Обновление последние. Верните пожалуйста как было раньше, ну вообще заниматься не охото, худшая идея обновления

Трата времени!. Это абсолютно бесполезно и ничего у вас выучить не получиться. Потому что разработчики не учат вас Английскому, все сделано для того , что бы вы смотрели рекламу. Вам дают 5 жизней, 1 жизнь восстанавливается 4 часа. 1 жизнь это 1 ошибка. То есть вас никто не учит вы просто проходите тест допускаете ошибку, после чего вам никто не поясняет в чем ошибка и почему это не правильно. У вас просто снимают жизни и потом вы ждёте 20 часов, что бы накопились эти жизни. Чтобы допустить те же ошибки потому, что повторюсь вас никто не учит вы просто проходите тесты без пояснений о ваших ошибках. И на этом построено все ваше обучение. Вы постоянно ждёте пока восстановятся попытки и смотрите рекламу, в этом заключается суть бесплатного обучения в этом приложении чем так козырят разработчики. А знаете , что вы получите за 6.000 руб/год?! У вас просто уберут рекламу и сделают так , чтобы вы могли допускать бесконечное число ошибок и это всё. То есть вам так же никто не будет объяснять почему вы допустили ошибку и как правильно. Вы просто будете запоминать правильные ответы которые забудете спустя короткий промежуток времени. Потому, что вы должны понимать, правило и логику почему это пишется так, а не думать что поставлю второй вариант ведь первый в прошлый раз был ошибкой.

Обновление полный отстой. С обновлением стало только хуже, верните обратно. Я проходила где-то в начале, сейчас почему-то меня кинуло почти в конец, а остальные типа я прошла, но это не так. Раньше было гораздо лучше и удобнее, с удовольствием занималась, теперь даже открывать не хочется стало не удобно и то что я еще не прошла, у меня пишет как прошла. Если не вернете, буду искать другие приложения по изучению Англ.

Отвратное обновление. Уберите сердечки.. Вас любили и поддерживали, реклама не напрягала, хотелось донатить, часто рекомендовала друзьям для занятий Плюсом приложения всегда была приветливость и возможность учиться на ошибках по многу раз, теперь надо думать о жизнях или тебе ОЧЕНЬ НЕНАВЯЗЧИВО предлагают купить подписку Маркетологам респект 🤢🤮🤢 Испортили впечатление и атмосферу

Отвратительное приложение. Разработчики в погоне за прибылью потеряли рамки приличий. 1. Отсутствует теоретическая часть. Соответственно ты как слепой котёнок!! А возможностей совершить ошибку всего 5!!! 2. Перерыв для набора жизней - 4,5 часа!!! 3. Просмотр рекламы никакой жизни мне не добавило!! Это все о приложении на телефон. На компьютере хотя бы жизни бесконечные.

Уберите жизни!. Так любила это приложение, а теперь дурацкое обновление с жизнями. Обучение замедлилось во много раз, потому что тупо боюсь печать быстро и сделать опечатку! Хотите бесконечные жизни?? Купите Plus, только стоимость этого тарифа неадекватная!! Я лингвалео покупаю НА ГОД за полторы тысячи, а там в разы материала больше для изучения языка. Очень расстроили, за введение жизней огромный минус вам.

Ужасное приложение!. Ужасное приложение!Раньше было так интересно учиться,а после обновления эта бесконечная «змея» отбила всё желание заниматься.Верните старую версию приложения!

Хватит обновлений!. Ребят, остановитесь! Меняете все и чуть ли не каждый день! Весь интерфейс переделали, все привычное и удобное перевернули с ног на голову! Каждый день захожу и каждый день приложение мне рапортует о новом обновлении! У нас теперь так, у нас теперь легендарный уровень золотой, у нас теперь истории стали бесполезны, у нас теперь очки за повторение не дают. Остановитесь! Это невозможно привыкнуть, это неудобно! Я ещё более менее терплю, но в этом приложении занимается моя мама и вот ей мне пришлось заново все показывать. Даже мне тяжело привыкнуть ко всем этим переменам, я с Вами уже столько лет, два года ударного режима. Перестаньте делать лучше, у вас не получается!

Мне жаль. Я давно с этим приложением. С тех времён, когда ещё в нем была философия - нет рекламы. Я понимаю, приложение одно из лучших, требует усилия разработчиков, а им нужно платить. Да окей, добавили про версию - без проблем. Добавили рекламу - тоже ок. Для тех кто хочет заниматься - это не проблема. Но! После обновления, появились жизни. И ограничение в 5 жизней в день. Зачем? Чтобы я купил? Я до этого не покупал, и сейчас не куплю. Приложение, для России имеет завышенную цену, я не могу себе позволить палатную версию. Но теперь и бесплатной версией я пользоваться я не могу. Приложение не принимает малейших ошибок, а с ограничением в 5 жизней - далеко не уедешь. Я раньше горел, делал по 50-200 баллов в день, теперь же - 10 еле делаю. Пройти один новый урок - теперь ад. Не знаю, на сколько меня хватит...

Сердца. Почему вы добавили сердца только на айфон, а на андроид нет? Сердца мешают изучению языка.

Последнее обновление. Последнее ПРИНУДИТЕЛЬНОЕ обновление просто ужасное! Теперь нельзя повторять отдельные уроки, интерфейс поменялся и дизайн поменялись в худшую сторону! Ужасно, в общем! Жаль, что отказаться от этого обновления никак нельзя.

Отвратительное обновление. Это просто невозможное обновление. Все стало очень неудобным, прохожу старые темы снова, весь мой прогресс просто в 0 ушёл. Очень нравилось приложение, сейчас ужасно неудобно в нем заниматься. Моих любимых историй больше нет и ничего не понятно.

Верните старую версию. Все было замечательно до тех пор, пока кому-то слишком «умному», не пришла в голову идея обновить приложение. Было лучшее приложение для изучения языков. Теперь же, нет желания туда заходить. Год работы псу под хвост. Пройденные темы три месяца назад приходится проходить заново. Нет возможности выбирать тему.

Несправедливый лидерборд. Чтобы выйти в топ большинство пользователей выполняют только первые два урока (самые легкие) и учеба переходит в глупую гонку первоклассников и никак не мотивирует выполнять сложные задания, может нужно ввести прогрессивную систему рейтинга и за легкие блоки давать меньше очков опыта?

Тренировка. Ребята, после обновления раздел тренировка переехал. Теперь чтобы до него добраться нужно нажать на сердечко. Не благодарите!)

Новое оформление вызывает только боль в глазах.. Новое оформление, простите, ужасно. Режет глаза, заниматься трудно. Нельзя вернуть старое или иметь хоть какой-то выбор по теме оформления?

