¿Qué es la aplicación aeroweather pro? *** AeroWeather: for pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and everyone who is serious about the weather!
*** Current and precise weather conditions (METAR) and forecasts (TAF).
AeroWeather Pro provides quick and intuitive access to METAR and TAF for airports worldwide. Data can be shown in its original (raw) format or as fully decoded and easy understandable texts. AeroWeather Pro is helpful for weather preflight-briefings, but also to just get very precise weather. All weather data is cached for offline access.
In addition to weather data, AeroWeather Pro integrates also airport NOTAMs (provided by US FAA), webcam images around airports (provided by windy.com), FlightService access (US only), and US ATC delay information (provided by US FAA). AeroWeather Pro also offers built-in groups for earthquakes, nearby stations, and today widget (pre iOS14), which can be individually enabled on the top level view. Besides creating user groups it’s also possible to put stations on the same level user groups (e.g. home base). Depending on your needs, groups can be shown or hidden in the main list view. User groups can also be synchronized via Cloud Kit*.
The app features a built-in airport database, which includes airport data like runways, sunrise/sunset, twilight times, moon times, timezones etc.
METAR alert notifications** is another new and helpful feature to stay up-to-date. Define multiple alerts for each station with criteria like: flight rule (US NOAA), wind speed, temperature, pressure, present weather, visibility etc. Notifications will be sent to your device if the criteria is met (e.g., when flight rule becomes IFR).
Dedicated METAR/TAF** access is optionally available. METAR/TAF data will come primarily from a certified ANSP (air navigation service provider) and is provided reliably and fast from our dedicated, redundant servers (indicated by blue checkmark underneath METAR/TAF).
The AeroPix feature offers users the possibility to take quickly picture(s) of the weather at their current location.
AeroWeather Pro comes with an Apple Watch app, which shows either a list of stations as defined in the Apple Watch group or all nearby stations based on the current location. METAR and TAF are displayed for each station. In addition, you can put AeroWeather as a complication in your watch face to stay up-to-date.

Additional features which generate recurring operation costs for us will be offered within a subscription. The following features are enabled while 'First' subscription is active:

- Meteograms
- Alert push notifications
- D-ATIS (bigger US airports only)
- Area Forecast Discussions (currently US only)
- RVR data (US and Germany only)
- Home Screen Widgets for METAR, Plot, Meteogram
- Imagery and Charts (requires 'Captain' subscription)
- SIGMETs (requires 'Captain' subscription)
Additional features are also enabled when using AeroWeather Lite.
The subscription varies in time periods (1 month, 12 months). The subscription is valid in both AeroWeather Lite and Pro. Cross app subscription support is only available if iCloud (with the same Apple ID) is enabled. Previously purchased unlock features are not affected and will work with or without subscription.
Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your account settings. A payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the end of the free trial period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. No commitment - you can cancel any time.

Vale cada Euro. La mejor aplicacion para tener Metar y Tafor en tu iPhone. El modo de decodificado es tremendamente util!.

Last version Apple Watch not working. With the last update the app crashes at Apple Watch and compilation not working! “x not set”
Return back my free widget.. I have paid once for my widget, now that it is updated, you did not mentioned that you are removing this. You are stealing money.

Request: select individual metars from history. GREAT APP!! But unable to copy and paste any metar from the history, apart from the current one. It woul be great to do it, sometimes extreme weather conditions make us save metars... ☺️. Thanks in advance.
Pagas por todo. Pagado por la versión pro que no tiene todas las opciones disponibles, luego si quieres más tienes que pagar subscripción. Me parece un abuso

Disappointed. Pro version doesn't worth it. If you want to receive alerts you have to subscribe anyway. I regret upgrading

App is great but widget arent working properly. The app is great, but even with the captain subscription the widgets arent working properly. They fail to update.
Lenguaje. No puedo ver en español
No funciona tras la última actualización. Un desastre. No se actualiza la información en el widget. Continuamente hay que abrir la app y tirar para actualizar. Error “La carga falló” una vez tras otra.
Old widget disappears from iPadOS. AeroWeather is moving legacy features to subscribe accounts.

