Developer Statement:
When I bought my first fingerboard, I was annoyed from the fact that there was no reasonable description for the workout or how to use the board, so I created the Boulder Trainer app, which supports the workout and motivates. Please note that Boulder Trainer is a small private project, which I started by my own and I'm trying to keeping it alive and professional which is not always as easy as it appears.

Good training. Need music when working !
Not satisfied with this app, waste of money. I bought this app since I have a metolius wood grip compact II hangboard and the description of this app said, it would have integrated programs for that board. Well it does BUT: there is a small choice of workouts : only 4 to be exact. One entry level, finger strength, 6c and 7c pyramid training. That’s all. And even these training programmes are not adapted to the board (you set the type of the board you have in the beginning). They show hold numbers (13, 14, 15 for example) that don’t exist on my board. It is also uneasy to handle since you have to first “launch” the program you want, go back to the main menu and then press start training, instead of directly staring the program you are in. Of course, if you are advanced enough and you know the training plan you need, you can happily design it yourself but if you are a beginner, you have no idea about what is important for you and what could be dangerous etc… It sets you a reminder for a next training and the voice counting down is agreable. That’s the only positive points I can name.
Very nice. Simple, easy to use, it might be nice to add an other type of hanging called NO-HANG with a body weight percentage attached (40-60-80%).
