Was ist die nrf connect for mobile-app? nRF Connect is a powerful generic tool that allows you to scan and explore your Bluetooth Low Energy (henceforth Bluetooth LE, also called Bluetooth Version 4.0+ of the Bluetooth specification) devices and communicate with them.
nRF Connect also allows your iOS device to advertise as a peripheral, with full support of many of Bluetooth SIG adopted profiles.
Additionally, nRF Connect supports Nordic Semiconductor’s Device Firmware Update profile (DFU) capabilities, allowing you to update compatible peripherals!

Absolutely essential. Recommend!. Without this app, you don’t even unlocked 10% of your phone’s Bluetooth capabilities. With this app, you’re able to explore the world, people, devices & frequencies around you. (It’s really addictive in an urban environment.) Go get it, you won’t regret it!
Powerful app, outstanding support. The app is far superior to other BLE scanners in its depth of available data and functionality and customer support is outstanding!
Buggy. When using filtering and then selecting a machine, the machine at this table index of the unfiltered list gets selected, not of the filtered list. Very confusing bug…

Great resource when you’re stuck in development!. You create new code for your BLE client and server and they don’t talk to each other? nRF connect is a great resource to see what’s send (if anything at all). Can’t do my BLE coding without nRF connect.
Unusable on older iPhones. Unusable on older iPhones (4, 5, SE) because of the smaller screen buttons are not to see and use!