Мое любимое приложение!. Ребята, забудьте об отзывах, написанных 5 лет назад или 2 года назад!! Теперь это совсем другое приложение. Когда-то в нем всё было платное, но теперь всё иначе. Вы можете учить языки когда захотите. Тут есть премиум версия, да, но разработчики не пытаются вам ее пихнуть под нос назойливыми внутреигровыми уведомлениями. Здесь также нет рекламы от слова совсем. Уроки здесь длятся мало. Лично я в среднем прохожу один урок за полторы или две минуты (учу английский). Вы можете заниматься любимым языком по 10 минут в день и этого будет достаточно, чтобы в конце недели заметить хороший результат! Здесь есть вся грамматика и много переводов разных слов 👀 Поэтому я вам советую скачать Duolingo! Пожалуйста, нажмите «полезно», чтобы больше людей заметили этот отзыв! Так всем будет легче учить новые языки 😉

Верните предыдущую версию!. Предыдущая версия была гораздо удобнее. Можно выбирать разные уроки и чередовать темы, а сейчас приходится учить одно и то же изо дня в день. Не хватает историй, они очень нравились. Сделайте, пожалуйста, возможность выбирать между старой версией приложения и новой

Приложение класс!) но есть нюансы. Приложение классное, но жаль что нет теории, она есть только на сайте, если заходить через ноутбук. Было бы замечательно, если бы в мобильном приложении тоже была теория:) И ещё, я купила бонус на увеличение алмазов (или кристаллов) в два раза, чтобы заниматься в ударном режиме 7 дней и получить за это вдвое больше бриллиантов/алмазов/кристаллов. Но на четвёртый день мне сказали что я проиграла, хотя я занималась все четыре дня выполняя ежедневную цель. Мне кажется, что я проиграла потому что начала "ударную неделю" не с понедельника, ведь именно в понедельник мне пришло уведомление о том, что я проиграла спор. Не лучше было бы изменить это, чтобы можно было начинать заниматься в ударном режиме не именно с понедельника, а в любой другой день. Спасибо за такое замечательное приложение для изучения английского!:)

Верните старую версию. Обновление ужасное! Весь мой прогресс превратился ни во что!!! Истории пропали, проходить повторно уроки нет возможности, нет возможности выбрать ту тему, какую хочешь! Бред! Ужасно!!!

Новое обновление ужасно. Никогда не ставила приложениям одну звезду, но здесь это прям нужно для привлечения внимания к проблеме. Новая версия Дуолинго просто УЖАСНА! И это я еще не обновляла на своем телефоне, а посмотрела у подружки. На своем не буду обновлять, хотя в отзывах пишут, что и принудительно менялось само. С новым обновление Дуо превратился в какую-то детскую игралку, неудобную и не функциональную. Зачем??

Спасибо!. Ребят, во-первых, огромное спасибо за приложение. И за весь сервис в целом. Из всех опробованных многочисленных вариантов - этот самый крутой. Но, сейчас чаще сижу с телефона на веб версии, потому что в ней намного больше функционала. На сайте есть теория, что очень помогает в освоении и понимании каждой темы. Поэтому просьба - добавьте, пожалуйста, теорию в приложение. Одной практики очень недостаточно. И все равно спасибо! Вы Крутые!

Обновление. Просто ужасно! Верните старый интерфейс! Я учила в немецком еду, прошла 1 уровень, а дальше семья? Вы что вообще чтоли? Верните старый интерфейс будет 5. У кого также ставьте полезно

Жесткие недоработки. Товарищи разработчики, приложение стало очень плохо реагировать на касание, жестко тормозит. Разберитесь, пожалуйста.

Ужасное обновление. Пропала половина прогресса легендарного уровня из старой версии, хотя писали, что весь прогресс сохранится. Так же в старой версии у меня были открыты все уроки самого конца, так же пройдены все истории. После обновления открыта только 1/4 уроков и историй. Это ладно, я прошла финальный тест, снова открыла все уроки до конца… и это просто ужас кошмар дно! Эти уроки не просто открылись, они помечены, как пройденные мной, осталось только по 1 разу пройти каждый для легендарного уровня. Вы издеваетесь? Я эти уроки не прошла значит ни разу, а вы сразу в режиме экзамена мне предлагаете закрепить то, что я не проходила? И как мне тогда учится, если я уже не могу пройти эти уроки?! Обновление просто уродское.

Обновление. Обновление свело на нет все усилия Самое неприятное что уроки стали легче. Не вижу смысла заниматься, вставить пропущенное слово или слова вставить в правильном порядке, ну это несерьёзно. До этого можно было по одной теме проходить уроки, постепенно увеличивается сложность, чтобы все хорошо усвоить. Плюс, напоминания для повтора пройденных уроков, чтобы не забыть. И истории, это большая потеря.

У меня исчезла большая часть историй, не видно теперь какие истории я прошла, а какие нет. Лента из тем теперь бесконечна и непонятна. Почему темы не подписаны как раньше? верните пожалуйста старый дизайн, он был безупречен. Больше нет желания пользоваться вашим приложением

Health Nightmare. The negative reinforcement system namely Health system is probably the worst thing happened to the app. It discourages, it’s frustrating, it makes you fill angry when you make irrelevant to a lesson mistake (that’s what happens most of the time actually).

Просто кошмар, а не обновление. Наихудшее решение, которое использовали разработчики. Нет возможности понять где ты, повторить уроки. Все смешали в одну кучу. Просто ужас. Откатите к старой версии! Это будет наилучшее решение вопросов

Уберите Здоровье! Это мешает изучать язык. Уберите Здоровье! Реально мешает. И хотелось бы больше разнообразия в упражнениях. Проходишь 5 уровней - 84 упражнения, одно и то же предложение повторяется как минимум 50 раз. На кого рассчитано? А Здоровье, так это вообще жесть. Я за урок прохожу 5 упражнений, хочу больше, но Здоровье заканчивается...и начинается вымогательство денег, ну что за бред? Раньше приложение было намного лучше.

Обновление треш. Это было прекрасное и удобное приложение для изучения языка, но обновление сделало его просто ужасным !!! Нельзя выбрать урок и тему, по которой хочешь заниматься и выбрать историю тоже теперь нельзя…. Я не понимаю каким образом с новым дизайном можно эффективно узнавать что-то новое и зарабатывать нормальное количество хп , чтобы оставаться в высших лигах🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Прошу, верните прежний дизайн и функции !!!

Ужасный новый дизайн. Ребят, вы убили свой отличный формат занятий просто невозможным ux. Будто выборка для теста обновлённого дизайна состояла только из работников вашего офиса, которые очень любят желтенький. Как ниже писали, пользователь хочет САМ выбирать тему занятий на сегодня или просмотр историй. Залить весь предыдущий прогресс желтым цветом и оставить один доступный урок к занятиям - это визуальное и структурное фиаско. Решение УБРАТЬ истории - отдельная боль Буквально накануне хотели заниматься с платной семейной подпиской, но после такого обновления, делать это расхотелось, ибо какой смысл, если приложение перестало быть удобным?

