Commitment, motivation. it gives you the challenge you need to get into strengthen your pc muscle. I said to myself: try without the app, and if you don’t make it, then use the app. The app really makes me do it, and its kind of fun. A small confusion: At first I didn’t know that in the same set I had to do both keggels and the pushing exercise. More clarity or signaling on this would be appreciated. Also, what level is a good level to start trying non-ejaculatory orgasms? Some rewards, or hints on this would be good as well
Very expensive. So, some time ago I payed for the app and could use it for the app cost. Now you have to pay 22$ monthly or 60$-something for a year for a “personalized plan”. It’s just a clock telling you to hold and release guys. Just look for a new and free app.
Not worth. Not any different from any free kegel trainer (no new exercises, only a clock of holding and releasing) . Also, apart from paying for the apo you have to pay inside to unlock all the levels.
My lifetime access does not work anymore. Last year, I purchased a lifetime access but now, they have updated the app and it does not work any longer. I have emailed their support email and they don’t reply. I will file a complaint in the app store.

Very very good!. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because de app doesn’t give information of how offen you need to train (twice a day? I don’t know). If this issue get fixed this app deserves 5 stars completely
