Horrible app compared to competitors. I had to switch from Foodora when it has been bought by Lieferando. What an horrible app! It lasted 5min on my phone. Created a Deliveroo account that proved to be soooo much better.

Voucher not working. I had a 5 euro voucher that did not allow the payment to work. When trying again I was told the voucher was already used. Once taking off the code, the payment worked. I just lost 5 euros… Is it possible to do something about it?

Do not use !. After some month of usage with PayPal as payment method nothing works anymore ! You are debited by PayPal while the app say nothing happened ! Obvious blatant lie ! No way to follow your order or even if went through correctly ! It was barely functioning before now it on verge of a SCAM !

Attention. Je me suis fais arnaquer 25€, j'ai tout simplement attendu devant mon immeuble 1h, la commande n'est jamais arrivée, puis j'ai demandé à me faire rembourser et le service client de l'application m'a juste dis "le livreur vous a appelé et ça n'a pas fonctionné donc on peut pas vous rembourser" ce qui est bien évidemment faux et sans preuves.

Poor user experience. Poor supply of restaurants You finally choose one...no pictures...it takes you 10 minutes to choose and then when you pay they tell you that the restaurant is closed (you had to click on the small information icon to find out) Seriously, a shame.

Munich. Terrible experience with this app in Munich. On a perfectly normal Monday at 8 pm I order a McDpnalds and it arrives at 10.05 pm… nothing else to say.

Pratique pour les livraisons. On habite loin du centre de Munich mais ça marche quand même, et une grande partie de l’appli est en français!

USE WOLT INSTEAD. These people have no regard for their customers. This is the third time that my food has not been delivered. When you contact support, they pass you around only to tell you that it has been delivered and to take it up with the restaurant. The one time this happened with Wolt, they immediately refunded me and gave me free delivery on the next order. Hey Lieferando, maybe if you treated your delivery people better, your customers might get their food!

No Apple Pay no bills. Would be good to get the invoice after you order.... Also on foodora there was the possibly to pay with Apple Pay...

Bad interface + EXTREMELY BAD DELIBERY TIME. The delivery takes so much time every single time. The interface is very bad : it seems old and outdated + when you wait for the delivery, you don’t see exactly where the delivery man is. The delivery time is NEVER respected. Conclusion: They should do a new interface + allow to see where the delivery guy is exactly + hire new delivery men who take their job seriously.

Nul. Les commandes prennent des heures, aucun service client à contacter, l’interface est clairement en deçà des concurrents, les prix de livraisons et minimums de commandes sont particulièrement élevés… Assez hallucinant que ce soit la plus grosse appli allemand. Ne recommande pas du tout.

It’s the absolute worst. Literally 2 out of 3 times there is a problem with an order. They NEVER take any accountability and never refund. This service is the worst I have ever seen.

Inonde ma boîte e-mail de spam. Je ne suis pas abonné, et pourtant du jour au lendemain je reçois tout un tas de mail publicitaire en Allemand qui me pourrissent ma boîte mail, impossible de désactiver ou de me désabonner et pour cause !!! Good but sly. Forcing to download the app, to use vouchers. Not doable on the internet the normal way.

Garbage. Absolutely badly made app. No way to contact support other than email Can’t cancel an order that was advertised as 30 minutes and needed up being 90 minutes because I really wanted my dinner at 1:10 AM!!!!!

No info what so ever. Order went through, money was taken, no info to tell us than no one could pick up the order. The restaurant called us to check if we still needed it. Everyone is having problem with it in Nuremberg.

Honteux !!!. L’application et l’interface sont très mal faites, on ne s’est jamais fais livrer notre nourriture et surtout pas fais rembourser, honteux !!!

Quick and easy order. + Just downloaded the app, ordered and paid with Apple Pay within seconds. That what I call frictionless ! - missing description or picture of the dishes on the restaurant I ordered. I hope it will a good surprise

Worst food delivering app I’ve used. Staying a few days in Berlin, I decided to order some food on this app. First of all the interface and the experience seems old and not modern at all. But if it was just this one thing it will be ok. I ordered at a restaurant that said “delivery in 40min”, when I finally payed my order, they tell me it was finally in 60min that I’ll be delivered. In this app we don’t know where the delivery guy is so when the countdown was at zero, I wait outside in the cold for about 30min. No one showed and the app said “your order has been delivered”. I get back home very angry and with no food. And then 10min later the delivery guy showed up. So when I think my delivery was going to be 40min it actually takes 1h40. I’m very upset about this app and I just want to tell you DON’T USE IT.

Expérience user vieillotte. 5 commandes passées, dans 4 restaurants différents. 1 commande livrée dans les temps. Les autres avaient entre 30 min et 1h30 de retard. Le support répondra que c’est la faute des restaurants. C’est pas faux Par contre d’avoir aucun suivi du livreur avec ce genre de retard fréquent, c’est critique à mon expérience utilisateur ! De même, le customer support pr mail, sans chatbot... pas terrible. On se sent assez seul quand on a un souci avec sa commande du coup.

Aucune assistance sur le suivie de la commande. Ma commande n’est pas arrivée je n’ai eu aucune nouvelle .

Delivery times have zero reliability. I’ve just order a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 35 minutes - in fact I picked the pizza restaurant on that basis. One minute after placing the order I get a pop up message saying that my pizza will be delivered in... 60 minutes! Close to a 100% error interval. Bravo Lieferando! Uber Eats please come to Germany! Tired of using this 19th century Lieferando app!

Utile pour les déplacements à l’étranger. Utile pour changer des restaurants des hôtels. Par contre presqu’aucune traduction en français, dommage.

Minimum & Restaurant. All the restaurant I used to order form foodora are gone and the minimum is too high for nearly every restaurant for one isolate personne for pizza or pasta or anything else...
