. very slow sync. 2. displaying of invalid number of steps (very few) but on the graph it is shows all the steps. 3. Missing of some sleep snd walks data for some days without any reason.

Bugs. Since the last update cannot see full info about previous records (weight, body score, etc). Please fix it

Crazy scales. After the update, the scales went crazy. Despite the fact that the parameters of my body did not change in any way, the body score jumped as much as 20 points, but now in the application I am 54 years old!!!!!! No God please no!!!! (I'm actually 24). I don't understand what's going on, but this is a catastrophic disappointment.

Many unfixed bugs for IPhone. Mi band 2 doesn’t count avg steps, total km and reached goal in profile tab. It only counts steps during one day. Wish you fixed these bugs as soon as possible, because I have the watch since June and these bugs were all the time :)

Synchronization doesn’t work. Can’t synchronize band for a month, update didn’t help resolving issue. At the moment the band doesn’t show time correctly: it’s late about 10 minutes. I didn’t know how to fix it in case if I can’t synchronize the band and app

Terrible app. After updates app lost their data The interface is freezing all the time And minor problems with time of measurements (e.g. one day I checked my weight at 7:00 and app is wrote down the time correctly, and another day I checked my weight at 7:00, but the app shows it in future, in 10:00)

Availability of previous weight points. After the last update I can’t check my previous weight points and analyze it. Please fix it asap

Friends statistics do not display. If you want to check your friends statistics- it’s not possible because it’s empty. There are no history no graphs that are displayed. Please fix friends panel. And btw app works way better on Aidroid phones.

Amazfit bip gps trsck export. Please add fubction to export gps track as .gpx files (via email or any other way) its highly required feature for me. It will allow me to track my outdoor activities( hiking, kayaking) Also have a bug: i didn't synchronize watches for few days and now one of the previous activities doesn't transfer to watches

After last upgrade the sleep data is gone. After last upgrade the sleep data has not been transferred at all!! And now it’s not being synching since then(( Really frustrating.

The main functionality is broken. After upgrading to version 4.0.2, synchronization fails. I lost all the steps of the previous day. This happens regularly with major updates. Also, steps are lost during time zone changing. No one has been fixing this problem for 3 years. I don’t understand how you guys are testing this application. I try to set a record in steps - and then you spoil everything with your idiotic update ... I will never buy Mi Band again because of the disgusting IOS application.

Huge bugs in the latest version. In the recent version there’s no synchronization of the process of sleeping and pulse. In the app there no information and the previous data is deleted

Couldn’t get data about bank card. Today I decided to add another card to my mi band 4 nfc. I opened mi fit app, clicked on “Bank card” button and after long loading I saw an error “Couldn’t get data”. Impossible to add new card to band, I used reboot and factory reset, but it didn’t help. Fix this bug, please! It’s a critical feature, without it mi band is useless.

license agreement. Nice app to use with MiScale, but license agreement tells about personal data usage, and I haven’t found a way to delete all personal data from your servers. “Enroll in user experience program” link leads to Internal server error.

App stopped to detect my watch. Recently, the app lost its ability to see my watch. Restart of phone, reinstall of app, Bluetooth manipulations don’f help. Moreover, factory reset completely broke the watch and now it can’t be used at all. Also, a few months ago the app could be installed on tablet, but now it is impossible.

Can’t log in using Google account, bad ux. At the latest version I couldn’t login using Google account: it just stuck after entering my email address. When I was able to login, I constantly had issues to find a required menu. I believe the apps UX can be better.

