Worst delivery. They deliver by map not by address. They could not get to the door. Food never received and no money back. Other options much better.

Kapot. Ik kan dit niet gebruik op mijn iPhone. Die app niet starten. I can't use it on my iPhone. The spalsh image shows up, but immediately goes to the springboard.

Los pedidos no llegan, cuidado. Muchas veces que he pedido comida, las confirmaciones de pedido nunca llegan y tras una larga espera el restaurante cancela la orden y me quedo esperando, sin comer, y teniendo que rellenar un formulario para esperar que me reembolsen una comida que ya he pagado y no he diafrutado. Ahora dos horas mas tarde de mi pedido, escribo esta reseña, y me hago unos espagueti. Borraré la app de inmediato.

Long delivery lead-times. I book food on internet a lot. I placed several orders with Thzgd and very often their delivery lead-times are longer than their competitors. On top of that, the lead-time they confirm on the order confirmation is even longer than it was indicated. For this reason, i don’t order from Thzgd unless it is strictly necessary.

So far so good. The order process from downloading the app to final payment has been so easy. Great UI. Let's see how the food turns out !! Would be great to see a kids only option.

No Chatbox & Help. Good app that you can see so many restaurants and order from. However, they are not good at operations unfortunately. No fast & efficient team for help & answering questions of the clients about orders. They need to focus more on this to increase their users satisfaction.

Lack of simple features. I did a test order, and I forgot to add an item. Unfortunately there’s no option to modify/add something to existing orders. You have to make a new order, and there’s a 20 euros min requirement for each order. So basically, if you forgot something, or simply you want to add something extra (like dessert) there’s no way to do that. Disappointed

THIEVES - BETTER USE UBER EATS. I never received my order and couldn’t get a refund. They leave us hungry, without any food and they happily charged us for that. I deeply recommend you better use Uber Eats
