Late and cold. Every time I order food, they keep on adding minutes and at the end it arrives around 15-30 minutes late and the food is already cold

100% recommend!. Was a little skeptical at first since food deliveries are often expensive. However and to my surprise, the delivery fee was free. The final price is the food + the tip! Also, the service was helpful as several messages were sent to my phone to inform me about the location of the driver; and all of this in a short period of time! Love it.

Can’t signup. No need to add this app if I can’t register a new account with a phone number that is not in the list of their allowed country codes. In this day and age, that is just plain ridiculous. Will stick to Uber eats or one of the other ones.

Horrible. Aplicación malísima, no se actualiza la información del pedido y no te avisa de cuando llega. Cuando intentas hablar con ellos, le echan la culpa al restaurante y te cierran el chat.

Lo peor. En mis vacaciones en Ny, decidimos pedir a domicilio (hotel), lo cual estaba bien hecho desde el apartado delivery. Sin embargo la comida no llego, me la cobraron a la cuenta; y por email o telefono no dan ninguna solucion.

Cold food. Our door dash driver always has more than one order, so it always take like 30 min more than the time that they say at the beginning, and when it comes to our house the food is already cold

Poor customer service. I’m not from USA but I come frequently, and I wanted to use the app. I don’t have a telephone number from a supported area code, and it was required to verify the telephone number before placing an order, obviously I couldn’t since I have a foreign number. Customer service told me that if I don’t have a supported telephone number then I can’t order. Needless to say I immediately deleted the app, it’s useless for me. (And for that, I needed to contact customer service again… because to delete account I needed to verify through sms 🤦‍♀️)

No se puede registrar en Chile. Abrieron la aplicación para Chile pero al momento de poner el número de teléfono y código postal no se puede ya que aun no hay soporte para la región de Chile, entoncee para que sacan la aplicación para chilen si no lo habilitan aun…

Pésimo servicio. Me equivoqué de dirección al hacer mi pedido y la aplicación no daba la opción para cambiarla entonces hablé con mi dasher quien fue sumamente amable, pero luego me llamaron de doordash y fueron muy mal educados y no me dieron ningún tipo de solución. Finalmente mi orden la dejaron en la calle donde era la supuesta dirección y yo no recibí ningún tipo de reembolso, ni siquiera recibí mi pedido. Nunca más voy a pedir por esta aplicación.

Bad service. My food never arrived. And when I called they told me “i can not help you, nothing is open at 8pm. The refund is gonna be made between 1-5 days” I dont get my food and also dont get my money back.

First order already cancelled. Did my first order, it was cancelled due to the restaurant closing after already it confirmed the order and I don’t get even a discount? Waiting 30min for nothing. Then I make a new (second) order and my discount for my first order with free shipping is gone? Apparently my non arriving food cancelled my benefit? Tragic.

During all that time, I only had the DoorDash app open and didn't receive any order to accept. Another very common error is receiving an SMS saying I accepted the order I'm receiving, but the app is open, and I didn't receive such an order. Please correct these errors because they make the work experience very poor.

Disappointed. Yesterday i order food and it was never delivered

Good app, hire better drivers. Last week I ordered some kfc chicken, the delivery driver was drunk and ate about half of my food, I didn’t mind but if he was drunk he endagered the life’s of others.

Worst delivery app. Wasted 3 hours of my life waiting on an order that never arrives. First and last time

Terrible system. Apparently if a driver refuses to take a delivery (even with tip). He can take its time before canceling. And when the second driver receives it about one hour later (all cold) you have to decide between refusing it and screwing him or accept the food. I refused to penalize him for someone else incompetence. As well as using this app anymore.

Bruh. I literally tried it for the first time, spent 20$ and the address of the restaurant I ordered from was wrong. That led me to end up without food and without my money. At least I want my money back doordash, please.

it’s a nightmare to add a payment method. i tried to add my card but it won’t let me do it, and it’s always the same, it’s a good app cause it has a lot of places for order but if i can’t even pay how am i supposed to do anything! i hope they fix this issue soon

Impossible to order if you dont have cards from other countries. I am from Mexico, but I am currently in the US, therefore my cards are from Mexico. It is impossible to order anything through this platform because it doesn’t work with international cards. UBER EATS and grubhub in the other hand work with international cards and I have never had a problem with ordering anything. I do not understand why this platform is like this. It doesn’t help restaurants grow.
