Водитель обманул с оплатой.. В Стамбуле заказал такси, оплата картой. На половину пути отказался от поездки, на мое обращение не реагировал. У аэропорта стал требовать деньги по своему счетчику, от суммы фиксированной в той программе отказался, ибо там было 227, его счётчик показывал 280. В общем, у меня был самолёт, а этот ишак бегал и приотворялся ничего не понимающим. НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗУЙТЕ ЭТО ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ.

Бесполезное приложение. Ни один водитель так и не приехал) то оплата по карте им не нравится, то далеко ехать, то не та зона города, то иди сам пешком туда где он стоит. Проще на улице поймать машинку.

Код. Код отправляет в вотсап, КОТОРОГО У МЕНЯ НЕТ!!!!!! Какого… я должна заводить его, чтобы войти в ваше приложение?! Да проще удалить вообще его и другое скачать, более адекватное

Не грузиться. При попытке запустить приложение постоянная возникает ошибка отсутствия доступа к интернету хотя остальные приложения на телефоне работают с интернетом. Разработка ау!

Ужас.. В Стамбуле лучше используйте убер. Таксисты этого приложения могут вас просто высадить, через минуту начала поездки, и сказать что им пробки не нравятся. Unclear pricing, hard to find driver. If you go through a tunnel, the app will not give you a toll prices and one time driver asked for me almost 200TL for it. Never had a guarantee for available driver. Can’t text anything to a driver (look at Uber, there even translation available!) Very often drivers asked me about place where are we going- if it so important for them, maybe you better to show them when they got an order…

Taxi is a fraud!. Never use this app, you will pay huge amount of money for your trip. The app never shows how much you’ll pay, my taxi ride took 10 minutes and I paid 1500 TL (€40). Just appalled by the service.

Отвратительный сервис.. Практически невозможно заказать такси, таксисты всегда сбрасывают заказ, и в среднем можно только с 3-4 раза сделать заказ. На короткие расстояния они вообще отказываются ехать.

This application is a disaster. Actually all taxi applications in Istanbul works horrible, no driver culture, cancelled trips, it’s a wonder if your taxi trip will happen in the first try. Disaster.

Why do people need you?. All the time I booked a taxi I’ve never got an idea how much I’ll pay at the end of the trip. Istanbul has got a paid tunnel and every taxi driver told me different price for moving through it. I paid 30TL, 40TL, 48TL. Why can’t you give the full price of the trip in your application? Also, it would be great if you control taxi driver much harder. I was very disappointed when the driver always telling me about the cost of the trip all the trip long. Firstly, he said it will cost 266 TL. Then he said it will cost 290 TL. And at the end of the trip he was asking for 300 TL. When I ask him why is it so expensive. He started to count: 170 a BiTaksi trip cost + 48 TL for the tunnel x2, cause he said he go back without any passenger. + 21 TL (BiTaksi %). And somehow he got 300 TL from the counting above. It is the worst taxi experience I’ve ever got in my life. I wont suggest anybody use your application cause it like a cat in the box. You’ve never know what is the full price of the trip until you finish it.

Плохо. Таксисты не берут заказы на небольшие расстояния. Если будете вызывать такси в центре, перед прибытием отменят заказ и предложат цену в 3 раза больше. Нормально работает все в удаленных районах Стамбула. Встуристических - все ужасно. Сегодня один остановился, судя по карте в 900 (!!!) метрах от нас. Звонил, но я говорю только по-русски и английски. Отметился так, будто приехал. Его нигде точно не было рядом. Теперь у меня счёт в 25 лир и я должна оплатить его, чтоб снова заказывать.

Не работало. Как только прилетел в Стамбул установил приложение, пять дней приложение при запуске выдавало какую-то ошибку. И вот благополучно за 12 часов до моего отлёта, приложение заработало. Хотя зачем оно мне теперь

Узаконенный обман. Приложение показало цену с аэропорта IST 1000-1200 лир, заказали. Пришлось пройтись 10 минут чтоб он смог нас забрать. Водитель и номер авто не совпадают с приложением (писал в чате, что приедет на другой машине). Сразу стал рассказывать про ужасные пробки и платные дороги, но ему показали маршрут в навигаторе, где по обычной дороге быстрее на 10 минут, оказывается он просто предупреждал. По прибытию, в приложении образовалась цена в 1960 лир - такое ощущение, что он вписывает туда что хочет, в приложении счетчика нет, в пути тоже ничего не отображается. На вопрос, как из 1200 цена увеличилась до 1960 - не знает, все официально через приложение… Вывод: общественный транспорт в Стамбуле рулит, а приложение+таксист = обман х2.

