Return my money!!!. I have the same problem as previous people. I downloaded Gradient and chose a trial subscription for 3 days, then $ 20 was debited from my credit card! I removed the application almost immediately after installing it. I ask about return my money, because I don’t use that app and don’t bought this subscribe! Hope for understanding and refund.

About 40 minutes later on the same day, I deleted the Gradient application from my iPhone, because I decided that I will not use it. Today, оn the 23rd of March 2020 at about 6:00 pm, I went to my private page Privat-Bank and saw that on the 21st of March 2020 I was charged about $20 via the iTunes application. I was very surprised and angered, because I did not buy or order anything! When I checked my subscriptions, I saw that on the 18th of March 2020, the Gradient application which I deleted from my Iphone, extended my subscription for 3 days without my permission. And on the 21st March 2020, the Gradient application charged me for a premium subscription. However, I did not consent to this and this happened fraudulently without my knowledge. In this regard, I ask you to return the money to me and cancel the subscription.

I installed Gradient on March 22 Then, even before using 3-days free trial, I cancelled subscription on this app It probably was on March 23 or 25 But I didn’t delete it until today And then, yesterday, on March 28 I saw transaction in my Privat24 app, that I was charged of $20 through the ITunes Then I checked my subscriptions and found out Gradient Unlimited monthly subscription (beside that it’s valid until April, 22 which is one month from the date of installing and not from the date of purchase) I didn’t give any permission for that and ask you to return my money Also I didn’t get any receipt on my email about this Me and all of the rest of these people have enough proves of being frauded by you That’s not small amount of money for us and if you won’t return it, we could file a class-action lawsuit against you Promise, you won’t be glad about it

To pay for app after canceling of subscription. This app promises the free trial period to use and then demands to pay. In my case, I dowland program and at the same day I delated and canceled my subscription. But app takes my money after canceling. It doesn’t appropriate way to service clients and absolutely do not legal. Why do I pay $20 for something that I don’t use. Please give my money back !

Кошмарное приложение!. Скачала приложение, предложена была подписка на месяц с бесплатным 3х дневным периодом. Попробовала, очень не понравилось приложение. Кроме того, что поиграться во всякие «игрушки», типа кто ты по происхождению и на какую звезду похож, вообще бесполезно! Фото на нем редактировать нереально. Я сразу удалила приложение и отменила подписку в тот же день. А на утро обнаружила очень неприятный сюрприз: со счета привязанной карты пропала 1490 руб именно за это приложение! Их списали в день установки этого горе-приложения. Это немаленькие деньги, как же обидно, что ещё и приложение полное г... Люди, будьте внимательны. Разработчики жульё!

Обман. Не скачивайте! Спишут деньги по подписке через три дня, подключают автоматически, даже если удалил приложение! Списали 1490 р , когда приложение было удалено! Деньги можно вернуть, благодаря службе поддержки apple , после долгого ожидания решили проблему! Спасибо службе поддержки!

Обман с бесплатным трёхдневным периодом. Тоже, как и многие, попалась на этот развод с кнопкой «3 дня бесплатно» и автоматическим оформлением премиум-подписки на месяц за полторы тысячи рублей. Пару нервозных дней, писем и запросов в каждый утюг и вот оно. Спасибо поддержке Эппл, одобрили запрос на возмещение средств и отменили подписку. В течение следующих 30 дней средства вернутся на карту, с которой произошла оплата. Ура! Люди, кто попался, пишите сразу им на е-мейл или пробуйте дозвониться до поддержки, вам обязательно помогут! Не оставляйте это так просто, авось сами ошиблись. Нет! Не сами!

Ошибка. При загрузке фотографии выдаёт ошибку «Алгоритм алгоритм не смог распознать лицо на фото». При этом, ошибка распространяется даже на раннее используемые фотографии. Ни один из фильтров не работает. Ещё хотите деньги за подписку? С такими то ошибкам?

Снимают деньги!. Пробуешь бесплатно -по факту снимают 1499₽. У кого есть лишние -качайте ради Бога.А само приложение бесполезное.Так жалко денег мне ещё не было 😭

приложение обманка. Хотел бы вам вам рассказать про приложение gradient, в котором даже чихнуть бесплатно нельзя, куда бы ты не кликнул сразу выходит окно с подпиской, и нет реального тесного периода, а все почему, да все просто приложение просто не тянет на свою заявленную стоимость подписки поскольку в рекламе и в реальности это разные по свое сути приложения, так нет ни какой интеллектуальной доработки и т.д. Так что скачивать или нет себе это приложение судить вам.

Недоделка. За такой убогий функционал требовать такое бабло уж совсем позорно!

Снимает деньги.. Я не оформляла подписку на данную программу, но выбор подписки у них огромен, от месяца. Но почему то списали средств сразу за год! При этом ничего не изменилось и дельного не добавилось. Более того уже несколько месяцев назад как удалила это приложение. Просто сдирают деньги, весь смысл приложения

Сняли деньги после отмены подписки!. Сегодня скачала вообще приложение, попользовались буквально час и удалила. Сразу же отменила подписку. Было указано, что 3 дня бесплатной подписки. В итоге подписку отменила, приложение уже удалила, а сейчас мне выставили счёт и списали деньги.