Do not syncing running statistic.. This is the third time App have not recorded my workout and does not show it in the application. I activated the run from the Band 4. Problems with sleeping tracker. Hello. I have found two strange moments connected with working of my gadget. First of all, if I sleep some hours in daytime the measuring of the sleeping period working extremely wrong. For example, I was sleeping 3 hours in daytime and 8 hours at night, but my tracker shows 24 hours of sleeping. And the next day I was sleeping just 9 hours at night, but tracker shows 15 hours of sleeping. Also when I went to bed at 4am the tracker doesn't measure

Not a very user friendly app. I have scales, I use the application for them. Not a very user friendly app, some things to look for. 1. You cannot delete a user. I accidentally created two profiles with the same data. Each time the weight duplicates for two profiles. The one that tried to delete the history does not save, only updates the current data every time. 2. It does not pull up the activity (steps) that is, there is no fitness bracelet, but the data from the phone about the activity stopped pulling up last year

New feature. Dear Developers, I will be very glad, if you add new feature: control music from Mi Band. It will be easier for users when they can just push buttons on Mi Band, but not take phone from pocket. It doesn’t work properly on my iPhone. After updating the program, I have issues: the data are removed after reloading the application. So, I can’t add my new results anymore, because they are removed as soon as I quit the application. P.S. it was a bad idea to add an ideal weight based on someone’s opinion.

Add please more types of main screen !!. Okey, I’m start from themes of “time on screen”, add please something new! It’s a main problem as for me. Doesn’t sync but says it does. Hey guys! I love the scales and the possibilities of it but my body score keeps failing because of “basal metabolism” low levels. I use Apple Watch and sync all data with the Health app. Also, I sync all Health app with Mi Fit app but it just doesn’t transfer steps. I have tried everything on the internet but it doesn’t work. Also lately when I weight on the scales the app doesn’t recognize it and just shows no data. Fix those issues please.

Not quite "fit" for a fitness app. The app is a disappointment, especially as the sole option for syncing MiBand data. For over a year, its machine translation remains consistently poor, and there's no option to manually change the app language. Add to that the issues of empty statistics screens and unreliable syncing with Apple Health, and it's clear this app isn't up to AppStore standards. A major letdown for MiBand users.

Facebook Manager. Thanks for the app. I have a big favor to ask adding Facebook manager notifications. It is very important for people doing their own business on Facebook.

Bug in steps statistics. I like the app and the bracelet, but something went wrong after last few updates. Now, when I want to watch the overall statistics on walked steps/ distance, application crashes ( after pushing history button). This function is very important for me, thus I’m disappointed. I tried to reinstall the app or restart my phone, but no result. Probably, it is a bug (iPhone X)?

Can’t open the app. I have mi band 3 and iPhone 5s, and this couple was perfect for each other (in my opinion) but now I can’t open the app cause it freezes on opening when we can see the mi fit logo. What’s wrong and how to fix it? Help me please somebody

Anton. For a paid product app, it’s very poorly supported. The application consumes a lot of battery (up to 30% per day when running in background). I’ve already encountered few major bugs, like I could not save weight for Mi Scale in my main profile and today I’ve found that friends activity was not synchronizing for few months. But overall, the design is nice and it is easy to use

All measurements lost after upgrade to iOS 14. After last update application asks to enter login and password. I don't remember what I used. Moreover, Email, Facebook and Google do not authenticate. Guys, look at successful apps working on mobile like Telegram, Viber etc, these don't ask for anything except phone number.

Disable alarm if it is not on my hand. I have weekly alarm on my Mi Band device. Sometimes I don’t use it at night because forget for example in the kitchen. It begins vibrate even if it is not on my hand. It’s boring. I would like to have toggle in UI that will be disabling alarm if it is not on my hand.

Can’t activate device. I’ve paired the watch, but it asked me to activate it. The “Ok” button on the success screen after activation is inactive. The only thing you can do is to close the app. When you get back, it says the device is not active and the whole cycle starts all over again. Let alone the fact I already had an account, but this new app just logged me out.

Notifications come not from all apps. A lot of users iOS have big problem. From the first days everything worked and then.... stopped come notifications from messages and Facebook Messanger and apps. I have now just from Viber and Instagram and calls. For what I paid money and don’t have functions that you promise??? I took my Amazfit Bip that always see my notifications and I haven’t!!! I’m very angry and want find out how fix it! 😡

Crashes upon an attempt to set the weight goal. Before the last update, I was quite satisfied with the app. However the last update introduced at least two problems: 1) The app crashes when I try to set the weight goal 2) In Russian locale, on the weight analysis screen, the app says I am underweight at the top of the screen, while the chart at the bottom of the same screen indicates that my weight is closer to overweight. Also, I’ve noticed that a time period when I was certainly awake and had my Mi Band 3 on me (I was still staying in bed but my left hand was certainly moving) was reported as sleeping time in the app.

