Simply useless. Who has decided to allow only booking flights with this update? I want to have back the previous version with the full functionality!!! A big, big step backwards in respect of customer satisfaction. Only 1 star on an average speaks for itself. Please, please bring back the full functionality on the iPad.

The Useless. This is a purely „booking app“ without the usual access to your bookings. Check-in and general a count functions. It is very annoying since it is indistinguishable from the iPhone version until you tap on it and realize „uh, the Useless!“ Then you go back and tap „the other, the one that works“. What a waste of money on your side and of time on your customers side!

When are you going to finish ist?. Everything is missing from this app.

Not working. I have been using an older version for years, which worked out very well. With this version, it takes increadibly long to get search results, and if I try to scroll the list with possible flights, it freezes.

Worst update ever.. Can be deleted and you should use app on mobile phone

Völlig unverständliche App. Keine Ahnung was man mit dieser App machen kann außer einen Flug kaufen. Mehr wurde mir nicht angeboten. Dafür brauche ich keine App. Peinlich!

Sinnlos.. Man kann mit dieser App praktisch nur Flüge buchen. Kein Zugriff auf gebuchte Flüge, Avios Konto, nix. Die iPhone App kann 100 mal mehr.

Worst ever app. This app simply reflects the falling standards of BA - why should we be surprised. BA is no longer concerned with customers, just revenues. Book , pay cash, and watch your Avios balance increase whilst you can do nothing with them1 Excellent strategy BA! (Can’t even blame BREXIT)! Goodbye BA...

why?!. I was somewhat speechless to discover this formerly rather helpful app was rendered completely useless: Only allows to search for flights and no longer to manage my existing bookings, seat reservations etc. From user‘s perspective: disappointing, annoying, confusing.

this new version is a desaster. Actually you just can search for flights. And even this isn‘t working properly. No real connection to the executive club anymore. No longer useful.

Where are my bookings?!. Update only for booking flights??

Terrible update. The app no longer provides any access to existing flight bookings, check-in or Executive Club functionality. It is reduced to flight search and booking. This makes it impossible to use as an alternative to the iPhone app. No idea how anyone could think this to be a sensible update. Don’t bother downloading, stick to the iPhone app.

Simplified to the point it’s useless. It’s so simplified the app is pretty much useless.

Was hat man sich dabei nur gedacht. Es geht einfach gar nichts und checkin etc kann man vergessen … es ist mehr als eine Schande vorallem wenn man aus der normalen Standard App darauf verwiesen wird ..unglaublich vorallem wenn man eh schon unterwegs mit einigen Schwierigkeiten wie wlan etc. zu kämpfen hat

Quality Management Desaster. I can't and don't want to imagine the BA Quality Management letting something like this go through. The only possible explanation: BA no longer wants an iPad version. Pathetic!

Useless and annoying. Die App ist wirklich sehr schlecht geworden. Ja, ich kann verstehen, dass ein esoterischer UI “Experte” versucht ein Konzept von “nur das wesentliche” anzubieten. Hierbei wird die app jedoch wirklich unbrauchbar. Wie so viele anderen Nutzer schon geschrieben haben, kann man keinerlei andere, wichtige Funktionen (check in , Miles Programm etc) nutzen. Aber selbst bei der Auswahl der Fluege habe ich nicht mal mehr einen Gesamtpreis gesehen, sondern sollte gleich meine Zahlungsdaten eingeben. Wirklich sehr störend. Ich werde jetzt laptop holen und die Webseite nutzen, aber was bleibt, ist ein schlechtes Gefühl - so bin ich das von BA nicht gewohnt.

Völliger Mist. Die App ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Man kann zwar jetzt kann nett die füge buchen, aber alle anderen Funktionen (Check in, Fluginformationen, Zusatz Buchungen) fehlen. Eine Schande für BA.

absolut unbrauchbar!. Existierend Buchungen nicht auffindbar aber jede Menge Reklame und eine Suchfunktion für neue Buchungen.

Just not working.... In the new version all I can do is search for flights...? I can‘t even look at my booked flights any more. Ridiculous.

Horrible “upgrade”. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be fired. The new app is completely useless as it only allows you to look for flights and take a quick peek at your current avios balance. What am I supposed to do with that? It doesn’t show current bookings, allow me to check in, provide wifi passwords etc. Might as well uninstall this one. Don’t you dare touch the phone app, as that one at least works.

Desaster. This App modification is a total desaster. Where are my booking, my account details etc. I will cancel this APP. Where is the old version ?.

komplett unbrauchbar. Kaum zu glauben, aber die App ist nicht brauchbar. Scheint aber niemand von der Airline zu interessieren, da dies seit Jahren so ist trotz Updates in der Zwischenzeit.

Much room for improvement. Shows gate information and/or changes really late. The info regarding tier points and completed flights is completely wrong. Still shows 0/0 when it should be 135/4. The check in and boarding pass work well. I like it, that I can save the boarding pass into the wallet.

Useless. I can not login with my BA account which works on the iPhone and on the PC-browser. And, btw: the intro is wasting time.

Action without thinking.... The decision maker for the release should be replaced! This app is useless and customer unfriendly...

A desaster...!. Who is responsible for this? The former version was much (lightyears) better and provided all necessary (and more) information. There really was NO need for „improvement“ The new one is simply unusable! As I asked: who is responsible...?

Only for booking new flights. This version is ONLY for booking NEW flights. I have deleted it and use the iPhone version on my iPads. They are fine.

How can a company dare to publish such rubbish?. I am shocked! How and why should I trust the company that they take more care into their aircraft IT? It's user unfriendly, before the booking you have to add your price cause BA doesn't show you the final! Not just the price is not compareable to other aurlines but the booking-App isn't, too.
