Cancellation Without Reason. They canceled the hotel for which we had booked and paid, with very little time left, saying that they had made the wrong pricing. I had to pay 6 times more because of Booking.com. Because when they canceled what they called a mistake, there was no room left in the hotels and the prices had increased a lot. They didn't even offer coupons or discounts. They caused economic and moral damage to me and my family. They even made the refund low and they don’t care about anything. I will never book through Booking again.

Never helps if something goes wrong. I checked in a hotel which is awful. The hotel is Not as seen at the photos. I tried to reach booking.com . Nobody answers. There is a phone number as I am a genious customer , but the number says it is wrong number. I will never use this app again.Sadly Untrustable .

Aeron. Booking.com has experienced a security breach. Hackers are sending messages via the Booking.com app's chat function, using a Booking.com Hotel account, and illicitly profiting from this activity. There has been no response from Booking.com regarding this issue. Maintaining silence in this situation is fraudulent in my opinion.

App having issues. When you make a reservation at a hotel, if you pay at the hotel, booking also takes too much money from your credit card and does not refund it when you report the error. Never use it.

Huge disappointment! Best price guarantee is a complete scam. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING AGAIN! I’m a very old client of booking. I booked my Italy trip’s hotel reservations. Right after I paid for the hotel, I found out the price for the hotel was 25% cheaper on the hotel website. I explained them the situation and reached out their customer service several times. After they replied to 2 e-mails there was neither a resolution, nor a refund. And they stopped replying despite my several other attempts. I WILL NOT USE BOOKING EVER AGAIN. Please make sure you check the hotel rates or use another platform for your travels.

No customer service for Turkish users. Do not use booking.com if you are Turkish. They don’t reply when you have a problem with your booking, which means that if you get scammed or discover that the hotel you have booked is nothing like its pictures, no one will help you. Customer service. Hello! I wanted to contact you about a very serious issue that we had happened to us today with our hotel, but I neither can message the customer service nor call them. So I'm reaching out this way. Before booking I thoroughly checked the reviews and the rating and the photos of the Reynna hotel and I was excited about it, however when we arrived it was a very shocking experience because the place looks nothing like the pictures, the room that they offered did not even have a door, it had some random stairs placed inside the room and the bed was broken, there was nothing else in the room and the whole place was stinking and very dirty. That's why we left the place immediately and the receptionist only said that we can get a refund through the website or the app and did not even try to help. It was a very frustrating experience especially when we came to explore the city and have a vacation. We were left with nowhere to go. I request that we get a refund and you check the place and remove it from your platform because it leaves a very bad impression on Booking.com though I had lovely experiences before. I hope you reach out to me as soon as possible with a solution.

This app does not take any responsibility for the conditions of the hotels.. One hotel charged me more than twice the original price. Another one, after I paid for expensive transportation, told me it’s only for locals. One place was so dirty and unsafe, and no one helped us get a refund to book somewhere else. The management of this app is really poor. Be very careful when choosing your accommodation.

Lors de mon dernier séjour, le prix proposé par l’hôtel sur son site était inférieur de 30%. En principe booking propose de rembourser la différence mais sous réserve de leur envoyer un printscreen de l’offre concurrente avant le début du séjour. Ceci est totalement impossible à obtenir puisqu’ils vous envoient le lien avec le formulaire au bout de 24h…

Great app. Booking com is my favorite for all types of trips arrangements both personal and business. Very handy user interface, fast responding, easy to navigate, etc.

Hotel problems. The only positive is the location of the hotel. The hotel itself is very dirty, cleaning is poor, the lock on the balcony door was broken and while we were calling and asking to fix it, maintenance was not available for all these days. Even though I booked a lux room, the service and all the facilities were poor. At the end the breakfast was disgusting: Flies were everywhere, they covered all the fruits and veggies and the staff did nothing to clean it up. Service on the beach was extremely disrespectful, aggressive and unmannered. Will never be back.

The Colors of Budapest. During my 2 days I really impressed by hotel's colors inside of rooms and corridors. It is best place for spend days with a family. Staff was very polite and respectful , they were answering to all with patience. In this hotel also have a small bar, which you can take some drinks for your enjoy while sitting in. The rooms are non-smoking, however you can smoke in the yard of hotel. Totally 10 out 10✨

Royal Tulip hotel reservation. I book this hotel yesterday i paid and i come to hotel they said you don't have reservations i am in the street still now i found other hotel

Ruined. Today we paid more than 4,000 dollars and made a hotel reservation and canceled it by mistake! We tried everything to fix it because we have a flight tomorrow and we have to fly tomorrow but no one helped us in any way. Neither customer service answered our call nor email addresses, so let's write there!!! It's a shame to be so irresponsible!

Not bad. Everything was good. But there is one problem. We buy boat tickets from Tamara 25EURO. And she said that we will go 5-6 sightseeing views. When we got a boat we saw that price is 15EURO. SHE CHEATED 10 EURO And we just went only 2 sightseeing.