Feature Suggestion. Hello. My system language is English However I’m receiving notifications in different languages and there is a problem with Russian characters displaying. As other users mentioned if I set system language to Russian - there will be no problem with any language. It will be awesome if you could fix this.

Notifications. Actually, I think the app is good. But it would be great if you make possible to work notifications only if phone locked. I don't need one by one messages with duplicated notifications. And less important, that "Find device", it doesn't work unless the app was opened before you lost a phone. Mi Band 6.

Bugs. I don’t know exactly , bugs with mi band 3 or with app but when I had mi band 1 I didn’t have any friends problems.... so I think this is mi band 3. Function of searching phone from no band doesn’t work if you didn’t open app before... it’s stupid. No matter... the main problem is empty days... I mean there are a few days per week when I don’t have any information about my dreams steps etc... it looks like I didn’t use a band all day but it’s not. So I don’t have all informations about my life... don’t have a full statistic. I was sending some sms to xiomi but still don’t have a answer. There is not support from this company

Do not receive notifications after latest app update. My Amazfit Bip device stopped to receive call and app notifications after the latest update. It worked fine before the update. I checked every setting in my phone and all of them seemed to be okay. It seems the last update broke something, not sure how to fix that.

poor sync. Recently, I can’t synchronize with a mobile device (iPhone7 +) for a long time, there is also a problem with the alarm clock. P.S. previously I rebooted the phone and rebooted bluetooth

Better sleep. it would be cool if you added a function to the alarm clock so that it would turn on in the fast sleep phase, so that it would work with the sleep tracking function.

Many bugs after app update. Stress tracking shows “no data” on the status page. The battery needs charging more often after the app update. Heart rate tracking settings page freezes

Disappointed. I was totally satisfied with the up until recently. Updates from April are getting worse. First update of an app lost some of my data and thus ended a streak. I tried to reinstall app. It unpaired all the devices, lost synced steps data of current day and lost all mi scale data. Now after last two updates and switching to the new interface it randomly lost synced steps data for couple of dates and counted a 4- days streak, though even the graph in the app itself showed there were more days accomplished. This program main purpose is to collect stats to motivate user, but it does quite an opposite

Not connected with new phone. I’ve changed my phone, and now it doesn’t connected with band, while I’m trying to make it in app. It doesn’t see the divice and asks to connect with you. Fix the problem please.

Functionality suggestion. Dear Xiaomi! I really satisfied with my new MiBand 3, but I have some questions to the iOs application that I installed. 1. Not all notifications are working (for example, Telegram, Skype - are the most popular messengers in our country, but I'm not getting notifications from it, however the instagram notifications work fine). 2. THIS IS MAJOR. I prefer to have English system language on my iPhone, but most messages I get contain Russian text. Russian text on English version of the software for the MiBand 3 is displayed awful. But in Russian software there is a good font for both Russian and English texts. So I want to have a Russian system on my MiBand3 but I do not want Russian system on my iPhone. Can you please allow users of your iOs application to select the language for this application and/or MiBand3 system. Until this fixes I cannot set the 5 star rating for this application. Will much appreciate your indifference and will wait for fixes. Promise to increase my rating after these fixes. Thank you!

Can’t sign in. Hello. I had a troubles with this app and I deleted and downloaded again. Then try to log in and can’t do this. It writes wrong email. But I am sure I use the right email and password. I am trying to log via gmail account. I have tried to do it on the another device as well and it doesn’t work. Please help to log into my account

My band refuses to sync. For the last week plus, when I open the app to set an alarm, I can spend close to an hour just waiting for the band to sync. This wasn’t the case before. I don’t know what the problem is. I tried all the options in the help options. None helped. I figured it might be cause I use my google account to sign in so I tried to use my Apple ID to sign in and it refused to pair to the watch. Please fix it cause I can’t keep sleeping an hour late just because I’m trying to set an alarm

History of weight measurements. In body rating page, it’s impossible to look at past weight measurements and there ratings. Swipe and other moves doesn’t work. Please, fix this issue, because it’s important to watch progress.

