Worst ever. Worst delivery app ever.. there is a help center but they never help with anything They always swallow your money even when you don’t get your food .. never using it again

Delivery Support. The worst application you can order from or even get support from, why take my money before i receive the order? And if i received the order with alot of mistakes you find a way always to run from it

فاشلللل. اطلب الساعه 3 الساعه 4ونص تقلي تم الغاء الطلب !!!!! لا كمان اعطوني 25 ريال ف المحفظه تعويض يعني و بعد كم يوم شالوها من عندي 😂😂 عجيب والله

الرياض. سهل الاستخدام وموثوق

عدم مصداقية بموعد التوصيل. الطلب تأخر جدا على الموعد المقدر عند الطلب ولايوجد خيار الغاء بسبب التأخير

مهم. مباااااللغهً بسعر التوصيل احيانا اكثر من قيمة الطلب وغير كذا ليش تلغون خاصية التقيييم

فاشلين. تطبيق فاشل في خدمة التواصل مع العميل كأنهم يقولون اطلب وتورط مع المطعم لو تاخر او صارت مشكلة !

التعامل سيء. مركز المساعدة لايرد على الزبائن.. واذا تأخر الطلب مافي حد يرد عليك او تقدر تلغي الطلب !👎🏼👎🏼

بشكل عام البرنامج. برنامج سيء طلبت طلب وماجاني مندوب الا بعد ساعه ونص و الطلب برد خلاص ورفعت شكوى عند الدعم وبدل مايعوضوني راحو قفلو حسابي وبندوني باند عالجوال كامل ip صراحه بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه برنامج فاشل وانتهى زمنه و طاح سوقه خلاص الله لايوفقهم

سرقة. السواقين يتصلوا ثانيه وحده اكثر من مره عشان يتكنسل الطلب ويأخذونه وبعدين يقولون لك مافي ريفند حرفيا تطبيق غالي والتعامل من الموظفين في خدمة العملاء سيء سيء سيء Definitely not recommended They steal food from customers

False address. I give false address I text for cancel but call center give late answer after made cancel order but didnt had refund my money

Favorite Restaurants. My Favorite Restaurants and Wish List can be added to the application. Since Orders page does not show all previous orders and restaurants, I dont remember from where I have given the order. Therefore sometimes I’m searching a lot to find the restaurants that I like. Also, Wish List for our new search and potential upcoming orders from restaurants. That’s very important.

😡😡. I've been waiting three hours for my order. There is no support or live help section within the application. No phone calls or information.

ما حصلت على كاش باك. اشتركت في باقة 3 شهور بواسطة بطاقة البنك الأهلي و ما حصلت على كاش باك 100% على كلامهم في التطبيق و تواصلت مع دعم بدون اي فائدة

الاسعار. انا اسف لاكن المفروض تستفيدوا من الزبون من ناحية رسوم التوصيل لاكن انكم ترفعوا سعر المنتج اكثر من ٣ ريال هاذا مب طبيعي عشان كذا التقييم ذا منصف الصدق و اتمنى تغيروا ذي السياسه

H plus just to steal money. Nothing clear in declaration of subscription. It’s directly deducting whole year. After that you will just recognized that there is veeeeeeery few restaurants available in Hplus

Don’t pay online! Took my money delayed more than 1.5 hrs cold food. Not allowing you to change the order or refund! Absolute trash App is full of bugs and technical issues No customer support at all App is a pure connection and payment receiver. Not going to solve any issues if you encounter any, not going to refund your money if you have a problem, or change your food. It simply connect you to the menu, takes payment. Has someone pick up that order and deliver to you, without proof that you actually received the order, and whatever happens after receiving is on you, and you alone!! Never pay online before receiving the order and checking all what’s inside. تقيم. والله حرام تحمل تطبيقهم وتترك جاهز للسبب التالي : ١- كلمتهم اكثر من مره بخصوص ان مثلا ابي اضيف جبن لوجبه تورتيلا هرفي ما اقدر يردون ويزلبونك ما يتغير شي واتوقع المثال الي قلته موجود على اكثر من مطعم + مشخصن معهم يتاخرون بالطلب اكثر من مره وما يرجعون الا فلوس التوصيل مع اني مشترك حق التوصيل المجاني

حرامية. تطبيق فاشل مايرجعون طلبات الي لعنوان خاطئ وينصبون الفلوس مع ان المندوب والبقالة متعاونين لكن اهل التطبيق اخذو الفلوس حرامية

Baddest customer support ever. I ordered wrong adress and after I recognize just after 1 minutes and i try to change adress but I couldn’t make it.. after that I get contact with driver and he told me he just need a take extra delivery price cause company rules first he needs to go there and then he needs to come to my current location

Driver attitude. Their drivers refuse to bring the order to the house They call the client and ask them to go downstairs/ very bad customer service

One of the worst app I have ever tried. I have just tried to use this application once, but obviously it’s one of the worst application I have ever tried. Let me tell you why ? I place the order and the driver gives miss call twice, and waits me to call him back ! The restaurant calls me and asks me to go down to receive the order ! What am I paying 7 riyals for ? I cancel the order and Customer service calls me and I explain him the situation and tells me sorry but this is our system ! Thank you all guys. But please ask yourself do you really deserve all the money you are making from this application, especially 7 riyals for delivery.

كرهتوني بالتطبيق من كثر الدعايات. شي بيخزي وين ما رحت بيطلعلي دعايتكم خلاااص يا عمي نزلناه و بالاخر قررت احزفو وشكرا

Support function does not work!!. I ordered a food yesterday. Unfortunately I put wrong address. I called the support team. They neither cancelled my delivery nor changed the address. Most probably the driver ate my food. It was unbelievably terrible customer support experience. Everybody said “sorry sir, okay sir, sorry sir” as if I am talking with a robot.

الاسعار مرتفعه. اسعار بعض الوجبات تشوف فيها زيادة تصل الى ١٠ ريال هذا طبيعي بالله؟

أسواء تطبيق. تطبيق من خلاله يترفع ضغطك و ياكلو حقك و في الأخير انت اللي تاكل هوا 😇

App and website doesn’t work, useless.. Trying to order from web and than website’s move you app. You are opening app but restaurants are not shown and menu and dishes you are not able to see. Disappointed and useless.

خدمة عملاء سيئة جداً. تطبيق فاشل جدا لأبعد الحدود الأسعار أعلى من أسعار المطعم الأصلية / أجور توصيل عالية جدا / توصيل عدد من الطلبات في نفس الوقت / تأخير كبير في توصيل الطلبات … للحذف

افشل تطبيق ومناديب. باختصار تبي صداع وضغط وسوء خدمة تعامل معهم لانهم الاسوء بالسوق حاليا

If you want to be cancer give order with this app. When you give order some restaurant your package will come more than 1 hour most early

Poor Custumer Service. If you order anything, you have to use the payment method “Cash in Delivery”. Otherwise maybe you can not receive your order. And also there is no customer service to solve this problem.

Terrible Service. Always delay, always missed items and my money has never refunded to me on bank account if item was cancelled. They always say money is refunded but this never happens. I dont recommend this App to anyone. Waste of time and energy