Unable to download. I have tried downloading aeroweather pro and paid for it but while downloading it keeps failing at 80% and doesn’t download. Any idea why and anyone else had this happen? Contacting apple support now.

No funciona con el Apple Watch 2. Todo genial, pero en el Apple Watch no hay forma de que funcione. Además es complicado configurar su funcionamiento para el Apple Watch. Espero que en un futuro lo arreglen.
Good for the most part but…. App has a lot of room for improvement. Press on runways and show me what type of pavement it has, tell me which IAPs each runway has, like other apps have for years. Still no live weather radar feed for Europe, let alone a WxR forecast. NOTAM section is good but allow me to filter specific keywords (crane, stand, obstruction. Give me an option to include ALL airports in Map view (preferably with an option to select to show airports filtering by Rwy size ie only >1800m) and let me press on them to then show a more compact BOTH metar AND TAF so I can look for alternates more easily and not just limited to my own list and to metars which are mostly useless. Maybe add an option to Shortlist. In that same Map view give an option to overlay SigWx and WxR. Long press functionality is there but could be expanded. Show me VOLMET stations for airports I browse, ATIS frequency for when in flight. Lots of room to improve and make this a true daily user Id be glad to pay for. Airline Cptn

Improve resolution for ipad. I find this app a fantastic tool ,but when I get the Pro version ,The resolutions is not improved as the free version .
No baja ciertos aerodromis. No me indica condiciones de por ejemplo SCTB o SCSN

Muy inestable, casi no funciona en Apple Watch. Pagué por version Pro para usarlo en Apple Watch. Casi no sirve, muy inestable se congela casi siempre. Para usar en avión no sirve porque no es nada confiable.

Everything requires a subscription!. I have bought this supposed “Pro” version prior to the subscription based model and now I don’t have widgets unless I paid more!
Pague por tener los Notams y los sacaron de Gold. Cuando me subscribi hace 4 años empeze con Plata y no estaba mal. Después realice el Up grade a Gold pagando porque tenia también los Notams , fotos satelitales. Desde hace un tiempo sin razon ya no puedo ver los Notams ni las fotos Satelitales es una estafa. También mande varios reportes de 2 aeropuertos que no bajan el link como SAVT y SAVY. Esta aplicación es un desastre.
The Best. Probably the best Metar/Taf info App for pilots or people interested in the airports climate conditions.
No funciona App. Se apaga súbitamente. No está funcionando la App desde hace una semana aproximadamente. Se apaga al querer actualizar.
La app se bloquea. Sería excelente si funcionara bien. Ingreso, intento actualizar grupos y aparece cartel "aplicación bloqueada", la aplicación se cierra. Intento ingresar nuevamente y sucede lo mismo 👎.

La mejor para la aviación!. Reportes meteorológicos de todos los aeropuertos del mundo. Muy útil para mi trabajo de CTA. Vale cada centavo.
Falla con Apple Watch. Ya no actualiza el widget del apple watch y si tengo la version PRO!...ojala lo corrijan!
Ayuda. La aplicación no funciona corrctamente en mi iPad, tengo la gold y los reportes de METAR y TAF me aparecen como “Datos no Disponibles” en todos los aeropuertos que pongo. Tengo desde LAX hasta MEX

Funciona Perfecto!!. Después de que la app se crasheaba al seleccionar los NOTAMS y tenía algunos problemas al bajar toda la info actualizada, me ayudaron en soporte técnico hacer un reset vía: Settings-General: Resetear Base de Datos. Esto solucionó el problema y ahora funciona perfectamente. Recomiendo la suscripción de First Anual de MXN $95.

Apple Watch error. AeroWeather does not work in the Apple Watch
No funciona. Ya van dos veces que compro la subscripción plus y la app deja de funcionar, muestra “datos no disponible” al finalizar el período de la suscripción vuelve a funcionar de nuevo, les recomiendo no comprar esto ya que es un robo y en soporte al cliente no contestan o dicen que tu dispositivo no tiene conexión a internet, aparte el widget del Apple Watch nunca a funcionado. Solo recomiendo usar la app sin gastar en subscripciones.
