Le WSJ prélève plus que le montant d’abonnement prévu. Contrairement à celui du Financial Times, le service abonnement du Wall Street Journal n’envoie pas d’accusé de réception ni d’avis de facturation. En août dernier, mon montant d’abonnement a ainsi été multiplié par plus de deux sans préavis : il vaut mieux ne pas leur avoir donné son numéro de carte de crédit. Le WSJ est l’ombre de ce qu’il a été.

Professor of Economics. WJ is practically unique in its objective reporting and meaningful analysis. It cuts through paraphernalia and gives you the essence of international financial news followed by sound economic and fiscal analysis.

Please lengthen titles. Too short titles. Much shorter than other newspapers . A few lines more would be appreciated

Perfect. No fakes news, just true facts

Interesting articles about the news. Even if the wsj is mainly focused on Western countries and China, the articles give a good outlook of the important issues around the globe

A must. Concise yet precise analysis of the key events from the economy and geopolitical life. Very telling graphics and lively diagrams. A must.

Audio articles. Great feature but unbearable as of today. Please improve the voice

One of the best. The WSJ is what remains of the highest tradition in American journalism. Accurate, precise, always letting the reader to decide what to think. And the Opinions section is clearly marked. I am always looking for the « wsj exclusive » articles, but there is no way to select them directly on the app.

I am French!. The Best In France the « new jounalists « give their feelings first,sometime they forget to deliver the facts....

Stay Tune on business & worldwide key issues. I like to read WSJ at the end of the day on my smartphone while my wife watch rubbish series on TV. Stay tune on worldwide business and politics hot issues keeps me updated about the thrilling and messy world we live in. I just hope common sense will prevail for the well being of everyone on this planet. After 2 years of worldwide pandemic we all need peace to rebuild our life's professionally and personally. Worldwide leaders please make it happen!. 🤞

Excellent content coverage of US political news. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to read neutral political,news and opinions. The app is technically excellent, and user friendly. Please don’t fix what isn’t broken like so many app news providers and business apps have done.

Excellent newspaper & online news wire. I’ve been reading the WSJ for over 30 years and have always found it very interesting and worthwhile : variety of subjects covered , fact based and well sourced informations , good coverage of a wide spectrum from economy , business , national politics , international , society etc ...and generally reasonably well written papers . Some thoughtful papers that provide a valuable alternative to the overwhelming flow of instant superficial news , most of the time pointless and sometime fake . An interesting US angle for a European reader. I sincerely wish that you will keep delivering like this ! MK

NOR WORKING WELL. Not working well when I read WSJ on my lap top. Cannot access tje article I search for. Would tell me I have to sign in. I do but still cannot access. So I am paying 32,99 $ for a bad service. Please help

Cannot use translate. As a french reader I really need to be able to select a word or a sentence and use Apple translator (and not Define). It should be easy to do. asap please 🙏🏼

Agréable à lire. J'aime bien le WSJ édition Europe et trouve pratique de doubler sur tablette l'abonnement "papier". Je lis le WSJ, depuis mes études à Stanford, avec l'attente de lire une restitution impartiale des faits. Que je partage -ou non- l'interprétation que le WSJ tire de ces fais est pour moi de seconde importance. C'est ainsi que je préfère le WSJ aux Échos. L'édition US, visiblement USA-centrique, est pour moi bien moins bien équilibrée dans son choix de sujets que l'edition Europe. Dommage ! Car l'édition "Europe"est maintenant passe à la trappe. Techniquement, il arrive à l'application de planter, sélectivement sur certaines pages. C'est très irritant (iPad mini 1ère génération). Par contre, les articles qualifies d'"opinion" ne sont pas, pour moi, du journalisme et n'ont rien à faire dans votre journal. L'existence de ces articles porte un discrédit sévère sur l'ensemble du journal. Dommage !

Cookies. Some articles in the WSJ APP open the Safari browser and then forces you to sign into your account. They’re planting and picking up cookies in the process. In my opinion, this is low-class for a subscription at this monthly rate.

