They don’t care about you. I had a couple of issues with my orders since I arrived to Berlin and they literally don’t care AT ALL about you as costumer and your experience. They will not move a finger for you. One of my orders never arrived and same yesterday with part of my order. Nothing. At all. Last time I use this app. MANY more people had this exact same experience.

Horrible (inexistent) customer support. And REALLY delayed food with ZERO updates in the app. I had to wait in the street for 25 minutes because I was not possible to know when the delivery guy was arriving at my hotel. (I came to Germany from a different country and didn’t have a number to be contacted) When trying to contact customer support through the app it was a nightmare. It only leads you to endless loops of FAQs. Worst delivery app I've ever used.

Were is customer supply deparment. One week ago I used this app, my pizza never arrive (i’t could be a problem of the DominosPizza restaurant) I send 2 mails and at the moment, therse no signals of life in the customers support deparment... therse no traking order, no feedback, no return of money.. Worst the worst app I've ever tried of this kind!

Good App, not many options in Trier.. It would be good to have more types of food and not only burgers, bad sushi and pizza.

The worse from all the delivery apps there where. This app is a joke, error everywhere, ryders getting lost, maps showing wrong destinations or place of the Ryder. How is it possible that they are pretty much the only left... not sure who they paying to get all the good reviews.

La considero una aplicación de poca calidad. Es como si estuviera hecha sin ganas desde mi punto de vista comparándola con globo (aunque sean unos ladrones) o comparándola con Just Eat, que es de la misma compañía sin embargo, tiene muchas más características útiles. Por ejemplo no tiene un sistema de valoración es adecuado. Y tampoco tiene un sistema para comunicarte con el repartidor…

KEINE BESTELLUNG ERHALTEN, SCHON ZWEIMAL. Ich habe schon mehrmals bei Lieferando bestellt und zweimal davon meine Bestellung nicht erhalten bzw war falsch ! Ich habe Lieferando per Mail angeschrieben und noch keine Antwort erhalten! Telefonnummer oder andere Möglichkeit zum kontaktieren gibt es nicht ! Wenn du Geld zu einem riesigen Konzern spenden willst, ist deine App !

Worse impossible. 3 times in a row not delivering the food. Else, once they did not deliver and money was never refund. This service is worse thing i have never seen.

Updates.. The app would be a lot better if it would give updates of where your food is.

Avoid Lieferando, use Wolt app. Advice: Get Wolt app because at least in Berlin it is 100 times better: the UI/UX is great, it has way more interesting restaurants, the riders are more friendly and the food tracker actually works. The receipts are automatically sent to you via email. Review: Food selection is pretty bad and reviews of restaurants are fake. They have 5 stars in Lieferando but when you find the same “restaurant” in google maps it has 2 stars. Tracker doesn’t work, customer service needs 2 weeks to reply to you. The App was developed 10 years ago and the UX was never really improved since then. You can’t access receipts from the App and when you request them to the restaurant they always “forget” them.

I never received my order!!!. I did not received the order at all, I was expecting at least the courier call me to have an update about my order since anybody at the restaurant can’t talk in english but after waiting for an hour I just stop expecting my order….

Disaster. We order via the app and received the typical messages “your order has been received”, “your order is in the kitchen”, “your order is in delivery”... Finally I called 2 hours ago to the consumer service and told us the order didn’t reach the restaurant. Fake

Beurteilung. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Sache ...

2 hours to get your meal. Worst experience that i ever have with food delivery. Take it in to consideration when ordering

Excelente App. This app is very well made, it tells you how long the food will take, there are reviews about the restaurants and it is easy to use. I strongly recommend using it.

Worst service I have see. I receive my order two hours later. No notification at all. Just keep changing the delivery estimate time. This is a joke. Users should not pay for an order that takes too long.

Worst customer service. I use often Lieferando and although the deliveries took longer than what it originally states it used to be acceptable… Until today. I received a wrong order and after trying to ask for help via the chat of the app they basically told me to fix the problem by my self. They wanted me to call the restaurant directly and tell them to refund their mistakes stating that in Lieferandos terms and conditions they basically only deliver. So basically it works until someone makes a mistake then they wash their hands and offer you a 5€ voucher