Very useful app!. I’m enjoying this app learning languages, but there is one language that I’d like to see here - Belarusian! It is language of my homeland, but it is hard to learn it in schools now :( Kids almost dint know language of their land. This is sad and I hope that the option in Duolingo will be another step to preserve and popularize my language in world. ⚪️🔺⚪️

Add Belarusian language. I really like the app. It makes learning languages so easy. Please add Belarusian language, it will help more and more people to learn their native language and save the cultural heritage.

Great app, waiting for more languages!. Love using the app, everything’s great, but I have a suggestion. I would love to study Belarusian language. I live in Belarus, but our native language is unfortunately not very common, and we don’t have enough platforms where we could practice and improve ourselves. I am sure that many people would appreciate this addition as well. This would have a great impact on our history and mean a world to the people who are currently being oppressed for using their native language, as well for the people that are embarrassed for switching from Russian to Belarusian language because they don’t know it well enough. Wonderful learning app. But missing some languages.. I really like Duolingo. It definitely helps to learn the new words. However, I wish you have Portuguese European. Unfortunately you have only Brazilian. I hope you will add it soon.

Audio problem. Very often, when going through audio tasks, when pronouncing, a completely different text is typed, not like what you say. You say the same sentence ten times and you type a completely different text. And it happens with the same pronunciation of the same text, the text is typed the first time without problems.

Fascinating. Hello. Thanks for your job and the opportunity to study for free. And for your constant development. But unfortunately I’m having a trouble with my Scholar achievement. I earned those new words really fast, but for the last half year it stopped at 1.2K and never moves towards. How can I fix this?

I'm worrying about last issues. I really like the app, I've been using it for almost 2 years, but yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience. Upgraded from Individual Premium to Family Premium and something strange happened right after. Several dozen sections passed for gold lost part of the gold medals (I lost about 10 hours that were spent on such tasks). The audio in the tasks is distorted, the audio track doubles during playback and it is impossible to parse the audio. Sometimes the audio track is cut off during playback. In some tasks, the task and answers do not correlate. My wife, who has just started using our family subscription, has the same problems. I wrote 2 support tickets but didn't get any response to my email. A disturbing experience, hopefully the development team will be able to get things back up and running quickly.

The same words in repeat tasks. Hi, I really enjoy the App, you’ve done a great job. The only problem I see know, is that in Repeat words and Card match tasks I always have the same words from the very first units. And really rarely the new ones. Please, fix this behaviour. I’d like to have an ability to repeat recently learned words as well :)

Please add Belarus language course. Our language is in threat of becoming extinct, please give it the chance to live and thrive again as among Belarus people so in the world!

The quality deteriorates with each release. In the past it was an excellent app, but with each new release it grows like a monster, becoming slower and slower. Every week you have to adapt to new functionality instead of concentrating on the learning itself. More and more I prefer to open their website than the app itself.

Everything is good but…. Cool app but…Please developers add a russian language for other courses, for example Italian, because i want learn italian but that hard because i’m from belarus and i don’t want to learn english before Italian language. Thx if u reading this ❤️

After the break. Hello Duo Team! It would be nice to make a brief repetition of everything you learned in one lesson. After let's say 2 weeks or more, without classes. Mark the last lesson by date.

I really enjoy this app because it’s fun, easy and can give you some basic knowledge of a lot of different languages but it’d be really great if you could add belarusian language to the app. A lot of people would like to learn this beautiful language but we don’t have such opportunity.

Terrible update. The last update was terrible!!!! I had just a few topics to do to get brilliant or legendary level. And suddenly everything changed to the beginning, no progress saved. Can I get the previous version back? I didn’t ask to update my app, why did you do it?

Awesome but. I’ve been using this app for a long time (almost 2 years) and it’s really helps with language learning. However, this card picking in the ranking ran really drives me mad . I used to use it to remind old sections and I was quietly helpful. But now Duolingo does not do any updates to remove this useless exercise

Nice. Nice, but when I want to practic another language I can’t delete language what I don’t need anymore, I’m on iOS so please fix it.🙁

good but there are some issues that make me doubt if i want to use it. i clearly enjoy some of the features like friend quests and various kinds of tasks although there is one thing that sometimes makes me want to delete the app and this is automatic voice playback. Firstly, it is not accurate(obviously) and can create false ideas of how to pronounce all the stuff which may be the reason for future mistakes and more struggle with the language one is learning. Secondly, not only I but also quite the majority of people that i know and who use the app as well usually play smth in the background while using the app. This way the playback doesn’t contribute to a better app experience and it only pisses everyone. Thus the only thing we can do for now is to turn off the sound completely but then there’s no way to listen to music or something else which helps some of the people to concentrate better. Please consider adding the possibility to turn off the automatic playback.

Один минус. Здравствуйте, приложение очень неплохое, подходить для базового изучения языка. Очень бы хотелось поставить 5 звёзд, но одна проблема мне не даёт это сделать. Дело в том, что в приложении не предусмотрен просмотр набора слов которые вы прошли. Я, например, учу немецкий и мне хочется выписывать куда-то изученные слова, но для того чтобы это сделать, надо заново проходить уровень (и не один раз), к сожалению это очень не удобно. Why did you do this terrible update?. I loved the app, and moved forward learning Italian pretty smoothly. However, today the app was updated with a new dashboard and I lost all my progress, got back to learning the words I learned long ago.. very disappointing

How to change app interface language?. English was set as default language on my phone, so when I downloaded the app, it automatically got English interface. But I need interface to be Russian. How can I change that? - There’s no such option in settings. There’s only option to add another language for studying, but it’s not what I need. I need The main texts to be in Russian. - I searched in help and did’t find anything either. - I removed the app, changed phone language to Russian, installed back, but that also did not resolve the issue: it’s still in English! Despite I see in the system preferences Russian is set as a preferred language. How can I change the language of the interface?

Absurdly bad update. I enjoyed Duolingo, but after the latest change they completely changed everything, killed motivation to proceed with the app, made monetization worse and the courses itself less repetitive (repeat something over and over is quite important for learning a language) now instead of 6-7 packs of lessons + legendary level you can practice like 2-3 packs only, if you don’t specifically go back and rewind everything yourself and funny thing that it’s promoted as “improvement” lol This is beyond absurd

it’s cool!. I’m only in the beginning of learning Swedish with Duolingo, but I really like this way - it’s so interactive and interesting. I have challenges with my friends, my own daily challenges - it really motivates to do exercises and learn new language faster.

