Ocr. Funciona bien. el detector por imagenes vale 11€ pero te salva de un apuro. Obviamente no te traducira un texto entero pero te permite entender que pone
The best Chinese dictionary, unintuitively designed. I love Pleco. It has endless features and lots of ways to learn with it, but I think it’s time for a more modern redesign, mainly following iOS’ human guidelines could take this dictionary to the next level. As a beginner, I feel like I don’t need to see archaic and literary results. Is it possible to change? If this keeps improving I will consider buying it.

La mejor en absoluto. La mejor aplicación con la mejor variedad de diccionarios del idioma chino. Con todas las posibilidades de crear fichas etc incluidas . Tesoro para estudiantes y cualquiera interesado . Precios más que razonables .

La mejor. Muy completa, rápida, con muchas opciones de configuración... Y lo más importante: fiable, tanto en contenidos como en funcionamiento. Imprescindible si vives en China para búsquedas puntuales, y muy útil si eres estudiante. He probado muchos diccionarios online, y al final este ha sido el único que he acabado manteniendo. La mejor, sin más.
Very good dictionary but disastrous cloud back up system. Quite a good dictionary but all the back ups do not actually work and you lose all your information. I have been working with the app for 3 years and lost my data each time. I have even bought the premium one-off payment version and I have had the same issue. It is 2022, they need to understand how the cloud works

Unmatched Chinese dictionary. I have been using this app since I started learning Mandarin in 2008, (PALM version by then). In my opinion, if you are serious about learning Mandarin it is a must. If you are just a casual learner or live in China, I also believe it will make your life easier. Other than complete dictionaries it also includes a lot of useful tools to learn and survive in a Chinese speaking environment (OCR, flashcards, etc).
I would give it 5 stars. But I’m not a fan of some of the vocabulary you choose to define words. Calling things “queer” mainly. Say I’m an SJW all you want I don't mind, but it’s not hard to not use those words in a derogatory manner. The english language has a variety of words to choose from that express the same meaning without upholding outdated values.

Deceiving. I’ve been using this app for around 4 years and all of a sudden some features as handwritten or OCR search disappeared and are sold as an add on... It was the best app and I really appreciate it was free for our use but I am honestly very disappointed. Not sure what is the difference with Google translator now...

El mejor diccionario que hay. Además de ser gratuito y tener un montón de «add-ons» gratuitos también. Este diccionario está muy bien diseñado, tiene un montón de funcionalidades que puedes comprar geniales que son bastante impresionantes, como el de reconocer caracteres con la cámara. Es muy intuitivo, funciona con Skritter… Es una belleza.
De lo mejor para aprender. Muy completa, practica y sin duda la mejor para salir de dudas.
Muy útil requiere hablar inglés. La aplicación permite hacer muchas cosas en su versión de pago, sinceramente hace más fácil aprender chino la tengo desde hace años esto me permite mi aventura de aprender chino de manera autodidacta.

Greatest Chinese Language App/Tool Ever!. During the many years that I have dedicated myself to the study of Chinese language, never before have I found such a useful, user-friendly,vast and complete Foreign language learning application as Pleco is. It is simply amazing with all its features, it’s many useful functions, and the interface which plainly has no rival. It’s true that sometimes it can be pricey, discounts and offers do seldom come, but it’s worthy and I wouldn’t change if for anything else as there’s no competition in the market that stands a chance.

El diccionario perfecto. Con chino no se arma con google translate, y pleco es muucho mejor. Además tiene más q solo el diccionario, por eso la recomiendo e incluso recomiendo pagar el bundle básico. Es casi el único app que no te hace pagar mensual, por lo que lo aprecio mucho. Mejor que skritter :P