Нет такси. Приложение бессмысленное, такси никогда не приедет, не качайте. Пытался несколько дней в Стамбуле.

The most awful taxi I’ve used. I ordered a taxi from SAW Istanbul to city center, waited for for 30-40 minutes. I couldn’t call the driver, the app did not allow me. But finally found him. The app sets the price for a ride - it was 240 liras. When we arrived the driver put 330 liras because 60 TL was a tunnel fee and 30 TL bank commission, because I pay by card! We call to their support, they also said we do not have to pay any extra fees, but after the driver talked to them - they changed their mind. All in all, we agreed to pay 330 TL, but neither their terminal could not proceed the payments nor their application because of PayPass. Then we used card for payment .. and it finally worked. BUT application says I have not payed for the ride…. That’s mental. I strongly recommend you NEVER use this app! By the way, it was two girls with a huge luggage who used the taxi and the taxi driver didn’t help us with it at all.

В Турции и особенно в Стамбуле водители такси всеми способами пытаются обмануть клиента: счетчик не сброшенный с предыдущей поездки, несуществующие сборы за платную дорогу, движение по длинному пути и т.д. И bitaksi ничего не делает с этим, и даже потакает в этом водителям. Водитель может просто не доезжая до вас развернуться и уехать по другому более выгодному заказу, который поймает по пути к вам. Расчетная стоимость поездки не имеет никакого значения, т.к. водитель может в конце поездки вбить любую сумму, которая ему понравится. Оставлял негативный отзыв после поездки с просьбой связаться со мной службу поддержки, но меня проигнорировали. In Turkey and especially in Istanbul, taxi drivers try in every way to deceive the client: the meter has not been reset from the previous trip, non-existent tolls, driving along a long route, etc. And bitaksi does nothing about this, and even indulges drivers in this. The driver can simply turn around before reaching you and leave for another more profitable order, which he will catch on the way to you. The estimated cost of the trip does not matter, because... Обман. Мы были в шоке, от такси в этом году! Раньше такого не было. Заказываешь через приложение такси сумма 150-200 лир , тут же тебе пишет водитель и подымает сумму вплоть до 50 евро и так в 7 случаях из 10. Таксометр в половине случаев не включают. В общем туркам до отлаженности нашего Яндекс такси очень далеко

Нормально, лучше, чем ничего. Вызывала такси в удаленном районе (район нового аэропорта). С оплатой было ок, карта банка ОАЭ сработала, сумма 130лир, как в приложении (полтора километра). Забыли телефон в машине, позвонили, поддержка отправила таксиста к нам обратно, приехал, я дала ему 100 лир, хотя он требовал 200 по счетчику)) я бы и 200 дала в благодарность, но не было налички, говорю, сними с карты, он что-то проворчал, взял сотку и уехал) В целом для Стамбула, который славится таксомоторными услугами в стиле Москвы 90х, хороший шаг вперед

Цена не соответствует заявленной. Если Вы пользуетесь такси через это приложение, будьте готовы заплатить минимум в два раза больше названной цены. Машина едет якобы по таксиметру и водитель выбирает самый длинный по расстоянию вариант. Впечатление от Стамбула испортила всего одна поездка.

App not working. App doesn’t launch, says “something something you can’t enter null”

The driver left me 11 min walk from the hotel, and the support doesn’t work. I can’t communicate with support. I write the text, and the system says “the given data was invalid”, and the taxi I ordered through this system left me with luggage 11 minutes by walk to the hill with my luggage. Terrible and fraudulent service. I will tell you about my experience by using BiTaksi in Turkey. 1. If you order the taxi for example from Istanbul Airport, this App will write you where you have to stay so drivers can find you. Usually it’s “Departure floor, line 6”. I always stay there but drivers never came :) They cancel the drive for the reason that I have never shown up. I saw in the map that they were in a different place. Even in case I write exactly where I am. So because of this BiTaksi charges me 9 liras for this. 2. Almost the same happens for example if you order the taxi and driver just ask you to walk toward him with heavy luggage and then in 5 sec he cancels the drive. You will be charged for this also. 3. Drivers always want to cheat you. I was in situation where I had no cash and no physical card with me. That’s why I order taxi in this app :) But be ready that during your trip a driver will cancel this trip in the app and require you to pay in cash no matter that by his counter. For example, I told him that I won’t so he declined from the course and stopped near ATM (counter will continue to work). I told him that I don’t have physical card. So he took from me his counter amount + commissions)))) 4. You have to prepare that drivers might be aggressive and drive inadequately. 5. They will write you the things for example if you’ve already ordered the taxi that your journey won’t cost you 60 liras (like written in App) but requires you to pay 25 euros :) or you can cancel it and pay 9 liras to BiTaksi for this cheater. So I will never recommend you to use this service. I wrote all of this to the support but there was no response.

