Buz gibi otobüs. Wroclaw Krakow seferi için sabah 5 te bindik. Allahım bu nasıl bir şey otobüs buz gibi, şoföre durumu söylediğimizde lehçe bir şey dedi. İlgilenmedi. Soğuğu şöyle açıklayayım. -7 derece ile dışarıdan otobüse bindik. Üstümde dağcılık poları artı mont ons rağmen tir tir titriyoruz. In bus. Everything works well but i am really curious about something. Till now i used so many times Flixbus in winter. Why do they not open the heather ? Seriously inside the busses are amazingly cold from down. Especially when i sit next to the windows. From feet and from window cold comes a lot. And drivers dont open it. Is there a rule? If we ask also they dont open it !

Very bad experience. Today at 19:45, I took the bus 529 to Florence Villa Costansa -Milan direction. I was in villa costansa almost 1 hour ago. 527-528 passed, when I asked them if I could get in this, they said 529 will come, you don't get in. My journey with the 529 did not happen. I called and they said the trip was made 10 minutes earlier departure. However, that didn't happen, and then I looked at the app and the trip seemed to have been cancelled. I had to pay 55eur and go by train. I was uneasy thinking about what I would do in the evening in a foreign country. I am also very angry that they caused me this victimization. I will never choose flixbus again. It was a very bad experience. Unfortunately, they were left helpless.

WC cleaning. I'm on my way from Norrköping to Arlanda Airport. We're sitting at 20 b-C. From necessity.the canvas in the back smells so bad it's impossible to describe. Also very dirty.

Bende mecburen bir sonraki sefer 10:20’ye tekrar rezervasyon yaptım dolayısıyla bir seyahat için 2 kere ödeme yapmış oldum ve gideceğim yere çok gecikmeli olarak gittim Kalkış saati 10:20 olan otobüs 10:55’te perona yanaştı 2 dakika toleransı olmayan otobüs en az 40.dk rötar yaptı Viyana aktarmasında’da kalkış saati 14:30 olan otobüs 14:50’de perona yanaştı aynı rötar buradada yaşandı 2 - Şöförleriniz çok kaba ve saygısız Özellikle Viyana’dan Dresden’e giden otobüsün şöförü yolcuları resmen azarlıyor 3 - Otobüs 10 saatlik yolculuk süresince hiç ihtiyaç molası vermedi ama otobüste içme suyuda el yıkama suyuda yoktu tuvalette tuvalet kağıdıda yoktu üstelik tuvalette çok pisti düşünün ben ve diğer yolcular 10 saat boyunca tuvalet ihtiyacını göremedi ve aç bir şekilde yolculuklarını sürdürmek zorunda kaldılar yolculuk değil resmen işkence çektik Umarım olumsuzlukları dikkate alır ve gereğini yaparsınız Salih Başnak

Peron No. Merhaba. Türkçe uygulama kullanıcısıyım. Uygulamanızı yeni yükledim. Önemli bir bilgi eksiği gözlemledim. Dijital bilet üzerinde Peron No yazmıyor. Servis görevlisi sordu bulamadık. Tekrar web sitesi üzerinden sorgulamak zorunda kaldım. Bu bilgiyi eklemeniz gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Return right. I bought a ticket then cancelled it. And i couldnt take my money back. Some of it return as a kupon.

They don’t care your problems about bus and the other things. We have lost our handbag which have the passports inside it. Literally no one helped us and because of that we missed our flight and also we had to canceled our passports validity at the police station. They don’t know where the lost and found luggages depo. We’ve just forgot our passports in the bus and our holiday became a nightmare. Thanks to flixbus!!!

Reservation no: #1069357878. I travelled from Aachen to Maastricht on 30.12.2019. Bus driver was very rude and his speaking was very aggressive.

Not taken to bus bu driver. We had a bus from Bruges to Dusseldorf on 09.06.2023 at 10.30 AM. We arrived the flixbus’s meeting point on 10.00 AM and started to wait for the bus. After a while at 10.15 AM a bus arrived with the name on it”couch partners”. We could not find any sign on it as it is a flixbus bus. So waited umtil 10.28 AM and we asked to the bus’s driver as if this is the bus for dusseldorf or not. The driver yelled us as where are you, you are waiting there for a while are you stupid etc. We said to him we are waiting for the bus at 10.30 AM and showed our tickets to him yo check. He checked our tickets and said “this is not your bus, you have to wait here for the other bus.” So we have waited a while and after 10.30 AM the bus leaved the terminal and there were no bus. So we checked on flixbus’s website on real time info and saw the bus were leaving the bruges. We are requesting a full refund for the driver not let us in the bus and informed us wrongly about it.

