Terrible customer support. Global blue has the worst customer support ever I’ve seen before!

Choose to take your money cash at the office!. Unfortunatelly they dont pay the tax refund amount that is written on the form. i didnt choose to take cash at the airport because i didnt want to pay commission, and gave them my credit card number, now i see in the app they will pay me almost 10% less and as usd not eur. i m gonna complaint them

refund issue. I went to 5 airports in Sweden and 1 customs in Malmö. They all directed me to different places. Today I went to Bromma airport in Stockholm. They sent me to Frihamnsgatan 25 customs office in Stockholm. It was closed until I got there. I've been dealing with this for 4 months. I'm sick and tired. Damn the money you're going to give me.

Refund method. I confirmed the refund method as by credit Card but still asking for set refund target related to credit Card details however when it comes to Save Card details the application “Technical error” try again popup alert appears. What is wrong with you.

Fraud. Looks kind of a fraud. We scan the passports they copy and record. You n the other hand, always system failure when you are trying to apply.

It sucks. There is a huge problem with the airports and the system. I scanned everything at the CDG airport and all was green, without customs check, later GB sends an email saying that I need customs check. I had already left the country! For the articles that I’d be paid, they send an email and ask for a email registration while I am already registered. They do everything for not paying.

Doesn’t work. You have a ridiculous system and doesn’t work

Geri ödeme sorunu , aplikasyon yetersiz !!. Sisteme kredi kartı tanımlanamıyor , telefon ile merkezi aramamız söyleniyor , bir diğer aplikasyonda ise sisteme kart tanımlanıyor 2 kez form tanımlandı fakat sistemde tamamlandı diyerek kayboluyor geri ödeme yapılmıyor, muhatap bulunamıyor , kısacası ödeme yapmamak için gereken her şey yapılmış !!!

Bad quality service. Be careful about tax free. They can not complete their job. No ability to solve problems.

Awful. No living on the chat. The system asks the same thing properly as a broken cassette player.

Scan Document. This is such a bad app. I have tried hundred times to scan my ID and Passport and it was rejected each time by stating not an appropriate document.

Wrong currency. I spend Euros and select Euros to get back. Why would you send me Dollars instead? Stupid system Edit: this is not a mistake, Global Blue is willingly doing this to earn money from converting currencies. Everyone who had this problem you have the right to file a complaint and get your money back. Dont let these thieves steal a portion of your money!

Taxfree. Здрасвуйте. Я Gulkhar Allahverdiyeva Зделала покупки в Голлондии и 28.09.2022 числа с Амсердамского аеропорта улетели. Перед вылетом поставили в таможне штамп на чеки тах free и положили в киоск global blue. Tax free были оплачены на мою карту , а тепер сняли сумму tax free с карты. Прошу вас уточнить и помоч с этой проблеимой. Паспорт но:С00804466