Imlovinit. Greatest app, love to use it and it give the real feeling that u can do next step to improve your vocabulary and learn language from scratch. Belarussian language. Great app! I love the playful way to learn languages, but i have one suggestion: add belarussian language to it. Due to russification and dictatorship in our country we are not able to speak it in our everyday life and some people do not even know how to speak in belarussian, so it will be great, if you will add it. New interface. Hello, Duolingo! I want to share with you my impression of using the new program interface. The main meaning of compiling tables and short presentation of the material in the form of notes is that it is easier to remember information and this gives a general idea of what you are studying at the moment and what stage (the topic of study) will be next. The previous interface contained sections and a clear indication of what each section helps to learn. The most important thing for me personally was to see what section of grammar I am studying at the moment (present tense, past perfect, …). In the new interface, I can't understand anything at all. There are only obscure icons. For the game, this placement of information is interesting because it goes in an unknown direction and is entertaining at this moment in time. This infinitely long toilet paper that you need to flip through for years only causes confusion, frustration and anger. Now I don’t understand what I have already studied and where I can go back to repeat. The new interface looks terrible. I hope you take into account my explanation. Best wishes!

Learning possibilities are awesome, but the app isn't. Dear Duolingo Devs! I live in Ukraine and I am interested to learn a new language. As of right now, I cannot buy a newer device. I am using old but still fine working iPad Air 2. When I use the app on it, it overheats. I decided to make a test today and loaded the website version of Duolingo in Safari. And you know, everything works perfectly, seamless experience and loading times are fast. On the contrary, application makes my iPad battery drain really fast and it literally overheats. And it's not the battery issue, other apps work just as expected (Safari, App Store, Real Racing 3). Please, fix that. I really love the service, but I now keep app on my tablet just to get daily notifications and use the web version.

New design is very confusing. Dear developers, I adore the app and it’s usefulness is undeniable, but the new design is total horror for me. I followed old logic, it was super clear but now since last update I still can’t get used to it. Why app design changed but web - not? How should I match them? Why stories disappeared as a separate sheet but now I have ads of practice center only? Why I can’t skip one “circle” in a topic but I only can skip the full topic? Each time i enter the app now I’m swearing at new design. I’m sure I’m not alone with this trouble. Please change something or launch old version back.

New version is horrible (if compared with the previous). Inconvenient way of structuring the material, for example: - very often I encounter many excercises with new words (e.g. verbal forms) before it is actually explained or before the unit with respective rules; - practicing previous units is inconvenient, especially given the navigation by scrolling between 200+ units; - the topics of the units are mixed now, which makes practicing previous topics even crazier; - if one wants to repeat only tips/rules, it became a way more difficult because of what I said above and because of “key phrases” at the beginning of each unit guidebook; - the progress is lost (in cases of all our family members who are studying Spanish now). Please consider returning to the previous version 🙏 PS. Please resolve the old problem with voice recognition of 2- and 3-digit numbers!!!

Ummm… What 🤠. The program is very cool! You can add as many courses as you like for free and really learn something. But I did not like the absence of two things: 1. A detailed explanation of all the nuances with the pronunciation of certain letters, or an explanation of the complex pronunciation of words. Like, if the language uses the Latin alphabet, then you don’t need to explain with what pronunciation you need to pronounce the words? When you learn, for example, German, it is very difficult for you to understand with what accent you need to speak in order to sound adequate, based only on audio in which not even a person speaks. 2. No grammar explanation. There is a feeling that this is not a program for learning a language, but for quickly learning certain phrases. And with the Ukrainian language in the program, everything is so bad that you think "what the hell is this." Like, are you using google translate, or something?

lot of english mistakes and unnecessary writing exercise. reasons why I deleted after 2 months of trying this app and not buy plan: 1 this a/the mistake in place were its not necessary 2 mistake in translation by app in english 3 It is cool app to learning new languages, but this writing exercise stop all progress and gamification, especially exect spelling errors. Unfortunately you can’t turn it off and skip even in plus version, what I plan to buy, but will not because of this lag. hope it will be modifying. I want to speak a language, not, necessarily to write it, and using autocorrecting and voice input from other devices (and other chiting) is not acceptable for me.

Fix your problems plz. I am an Ukrainian user and every time when I want to start my lesson it writes session bundle failed normally. And when I want to pay for lessons (blue game coins I guess) let them improve to the best level, situation doesn't change... Right now I only can read short stories:( But especially the sense of this app is cool and I think it is the best one. If there was chance to choose an level for example A1; A2; B1 and if the plan of lessons would have these real tests themes it would be great! Thx for reading it.

rip off. As Duolingo constantly suggested me trying premium version for free, I agreed. It said that it would remind me two days before the free period finished. Today I thought that it had been a while so I decided to check the subscription. It turned out that 3 days ago Duolingo charged me $40 without any warning. I checked my email and there were no messages about the fact that my free subscription was coming to an end. I didn’t get any pop up notifications as well. I’m going through a divorce right now and today is my birthday. So, discovering that I have recently paid $40 for what I didn’t even need (considering the exchange rate in my country due to the war) is just another fine thing for me today.

Took money and removed super account. I purchased an individual duo lingo subscription for 40$. Than in 6 months I decided to upgrade to a family subscription, which costs 60$. It was said that they will charge the price taking into account the previous payment. Instead, they charged the full price! I wrote to the support explaining that I want to keep family subscription but I want a refund of a difference in price. The next day, I opened the app and found out that not only family subscription was removed but also my individual subscription!!!!!! I was no longer on super duolingo. And!!!! Despite the status of my request “refunded” - nothing was refunded!!!!!

Swedish learning. Unfortunately too many hearts are wasted on “ett” and “en” I live in Sweden, and even native speakers have no idea about rules around it. Plus its not so important in the beginning And this app make everything around this “ett” and “en” which you need to know only by memory to each word - and you wasting lives and cant learn anything else( Also would like to add that Im not an English native speaker, so its also annoying when I can write down English words wrong - and its a mistake. IM NOT LEARNING ENGLISH, IM LEARNING SWEDISH.. COMMON.

You violate Ukrainian rights🇺🇦. We, Ukrainian people, don’t want to do exercises in your app with the mention of russia all the time! Nowadays Ukraine is being terrorised by russians, we suffer every day. So, why should we use Duolingo and read sentences with the reference of the terrorist state?!! You actually disrespect Ukrainians and violate our human rights! We beg you to create special settings for Ukrainians, otherwise the rating of your app will continue going down.🇺🇦 The West doesn’t want to have anything common with russia 👎👎👎 That’s awful that you haven’t got it yet. We would like you to change the app settings, as we have right to learn languages using Duolingo and never mentioning the terrorist state!