История длинная, поэтому напишу тезисно: - в приложении НЕ РАБОТАЕТ списание средств по карте!!! - по приезду таксист требует оплатить по терминалу! в 2-3 раза БОЛЬШЕ, якобы в приложении не включена стоимость платных дорог, тоннелей и тд! НО на сайте четко написано, что вы не должны ничего платить сверх суммы поездки! - оператор поддержки сначала подтвердил правила сайта, но после разговора с таксистом сказал, что мы должны заплатить сколько говорит таксист! - в стоимость оплаты вам также включат что-то вроде комиссии банка/сбора! - портативный терминал таксиста работает только с физической картой! Вишенка на торте - после оплаты по терминалу, в приложении ваша поездка будет светится как НЕ ОПЛАЧЕНА! *Удивлена как это контору ещё не прикрыли!

Avoid the app and their taxi service at all cost. Take a bus if you can.. The app is the same scam level of service as most of taxis in Istanbul. During my last trip the driver asked me to walk to the completely opposite side of the airport pick up area, deliberately chose the longest possible route to the destination adding a lot of extra kilometers and time just to charge me more. He ignored my request to follow the route that was calculated by the app and suddenly “forgot” English. His driving style was dangerous he can’t even keep the car in the lane straight. That was awful experience, I don’t recommend the driver and the app, as I couldn’t even reach the customer support, and I left the driver a bad review but the app shows that I left a good one. I had a way better experience in the express bus on the way back to airport.

Better then uber in Istanbul. Just one trip for now but all was perfect.

Scam!. Hey guys. This is complete scam. Driver cancelled my ride when I got into his car. After that he tried to charge me x2. No protection from the app. Not recommend (this app and Turkish taxi).

The app wont search location by addresses. Unfortunately there is no Uber in Turkey. The BiTaksi app wont search location by address nor name. Been in Ankara in Nov 2018, tried to use it doing copy-paste from gmaps. Tried both address and name of famous locations, like museums, airports name, etc - no luck, had to navigate by manually placing point on the map. The app have tons of a room for improvement.

Only 2 stars. The only one way to call a taxi in Izmir online. BUT when I attached a card, driver told me, that this is not an option. And price in TL in app was 400, but his traffic tracker says 570 TL. Driver had a terminal for card, but 3 of our cards were not accepted. I just was asked to pay cash…

Дурят. Для туристов из СНГ, на зеркале счетчик который показывает стоимость в лирах, при проезде через Босфор +10 лир к стоимости, но не в этом дело! Сегодня после поездки при стоимости по таксометру 41 лира, таксист потребовал 100! Связались совместно с администрацией ничего внятного не объяснили! Так как приехал на отдых вступать в полемику за пару долларов и продолжать слушать ничем не подтвержденные аргументы как и со стороны работника такси так и со стороны администрации не стал! Будьте осторожны!

Водители обманывают. Водители выбирают самый длинный маршрут из предложенных приложением, чтобы увеличить стоимость поездки, якобы из-за пробок. Когда просишь ехать по нормальному маршруту - делают вид, что ничего не понимают по английски. Потом ещё могут накинуть за проезд по платным дорогам. Угроза полицией помогает.

Печально!!!. Через Гугл карты определила локацию следование, вошла в предложенное приложение. Такси приехало быстро, мое место нахождения без проблем определило. Но место следования вообще не определяет((( в итоге это приложение отвезло в совсем другую сторону. Очень глупое приложение, если пользоваться из Гугл карты((( Потеря времени и денег((( Жаль, что не стало в Турции Убер такси!