Sync issue. I’m dealing again with the same problem again! I had Mi band 3 and at some point I began to have problem with setting an alarm! I thought maybe my mi band is old - that’s why! But I bought new one previous year and I’m facing same problem with new one! I can’t set an alarm - it’s just continuously “turning on”, freezing and nothing happens at all! I’m not gonna buy another one cause I have feeling it might happen again or maybe that’s the company strategy to force people buy a new one? Very disappointed! I’m trying to send a feedback - can’t do even that cause facing same problem: when I press to submit it’s continuously showing “submitting” animation, freezing and that’s it!

Doesn’t work since last update. 6s iOS 12.1.2 + Amazfit Bip. App crashes on launch. Tried several times. Do something!!! Also it is very uncomfortable to update weather on watch only while sync with app when it’s launched! Can it somehow be performed in background? BTW, Amazfit Bip struggles with synchronizing old trainings, if I have a few trainings performed a few days before I sync it with my phone, they are all erased, bc watch thinks they are saved in phone and phone doesn’t see them, so they are lost instantly.

Cannot see all metrics of precious smart scar measurements. Could you please inform me, how can I see previous values of ALL smartscale measurements. In history only weight and fat% are available, but what about all the other metrics? I can see general graphics with dots, but I cannot click them or interact in anyway. You can contact me and I will provide any WTR needed. I can only see all available metrics of ONLY LAST measurement and it really bothers me. What if I wanna track other things than mass and fat, which are stored and actually available, but the application just won’t let you navigate to them. It’s 1 for you to notice this until I get my answer. If someone answers me, I will change it to 4. And once it is fixed — I will give you all 5 stars.

Disappointed. I am very unhappy with this update, first of all this app is draining too much battery and second is running in background without my concern and I don’t find anyway to stop this. Everyday during night to morning this app takes 20-25% of my battery, no other app is running in background or taking this much battery even though background activity is turned off. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no result. Then finally yesterday I have uninstalled this app and to check if the problem is with the app or with my battery and what I see no battery draining 0% during night time I.e. 21-00 to 07:30.

I can’t watch the previous body score data. A couple of days ago everything was fine but now when I’m trying to scroll to the previous measurements nothing happens. I contacted your support and was said to unpair the device and reinstall the app. None of it helped. So I don’t even know what to do now. I bought the Smart scale and want to use it’s smart features. Please fix the problem.

It had been so good, but there were some problems. First of all, 3 months ago it had started. I can’t change an alarm, even to switch on it, then I understood that I couldn’t change the front image. So now I bought the fast version of Mi band and I really wander can I connect it with my IPhone or not Because I thought it was because of last update to IOS 14.4.2 I really don’t know. Please, do something with it as fast as you could.

DND is not that smart. I really like my band mi 4 and mi fit app is quite good. However, Do not disturb option is very annoying! So there are 3 options: on, off and smart dnd that will turns on when you fell asleep. And how about adding an option that will turn on and off automatically in a particular time! This is ridiculous to turn on and off options every day, neither getting notifications when I am trying to fall asleep!

About synchronization.. The bracelet mi band 3 is poorly controlled from your application, for example I can't set an alarm because I have synchronization, but nothing really syncs, the inscription synchronization remains and nothing changes, even after restarting the application, and after I turn it on and off bluetooth.

BUNCH of BUGS. Sleep analysis constantly shows incorrect time. It shows I fall asleep and awakened 5(five!) hours earlier than it really was. Duration of sleep is also calculated incorrectly. All my workouts with MiBand 3 are not synced properly with Apple HealthKit. It only syncs this data as “active energy” but not as training/workout. Also there is a whole bunch of minor bugs which are not fixed for a loooong time (steps are not displayed on detail screen for some days and frequently for current day etc.). Fix it please!