Cancellation hell. The product is fun and entertaining. But I have a bad experience with cancellation of my subscription. I took a 2 week free of charge Super subscription. Before the end date of free trial, I canceled my subscription in my iCloud settings, where I manage my subscriptions. So I wasn’t charged. But after the end of trial, I wasn’t automatically returned to free Duolingo version. And in my iCloud account I see that my subscription is prolonged for 1 year. But I didn’t order that. I went in the app to see if I can manage my subscription there. Nope. So now every day Apple tries to charge me for 1-year subscription and I can’t get rid of this. Plus my payment methods in iCloud are now blocked and I can’t pay for other programs. I want my Duolingo account removed from this 1 year subscription 😭

Grammar stuff. So...I’ve been learning Korean for a few weeks now, and it’s nice! But I had some problems with grammar. I am learning Japanese with tutor, so some basic sentence builds I could understand, but sadly I couldn’t even know which words are for; for example I could entangle meanings like “The boy’s apple” and “The boy and an apple”. Even basic grammar rules like 는/은, 를and etc. I had to find in random textbooks. But except for the Japanese language course, it had grammar banks from the start. I think that you should correct some stuff in Korean, because people want to learn language, and understand it at the same time too, but sadly it’s impossible without knowing common rules of grammar and culture also. It’s harder to translate a sentence (which exercises you have in lesson “Basics 1” and after it) without knowing it. I hope it will be corrected soon!

Well done!. I could speak 2 foreign languages fluently before I started with Duolingo, and I knew that keeping up the progress while learning a new language is the hardest. Because there is always a moment when you want to drop it all. I have just recently started learning German and with this app I’m enjoying every second of it. It feels like a quest, a game, a constant challenge, and yet it’s ever motivating, because the incentive to learn comes from little achievements. I’m truly grateful for the people who invented, adapted, adjusted the program and gave us this incredible platform. The developers can rest assured they have contributed their share to the improvement of our civilization. Well done!

Best app for learning language. I’ve been using duolingo for a couple years, and it’s definitely the best app for learning language. It designed really fun and good, have a lot of languages to learn and makes really good tasks. You can look though what you’ve learnt, and see which words you need to practice more But there is also a minus. Duolingo got 5 hearts, and when you do a mistake you lose 1 of them. It’s kinda annoying when you don’t have more time to practice and you lose all hearts so you can’t practice anymore ://

🇺🇦. I really like this bear, he's cute. 🖤 However, there are two problems. First, is that the app takes a long time, I can't stop learning, and second, there are no other languages for Ukrainians to learn (like Spanish, German, French, etc.), and this is really the only problem. Okay, one more, most of the time, listening(listening mode), because of the response delays spend more time as tap on the cards, and again, listening mode is often quite slow to respond. There is a desire to buy a premium subscription, but quite a few technical issues that worsen the experience. 😑 (My English may not be great, but I'm trying to improve it).

All good except Hebrew. I’ve studied Turkish, Italian, and Yiddish with this app so far. Everything’s fine and rather handy, a great app for reaching basic levels in many languages. But Hebrew learning section seems to be not fully finished, most likely because of the developers’ fault or negligence. In the app, there’s an embedded vocabulary/dictionary for each language, which extends as one goes further with one’s studies, which is perfectly handy. But for some reason, in the Hebrew section, the pronunciation buttons in that dictionary/vocabulary are inactive, which makes it nearly unusable for learners, since it takes experience to be able to read Hebrew words correctly. It’s especially frustrating since there are every pronunciation sample for every word in the app, either pre-recorded or machine-generated (not quite clear, but whatever), but they are accessible only via the exercises. I’ve already sent a feedback email to the team a couple of days ago, there hasn’t been any response, so I thought if I write that here, it’ll draw more attention to that problem. Please repair or finish the Hebrew vocabulary section by linking words with their pronunciation. It seems perfectly possible. Thank you.

To much grammar is omitted. Cannot be used as a single instrument. When you study a new language, you have to understand the basic rules. The most common situation with duolingo: you don’t find half of the rules in the explication to the lesson, and you try to find out, what went wrong in the exercise, in the discussion to your mistake. And there you find a lot of people trying to guess what is going on, giving you advice, that you cannot trust. Well, it’s not the best way to study any language. You do not collect the rules, you collect the mistakes, trying to invent your proper wheel. Good initiative, bad implementation

Vocabulary is so needed!. As a subscriber I am disappointed with the experience so far. I have been learning Italian and I have encountered several issues that make the app feel like a waste of time. There is no feature that allows me to review the new vocabulary that I have learned. It is nearly impossible to remember every single word without proper review, and this lack of functionality is frustrating even with a subscription. And for that purpose I’m using other doc file, why? Additionally, sentence examples are not usable in real life (in majority) and the grammar explanations provided in the Units are brief. As a subscriber, I expected more from Duolingo. While I appreciate the gamified approach to language learning. Hopefully vocabulary will be added soon! By the way, it would be great to select specific word and have a practice with it 🙌

Spanish is not from Spain. Great app and marketing team, I love it. Will keep using it and recommend to my friends and family💪🏻 But it’s quite upsetting that when I choose to learn Spanish to be able to talk to my Spanish girlfriend in Spanish - it gives me Spanish words from South America, without even mentioning that they are only used there. I only found out about it, cause she told me no one uses some of the words that I’ve learned in Duolingo in Spain. Spanish was born in Spain so it would only be fair to at least include words that are used in Spain and not in South America. Or have an option to choose Spanish from which country you would like to learn, like they offer in a lot of streaming platforms for the subtitles/voice over to choose if you want Spanish from Spain or South America.

Firstly, I don't like that you can't put a photo from the gallery of your phone, computer, and so on. I don't want to make an avatar for myself in Duolingo, but to put my photo. Secondly, it seems to me that to learn French, you can add a theme of syllables or sounds that sound different from writing or vice versa. About «Health». Hello! I studied in Duolingo for a long time (in the summer I tried English, I forgot, but since winter I have been learning German for college). The app is really good and taught me a lot, but with Health updates I find it difficult. I used to take 5, 10 and 20 lessons a day. Now I wait 4 hours to complete the lesson. Yes, I know that you can gain new health by exercising, but I want to learn new things. Unfortunately, Duolingo Plus is dear to me, so I ask you to remove your health or at least make a new health for each lesson. I hope you understand me, thank you.