Водитель обманывает. Указывает в приложении двойную цену, отказал в просьбе включить таксометр,. Из аэропорта доехали за 15 мин. По приложению было 460 лир, таксист потребовал 800🙄

Подгорело. Каждый раз новый водила придумывает новые цифры из неоткуда. Какие то допы, чаевые, разные цены проезда в тоннеле и тд. А в итоге с тебя кэшем пытаются содрать больше чем написали в приложении. Этим невозможно пользоваться

Скам туристов. Вызывать к торговому центру даже нет смысла - водитель по приезду отменяет заказ и отправляет ко своему «менеджеру», который уже называет цену в 2 раза выше, чем в самом приложении

Scam app. Taxi never comes

Приложение не работает. Находишь такси за 5$, тебе тут же пишет таксист, что поедет только за 10, 15, 20, за сколько угодно, только не за 5, какой тогда смысл в этом приложении.

Ужас. Само приложение не плохое, но сервис на нуле. Ни разу не удалось заказать такси за 18 дней, НИ РАЗУ!

Отличное приложение. Через него можно зарегистрироваться с российским номером и выбрать оплату наличными. Таксисты через приложение ездят по счетчику, что намного выгоднее, чем если садиться в такси просто так.

Приложение отменило поездку уже после того как мы поехали. Сначала не мог заказать себе такси, так как появлялась ошибка Error 1. Потом все таки заказал, но посреди поездки я получаю push-уведомление о том, что поездка отменена. Водитель не отменял, я тоже - пришлось расчитываться наличкой

Приложение глупое. Нет истории заказов. Только поездки. Нет нормальной поддержки, только звонок или почта внутри приложения. Случилось следую: Вызвали такси в аэропорт. Поездка началась, водитель отменил заказ. - Говорит глючит, поедем по счетчику. - Говорю оплата картой. - хорошо По таксометру 613 лир, а водитель с карты списал 995. В этом случае рекомендую требовать показать сумму которую он вбил в терминале. Обидно. Написал в поддержку и тишина

Отвратительно. Заказали такси, приложение показало 240 лир, приехал таксист на битом ведре (капот в хлам). Согласились поехать, тк устали и было поздно, о чем сразу пожалели. Как только сели в такси, водитель поехал, затем отменил заказ и назвал свою цену (400 лир), мы отказываемся платить и просим высадить, трасса, ночь, он грозится звонить своему боссу (что?), говорит, раз вы едете в отель, значит цена такая, плюс трафик (пробок вообще не было). Это нормально, что мало того, что приезжает битая машина с летающим на ветру капотом, так ещё и водитель всю дорогу требует почти в 2 раза больше денег за поездку и звонит какому-то боссу????

Very bad service. Korkunç hizmet! Her yere 1 puan yazacağım! Numaralı bir arabada taksi şoförü 34 TCR 42. Bir dönüş yaptım, 15 dakika onu bekledik, insanca siparişi iptal etmediler! Gişeye 123 lira geldi, çok normal dedi! Onu 500 liraya havaalanına götürdüm ve ondan böyle gitmesini istememe rağmen 100 lirayı paralı yol için kazıdım! Kendini aptal durumuna düşürdü ve sadece para için yetiştirildi! Sadece nakit ödeyeceği söylendi, zorla ATM'ye götürüldü! Korkunç hizmet, şimdiye kadar yaşadığım en kötü hizmet!

Отвратительный сервис и приложение!. Приложение показывало 600-800 лир за поездку. В итоге таксист взял 1600 лир + 200 лир комиссию за оплату по карте! Со службой поддержки нельзя связаться! Воры и обманщики! Лучше ехать на inDrive!!!!!!

Taxi driver scammet. The taxi driver Tolga Aksoy for the trip from Istanbul Airport to Airport Continental Hotel charged me 890 TL instead of 230 as it was in the app. And charged 2 times. Total scam!! I will address my bank to cancel the transactions

useless app. I have never been able to call a taxi. There are a lot of cars nearby, but no one takes orders. Tried it in different places in Istanbul

Pricing control is absent. The service doesn’t provide you with any price control or even price prediction (drivers could ask any other price much higher than it was in the app, they often dare to demand 2x payments for the tunnels and bridges, there isn’t any fast support, route price control in the app). It’s obvious that track could be checked in the app, and required by a driver price could be verified with additional algorithms in the app. But there isn’t such a feature.

In Istanbul frequent fraud for money. Drivers often cancel trips and arrive with a taximeter, which is already contain 100-200 lira. The service is very poor quality, often deceived! Be careful!