The Worst Holiday Starting. We had a reservation on the Flixbus Brussel Nord to Paris Bercy at 3rd of June 09.00. 1031420357 Firstly the bus was late for dpt about 35 min. After that the driver stopped, open luggage door and without any explanation, started to check the ticket. My wife and me showed the code and passport (TUR) and he said ok then we got in bus upstairs and seat 1-C/D ( it was paid from me) But, the driver came the seat and ask did you pay for seat, I said yes and showed the seat reservation and suddenly with shouting us that “ you cant sit this seats, and come with me down get out from bus, and said something by french or dutch accent that we didnt understand anything, no explanation, disrespectfully and shouting to us and to the people. The driver didn’t accept us , didnt let us to bus, also aloud / belt out “ take your baggage and go away from the bus , call police and etc. And with shouting at the stop in front of the pax he swear Mr. Tayyip Erdoğan who is my president of Turkey. Then I call the police and told them the problem. Police talked with the driver the problem but no explanation. Flixbus Employee at the bus stop solved that he called the next bus and arranged new seats for us. Otobüs numarası. Basel havaalanından Strazburg a götüren 20.01.2020 tarihi saat 13.10 otobüsüne biletim ilk sura olduğundan 3 € kişi başı 4 kişi için fark ödememe rağmen otobüste kimse yerine oturmadı ve bunu da otobüs şöförü yaptı.Biz ailemiz dağınık oturmak zorunda kaldık. Verdiğim fazla olan ücretin iade edilmesini talep ediyorum

DONT BUY CONNECTION TRIPS. We had a connection last night from Dresden to Prague , the connection bus delayed for an hour and they said it will be here at 19:30 we went to get sonething to eat and charge our phones and came back 19:15 but the bus never showed so we wait for 2 hours outside in the cold , and we had to buy tickets for 50€ should have bought eurolines , BUY EUROLİNES İS BETTER AND CHEAPER

Bad information and bad contact. I bought a ticket 1 hour before the departure time. What the app didn’t show was that the bus was already known to be late. But they keep this information hidden UNTIL AFTER you buy the ticket. So I bought the ticket and immediately learned that my bus will leave 1 hour later. Then I wanted to contact them about this problem and there’s no direct contact option where you can write your problem. This is a scam.

PAYMENT PROBLEM. Why can’t I ıse my card??? I am always trying to but but it says “failed” AGAIN AND AGAIN

Can’ even buy a ticket. It says an error has occured, but nothing else. After booking one from google, they changed our 1.45 am bus to 8.20am, without an explanation. When we contacted customer service, they changed it back but the bus driver didn’t take us on board and was mean. We bought a ticket to Genoa, but we went to Pisa because we did not have an accomondation ready at 2 in the morning.

İnterflix 5 binişlik kod aldım, internet sitelerinde 48 saat içerisinde aktifleşir yazıyor, tam 48 saatin bitimine göre kendime sefer ayarladım ama kod aktif olmadı, aradığımda ise 4-5 güne aktif olacağı söylendi, madem 4-5 güne altif oluyor neden 48 saat içersinde aktif olur diye yazıyorsunuz? 5. Günün sonunda vizem bitiyordu, ağır madurum dikkat edin.

They change tickets easily you can’t doing plan. I was in Florence I bought tickets twice because of there services anyway my departure was 23.55 I haven’t know because I was travelling then I check mail they changed bus departure hour of course I missed

Fena değil. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Otobüsü süren bayan bazen yapılan sesli telefon görüşmelerine sert tepki vermiş olsada kendisi iyi biri idi. Genel olarak yolculuk güzeldi. Uygulamadan bilet alıp kodu veya isminizi göstermeniz yeterli oluyor buluşma alanında. Bir kere kullandım bu arada San Francisco’dan LA’ya geçerken.

Kötügeçen yolculuklar. Salzburgdan Viyana’ya gitmek için bilet aldım. Normalde 18 euro olan bileti 33 euroya almışım sizi seçmekle hata ettim. Ayrıca Salzburg tren istasyonunda 1 tane bile temsilciniz veya bilgi alabileceğimiz yer yoktu. Danışmada çalışan görevli de beni azarlar gibi konuştu. Ayrıca sistemde de göreceğiniz gibi bir çok yere gittim ve sürekli geç gittik zamanında kalkmadık. Zamanında ulaşamadık. Sürekli geç kaldık. Hiç memnun kalmadım ve bu deneyimlerimi herkese anlatacağım sizi tercih etmemeleri için. Biletler hem çok pahalı hem de herşey kötü. Çoğu otobüste internet yoktu... Karlovy vary de de çok sorun yaşadık kimse otobüsün nereden kalkacağını bilmiyordu. Çok sıkıntılı seyahatler yaptım. Kendime kızıyorum. Asla sizi tercih etmiyeceğim. Saygılar

Sürücü Şikayeti. 03-03/2020 07.40 Prag-Dresden arası yolculukta sürücü yol boyunca yüksek sesle konuşup yolcuları rahatsız etmiştir. Yolcukara karşı davranışı oldukça kabaydı.

