Poor ride service - very unreliable. 1. Actual price is always higher than the "promised" fare range upon ride request. This is a big disadvantage compared to other ride companies which tell you EXACT fare for a ride (i.e. Yandex Taxi). 2. App often does not know where a car is located. It is kms away and next moment "the driver has arrived". 3. Careem cancelled Rewards programme without warning and all reward points became useless. Still, Careem keeps awarding points which accumulate on my account. Same with Careem Gold. 4. They charge peak fares without warning. Check their help page: 1) first you agree to peak fares, 2) then to the actual peak factor - two steps where you should click the button before you order a ride. In reality the app does not have any of that. 5. I have never been able to sign up for Careem plus - it is not in the Settings. Careem support claims this should work. Well, it does not.

Poor customer support. Careem had an issue with sending the regular invoice with details on the item breakdown and delivery address for my company expense purposes. After multiple from my side they issued a .pdf with 1 line in with the total cost and no info mentioned above (and their standard emails). After my request to do it right - “we can’t” Well, I can’t use the app any more with such an approach to a very simple request

Банк говорил, что деньги заморожены на 30 дней. По истечении деньги все же остались у сервиса. В Поддержке Careem ответили, что срок обращения истек и деньги они мне не вернут. Как бы 94$ ни за что. Удаляю приложение, до нашего яндекс по качеству услуг- как до Луны.

Absolutely useless to find taxi. It shows lot of cars in 5 mins but always refunds money. Better use Uber as they really arrive. Hate careem for pushing to purchase them because they “always on time” that is lie. I can not get any careem car (all tariffs) as they stopped operations after the rain. No cars really available but they push in app that everybody is ready to drive you to home. Shame on you, careem!

Dishonesty, scam. I downloaded app being in Russia as planned to go to cruise from Dubai. Just looked how much cost the way from the Dxb to cruise terminal and they write that I have to pay 100aed. What??? I am in Russia. I didn’t order the car. They blocked me as I didn’t want to pay for a ride I didn’t order.

Losing money. The delivery guy left the food on the floor in some public area without letting me know and left. When I called the support to ask the delivery status - it took quite a long time since they responded the call - they reached the driver and said that he left the order at the ATM machine. Careem credits - Looks like a skam. drivers often drive incorrectly on purpose. Twice they incorrectly deducted money from my Karim Pei loans. I pay for all trips with cash, but for some reason the application additionally debits my account's credits. they still do not want to return them, they demand a trip receipt.

Horrible Support. I don’t like the support options at all, there is not agent to talk to, or email to contact through, no phone number to call in case of trouble. I tried to get a taxi 5 times in a row, with no success, and each time the app held my money for the ride again and again in a temporary hold, never seen my money back since then, 50 USD wasted, no service was provided, the money was taken… the worst possible experience. every ride is problem. better don’t waist your time and get uber app which provide good service and no bugs. every ride by careem is a trial, drivers are rude and can took another passengers, trying to cheat, navigating could bring your to wrong location, etc. every time it’s only a stress!

Worst taxi service in the world. This taxi service is only for people with very stable psyche. Drivers don’t know the city, you risk to pay twice more because they skip the turns. Also, they come to different locations to pick you up even when you put a specific point on the map of where you are waiting for them. Every second ride I have problems with careem taxis. That is too much. So many opportunities to improve the service but the company doesn’t care and doesn’t do anything.

Application looks raw. Cars on map updating their position with low frequency, pathfinding works strange, car icons can move backward or sideward, looks funny. One driver couldn’t cancel his ride, said there is no such option, asked me to do it. If it’s not a kind of driver’s cheating to save money, it s a bug.

Wrong location setting in quick groceries. In quick groceries delivery address always resets to my current geo location and not my saved addresses with all details. Current geo is always wrong and sometimes it’s impossible to switch because app is so slow. I’m big fan of Careem but I have to switch to other grocery delivery services because of this bug.

Часто обманывают. Сами такси в целом работают, иногда бывают сбои, но не часто. А вот по деньгам обманывают. Купил подписку Careem+, дающую 10% кэшбэк за первые 10 поездок. За мелкие поездки начислили, а за большие по 300-400 AED не начислили, хотя при заказе машины было указано, что будет начислено 10%. Поддержка разбираться не хочет вообще, говорят, что для того чтобы моя оплаченная подписка работала нужно и промокод вводить. Но ведь за те поездки, в которых бонусы начислили, я не вводил промокод. Поддержка бесконечно шлет мне отписки, мол я дурак…

Spent 5000+ aed. I’m pretty experienced in using Careem, spent for one year more than 5000 aed for it. Generally almost all delivery and taxi services always works perfectly.