Terrible experienc. Driver ask for rode 800 tl, he stop the car, turn off engine in hot weather conditions and try to deal on additional price. We deal on 600 tl price but in app was between 400 and 500 tl. After we start driver make stop on gas station and we wait few minutes in hot air in car, he cancel trip in app, on our ride driver smoke . Terrible experience. App doesn’t give me ability to add my comments on ride. So I wrote in here.

Худшее приложение. Приложение создано, чтобы можно было официально обманывать туристов! Не устанавливайте ни в коем случае! Никто не берет заказ и приложение рекомендует поставить галочку «таксометр включен всегда». То есть вы ставите эту галочку, хитрый таксист, для которого обман- это норма жизни видит это и начинает наворачивать круги вокруг, чтобы накатать побольше денег, так как вы заплатите за это время. Так же с выключенным таксометром он может везти другого клиента, поэтому вы заплатите и за него. Сам лет 10 не ездил на общественном транспорте, но тут пришлось, так как с такси в Стамбуле очень большая проблема, плюс пробки, плюс «официально» обманывают даже в этом убогом приложении. Не тратьте на этот ужас время и не скачиваете. Всем добра!

No car available…. Tried to order a taxi from the hotel (Kudu) to Antalya airport in the middle of working day. Five or more attempts without success. Useless application.

Не хватает истории заказов.. Добавьте пожалуйста функцию, чтобы при вводе адреса, появлялся список адресов которые вводились в предыдущих заказах такси. Такая функция есть в Яндекс такси. Это очень удобно, облегчает и ускоряет заказ такси. Спасибо.

Order your taxi 30min prior to the trip. Half of the time I order taxi using this app the drivers do not take the order, although I see lots of cars around the pick up point. It takes me about 15 minutes to convince the driver to pick me up by setting a pre-tip option. There are some areas of Istanbul like Kagithane where drivers never go for orders. To prevent disappointment of always arriving late to business, keep in mind that you need to walk to the most comfortable pick up place for drivers or attempt several tries to order a taxi.

Drivers are cheating with clients. I have ordered a taxi from IST using this app. Driver told me that he is waiting at door 11. We arrived at that point and there was no taxi. Driver wrote that we have to go to the metro station parking. Ok , we spent another 20 minutes and 1 km. We arrived at parking but the driver left because police doesn't allow to park there. We waited again. Fair in application was 900-1000 TL. We sat and the ride finally started. Driver asked the address that was strange because it was in application. After 40 minutes of riding I checked the app and the ride didn't start yet. Finally the driver did something and app showed me the price 1600 TL. When we arrived it appeared that I have to pay in cash. Finally I paid by card plus 10% commission for that. Why have I paid 1727 TL instead of 1000 that was promised at the beginning? Таксисты вымогают деньги несмотря на фиксированную цену!. Каждый раз выбирала поездку по фиксированной цене. И постоянно таксисты со мной ругались, требуя больше денег! Разработчики, сделайте так, чтобы ваши. Таксисты в Стамбуле не вымогали деньги у пассажиров! Это грабен и вымогательство! По-хорошему надо было писать заявление в полицию на таксистов и это приложение. Чтобы и таксистов в Стамбуле лишили лицензии (за вымогательство денег) и чтобы начали проверку в отношении этого приложения. Как при фиксированной цене поездка может стать в разы дороже? И я каждый раз обращалась в техподдержку, но техподдержка мне никак не помогала! Таксисты выдумывают цену на хожу и всячески обманывают: поездки по мосту то 40 Tl, то 60, то 100Tl. Однажды таксист придумала ещё, что за поездку по дороге до аэропорта нужно доплатить, так как дорога до аэропорта платная и стоит 100 Tl. Что?! Врут на ходу и так каждый раз. Полицию на них надо! Нигде в мире не встречала таких отвратительных водителей такси вымогателей и такого наглого приложения такси

Error when signing up. Can’t sign up due to an error, something about not entering the right verification code even though there isn’t a field to enter one. Uber works.

Scammers!. Got a ride from the airport with your app and it all seemed fine until the driver cancelled the ride mid way and demanded 2x the price shown in the app! Unfortunately the majority of your drivers are scammers and you do nothing about it. This is not just my experience, but a serious well-spread problem you have. Intervene before you’re slapped with a class action lawsuit.