Dont buy. They make you pay extra for the reserved seats and then drivers make you sit somewhere else and the worst part is that there is no one that you can contact to about this.

Always late. Multiple times suffered 1+ hour delays. Definitely not acceptable, especially in cold days.

Never trust the time. The bus delayed more than 40 minutes at the morning, do NOT USE if you have a strict plan!

AirPort. Dont use this to go to the AirPort FlixBus times are not realistic

Apparently there is this bug where it doesnt accept any kind of payment method me and my friends all tried our credit cards and paypal accounts it simply doesnt accept payment.I googled this issue and it turns out that there are a lot of people experiencing this and that this problem has been around for a long time flixbus fix this please this is causing you to lose a lot of money

Gecikmeli kalkış. Giderken hiç sorun yaşamadık gayet güzeldi, ama Viyana dan dönüşte 1 buçuk saate yakın gecikmeli kalktı ve yolda da 15 dakika deyip uzun mola verdi, sonuç olarak 2 saate yakın geç vardık ve sorun yaşadık.

Charged twice due to FlixBus system failure. Receiving “payment failed” at my first attempt, I entered my credit card credentials again and therefore was made to pay for the same ticket twice. Formed a contact form twice, yet no replies so far. Flix will be my last choice from now on and only when there are no alternatives.

Rötar. Kesinlikle zamanında gideceği yere varmıyor. En az 1 saat rötar yapıyor. Direk gidiş şeklinde bilet satıyor bütün şehirlere garajlara giriyor.

Does the job. App works, holds the tickets just fine, however I wish it identified the bus line (carrier) within the ticket configuration (pdf) or anywhere for that matter. Am traveling Turkey and have to guess which bus line I’m on…

Bus Driver. 16:05 de Amsterdam’dan kalkan otobüsün şöföründen şikayetçiyiz eşimle birlikte sert ve kaba sözleri ile otobüse yerleştirmesi ile başladı yolculuk. sonra bir durakta arkada bulunan bir Kadınla tartışmaya başladı. ondan önce bir çifti azarladı. sonra otobüsün uzun led ışık koruması önde oturan çocuğun kafasına düştü. otobüs değiştirileceğini söyledi ve herkesi indirirken kavga ettiği kadını özür dilemesine rağmen polise şikayet etti ve tek başına bıraktı otobüse almayarak. tek başına kalan kadına kendi imkanları ile gelmesi söylendi. sürekli stres altında başlayan yolculuk stresle devam etti. 16:05 de kalkması gereken otobüs 15:25 de hareketlendi durakta uzun tartışmalar yüzünden havaalanına olan yolculuğumuz uzadı ve uçağı kaçırma tehlikesi geçirdik. Der Frau, die alleine blieb, wurde gesagt, sie solle mit ihren Einrichtungen aufwarten. Die Reise unter ständigem Stress setzte sich unter Stress fort. Der Bus, der um 16:05 Uhr abfuhr, wurde um 15:25 Uhr mit Strom versorgt. Aufgrund langer Diskussionen an der Haltestelle haben wir die Fahrt zum Flughafen verlängert und drohten, das Flugzeug zu verpassen.

Worst. Remove the where your bus is feature on your app since it does not even work at all.

perfect. We traveled several city by Flixbus during our France Belgium trip. It was great and we had no problem at all. Buses are fully equiped and clean. Drivers are real gentleman and professional. Everytime bus come&leave on time to stations. Puncuality is important for us. I think flixbus is one of the best alternative

AD04 error. Please work on that error code. I can’t basically buy tickets with my credit card. And problem isn’t about my credit card for sure. May be your application may be your security contracts has to be changed.

Driver behaviour while driving. I traveled on july 27 th from paris bercy-rotterdam on number L800 ,the man who drove used the phone while driving,eating! I was shocked! He ignored all the passengers life !ı hope you warn this driver!he drove half off the vacation on this bus!

Kötü bir işletme. Otobüs zamanında kalkmadı, gecikmesine rağmen personel son derece kaba davranış sergiledi. Garajlarda herhangibir bilgi ofisleri yok.

Disaster travel!!!. Our bus has been broken and we are waiting for new bus to come since 1hour and ıt will not come more than 1 hour!! We are 32km away from rotterdam and new bus is coming from belgium.. İt is a shame that flixbus do not have more proactive solutions in case of emergency and made our trip a disaster.

Internet, dil ve mola. Yolculuğum boyunca internet hizmeti almadım. Şöfor sadece almanca anonslar yaptı. İngilizce olmadığı için anonsları anlamadım. Molada neden herkes arabadan inmek zorunda anlamadım otobüste kalmak dışarıya çıkıp üşümek istemedim mola verilen yerden alışveriş yapmak istemedim, oradan bir şeyler almadan orada oturmak beni rahatsız etti. Otobüste beklemeyi yeğlerdim.