Installation could not finish. Hi team, My wife using iOS 9.3 which is supported according to your requirements however application installation does not finishes. Meanwhile on my iOS 10 device last update could not be applied (unable to download the app) Could you fix it so we could continue use it with mi bands. Thanks!

Problems with the marathon counter. I am very upset at the marathon malfunction. I actually ran a minimum of 8,000 steps every day starting May 13, 2019, but yesterday the counter went astray and for some reason showed only 14 days of the marathon for the first time, and today I actually saw it knocked down, counting only 7991 instead of yesterday's 8,000 steps, which is not true. I don't understand what the problem is, please help restore the marathon, I'm very upset.

Bugs. There are several features that do not work correctly. 1) The Synchronization when I force it by swiping down the screen doesn’t work. The circle just keeps spinning and that’s it. 2) Because the sync doesn’t work, the steps per day are shown incorrectly. 3) When I want to see my activity per day, there is no data on current day until I swipe to see data for yesterday and then switch for today. 4) A new bug has shown up today - the data on my sleep just despaired. Just yesterday I saw it. Come on, few month ago the app was working correctly. Fix the bugs

No answer from support. In general i like this app, but i have a problem, i wrote about it in feedback menu and got no answer! What should i do to have a resolution?? We don’t have another channel to communicate with support team!

Scale (measuring) results displays wrong. Hello, I’m using Mi body Composition Scale 2, and basically it’s pretty good, the one thing I would like to improve - “advice” (I guess) in a Muscle section - it’s describing low-level situation even the muscular masses indicated as “normal” and in a “green zone” in the middle of the indicator’s line. That’s frustrating. Fix that, please.

Sleep analyze issue. After the latest update, I don’t see information about my sleeping time. All the other functions work well, except sleeping tracking. Even Mi band shows sleeping sign when I sleep(sometimes wake up at night to baby, so it happens fastly) Can you help me to solve this issue?

Share system notification. Pop up that always shows “turn on”share system notifications and messages” go to setting - bluetooth and tap to turn on” But i did it already. It keeps disturbing me!

NFS. Приобрела mi band 4 nfs, но почему то при попытке подключить карту - выдаёт ошибку. Ни сброс, ни перезагрузка не помогают. Брала только из за функции бесконтактной оплаты. Очень расстроена.

Плохое обновление. Увидел, что вы обновились 3 дня назад и сразу стала ясна причина неожиданных зависаний. Что-то нужно менять: 1) открывается и периодически не реагирует ни на что; 2) не "видит" весы; 3) "зависает" при открытии трендов, окон или истории. Очень жаль. Поправите баги - поправлю оценку

Отвратительно!!!!. После замены приложения Mi Fit на вот это приложение-Смарт браслет Банд 5 стал просто часами! Уведомления не приходят совсем! Хотя в приложении все подключено! Перепробовала все методы-перезагрузку, отсоединение и новое подключение-ничего не действует! В приложении указано что все работает -телефон синхронизирован с часами -но по факту ничего не происходит!!!! Вопрос к разработчикам-зачем это приложение??? Верните версию Mi Fit!!!!

НЕ всеми функциями можно воспользоваться. Не удобное приложение, есть функции, которые не работают. Например, часть информации не появляется в разделе семья, у добавленных людей, при этом все разрешения есть и синхронизация тоже. Там же не работает функция «подтолкнуть» (сердечко в разделе семья). Мало настроек. Приложение выглядит сырым и недоработанным

Обновление приложения 18.03.2022. После обновления приложения, выкидывает из приложения при попытке зайти в Настройки. Невозможно установить будильник, изменить/отключить его, а так же сделать необходимы настройки!

Перестали работать уведомления. После смены Mi fit на Zepp life браслет превратился в обычные электронные часы. Уведомления не приходят, совсем, никакие, ни звонки, ни сообщения. Хотя соединение есть, всё включено, при выборе «найти браслет» вибрация есть.

Mi smart band 4, уровень стресса. Много функций внутри не работают , приложение не показывает уровень стресса , баланс , SpO2. Подскажите, как их подключить? Или исправьте эту ошибку….

