Was ist die sap successfactors-app? SAP SuccessFactors Mobile helps businesses bring HR closer to their employees, so they are more engaged, more productive, and much smarter about the way they work. SAP SuccessFactors Mobile provides a native, consumer-like experience, ability to meet strict security standards, manageability of features and functionalities in mobile devices and optimized procedures for mobile performance.
Use SAP SuccessFactors Mobile to:
· View employee profiles and call, text, or email them directly
· Approve all your requisitions within seconds
· View your company’s organization chart to see how everyone is connected, including direct reports, matrix reports and new hires
· Post your own text, photo and video updates
· View and add comments to entire documents, presentations, videos and links
· Sign up for courses, connect with experts and complete entire classes
· Manage your active goal plans and update your goal status and progress towards completion
· View your time off balance, submit time off requests to your manager and let colleagues know when you will be away from work
To make the most of the mobile app, we recommend that you grant the following permissions:
· (Optional) Camera – For scanning QR codes and taking photos.
· (Optional) Contact – For adding people to your device’s contact list.
· (Optional) Calendar – For registering courses or class events in your calendar.
· (Optional) Fingerprint/Face ID – As secondary user validation means.
· (Optional) Location – For obtaining your location when you clock in or clock out.
· (Optional) Notification – For receiving notifications.
· (Optional) Photos – For uploading photos as attachments. (Note: This is a read-only permission and your photos are never modified. It is granted by default and can’t be denied by users.)
You can use the app without granting optional permissions, except the specific features they enable. To deny the permissions, go to App > Settings > Permissions on your device.
Important: If you are an SAP SuccessFactors customer and are having trouble logging in, contact your SAP SuccessFactors administrator.

Einfach Bedienung. Die APP ist einfach und intuitiv aufgebaut.
Immer wieder Probleme mit dem Anmelden !. Also der größte Fehler den eine Firma machen kann ! Nur Probleme mit dieser App ob Lohnzettel ob anmelde Probleme man rennt der Firma nur hinterher !

Download Lohnabrechnung. An sich ist die App gut. Wieso man aber seine Lohnabrechnung via App nicht abspeichern oder drucken kann ist mir schleierhaft. Sowas sollte eigentlich Standard sein…
Better than browser. The only thing that’s missing here is being able to approve invoices, which is my other most frequent task.

bad support. can not login and emails are not answered by support, therefore I deleted it
very useful but only few functionalities. I really enjoy this app on the go as a busy leader. However it is missing too many functionalities for team management. Please add more
Top App. Die App funktioniert einwandfrei und ist ein absoluter Mehrwert für jeden Mitarbeiter und Manager.
Schnell und effizient. Dank der App kann ich schnell und effizient die Informationen die ich brauche abrufen, Anfragen freigeben und neue Kurse ansehen und buchen. Damit wird mobiles Arbeiten enorm erleichtert. Wer Flexibilität braucht wird diese App sehr schätzen!

Drucken von Dokumenten nicht möglich. Warum kann man keine Dokumente speichern oder drucken??
Praktisch. Sehr hilfreich zu haben, hilft mir regelmäßig. So macht man die Verwaltung des Teams nebenher und kann auch z.B. unterwegs Freigaben erteilen. Stabilität hat sich verbessert.

Gute Mitarbeiterapp. Wir nutzen SuccessFactors in unserem Unternehmen. Die Services über die App machen das Leben leichter.
Als die App noch störungsfrei lief, war sie gut.. Habe die App seit etwa einem Jahr genutzt für betriebsinterne Schulungen (als Mitarbeiter in einem großen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel-Unternehmen). Zu Anfang lief sie - nach sehr umständlicher Anmeldung - insgesamt gut und hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. Anfang des Jahres gab es dann vermehrt Bugs beim Starten, Anmelden und beim Speichern der Schulungen. Aktuell ist die App nur noch ab IOS 13 aktualisierbar, funktioniert daher bei mir (iOS 12) nun garnicht mehr. Die fehlende Kompatibilität von Apps mit „veralteten“ Betriebssystemen ist zwar mittlerweile leider Standard - mMn aber nicht nachhaltig im weitesten Sinne (weder sozial, ökonomisch noch ökologisch). Schade, dass der Support für iOS 12 eingestellt wurde - werde auf die Desktop Version ausweichen müssen.

Alles übersichtlich im Zugriff. Mit der App habe ich alle relevanten Informationen im direkten Überblick, kann Workflows starten bzw. genehmigen und bin somit unabhängig vom Desktop 👌🏻

To-Do is starting Point but empty. The To-Do site is the entry point but usually empty. It is not possible to change it as a default. Each employee needs to change it by his/her own via „More->Edit“. Poor usability that Admins are not able to change the config in general.

I can not expect this from SAP. Only landscape reading, UI is not very interactive. SAP should do better.

Kein Druck möglich. Die App ist sehr gut, aber leider kann ich die Verdienstbescheinigungen etc. nicht ausdrucken. Kommt irgendwann mal die Funktion um die Unterlagen auszudrucken?
Profilbild. Das löschen des Profilbildes über die App ist nicht möglich.
Schlechte App. Die App ist einfach schlecht. Lässt einen am Anfang nicht mal mit der korrekten firmenkennung anmelden…
Sehr schlechte Umsetzung des Logons für SAP PartnerEdge Webinare im LH. Wenn man auf mobilen iOS Geräten Links zum LearningHub öffnet, kommt man immer bei der App raus. Allerdings kann ich mich dort nie mit einem Suser anmelden. Am Eesktop geht alles wunderbar - sehr nervig.

not working and if its very slow. no clue where all those good ratings are coming from?! the app is very slow! loading times are far too long! the UI is really not structured good and and the navigation is cumbersome! last but not least the app stopped working 1 week ago and a fix is not on the horizon!
