Good. You should put data on bonds’ rate at the end with equity and forex data

Bonne formule, appli très lente. Le contenu répond aux attentes, mais l'appli est très lente et requiert un très haut débit pour charger les articles, menant souvent à un échec assorti d'un message d'erreur.

Excellent news summary. A short summary of important news from yesterday and what will be in the news during the day. To be read every morning over breakfast.

A good read at breakfast. The App allows to keep up with events and if there is more time the link to the article gives the possibility to go deeper, an ideal combination with a digital subscription.

Great product. Great product, although it seems like the first word of each line can't be looked up in the dictionary. Also it would be nice to enable landscape mode for an smoother reading experience.

Très bonne application. Permet de profiter de la qualité de The Economist au quotidien et à petit prix. Très utile pour suivre l’actualité : les minis-articles sont toujours très actualisés, et pourtant ils sont disponibles tous les matins de bonne heure (aucune exception!). Un travail de qualité, très diversifié.

Bug. To log in on the iPad, the only way is to try and read an article and then click the login button on the following screen.

No more free articles?. Since the last update, it seems you stopped offering 1 free article per day. That’s too bad… If we’re interested but not by everything, it’s 13€/month or nothing! I would be willing to pay something, but clearly not that much considering my very limited usage.

Great daily overviews. Easy to read, dependably concise with just the right balance between information and context. Addicted to my espresso !

Espresso - an excellent shot in the morning. Highlights with the right doses on world events. A fast read. Highly recommended. Where is the page with world exchanges and currencies?

The app that never starts. What the hell is going on with that app that never open itself. Everyday it takes a hundred tries before the app starts.

Content is great, Technology can get better. Content is just as good as we can expect from such an institution: sharp, concise, and diverse. Sometimes you feel The Economist does not describe the same day than other newspapers, as so many news/countries are only covered by The Economist The app can get much better: it consumes too much data! While daily content from other similar apps (that look even better than Espresso!) are smoothly downloaded, it always takes too much time for Espresso content to be downloaded (and 100% of the time I see the exact same message: « Sorry things are taking longer than expected. You may want to try later »). Lamine

Original and adapted format. If you don't have time for reading the full version of the magazine, this app provide quality and brief news. I would enjoy more LEADERS but I enjoy this app

Great News app. Great app to have a morning news brief, available offline during commuting

Excellent app. Excellent morning briefing you can read in less than 5 minutes. I use it primarily as a source of inspiration and to get charged up before work. As some mentioned the ability to download new issue in the background would be a welcome addition, however over a few months there has only been one day when I forgot to do it, and couldn't read the new issue on the metro.

Very good. Fast and efficient way to stay updated while drinking the first morning espresso ;)

Good to great. My morning sunshine: always relevant, sometimes irreverent, often provocative, good format. Audio would be a useful addition.

Still crashes.... The update unfortunately didn't solve the problem.

New version doesn't work. Pretty good app /well curated news, but since the latest upgrade last week it won't even open. Tried deleting and re-installing but still doesn't work.

Ads are intrusive. The content of the app is great but the constant full-screen ads are much too intrusive for a paid-subscription app.

Great but.... Since the update and a a few times before it, the app keeps on telling me I am not connected to the internet while i am either on wifi or on data ... Please fix this for the five stars !!