Часы больше не работают. После обновления приложения невозможно подключить часы! При считывании куаркода выскакивает уведомление «обновите приложение»! А как, если это началось как раз после того как я его обновила??

Необходимо улучшение. Весы перестали производить оценку тела. Записывают только вес и все. А смысл тогда? Я свой вес и на экране весов могу увидеть. Объясните, как сделать, чтобы оценка тела снова заработала.

Приложение вылетает после обновления. После обновления невозможно зайти в настройки браслета Mi Band 6 - приложение сразу вылетает.

Цзинь. История взвешиваний на весах теперь отображается не в килограммах а каких-то цзинях. В настройках стоит отображение в метрической системе.

Плохо. Я не знаю, но каким-то чудом вдруг внезапно сработал повторный поиск часов и я смогла к ним подключиться. Напомню, что до этого 2 недели не было никакого подключения, я ждала обновления с исправлениями, но фиг там. После переноса аккаунта и входа в свою учётку я не могла подключить часы к приложению. И судя по аватарке и старому нику, данные были утрачены. И вот сегодня, когда я смогла подключить часы к приложению, мои опасения подтвердились. Amzfit Bip ношу 2 года. А до этого ещё года 3 носила Miband 2. Весь прогресс за 5 лет коту под хвост. Единственная причина, по которой я всё ещё ношу часы и браслеты этой фирмы - заряд держит 2 недели. С яблочными часами придётся каждый день возиться. Сколько можно косячить? Трезвыми надо на работу ходить.

Почему надо переводить из цзинь в кило?. Вчера вес показывался в кг, а сегодня в цзинь. Как исправить?

Не РАБОТАЕТ. Не знаю обновление виновато или ещё что-то. Сегодня браслет сам откатился до заводской настройки и отвязался от телефона. 2,5 часа потребовалось чтобы привязать его обратно. Но активации не происходит. Застревает на этапе "Востановить напоминание". Кнопки не нажимаются и не выйти ни зайти в приложение. Браслет на китайском языке, приложением не управляется... Служба поддержки исправьте ошибку, пожалуйста, или дайте инструкцию как активировать браслет.

Статистика сна. После последнего обновления пропала статистика сна за неделю и месяц. Отдельно день видно, за год статистика тоже есть, а вот промежуточные не показывает. Пользуюсь браслетом Amazfit Bip.

Приложение-дно. После обновления MiBand4 перестал записывать режим сна и пульс, а так же перестал работать будильник! Как итог, остались только уведомления. Браслет теперь стал абсолютно бесполезным. В следующий раз буду обходить продукцию xiaomi стороной, т.к. кривой софт сводит на нет все усилия инженеров компании…

Последнее обновление. При попытке зайти в Настройки Смарт браслета, приложение закрывается. До обновления все работало :(

Ужасное обновление. Оно испортило и так не очень корректно работающее приложение. С 31 мая вообще не считает шаги. Или считает неправильно и обнуляет результат прямо на глазах😁😁😁 Очень печально

Проблема. После обновления приложения , все стерлось нафиг, годами пройденные километры и рекорды. Браслет не находит , уже все перепробовала. Пишет ошибка и обратитесь в тех.поддержку. Я написала , в итоге ответа нет.

Цзинь. Поменялись единицы измерения с кг на цзинь. Чтобы вернуть кг : Профиль/ Настройки/ Единицы измерения/ Метрическая.

Вылетает приложение, когда нажимаешь Профиль-мои устройства(сразу выбрасывает). С обновлением не мену зайти в сами часы, чтобы, например, изменить циферблат или настроить оповещения. Выбрасывает на Главный экран телефона. Решите эту проблему

Не устанавливайте!!!. Просят много разрешений! Установить сложнее, чем любое другое ПО. Как будто что-то секретное!!! Не так написал пароль, сами поменяли настройки и т.д. Теперь Часы в помойку и приложение туда же!!!

Не работает будильник. После обновления приложения не работает будильник. На часах пишет, что зайдите в приложение. В приложении ставишь будильник, а когда из него выходишь, то и будильник выключается