Drains battery, iPhone 14 Pro. Great app, but after like half an hour of using, it starts to drain your accumulator something near 5% every 2 minutes, phone starts getting hot and animations in the app become laggy. After closing app through app manager and starting it again—it works fine for some time and then it happens again and so on. It’s a real problem when you want to study for more than half an hour and if you don’t have access to the charger. Please fix it I learn Spanish—no grammar rules described at all, you must use your savvy and memory or google to figure these out

Call for politically neutral content. Dear Duolingo team, As a Ukrainian user, I am very grateful to you for the special subscription conditions you already offer for the Ukrainians. The app itself is very useful and helpful. However, learning English from Russian I constantly have to work with evaluative sentences about Russia and its cities, most of which positively assess Russia, its cities, culture and people. While I understand that the (Russian) content was made before the war and aimed primarily at Russian audiences, reading them as a Russian speaking Ukrainian citizen harmed by the Russian state and Russian army, I can’t help but feel hurt, triggered and disgusted. Therefore I kindly ask you to re-evaluate the Russian content of the app so that at least Ukrainian users do not have to see sentences like “Russia is wonderful”, “Russian language is great” etc., as for Ukrainian users who are threatened by the Russian regime these sentences can be psychologically harmful and cannot be considered politically neutral anymore. Thank you!

No grammar rules written, a lot of ads, rigged timed challenges. I use Duolingo for the Spanish course and already’ve learnt a lot of words, which is great, but the app is become harder and harder to use. After latest ‘learning path’ update there are no grammar rules in separate place (like it used to be under the lightbulb icon), or it’s just hidden somewhere/not available for free users? The ads are annoying and shown literally after every successfully passed lesson. Like okay, I can’t pay for the Duo premium for now, I don’t need you to show me how much do i lose 20 times a day in the same cartoon with the holographic owl, i know the words from it to my heart now. Timed challenges are fun at first, but they make you to spend a lot of diamonds, and last levels are physically impossible to pass without boosters. In ‘match madness’ sometimes cards are shown too slowly for you to pair it in times, or you click on card and an app doesn’t count it in and you lose your time. This is obviously dark pattern, I couldn’t believe it at first, but then caught with my eye, when the word on the left side is already active, and pairing word on the right is sloooooowly appearing and you could successfully choose it from, like, 3rd attempt. I understand that this app offers a lot even for free version, and you need to make money, I’m just disappointed in such cheap methods.

wasted money. I bought premium and I can say with full responsibility that this is the most wasted money! The program is directed against the user as much as possible. This will constantly annoy you! Overall, this is not conducive to language learning at all. It does everything possible to make sure you don't enjoy doing it. The phrases in the examples are so contrary to real life and common sense that there is nothing to even compare them with. “You have a bowl and coffee” - and this is the most adequate example. Don't buy, don't waste your money. They also recently laid off most of their staff and the program has gotten even worse. I regret the money and nerves spent.

Great way to strengthen your language knowledge. Basically there are two types of language learning apps. Ones that forcing you to repeat same phrases hundreds of times so you will be more confident but it takes a lot of time to proceed. And ones that are trying to push your level much faster by giving you difficult topics straight away. Duolingo is classic example of the first type learning apps. “La gata bebe leche” - if you study Spanish with this app, man... this type of phrases are now your life. Duolingo will take a lot of your time before you’ll reach the more advanced topics. This app is some kind of companion during your language learning adventure. If you’re attending offline language courses and then polish your skills in this app - amazing.

About Duolingo. This app is great, but it has a terrible mistake. Why russia is EVERYWHERE? As a Ukrainian user, I wouldn’t like to see russia here, because in my country, is war. And russia’ attacked Ukraine. Please, delete this from the app. Actually, this app is cool and it helped me learning foreign languages. And you told that you’ll add a new language for people who know Russian. You said that you’ll add Ukrainian( for people who know Russian)on the 31st of December, but you didn’t. Idk, maybe you’ve already added it, but I don’t see it anywhere.

No answer on subscription issues. I received no answer on email so I the only way to contact the app’s team is here. I’ve faced a problem with subscription Super Duolingo. I used 2 week trial but did not received a forehand warning that trial ends. So today there was an unsuccessful attempt of withdrawal payment for the subscription. However, I did not mean to buy this subscription. It is for year that doesn’t fit me and is too expensive for me. But unfortunately there is no possibility now to cancel the subscription so that there wouldn’t be another attempt to withdraw money for it or to change the plan (as I discovered today that there is a monthly subscription that is more appropriate to me). Please help with canceling the subscription with no attempts of withdrawal.

Awful update. I’ve been using this app for two years. And i loved it. Some updates were great, some not, but the last update is just a disaster. I was about to buy a family subscription. But noway now. I hope they will learn from their mistakes and go back to the previous UI. Just a few points why i think it’s so bad: - You can’t actually figure out where you are (how much of the total course you did) and what you’ve learnt. - When you jump to a new lesson all previous units are marked as if they are completed, even if they are not - It’s s much more difficult find any parts from the previous lessons that you want to repeat

wish I could roll back. I had a 600+ day streak with 4+ languages and yet find myself unwilling to continue with the new path. Duolingo is often not the only source for people to learn languages, so I was used to completing a course at level 1 immediately and then randomly challenging myself all over the tree (and the levels motivated me to return to each topic several times). Now I won’t be able to see my progress in ‘old’ skills as conveniently as before, having to scroll endlessly instead. I was sincerely hoping the update was just A/B testing, apparently it’s not. So I’ve canceled my subscription as my money has been wasted on developing some owl poo. Also, as a Ukrainian, I’d be grateful for not having to see any mentions of Russia in the app, it’s sickening.

Please add a dictionary. I’ve started using the app to learn Spanish and I’m really in love with the process. However, I’m used to looking through the whole list of words from time to time, to refresh them in my memory, or simply I can come across a word in some book etc and want to add it to my Active vocabulary. And I realized there is no integrated dictionary! I kindly ask the developers, please, add some kind of a glossary where I can add some new words on my own, or at least to see a list of the words learned. Because doing it on paper is no good. Otherwise, great app!

speech recognition is bad. I love Duolingo overall, the teaching approach and the game experience rocks. What continuously bugs me is that on some occasions (and really frequently) in speech exercises it will not interpret what I say at all. The same phrases can be marked as correct but in a couple hours are not evaluated at all - no missing words, no anything. It feels like the message just doesn’t reach the server or doesn’t reach it on time, so the app reacts like there’s an issue with the pronunciation. I’m modest but c’mon, if I cannot get ‘merci’ right for 5 times in a row after succeeding with it for 20 times before that, that’s an app issue. After googling I can see that this bugs a lot of people lately - please fix it in the next release, this would be an amazing feature

Disappointing Experience with Duolingo Italian Course. I've been using Duolingo to learn Italian since 2021, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory this year. Here are a few key issues I've encountered: Lack of Grammar Tips: One of the most frustrating aspects of the Italian course on Duolingo is the absence of detailed grammar tips. Understanding the grammar rules is crucial for learning any language, and the lack of this fundamental aspect hinders the learning process significantly. Reset Progress: After using the app again after a break, my progress was unexpectedly reset. This was not only demotivating but also a waste of all the time and effort I had put into completing lessons and earning points. Absence of Community Discussions: The community discussions were a valuable resource for me to clarify doubts and take note of my mistakes. However, these seem to have been removed, further reducing the effectiveness of the app as a learning tool.

