Montreal’deki evimiz.. Hemen hemen her mevsim gittiğim Montréal’de iklimin zor şartlarını, otelin konforlu ve rahat odalarında hiç hissetmedim. Yatakları çok rahat, klima ve havalandırmalar çok iyi çalışıyor. Temizlik ve personeldeki güler yüz hep aynı. Yine gittiğimde kalacağım tek otel:):)

İnsan mağdur etme firması. Rezervasyonumu kendileri iptal edip,telefonda 1 saat kadar bekletip, vaat ettikleri hiçbir şeyi yerine getirmeyen, paramı günler sonra vereceklerini söyleyip, benim yeni rezervasyon yapmamı engelleyen berbat firma.

Customer service. Hello! I wanted to contact you about a very serious issue that we had happened to us today with our hotel, but I neither can message the customer service nor call them. So I'm reaching out this way. Before booking I thoroughly checked the reviews and the rating and the photos of the Reynna hotel and I was excited about it, however when we arrived it was a very shocking experience because the place looks nothing like the pictures, the room that they offered did not even have a door, it had some random stairs placed inside the room and the bed was broken, there was nothing else in the room and the whole place was stinking and very dirty. That's why we left the place immediately and the receptionist only said that we can get a refund through the website or the app and did not even try to help. It was a very frustrating experience especially when we came to explore the city and have a vacation. We were left with nowhere to go. I request that we get a refund and you check the place and remove it from your platform because it leaves a very bad impression on Booking.com though I had lovely experiences before. I hope you reach out to me as soon as possible with a solution.

Siri suggestion problem. Siri suggestions event in calendar keeps updating every day. I just turn off the Siri suggestions for the booking.com

Cancellation Without Reason. They canceled the hotel for which we had booked and paid, with very little time left, saying that they had made the wrong pricing. I had to pay 6 times more because of Booking.com. Because when they canceled what they called a mistake, there was no room left in the hotels and the prices had increased a lot. They didn't even offer coupons or discounts. They caused economic and moral damage to me and my family. They even made the refund low and they don’t care about anything. I will never book through Booking again.

No customer service for Turkish users. Do not use booking.com if you are Turkish. They don’t reply when you have a problem with your booking, which means that if you get scammed or discover that the hotel you have booked is nothing like its pictures, no one will help you. You will lose your money and be miserable.

There has been no response from Booking.com regarding this issue. Maintaining silence in this situation is fraudulent in my opinion.

Güzel bir uygulama. Uzunca bir süredir kullanıyorum, bir kaç tesis hariç hepsinden memnun kaldım, dünyanın her yerinde ucuz temiz ve samimi mekanlar bulabileceğine inanıyorum. Tek hatası bazı tesislerin yanlış Booking.com’a yanlış bilgi vermesi. O konuda tesislere daha ağır yaptırımlar uygulanırsa mükemmel olur.

App having issues. When you make a reservation at a hotel, if you pay at the hotel, booking also takes too much money from your credit card and does not refund it when you report the error. Never use it.

App doesn't response. After sending message to the property, message is not listed, app frozen. Forcing to kill the app. Message is still lost after re opening the app.

Дело в том, что бычно я использую такой фильтр: рейтинг минимум 7; сортировка по цене. И приходится искать среди результатов с кроватью в общем номере. А мне нужна отдельная комната. Gayet iyi bir konaklama. Otelin konumunu metroya on dakika uzaklıkta ayrıca önünden tramvay geçiyor. 9 numaralı tramvay ile direkt Navigli’ye geçebilirsiniz. Meydana ve kathedral e 15-20 dakika uzaklıkta. Eşyalar var ise otele gidip eşyalarınızı bırakıp tekrar rahatlıkla gezilebilir. Personel de gayet ilgili ve biz memnun kaldık. İyi seyahatler.

The real vehicle is different from the pictures on the page. I used this page to rent a car. (21 hours before my trip). The vehicle shown on the pages had 5 doors, but after the booking, I noticed that the vehicle was 3 doors in the confirmation mail. When I called the customer service and explained the situation, they asked me to cancel my reservation again. When I did it as they say, I spent 5 hours to solve the problem, at the end of the 5th hour, they said that they could not refund the money that could be reinforced 48 hours before the purchase time of the vehicle. If you have such a rule why your customer representative did not tell me that, why no warning about this situation, why the picture of the vehicle on your page with the real vehicle differently when I say to deceive this customer, the standard dummy answers. I rented a car again in the same car rental company. When I asked the car rental company, they said that they did not reflect a fee that they saw the cancellation of the reservation in the morning. They said the problem was Booking's ambition. I do not recommend.

Canceling booking before the deadline. My booking is cancelled before the deadline committed. When I try to rebook, I see the prices higher. And there is no way to chat option to get help. I just sent a message to get support but it’s like sending message to the space in this app. All is just disappointment.

Booking defrauds people and does not give their money back. No one should make a reservation from here, this place is scamming people. I made a reservation at the hotel, then I went to the hotel, they made me wait for 5 hours, I did not stay in the room, the owner of the apartment did not answer his phone, but he does not refund my booking money. Ужасная обратная связь! Зачем мне этот геморрой?. Добрый день! И сново проблемы с получением инвойсов с вашей и со стороны объекта размещения. Я так и не получила счет фактуру за проживание в Рияде, за аренду машины с вашей стороны в Дубае (dollars) я никак не могу понять в чем проблема ??? Почему вы производите оплату за аренду машины но не выдаете мне счет фактуру?? Зачем тогда мне вообще обращаться к booking.com если я могу сама пойти арендовать машину в Аэропорту в любом (та же цена но + если арендую напрямую я депозит плачу не 3000 дирхам а 1500 У поставщика) и они выдадут мне счет фактуру так как они произвели оплату а не вы. Объясните пожалуйста почему я переплачиваю и как геморрой (извиняюсь за выражение) затем хожу и клянчу счет фактуру которую вы должны предоставить мне сразу.

Hotel problems. The only positive is the location of the hotel. The hotel itself is very dirty, cleaning is poor, the lock on the balcony door was broken and while we were calling and asking to fix it, maintenance was not available for all these days. Even though I booked a lux room, the service and all the facilities were poor. At the end the breakfast was disgusting: Flies were everywhere, they covered all the fruits and veggies and the staff did nothing to clean it up. Service on the beach was extremely disrespectful, aggressive and unmannered. Will never be back.

Ruined. Today we paid more than 4,000 dollars and made a hotel reservation and canceled it by mistake! We tried everything to fix it because we have a flight tomorrow and we have to fly tomorrow but no one helped us in any way. Neither customer service answered our call nor email addresses, so let's write there!!! It's a shame to be so irresponsible!
