App does not work. Overall app is very good and helpful, but after recent update it crashes right at the beginning. Iphone 6. Please fix.

Глюки. Перехваливают приложение. Конечно спасибо, что хоть такое есть. Но: 1) маршруты рисует выборочно. Некоторый транспорт игнорирует и предлагает более поздний вариант поездки. 2) иногда необходимо проверить от начала до конца свой маршрут, на котором ты уже едешь, а он может пропасть в принципе, даже если введёшь начальную и конечную точку. 3) иногда зависают маршруты вчерашнего дня и нужно их листать вниз.

Удалилось приложение и не устанавливается. Приложение исчезло на айфоне и не загружается в эпл сторе. В приложении куплен проездной. Зайти с другого телефона и компьютера не могу, потому что вход был через эпл айди. Что делать? Как установить приложение? Или вернуть деньги за проездной билет?

Очень удобное приложение. Обязательно к установке для поездки в Польшу. Без него не удобно оплачивать проезд - не везде есть терминалы оплаты. Совсем не везде.

Złapała mnie kontrola. Kupiłam bilet, transakcja została zaakceptowana, ale zakupiony bilet nie wyświetlił się, nie sprawdziłam to i przy kontroli dostałam mandat

Best app. Really like this app for public transport. Much easier to buy tickets that try to find how to do it and where

Some features do not work. The purchase of the 1h ticket (in Krakow) doesn’t work in application

ad in their app leads to dating website. An ad in the middle of their search results (takes likes 60% of the screen) mimics a results button and leads to a dating website Fine10 (I think it’s scam). If you go there (thinking it’s a part if this app) and register, Fine10 starts to charge you €1.5 multiple times. As for Jakdojade pricing, many people think they are free - no, you pay 3% in the moment when you top up your account.

Limit Apple Pay 50pln. Didn’t like when you had set the limit in 50 pln for Apple Pay. Other stuff works fine

I have been charged for 2 tickets, but got only one. I have been charged for 2 tickets (one date, different time): - money were successfully sent by my bank, - Upay also confirmed success of operation, - but in your app money for second are shown to be still at my account and no confirmation of second ticket. Can this be solved?

Blocking ticket validation. Blocking ticket validation after a few seconds that your camera have been opened is the stupidest thing you can imagine. If you opened camera too early before the gates you have to close it otherwise you’d be stuck for couple more minutes waiting for your ticket to be validated „properly” Disappointed.

Tickets blocked and won’t work. Bought 2 personal(!) tickets with different names. One for me one for relative. Everything worked. I used my account to sign in on second phone so my relative could use his personal ticket. That didn’t work - his ticket said “works on device ticket were bought from”. But now all tickets blocked on first phone as well. Nothing works and there’s no refund option, nothing.

App billed for the ticket in the day with free ride. I’ve forgot about free ride on 22th of September. Bought the ticket in the app. The pop up about free rides was shown after that in a few hours. It’s not a big deal for me. But when I’ve tried to write to support and ask about why I was billed if it’s free and where those money goes, I saw the error that I need to configure an email, I’ve signed in with Apple ID and it shows the email, I can’t change the email in my profile to another one. So I don’t have any chance to connect with support. For me it’s more important than question about payment , because sometimes you need a help. I often use the app, sometimes it’s contains bugs but I get used to it because the app is really good.

Great app. Super convenient app for using public transport and composing routes in Poland.

improvement recommendation. Please change the marker color indicating the direction from blue to yellow, for example, as the blue color is not very noticeable during daylight, especially in sunny weather. Also, provide the option to constantly see the direction, not just when pressing the location button, similar to Google Maps. This app is very good and always helps me in my daily life :)

Please add LR0 bus in Kraków. This bus runs seasonally, but now it has been running for a long time, and it is impossible to buy tickets for it and to see the schedule in the app as well.

How can i change my email if the old one doesn’t exist anymore?. I want to login in the app on another device with my new apple id, how can i change the email in my account? I don't want to lose money which i put in my wallet in this app

Not user friendly. Bad app. No ability to save favorite destinations. No ability to change ticket price when it automatically selects it for you. I need 21 min to get so it makes me pay 6zl but I can pay 4zl for 20min. This 1min matters

Ticket price high. Warsaw ticket price higher 1,2-2,2 zl per ticket than in tram ticket atm. UPD. Thank you for answer. My comment is not correct. The ticket price in app and in offline is the same.

Got fined. Entered the tram together with a controller who blocked the ability to purchase tickets immediately and I didn’t have time time to buy a ticket as app was saying “Control is in progress” or something like that. That’s ridiculous. What people should do in this case? Please change this ASAP it’s not logical.

When i need 60min ticket it allows to buy only 90min. When i need 60min ticket it allows to buy only 90min. Can't write to support it said i need to configure my email. I press accept my email, but it doesn't send me mail.

Easy to use. The app is very comfortable and easy to use.

Very slow and scam application. I add on a balance 10 zł and they are not added. I can’t phone to support and need to wait for it for about 14 days. Very slow program with huge amount of wasting time while loading the pages.

Issue after update to v. 5.6.1. Dear developers, Your application is very useful and practical in many Polish cities. However, I am disappointed. The application does not start after the latest update to the v. 5.6.1 for iOS 15.7.9 :( iPhone’s restart does not help. Could you, please, solve we this?

Restrictions for buying tickets before the entrance to the vehicle. According to the current polices you should buy the ticket before entrance to the vehicle or immediately after entrance. The application is not allowed buy the ticket without the unique vehicle number, which is located inside of it. Thus, I cannot buy tciket beforehand, like in the previous version. Due this aufull contradiction, I received the fine. “Thank you” for not processing such a use case in your app. I’ll better switch to a normal paper tickets, than receive the new fine.

impossible to buy an hour long ticket in Krakow. Why is this no more possible to buy an hour long ticket in Krakow for a regular tram or bus? It does not see a vehicle number when I try to buy a ticket for 6 zł. If I plan a 50 minutes trip, what am I supposed to do, buy three tickets for 4 zł? Please fix it.

Can’t buy tickets in Gdańsk. I don’t know why it doesn’t work, but it is impossible to purchase public transport tickets in Gdańsk . They location is correct. Wallet has balance on it. But when I enter the vehicle number, the app says “not found”. I’ve tested it on various transport vehicles - the problem is the same

Okay. Cant log in to my account because there was randomly generated email. And after I started to use new phone, I can’t get some money back

Minimum top up is 30zl. Minimum top up 30zl is not normal, for example if I don’t have polish bank acc, and came here like a tourist, I don’t wanna to freeze 26 unused zloty!

Scammed. Main page had a “continue” button which i pressed thinking thats how you register an account. Well, turns out it was an ad of a scam site registration which kept taking money from my card. Had to have them all blocked. So thanks for that. Great user experience.

Very bad user interface. It is hard to buy a ticket, payment was rolled back, I spent a lot of time missing many trams on the station!

Please fix it. This app tells me what kind of public transport I should use to get to a certain place but timing is always wrong!!! There are very rare occasions when the app says that the bus arrives in 5min and it actually arrives in 5min but I have had plenty of situations when I have been waiting for 15 minutes (for example) on the right bus stop! And in 15 minutes nothing, no bus! And the app says that it has already left! And yes! I checked whether I was at the right place, I was but there’s definitely something wrong with the app!