Voice exercises. Dear Duolingo Team! I would ask you for a help as I didn’t get any positive solution either a reply to my email to customer support regarding to problem with voice exercises. For the past few months (I believe after some of updating) my voice replies to exercises doesn’t count or transcript, though the voice line when I speak is moving that’s I assume program hear that I’m speaking. It makes impossible to past this exercise, make dialogues exercises ect. All my settings are set according to instructions and wasn’t change since the time it worked. This problem is super annoying and makes me questioning whether it’s reasonable to continue my subscribe if my problem with simple error can’t be solved or answered at least. Seeking for you answer, thanks!

Bugs on iOS app. Why the HECK did I lose my Night Owl Chest reward AS WELL AS MY FRIEND QUEST REWARD I did all 25 perfect lessons all by myself mind you so I’m slowly losing my mind. How did that happen? I did delete/reinstall to try and fix THAT MY 100 GEMS (reward for a friend quest I completed alone) disappeared 🤪 Not only did I not get my 100 gems for this freaking quest, I lost both my boosts for doing lessons in the morning AND the friend quest one. Also why the hell do you send XP boosts as Daily Quest completion rewards? One can need so many XP boosts, I want to get gems. This is now the second time this happened. Bestie, respectfully give me back my 200 gems or I will go back to free version. Paying for this buggy crap is ridiculous especially when you don’t have any adequate support.

Best app in the world. Obviously the best app for learning language, very well designed and put together. Thoughtfully written lessons, big variety of question types and challenges so you’ll never get bored. On the contrary - it’s quite addictive! Im using it for two years already and couldn’t be happier with it. Thanks duo team 🙏❤️🏆 One small thing - when you choose words into sentences, it’s sometimes distracting when a character is repeating every single one of them after taps, especially the deep male voice (Spanish lessons for English speakers). Would be nice to have an option to turn it off

Your application is beautiful and convenient and I love it very much, NO tell me how you can so that a subscriber from 🇺🇦Ukraine constantly has to repeat: “I am from Russia”, “My mother is from Belarus, and my father is from Russia”, “Russia is beautiful!” you can imagine, for example, an Israeli who constantly repeats when learning a language through your application: “my dad is a fascist” or “Palestine is so beautiful” or “Arab countries are so beautiful and great!” 🇺🇦UKRAINE IS NOT RUSSIA! and we do not need to force them to love. Fix this terrible mistake and your subscribers will become even more!

helppppp. dear duolingo team! i love this app so much and it really helps me to learn and learn new words, but the thing is.. i really want to improve my speaking skills, however none of my speaking exercises can be completed… the app just doesn’t record my answers.. and i don’t understand the problem. i tried everything.. i followed every step on help center as it was written to do.. turned ON speaking exercises in the duolingo, toggled ON microphone permission and speech recognition on settings, even deleted and installed the app, and still nothing. Please i would be very grateful if you could help me with this issue, thanks!

Shady monetization is bad. Hi! The recent update of the ios app has made me very sad. You guys put the legendary challenges after each lesson, which is nice, BUT you removed the three hearts/errors and make me pay for each error. I see why you did that — its greed. I feel that you are trying to take advantage over people such as me by exploiting their perfectionism and desire to perfect the learning. I purchased the premium initially to remove all the barriers and study with ease. But now you're forcing me to pay again via crystals with a shady strategy for no good reason — there are no new lessons or content, it's just a monetization tool. This is pity. I wish you guys reverted this aspect. I don't feel like continuing my subscription until you stop your shady monetizing tactics.

I wish this “path” interface update never came.. The app is very inconvenient now even though I've spent some time trying to figure out its new interface — but the thing is that the UI has just lost its intuitiveness — everything is a mess, and I cannot see my past progress. Unfortunately, now it takes loads of diamonds to make a little progress. I sure understand that your team needs donations and somehow encourages users to buy plans — but now it makes it unbearable to continue learning with these new schemes especially when you know how it used to be. I wish you could undo the update as I admired your app wildly. <3

Duo is getting worse. As a subscriber with almost 2 years experience I would like to say thank you to duo and please stop ruining the app. It was well structured and understandable app 2 years ago. It was so pleasure to do everyday work for my own language skills development…not for now. The app is getting boring, we are getting more and more simple, easy and similar tasks with different, more complicated structure for learning. Please, create quality, not quantity. We don’t need to do more tasks just for spending more time in the app with zero results, we need more quality of each task and the results will be more effectively…I am disappointed. It was my last payment for the premium and I gonna delete the app after the payed period is off…

Thank you!. Great app! I really enjoy using it and regularly advise it to others. But still there are some glitches. 1st even if I practice, sometimes it shows I didn’t the day before and breaks my daily streak, frankly, it’s quite upsetting cause sometimes only saving it makes me practice daily... 2nd when the sentence for translation takes 2 rows, the second one is sometimes covered by the space for answer, so it’s impossible to answer as I don’t see the question...

It’s good, but with downsides. The application is good, offers quality content, good visual look and many motivational messages and approaches (like leadership table, special events, and other competitive features). The major flaw in my opinion is the way how app interpret the answer: for example the you in Ukrainian considered as ти and ви, but app accepts only ви as an answer even in non formal conversations. The same issue with «have or have to», task and goal. So the app simply does not allows the variations of the translation for some words. Good for beginners, average for the advanced learners, in my opinion.

It is not about learning anymore. the app became unusable. Once you open it the notifications pop up. You’ll spend some time to break through all of them to start your lesson. But after the lesson is finished the app gets crazy: try new challenge! Get this crystals! Put a new goal! Wait, here are some more prizes! And set up this notifications. Oh wait! Here’s more challenges and goals. I opened the app to finish a lesson not to skip hundreds of pop ups😣 And that’s premium access. I wonder what’s going on on free version where people get all of that and the ads on top of it🤯

Некогда убрали полезнейшие форумы, потом убрали (и ещё будут убирать) возможность ставить фото на аватарку, заменив это обязанностью каждому создавать своего внутреннего аватара, затем убрали комментарии, очень слабо аргументируя это тем, что их тяжело модерировать и что пользы они не приносят, хотя это далеко не так; год назад убрали всем привычный и удобный путь-дерево, дававшее много свободы в плане изучения языка, и насильно перевели всех на единый путь обучения – тропинку – с минимумом персонализации, а вместе с тем убрали вкладку с чудесными историями, а выискивать их теперь отдельно в тропинке без надписей просто нереально; сейчас же, год спустя, уже всех перевели на тропинку, даже тех, кто сумел не обновиться в ноябре 2022… К дуолинго даже нет вопросов, одно искреннее разочарование… Курсы по математике, музыке и в перспективе шахматам - это, конечно, круто, но я скучаю по старому методу изучения языков и в конце концов придерживаюсь мнения, что если что-то добавлять, то не в ущерб уже существующему (и самому основному) 😔