Everyday. I use it everyday. Robust and convenient. Easy to use with one hand. Seamless from desktop

Cher. Très cher pour un abonnement numérique, sans papier, sans impression, sans transport ni lecteur payés par l’abonné.

Meilleur journal. Une qualité irréprochable tant ce qu’il manque en France aujourd’hui.

Tends to overheat iPhone 15 pro. Excellent app, as always. However, using it with the new 15 pro with the iOS 17.0.3 update tends to make the phone overheat.

Great news and app. I’ve been using this application since 2009. I am a huge fan of the content written and the way the app is organized. I have made it part of my daily routine for the last decade to read the Wall Street Journal. It was totally worth it and I am very grateful to the team behind it.

WSJ. Excellent up to the point reporting but not as conservatively clear eyed as , say, The Economist. Blinded by an apparent choice of sniffing for trendy stuff -the Mighty Midget and his morons for example- instead of keeping an exacting attitude towards unforgiving reality. Problems to refresh to latest news. Refreshing the news take some work. Pulling it down is often not enough. One need to close the app , re open , and this may refresh to latest news. Once in , then news are good to read.

Great but why no comments show. We enjoy the journalism, headlines, raising unpopular questions. Regret that one cannot see comments.

Worst news app for data loading. Horrible user experience when it comes to: - loading data as it takes forever despite LTE/4G or high speed WiFi - unbelievable drain on the battery Just terrible. Look at the FT, just perfect from that perspective ( it comparing other aspects)

Snazzy. The way the newspaper is Set up is very original, attractive and practical

International and Books. 1. International coverage lacks follow up of events previously covered like Hong King protests or Israeli elections. No follow up beyond a few days while situations tend to unfold over months. 2. I miss the book reviews of the print edition

Géniale.. En tant que "subscriber" basique mais pas full, j'ai accès à l ensemble du contenu du journal du jour même ainsi qu'à celui datant de la plus proche mise à jour. C'est vraiment une excellente application. Toute l'équipe a fait de l'excellent boulot et en résulte une excellente application. Je peux sauvegarder les articles pour une consultation hors ligne, c'est vraiment top. Je trouve que la pub qui rend les applications gratuites est une excellente chose. Bravo au WSJ !!

Parfait et exemplaire. WSJ est aujourd'hui l'application la plus exemplaire sur iPad. Combinant tous les avantages du multimédia, avec un contenu riche même dans la version sans abonnement, et mettant a disposition des outils efficaces pour stocker ses articles. Un exemple pour toute la presse internationale, et bien sur la presse française .

Usefull and clear. Good App

Clunky. Not as good as I expected. Terminated subscription after one month.

Bon fonctionnement. L'application fonctionne bien. Elle propose automatiquement la nouvelle édition du journal. Ensuite, il est très aisé de naviguer dans le menu entre les différentes rubriques. Juste une proposition d'amélioration : faciliter l'archivage des articles que l'on souhaite conserver, comme c'est le cas de l'Appli de The Economist.

Great app, definitely recommended. Great app, with possibilities to navigate through different editions of the wsj. Latest edition is continuously updating. Would have added a 5th star if there was a search module.

Disappointment. Where is the availibity to swipe between sections ? Where is the choice of the edition date ? Why so much empty space on horizontal mode ? … So far a big disappointment. Please go back to the previous app ! 🙏

Accessibility. This application is not compatible with Voice over

Last update. Finally the last version has shown a lot of improvement in downloading articles and refreshing the pages. The menu is easy to use and the search engine is more efficient

WSJ review. Very good experience! Only thing, It takes you back to the latest point you were at, something you do not do when reading a regular paper.

Refresh is a nightmare. Every time I open this app the news is stale- dating back to the last time I viewed it - and refreshing to update often doesn't work. I have to tap several times. Major annoyance

Needs better IT. The Wall Street Journal is one of the worlds best newspapers, unfortunately the iPad edition is far from good. 3 page ads which are difficult to bypass, frequent bugs, crosswords are either not updated or bug constantly. You would think that a newspaper of the WSJ's status would have a more competent IT dept. Very disappointing.