Get the old version back!. I loved the app (150+ days strike), it was convenient and easy to choose the topic, but now with the latest update (which I DIDNT INSTALL MYSELF) it’s just awful, ugly infinite main screen, no opportunity to choose the topic, please get the old one back! Ужасное обновление, верните прежнюю версию дерево!!!. После нового обновления невозможно учить что то!!! Старая версия с деревом была в миллионы раз лучше!!! Зачем было делать такое ужасное обновление, после этого вообще нет желания заходить!!! Вы дураки!. Я со школы учила немецкий потом испанский, так сложилось что англ яз, не изучала в вузе, сейчас сижу здесь, это приложение заточено для тех кто в первые изучает язык, ибо знающим английский это приложение будет не интересным. Здесь идёт нагрузка на все органы и повторяется постоянно одно и тоже, для того чтобы наш мозг запомнил уроки. Любя,😍 я это приложение называю «детским», здесь действительно и маленький ребёнок начнёт развиваться, 4+ как написано. С вас ещё никто не выкачивает ничего, вы сидите в бесплатном приложении, а если хотите больше чем есть, то платите, но это уж ваш выбор и вас никто не заставляет!!!! Awful update. Hi, I am using Duolingo for 1.5 years now, I mostly like it but several last updates just ruined everything: 1. Irritating - few times my progress for day just disappeared, Streak Freeze was used even though I did a lesson or two. And I don’t wanna lose my year+ streak because of bugs 😭 2. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING - the learning program was changed dramatically! It had already been changed once but it was okay then. But now - half of my progress of Legendary levels disappeared god knows where, okay, I can do it again. But when I tried to pass these levels again it appeared that there are PLENTY new words I’ve never learned yet! So what’s the point? Maybe it would be better to make another course separately? Or just zero all my progress? Because now I can pass nothing!! And I am losing motivation to do it. So I loved you but I am very, very, very sad with last update. One star to take your attention

Изначально устанавливала для ребёнка: всё было очень удобно, прекрасный интерфейс, интуитивно понятное управление, отдельно категории уроков/историй и тд. Сейчас все в одну кучу. Какие-то идиотские тесты на скорость (даже я, зная язык на уровне С1, не укладываюсь в отведённое время, хотя максимально быстро жму клавиши. Что уж говорить про детей!!!). Теории нормальной нет вообще (!) в отличие от предыдущих версий. В общем, полнейшее разочарование. Желание пользоваться дальше отпадает, уж проще уйти к конкурентам

Последнее обновление.. Купил подписку на год, а её смысл с новыми обновлениями просто уничтожают. Сделали так, что я курс уже прошел, хотя был не пройден раздел. Теперь и без оплаты бесконечные жизни, а премиум уровни сделали без возможности ошибаться 3 раза, а ошибкой считают все опечатки. В чем смысл подписки вообще? 2 года занимаюсь, хотел пройти все премиум уровни и закончить на этом, но без права на ошибку мотивация заниматься снижается. Так же из минусов: - Нет возможности самому добавлять слова на изучение, нет уровня изучения и необходимости повторения слов.

Обновление убило приложение!. Я не буду оригинален. Занимался до обновления несколько месяцев, в общем все нравилось. После обновления - сплошные разочарования. Я вообще не представляю как теперь заниматься без платного режима. Раньше были темы и слова и фразы темы отрабатывались именно там. Сейчас может быть так, что слово или фраза проскочит в уроке 1-2 раза а после о ней просто забывается… но зато при попытке повысить уровень до легендарного все эти слова «всплывают». Вот как я могу их выучить, если их не повторяли в течении уроков, а вспомнили о них только на экзамене??? До обновления ничего подобного не было, слова отрабатывались полностью и в логичном, понятном режиме: сначала учимся складывать фразу из «кубиков», после постепенно, по одному слову учимся писать, и лишь после записать всю фразу целиком… сейчас все смешали «в кашу» писать фразы почти не учат, но требуют этого умения при проверках, где нельзя ошибаться. Разработчики в комментариях писали, что, якобы в перемешку быстрее запоминается… по-моему это бред, до «нововведений» лично у меня получалось запоминать гораздо лучше и после вспоминалось без особых проблем… а сейчас… испортили, короче, хорошую вещь. Верните взад!!!

Обновление. Верните старую версию, там было удобнее учить! После обновления, все изученные уроки сбились…все стало в перемешку! И в уроках сразу появилось много новых слов которые ты ещё не изучал…а они показаны как изученные! Не удобно вообще( я расстроена!

Сажает батарею. После последних обновлений очень сильно греется iPhone 11. Через 20 минут тренировок уже некомфортно держать аппарат. Что делает приложение в фоне с таким нагревом? Майнит крипту?

Новая версия чудовищная. Уважаемые разработчики, то, во что вы превратили удобную программу в последнем обновлении - полный кошмар. Толку от занятий теперь ноль. Раньше можно было прокачивать отдельные темы, теперь же совершенно не понятно, какие навыки прокачиваются. И программа стала постоянно лагать. Дайте возможность пользователям при желании возвращать старую версию!

Испортили интерфейс и мотивацию. Готова слить 407 дней прогресса из-за нового неудобного интерфейса. Сделали ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНО! А главное, зачем было исправлять то, что хорошо функционировало? Захотели больше монетизации — получите больше отток пользователей. Плохо, очень плохо.

Прошу вернуть старую версию приложения. Не самое верное решение кардинально менять функционал приложения для старых пользователей, да ещё и обладателей платной подписки. У меня не нулевой уровень языка, я использую приложение для провождения появившегося свободного времени с пользой. Мне очень нравилась старая версия приложения, я рекомендовала её всем своим знакомым. Текущая версия не для пользователей, привыкших самостоятельно выбирать траекторию обучения. У меня был удобный для меня подход, хорошо известные мне разделы я проходила быстро, а там, где были пробелы, повторяла тщательнее. Бывают дни, когда хочется изучить новое, а бывют дни, когда хочется повторить интересующий раздел. Теперь такой возможности нет и я вынуждена повторять и без того хорошо известные мне вещи, либо пропускать весь раздел. Прогресс перенесён некорректно, что-то помечено, как пройденное, хотя я это не проходила, а что-то пройденное нужно заново проходить. Советов по грамматике больше нет, только ключевые фразы. Я очень огорчена, у меня было классное и полезное приложение, а теперь заставить им пользоваться меня не могут ни потеря ударного режима, ни понижение в лиге. Очень надеюсь, что разработчики добавят переключение на старую версию и я с радостью вернусь к изучению языка.
